I previously have used local auto repair places but after one of the places failed to fix my a/c (and failed to confirm my online reappointment), I decided to give the KIA dealership in Leesburg a try. Mario Font of Service Department immediately took charge of my situation and excelled. Friendly, efficient, informational and effective - just a small number of the adjectives I use to describe Mario. Also, the waiting area is "primo"! Complimentary TV's, hot dogs, sodas, coffee, water, popcorn, cookies, etc. - certainly helped make the wait very bearable. The final result after a replaced compressor - my A/C works like a freezer! I'll be back for any car maintenance!!

I would give 5 stars, except that this has been the 3rd Lease/Purchase experience with BB Kia in 5 months, due to a "Lemon" issue with the first leased car, followed by a new issue with the next purchased car. Our salesman, Chris was extremely helpful this time and we are grateful. I feel that the lemon issue with the first leased car was handled poorly by the service dept., resulting in us having to buy a used car from them that we were less than happy with. (Thus the reduction of the star to 4 not 5.) Salesman, Chris Graff helped to resolve our dissatisfaction with that second car, by giving us a great deal with a new 2020 car and so far we are happy with that resolution.

Absolutely disgusting... BUYERS BEWARE!!! They will say and do anything to get you into a deal. I purchased a used car from them 3 weeks ago. Week one the battery dies, week 2 the brakes are grinding and there’s an issue with the transmission. I called to take it in, the guy in finance tells me there’s an issue with my loan. He wanted me to sign another contract that would’ve increased my payments. At this point I was relieved it hadn’t gone through, there were major repairs I would’ve had to pay for, and they obviously hadn’t inspected it if the brakes needed to be replaced after 2 weeks of driving. I refused to sign another contract and demanded my trade in back. My car was returned to me, but they tampered with my fuses to stop my a/c from cooling, my radio disconnected, and another fuse removed for my clutch. I understand they weren’t happy they lost the deal, and I put them in their place. But to maliciously tamper with my car because of that is beyond wrong or words. I have a child, no a/c is a big deal... thank goodness I had enough sense to realize what they had done (they left the cover to my fuses on the floor of my car). When I asked them what happened they told me I traded it in like that, and had no concern. They are despicable... you’ve been warned, if you choose to do business with scum after reading this it’s on you.

This was another excellent car buying experience thanks to Tim Lile. This is the second car I bought from Tim. I saw the car on the website, it was exactly what I have been looking for. I called Tim and told him the deal I wanted. I drove to Leesburg and the car was waiting for me. After a short test drive I told Tim "let's do the deal". When we returned to the dealership, Tim made the deal happen very quickly. No pressure. If I ever buy another car I will buy it from Tim.

Several months ago my brake lights went out, I googled it and there was a recall on something that affected the brake lights. So I made an appointment to get the recalled part fixed. When picking up my car I asked if my brake lights were working. One man got in my car another woman walked behind and said yes brake lights are working.When I drove off the lot I couldn’t see them in my rearview mirror(but I trusted them) So when I got home (and hour and a half later) I had someone come and look. And I had no brake lights. I called very upset, then he tried to tell me I could come in and get $100 diagnostic. I was so heated. Very upset I will never willingly come here again.

My 2018 Kia Niro has been a joy to drive. Very economical with the hybrid, always get more than 50 mpg. If you want more power switching the transmission over makes for a sporty drive. Only problem was a front tire which had to be replaced. Bolt in the side wall. Definitely recommend this car.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've bought 2 new cars in the past from this place and came in to buy a used car. Long story short, manager was rude and after a long while of trying to convince me to find another $1000 or go for 72 months payments instead of 48 months (so I could borrow more money for the vehicle I wanted), he told me I was looking at the wrong car. I left and the next morning saw the car was now reduced in price, down more than he told me they could go the day before. If he'd have done that yesterday, I'd have bought the car. I believe his name is Manny. Won't be going back.

At first we thought it would be a very bad experience. The tow truck delivered us to the service dept. 2 minutes before closing. We were told they would have to diagnose our problem and possibly they wouldn't have parts to fix our 8 yr. old Sedona. They also had no courtesy car; we live half hour away in a senior facility! Then came happiness--they had the parts and a willing mechanic to stay late to work on our vehicle. The job was finished two hours later! Only downside was being charged 5 hours of labor for the 2 hour job. Thanks, BB, for taking care of us!

Wasted 1 hr and half drive after I told them about my car fax trade in send the vin number to get more accurate numbers pull my credit explained to them every single detail so i dint waste my time , but sure enough they wasted my time and gave me way different numbers than they showed me .. beware they will tell you anything to get you in there and switch everything.. What can i say, after wasting our time at other dealers we finally went here to Bill Bryan KIA. After 4 months of debate and research we knew we wanted the Telluride. Tim was great, patient, respectful (important) and knowledgeable. We took the car for an extended test drive and we fell in love. The store is clean, the finance manager was awesome, and doing our final paper work was seamless. They had a great space for customers comfort with food and drinks, was impressive. I know Leesburg seems out of the way but it was well worth it as we got exactly what we wanted, a damn nice car at a damn good price without all the BS. Thanks

...No negotiation... - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at ANY KIA DEALERSHIP! I love KIA vehicles and have owned KIA since 2000 have a 2006 RIO and 2016 Sedona They were not rude, but seems they don't want to make a sale, but rather want you to buy the cars at sticker price. Then they contacted me 4 times after walking out because they were not willing to negotiate and tried to get me to come back for the same treatment... They say they "Give you the best offer they can upfront but I have 2 better offers at 2 other dealerships already... Bill (we take your money) Bryan KIA!

I haven't seen the cost of the repairs on my Kia Sedona yet. However, I was impressed enough with the service at this dealership to write a review. The people their bent over backwards to be helpful and keep you updated on the service on your vehicle. I had an unusual problem that the mechanics at another shop we're unable to figure out. They suggested going to the Dealership where they are a bit more knowledgeable about the car. So I did just that. These guys were great and went to great lengths to figure out the problem including calling their engineers to follow the wiring path to see where the problem could be coming from. Turns out it wasn't a Kia issue but a rodent issue that got into the engine and chewed up some wiring. Meanwhile, we sat in the lounge in huge plush chairs with t.v. and magazines, had complementary popcorn and drinks, (they had hot dogs too) and we're kept in the loop on progress of the car. As we were nearing closing time, we were offered a free shuttle home rather than keep waiting around as well as picking us up in the morning to come get our car. We took the shuttle and enjoyed the chat on our way home. The atmosphere, professionalism, and friendliness of all the people there made our experience a great one. We were comfortable and felt in the loop on my vehicle. Worked a lot with a young lady named Leslie whom was a service advisor and she was exceptional! I recommend this dealership!

Last time i took my 2017 Kia Soul in for an oil change I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Unless they are pumping the oil from the ground it should not take that long for JUST an oil change. I called again yesterday 5/16/19 to get JUST another oil change because it is due again and i asked the girl why it takes so long for an oil change when all the other times i was in and out in under an hour. She said they also check the air filters. OMG go down to the 15 min Oil change place to get your oil changed!!! Your time is worth more that sitting at a dealership and watching TV!! Never again will i buy another KIA!! Beware of the service departments!! Read their reviews.

Don't buy a used car here! DO NOT expect any help from these people for any problems. They gave me the wrong secondary(hi-tech/hi-$$$) key for the car that I purchased from them and I have waited and called and waited. All I got were promises that I'll get called back. NOTHING over 2 weeks now. If you like feeling like herded cattle, these are your folks for a used vehicle. $200 tire also has a s l o w leak that I wonder if they knew about... Most likely...

We were pre approved by 2 great sales reps that worked hard for us only to have a closing rep totally disregard manager approved deals, demand a higher down, quoted us a payment twice as much, and hit our credit again. Horrible, do not buy from Tim or this location! He keep truck we paid 20,000 cash for, to do the maintenance 3 days and did not at all do. Tires 7 years old and there others dealer said they are raised red. Do not sign away right to a jury trial I refuse to and if your a little guy do not sign. He lied about the warrant rental vehicle and many other issues. Went to put gas in first time gas cap fell apart, Tim said he put gas in so he known about it broke. Came right back with in40 hour they put it back together instead of replacing 8.00 gas cap. You can not believe what they say and had it stated many times in there large amount of paperwork. Be very careful if you do by here!

Always forget about labor costs and they aren't the most upfront about it. Great experience as always. They do, however, miss the details more often than not. They did not change the date and mileage sticker nor did they reset the service reminder in the computer.

What started out as a decent transaction, went to H*LL in a quick moment. Went for service for a blown tire. At the end of my visit here, the girl told me I was unappreciative. Further from the truth! As I found out after I left there upset, I was lied to. And I asked for the tread to be checked on the other three tires. That was never done. I ended up going to Sears for better service and help. I would never recommend this KIA dealership! And that is part of the problem, if you didn't buy your KIA there, they don't treat you as nice.

Update: that rude service manager is no longer there, and the new manager reached out to me and offered to make things right a d I will be giving it a try because I really do appreciate them taking time out to make things right. Service manager is very rude and aggressive. I went in for an oil change about a month prior to my last visit that cor an oil change. The mechanic stripped the plug in the oil pan causing all oil to leak out and my engine almost locked up as a result, thankfully, I knew to turn the car off immediately to avoid that. So, I had to pay for a tow and work that needed to be done to fix the problems. After I got my car repaired at a mechanic close by, I took my car back to Kia with the damaged pan. I explained what happened, gave them the bill and the pan. The service manager came out with an attitude from the second he saw me. Mind you, I have been a loyal customer for 6 years now. He was VERY argumentative and just plain nasty and disrespectful. I insisted on being reimbursed for all costs, because it was their fault. After about an hour of arguing with this certifiable JERK, who even insulted my elderly veteran father, I finally got him to get my check printed out, but he tried to take off $150. I got fed up and went over his head, and they even asked him what the problem was with giving me the full amount , and why he couldn't read the total and a write a check in that amount. After about 2 hours of stress and being treated disrespectfully, I left with what I should have been given the first 10 minutes I was there. I never will buy a car or go in for service again. If a loyal customer comes in with a issue, they should be met with respect and understanding. Not treated like I was, that's for damn sure! And honesty, I hope he got fired!

I arrived at the dealership on time for my vehicle check-up service and was met expeditiously and with courtesy. I was checked in by one service advisor and was informed that my follow-up would be with Mr. Brandon (Brandon Mealor).I was advised that the service would take approximately 1.5 to 1.75 hours and this estimate was very accurate - I checked in at 09:00 and paid my bill at 10:54. Brandon came out and showed me the engine and air filters and explained they needed to be replaced. I okayed the replacement and after a complimentary exterior wash and interior vacuum I was on my way. I will most assuredly recommend this dealership to my friends or anyone else who asks me.

Tried to buy a Telluride from this dealership, very high pressure sales. They were way overpriced on the vehicle. They wanted $4,995 over MSRP for an EX. They claimed that they were much cheaper than any other dealer in the area and that other dealers were marking the vehicle up as much as $10,000, which I do not know why anyone would even believe that. In fact after some research they were the most expensive by a long shot. I found 3 other dealers who were marking the vehicle up about $1,200. Later they came back via phone with a much better price, which I agreed and they agreed to put the vehicle on hold for me. However they kept dragging the process out when I tried to give them the deposit so I could pick up the vehicle later the same day. No one would return my phone calls for hours. When someone did finally answer my call they said the vehicle had just been sold. I am quite sure they sold the vehicle to someone who did not do their research and who agreed to pay a much higher price. I bought the vehicle several days later at another dealership. Before buying from this dealership I would check Kia prices at all the dealers within 100 miles, it saved me $4,000 dollars over their original deal. After this experience I will not even take my car there for service.

It shouldn't take 2 hrs. to do an oil change. Free or not. Customer service isn't friendly, and there are always workers standing around doing nothing. Complimentary car wash, and vacuum is a joke. I suggest taking your vehicle to Take 5. They will change your oil, top off your fluids, and do a free inspection in less then 15 minutes, no appointment needed.

My wife went here to have her car serviced while under warranty and was treated reprehensible. First, the service center representative advised her that checking the error codes on her vehicle would cost $100 (a free service at Orlando Kia and any auto parts store) my wife unwilling to pay the $100 advised them to check to see if it was covered and if not to withhold it. After several hours the head foreman comes to her with a bill for it and advised her that the error code was due to a problem she previously had repaired at this horrid establishment. She states that she didn’t want the $100 charge and they advised her that they would not return her vehicle until she paid. I had to be put on the phone with this man to explain how they were not to perform this without advising her, and he had the audacity to say “well she signed this checkin paperwork she needs to pay. Or I’m not giving her car back.” After an unfruitful back and forth I was told that he had no managers available, mid day on a Saturday, that he was the highest ranked person at the facility. I advised him that I needed the general manager, after some time he miraculously found a sales manager. This manager immediately became infuriated at my notion that my wife was misled and stated “I have 120 cars here today and she has been the only complaint.” After another unfruitful conversation he stated that he would wave the fee and would give my wife her car back. But refused to give any paperwork of the service she went there for in the first place. Finally they gave her paperwork and when it was incorrect the foreman gave my wife an exacerbated “really?!” And slammed a door open and closed to get her the correct paperwork. A complaint will be filed and I highly advise anyone looking for Kia service to go to Orlando Kia. My wife has had nothing but courteous service and effort on their part. Bill Bryan should be ashamed of this establishment.

Awful. Found a car I wanted online. Gave them all info on the phone. Told them we could only pay 320/mo. and it is a 2 hour drive each way so I do not want to come if it won't work. Triple checked that the deal would be for my trade and 320. Was told no problem if my car appraised as it should. Well... my car did appraise but they quote me in the 400s. I told them of what was said on the phone. They looked up the notes and it said exactly what I said. Manager told me because it didn't say anywhere that they promised or guaranteed the price, they weren't obligated. I kept asking why they told me to make the drive?? They eventually said they'd deal in the high 300s. NO, NO, NO. Do NOT believe these people. Wasted a vacation day driving and dealing with this! They only got the 1 star because my sales lady who was not at fault was nice.

So at the Gym this morning I get a text from the dealership asking when would be a good time for me to come. I told them I'd head that way after I leave the gym. It took an hour drive to get there, then they tell me they took the car to their other dealership this morning and it was waiting for me. It's another 15 min away. I get to the other dealership to see my new car and they told me that someone else was signing the paperwork for it as we speak, however they had a couple other cars I could look at. I was shocked! I believe they tried to do a bait and switch with me, and the car I wanted never did exist at their dealership yet they thought if I came in that I would purchase something else??? I walked off their lot and wasted my Saturday because of a crooked car dealership. Live and learn. I will never go back to them.
