They have a new crew from my last visits (10 years) They helped me with my immediate problem for no charge(tire pressure). However, I was hoping to see if someone would point out my low tread on my front tires and at least check my oil reading. Usually they are trying to get you to purchase services. I don't mind them telling me what work is needed. I just don't like being pressured and overcharged.

PART ONE: Let’s start from the beginning. July 2018, I walked into Bev Smith Kia because they advertised a Kia Rio for $1000 ‘as is’. Extremely interested with cash in hand, I intended to purchase my first car. Shortly after arriving to the dealership, my salesman walks me around to other cars after barely looking over the Kia Rio to show me my “options”. I prompted the salesman I wanted to look at the Kia Rio again because that is what I was prepared to buy. The salesman let’s me know that suddenly the Rio was “sold” to another customer instantly. Suspicious. There on, being only 18 with no credit file, I was pressured into financing a Kia Soul with no co-signer at my disposal. This, I believe was a Friday.. I signed papers for a car I was not allowed to take home. The salesman advised me that the 2010 Kia Soul needed to be put through “service” before I could take possession of the vehicle. The weekend rolls by and Monday comes along. Excited, regardless of being scammed into buying something I really couldn’t afford, I show up to the dealership to pick up my car. I take the car and the next day, I take the car into 95 to get to my job. Instantly notice at any speed over 40MPH the car viciously jerked from side to side. I take the car back to Kia furious that they sold me a broken car that they said they put through service, when the alignment was obviously so bad, Kia and I ended up making a deal to put me in a different car that was less deadly. Wrong. Not even a week into me going through hell over my first car and numerous trips to the dealership, I am now placed into a 2014 Forte Koup EX. Sounds like an upgrade, no? Wrong again. When I received the Forte, I was told specifically they cannot put any money into the car being the dealership already lost money because of me in the first place. I’m referring to the brakes specifically. Kia traded out a car with basically no alignment with a car with no brakes. The warped rotors have ruined my brakes to where the car skids whenever I hit the brakes, no matter the speed. Be mindful, I have been a loyal customer to Bev Smith through the entirety of the circus show. I have also sent my 2000 Ford Explorer to this dealership to be fixed, and that turned into a nightmare when service was done to my truck while under Kia’s possession that was NEVER PERMITTED, in which does NOT have my signature for approval and I was not told until AFTER the fact.

I just wanna say I just bought my brand new 2020 Telluride and i love it.. this is my 3rd car I have gotten from this place and every time my service has been amazing.. from providing snacks and drinks, to a play area to keep the kids busy to wonderful sales men and woman who worked hard to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. My daughter car was bought in from Collision Professional to have the AEB system fixed and 20 minutes later the light came back on and now they are acting as if her car problem is not important but was paid by my car insurance to fix the problem. Amazing customer service from my sales rep Sandra but the finance department was not so pleasant. I went on Sunday and purchase a car they took my down payment and we signed paperwork after being there for 5 hours but would need to return to sign final bank paperwork. I left driving what I thought was MY NEW CAR. I recieved a call 4 days later to come sign my final paperwork were I was told I needed to place an additional $1000. down. Unable to put down another large amount down that night I had to return the vehicle. I called 8:30 the next morning with another $1000 and they told me to come In after work. I went in and they insisted selling me a different car than the one I'd been driving all week. Come to find out after 45min of trying to convince me this other vehicle was a great deal I was told they sold the same car I already signed for to someone else. Wow how do we even sell the same car twice? Truly heartbreaking!! Thanks Kia for letting your customers down. Please don't suggest I call Jeff the General manager.......he does not have a clue either.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Forte January 9th of 2019. January 17th my check engine light came on for misfire in the motor. I purchased my vehicle with 24 miles on it and drove home to Missouri putting 1600 miles on it. While at the shop we noticed swirl spots where bev smith Kia attempted to polish. After talking to Frank the sales manager he told me I needed to bring the car back to Florida to get my car fixed for the polish and he won’t do anything to get it fixed down here. This dealership was very unhelpful and would not recommend Bev Smith kia to anyone.

Do your homework before buying a car here. I have purchased many cars from them, but this time was different. They increase the price of a car from the sticker price by almost 3K for nitrogen air and a pinstripe according to the side add on paper (cost is less than $200) then they want to give you discounts based on the increase they made. So that equals the consumer paying more than the sticker price. When I asked a salesperson why are they doing this way of selling cars, I was told that comes from the people on top of the company. So everyone who reads this, please do your homework with other dealerships that don't raise the price and add dealer fees. After nine years with them, we traded all of our Kia cars and went to another dealership where the experience was amazing. Don't give your money away!!!!

I walked in on a busy Saturday. I was greeted with a smile and although I was simply trying to gather information, I was treated with respect and didn't feel as if I was being a bother. The sales team was able to educate me on the features of the Optima that I was interested in which was tremendous being that I have not driven a Kia before. I was able to test drive a unit that suited my needs and within a reasonable amount of time, I was even given pricing and options with regard to financing. Bad Business, LIARS! Anything to get your money. 2 years ago, I traded in a car and thought that I brought a new one. A week later, I was told to come back per Dave that the deal will not be made. He had a better deal. It turned out to be a 4 year lease car. I told him many times that night that I could not lease because I do to many miles. He kept telling me not to worry and do not go over 60000 miles which is not true. I told he it would not be 2 years before I am back. He said that He was work with me. I had a bad feeling but I took the lease. Well, I was doing my service and I had over 40000 mile to see Dave in August. He told me to make an appointment and he had another deal no money down and 590 a month. By the end of the night, they want 1500 down and over 60 month. I not falling for another deal. I was told well you got paid today and you couId use your paycheck. No way! I receive an email from Frank Gonzalez asking about my service. I sent an email to him and never receive an answer. Don't even get me starting about free tire. They wait until your tires are baled to replace them and charge you 25 per and they would only change two. VERY DANGEROUS since I drive 710 early in the morning. LIARS AND CROOKS!

My tire light came on so I went in to have the service department check it out for me. While it was late in the afternoon and I did not have an appointment, the service representative was quick to assess my situation and showed immediate concern for my safety. One tire was indeed visibly VERY LOW and so the service representative took action to provide me with the most thorough examination of the tire possible. My tire issue was able to be plugged and all my tires were checked out and I felt REAL and very sincere CONCERN (above and beyond) for my safety as regarded this event. I had a service for my vehicle, when I arrived my car got pushed behind all walk ends, after following up because my car had not left the technician area they said my clipboard was missing and they forgot about it. After the service was done the service Tech claimed my front tires were fine, when I inspected them getting home later that night I see that the rubber on my tire is deteriorating The inconsistency and carelessness of this service area is sub par.

They are very quick at taking your money when you buy a car but now that I need help I’ve been calling over a week and still no one will return my calls or voice mails. Even the person who answers the phone recognize my voice but still won’t get me help. I even spoke with the salesman who sold me the car, he said he would call me back and I still have not got a call. What does it take to actually get someone to help you? Sold my fiance a total lemon. Kia knows they used defective parts in their cars but refused to cover it. Escalated into an actual case and have heard no response. Kia sells disposable garbage cars. Well actually they LEASE AND FINANCE cars to people who can't afford them. They charged me for work on my truck and when I got it back it was not even fixed (wheel bearings last allot longer than 1 year) this place is a joke and encourages the destruction of what little auto manufacturing is left in America.

I was denied free battery apparently because I was not servicing the care at the dealership (they don't tell you that when you buy the car) I was also informed that i needed a brake job among other things but I could not afford the quoted price. Upon going to a tire place the next day with regards to a low pressure indicator, the crew there could not find the custom key to remove the lug nuts for my custom wheels. This meant that the dealership did not return the key when they looked at my brakes. The service person I talked to denied losing the key and lied to me saying that they did not remove my tires. So how then could she say my brake pads were are 2/32nds of an inch if the tires were not removed as they are invisible to the eye inside the calipers. Either she is lying about the inspection or about the removal of the tires. when i asked to speak to the the manager she said that she was the manager and I am certain that is a lie also. Her name is Laura. The manager at the tire store asked me if this was KIA in fort pierce and I confirmed. He also has had lousy service there. I had to go purchase a replacement key which cost me $50. Laura did not even give me a chance to ask her to have someone look for the key on the premises since she insisted that my tires were not removed. I will never go there again and will be posting similar reviews on every conceivable website I can think of including Yelp and Google.

Service is good. Just make sure to sign your final documents about financing before you leave with your car. They promised me a monthly payment according with my budget and 9 days later they called me to sign the final documents and the last offer was way over our agreement and higher interest. In the Kia Service Area, they have a very good service. One of their employees, Peter, is awesome! I think it’s very sad when one of our finest Police Officers for over 16 years goes to your dealership to buy a new car and was treated so disrespectful, degraded and made to feel worthless. One of your sales ladies was helping Theresa and her Dad and showing new cars to them and they were being treated very respectful. Then you have a manager who interrupts very nasty and says What do “ YOU PEOPLE “ want now numerous times. “YOU PEOPLE” Seriously!!! It takes a strong person to be who they truly are in this world. And another one that was ridiculous. Your manager was being a bully and disrespectful. Wait times are excessive. Technicians are horrible and don’t do their job correctly. Gouged my vehicle several times removing a door handle that had been recalled. Tried sending me on my way with the damages. Ended up making them fix it which took a few weeks. Then other things stopped working correctly from them having to take my door apart; They did however provide me a loaner. I take my daughter with me and other littles are also in the waiting area; I’ve had to ask them to please change the channel on the TV; because inappropriate material on the screen. Jake has always went above and beyond, but the technicians need much improvement. They always forget to fill something or my tires are over or under filled and not equal in pressure. They’ve even forgotten to change my oil change sticker in my window. They’re just in a huge hurry and are careless in my opinion. I honestly keep going back because of Jake. He goes above and beyond. The waiting area does have snacks and coffee, which is nice when you’re waiting for hours for an oil change. Hopefully, it gets better, but so far I can’t say I’ve ever had a positive experience here.

I bought a Kia a few years back and I have been very happy with the vehicle. Additionally, I have been very happy with the service department. Today I had my service done and while waiting, a salesman came in and gave a sales pitch to everyone (annoying but no big deal). After he finished he called on each person sitting down and asked them what they were driving, is it paid off, how many payments, etc. This sales tactic of taking a captive audience and putting them on the spot felt intrusive. A few people walked outside and started talking about how uncomfortable it felt. No problem with the pitch but the follow up was too much. Make the pitch and then let everyone know you will be available. Let the customer make the next move.

The salesman, Tony Cross, was excellent. He was kind, considerate, and patient. He should be commended for his salesmanship and personality. I would love to deal with him again on another purchase. However, the manager, Jeff Serio, was completely the opposite. On my first visit I was quoted a price. On my return visit to purchase the vehicle, he would not honor the price quoted to me. He was very rude, inconsiderate, and pushy. I ended up paying $5000 more than the price quoted. I would never want to deal with him again. I feel that Kia is a joke atleast this 1 as they didnt want to sell the sportage for a good price. Lied on the numbers. 2016 for 19,999 when internet marked as 15,9xx found a 2017 for 15,9xx 7 mins away at arrigo 1 year newer with 10,000 less miles and in better condition. I ended up leaving with a 2018 with 11miles on it for less. These Con artist I picked a dented car n scratched n scuffed inside and out they didnt bother to budge the price go out of town or look around seriously.

Terrible experience. Similar to many of the other 1 star reviews I was also duped at Bev Smith Kia Ft Pierce. I was 23 years old 6 years ago naieve and conned into a car by Scott Graham. I was conned into buying gap insurance from Graham, what a scam that was. Counting down the last few months to making final payment, where I was sold on a gap insurance that the dealership offered. Scott Graham claimed that the $750 gap insurance I purchased would be refunded in full if I didn’t have to use it through paying off the car and here the kicker plus interest. Shortly after buying the car just past the warranty date, mind you I bought this car with 40 miles on it, my radio went out. I called to see what the deal was, was told I needed to pay $50 diagnostic fee and if it wasn’t under warranty I would have to pay the fee plus cost of replacement. Fast forward a few more years when driving to work, I pulled into a gas station, came out and the shifter was stuck in park. Had to pay to have it towed to a dealership only to be told I had to pay a $50 diagnostic fee, plus cost of repair part of $250, go on YouTube find out it’s a plastic clip that cost me $15 on Amazon. This place is outrageous. Tires and batteries for life, funny because nobody informed me that I had to do any servicing through them to get this. I live I. Palm beach gardens and to drive to ft pierce every time I needed something done on my car would never work. But of course Scott Graham, salesman of the year assured me I could have done servicing at any Kia dealership. I submitted my gap insurance refund request 7 weeks ago working with Samantha Sandvik, who assured me the check would be in the mail and I would receive in 4-6 weeks. Here we are 7 weeks later, 25 phone calls and left messages to the finance department I demanded to speak to finance. Finance couldn’t even pull my information up in their computer asking me if I even bought my car from their dealership as I stare down at my receipts then informs me that it wouldn’t even matter because I payed my car off on time and not early. I was scammed by Bev Smith Kia after purchasing a car with a final drive off lot value of $27,000. No gap rebate, no tires and batteries for life, and no customer service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone,

Had a get experience at Kia in fort pierce. They treat their clients very well. My business that day was to get my car serviced and that department helped me get what needed to get done with such professionalism. While waiting for the car to be service was offered water and a ride home for I wouldn’t have to wait so long in the waiting room. I found the vehicle we wanted through carfax. One of the things I researched was shopper reviews of dealerships and Bev Smith dealerships held up pretty well. The salesman I dealt with, Chris, was polite and very helpful. We had a good time talking to him. The finance manager was too. I did have 2 negatives though. First, they hand you a disclosure form to sign that basically says they can do anything they want with your personal information. Secondly, the chairs they have you sit in are horrid. My back acted up after sitting in them for too long. I still give them a 5 though. Despite the gong (buy a car there and find out what I mean LOL)

The lack of communication and lieing to your face is completely unacceptable. What started off as one of the best moments of our lives quickly turned into our worst nightmare. We lost our vehicle that they told us to give back to our other dealer and lost the car they reassured was ours countless times. We understand that financing falls thru, but to play around with peoples lives and not inform them when people are making decisions based on what you tell them is WRONG!! It would be different if you all were candid and explained the process instead of destroying someones lives. Had a horrible experience at this dreadful place. The salesman lied to me the entire time I was with him. Lied to me about competitor cars by providing misinformation (some of it I already knew was a lie, other stuff I researched later) to try and sell me on the Kia. Sure doesn't instill much confidence in the cars he's selling if he has to lie about other manufactures to make their own cars look good in comparison. He even lied about the car itself, he acted like it had the best safety ratings in the class, which is factually incorrect because it's actually on the lower end of the class. But once again here's the thing, I did research prior to going to the dealership on the car, even with knowing about some of it's inadequacies I was still interested in the car. I didn't need to here this guy lie about it the entire time to try and sell it. Here's the biggest issue, and I was aware of it and walked out right away because of prior research. I originally saw the car online, I told him this when I got there, so I knew ahead of time their online price and whether it was certified or not. The price they had online was $11,559, and it was not listed as a "certified Kia" on their website. After waiting like 15 minutes to get the car ready, test driving the car, and then sitting around inside for about 20 or so minutes, he comes back with their "best price" of over $16,000 (I forgot the actual price but it was around $16,500). I said that's crazy (the online price is actually fairly priced but that 16k+ is severely overpriced) and walked out the door. I guess salesmen at Bev Smith Kia think everybody that walks through that door is an absolute moron that does no prior research, so they try to rip you off for every dollar they can pry from you coffer. I will add that after I said how ridiculous that price was, he then tried LYING to me that the car was a certified Kia. Not only does the website not list it as such, he literally told me during the test drive that it is NOT a certified car. Even if it was certified he told me a price 5k over the online price, is he crazy? This man was literally lying to my face once again about a very important aspect of the car. You don't get their impressive warranty unless you're either the first owner or the car is Kia certified. He also basically called me a liar when I told him the online price for the car and he said "show me" in an aggressive tone as if I were lying to him. As I was walking out the door and heading towards my car he ran and chased after me up to the door of my car and even stood their for a moment as I backed out. Too be honest it was somewhat threatening that he would do that. All in all it was a terrible experience at Bev Smith Kia and I will never be back. I will also make sure to spread the word and tell everybody I know to stay away from this place. I doubt I'll even buy a Kia at all from any dealer after this.

Very unprofessional. Found a car we were interested in and wanted to know what the payments would be like. We waited over 2 hours and they didn't bring us the information until we walked out and got in the car to leave. The kicker is they didn't even give us the information for the car we wanted, but a different car that I told them over three times I was NOT interested in at all. There was no other customers in the show room at the time either, they were all sitting around chatting so there really wasn't any reason for that at all. I've been to so many dealerships and never have been as irritated as I have with this one. Seriously, don't waste your time. Go to Honda instead, much better service there.

My inoperative car was in another Kia lot in Vero Beach. I live in Vero as well. We have been clients of BevSmKia or many years and wanted to deal with them. Manager Brendan and Salesman, Ramon, came to the rescue and got us and our wreck to BSK. We wanted a white Rio. None available, and we were not too pleased with the color of the one available. Brendan promised a "truly great deal" if we took it anyhow. We did. On reflection the "deal" was not that great, but the way we were treated, every detail looked after, sometimes at great inconvenience to either Ramon, Brendan, or both, relieving us of much anxiety and stress---all that we found quite impressive. THEY BOTH DID A GREAT JOB. We are satisfied.

This place has the worst customer service i have ever seen. You feel like you are bothering people if you try to ask for snything. Everyone is fake nice if they smile at all. If you try to call your put on hold for 10 minutes. They cant get things straight in the service department. They try to make you pay for things even if you have it in your contract that things are supposed to be covered. They dont pay attention. I was hung up on 4 times when i had a problem. I'd like to start by saying I never knew how much loved bev smith kia of Stuart until I had to deal with Fort Pierce! I knew I loved Stuart but didnt think the same Kia branch would be so very different from location to location. Stuart has new owners so I had to go to Fort Pierce to keep my tires and batteries for life. I wont be doing that again! I got there 15 minites early. The service man came up to my car and got my name. I had a 330 appointment. I had to tell him what my appointment was for. He offered me a car wash which I turned down.He sent me inside to wait. I waited for 30 minutes before another man came in with my paperwork. Thats 15 minutes past my appointment time. He then informed me they would get started and id get my car back clean. I told him I already turned down the car wash. I didnt want to wait longer than I needed too. My car was just washed 2 days ago. Letting them wash it always adds 30 minutes. He said they would skip the wash and noted that on my paperwork. I waited for 2hrs before the man came back in to let me know it was almost finished. 30 minutes later it finally was. They washed it! So I was kidding about the time it adds. Google says an oil change should take 15-45 minutes when you take your car somewhere and 30-60 minutes if you do it yourself. So why does theirs take 2hours with counting the car wash. I had an appointment! I was not a walk in! The whole time I waited into there was a non service dog there barking on and off because there were children into and he doesnt like them. Well I dont like dogs where they don't belong. Mine was at home for my whole appointment. Anyhow the man walks me to the counter to pay and I had a coupon to which he questioned where I got it. Then when I stated from theit website he went on to not believing me saying they took them down. I literally had to go on their website to show him how I found it before he would apply it. Then there's my bill. An oil change and filter is 21.49 yet my bill was $57 before the coupon and $47 after. At Stuart and everywhere else ive been in my life for an oil change the labor is including in the price. Not at Fort Pierce. They charge $28.46 for labor on an oil change. And another 3 misc charge on top of that oil change. So basically my bill is double at Fort Pierce than its ever been at Stuart so my tires and batteries arent free because they are charging me twice the amount for a basic oil change to make up for it! At Stuart I paid $27 for my oil change plan which included that tire rotation, cabin filter and check and adjust tire pressure and my multi point inspections were free. The more I stare at my Fort Pierce bill the more I dont understand it. Under the $28.46 I was charged for the oil change and filter, labor, tire rotation, multi point inspection, tire pressure and fluid top off but then I was charged 21.49 for oil filter so I paid for the filter twice? My point is Fort Pierce is a huge scam!!!! 2.5hrs and paying double the cost. The man gave me my key and left me to pay my bill and I didn't see him again. I left to find my car on my own. Stuart goes over all the prices with you before and after. Keeps you updated. And while both places have snacks Stuart employees walk around to personally check on their clients. And also personally walk you to your car after everything is done. Stuart customer service is 100% every step of the way. Mo and Jerry go out of their way to take care of you and make you feel welcomed and valued!!! I'm giving up my tires and batteries for go back to amazing customer service with 100% up front honest staff that treat you like family and know you by name!!! At Fort Pierce if an employee doesnt have to help you then you wobt even get an hello or smile when you pass them. Ive never had such unfriendly service!

Honestly, Mason’s professionalism blew me away from beginning to end. I’m glad I own more than 1 Kia vehicle because I will be bringing my other vehicle to him as well.
