He was very patient and laid back and went out of his way to find the car I wanted to look at and bring it from another dealer, so that I was able to do so. He worked with me to get help get me the best possible deal. Very nice guy, and hands down one of the best car salesmen out there, so if you're looking for a great car buying experience, i highly recommend going to see Paul G at Autonation Cadillac!

I bought my car a couple years ago and the service was great all around. However, the service has been extremely poor after I traded it in at another dealer and requested reimbursement of multiple coverages I had purchased. I made several calls to speak to the rep Matt DeCoste and he never replied. I ended up driving to the dealer and asked to speak to him in person. During my visit, I offered him all the reimbursements I was requesting but he stated he didn’t them. After a month, one check came in and I waited for the other another month before I inquired. I have reached out to him at least 3 times by email and once by phone but I have not received an answer. Customer service is definitely not one of his qualities or concerns. I know this is not representative of AutoNation or Cadillac and someone needs to correct this incomprehensible service.

I really want to thank Alfredo in the service department. I had unknown issues with a vehicle I had purchased elewhere, brought it into Auto Nation Cadillac and he kept me in the loop everyday my vehicle was in the shop. He returned all of my phone calls and was always nice and prompt. While fixing my suspension, he noticed another issue with the shocks and informed me he already had the warranty approve the repairs on that as well. I HIGHLY recommend their service department and I will not take my Navigator anywhere else. Thank you Auto Nation Cadillac I’m Port Richey & a Very Special Thank you to Alfredo!

I bought a used Mercedes at Autonotion Cadillac. I was only provided one key upon purchase of the car. Within 48 hours the key stopped working and I wasn’t able to start my car. I spoke with the manager and was able to get a second key made at no cost to me. They kept telling me the reason the first key wasn’t working was due to the battery. The battery has been replaced 3 separate times and it still doesn’t work. 12 days after purchasing the vehicle it stopped running. It was towed to the dealership and was discovered that it was a bad fuel pump. I asked if I could return the vehicle and was never able to get an answer. The Mercedes dealership that had my car in for repair had a difficult time getting a response from their fellow store I bought the car from. My car ended up being in the shop for 14 days. My car was in the shop longer than what I was able to drive it for. Terrible experience.

Went there for my 10:15 appointment was told on the phone that they can program my two new fobs to my car for $49 told the guy that I had the original fob it just didn't work he told me no problem just bring it up and it will program the new fobs for $49 I get there for my 10:15 appointment and I'm told to wait in the waiting area a Woman by the name of Nicole come and got me out of the waiting area told me that it was going to cost a hundred and something dollars to program my new jobs because I don't have the old one I said that is not true I have the old one it just isn't working she said we have to program the new Bob's you need one working pop feel like it was bait and switch I told them in the beginning I had a bob original one that was not working that's why I bought two new remotes it is not a hard process to program these Bob's other than the fact that you have to go through a dealer I would have no problem paying the $49 but I have a big problem paying $100 when I'm told a different price

Best Cadillac Dealer wife and I have ever been to. Car was in for almost 2 weeks as it had several hard to diagnose problems. We were offered a 2019 Cadillac XT4 with 600 miles on it, as a loaner car. Thanks to Jeremy, Jay, and everyone at Autonation Cadillac. We didnt buy our car from them as we wanted an all wheel drive CTS, which proved very hard to find here in Florida. Jeremy had no problem servicing our 2014 CTS that was still under warranty, even though they didnt sell us the car. Hard to find such great service anywhere in modern times. I'd give 10 thumbs up if I could, but I only have 2!!!!

Wow. WOW. W-O-W. My experienced sales pro, Paul Wittke DAZZLED me. Before, during and after the purchase of my new 2019 ATS Coupe. The entire dealership pulled out all the stops and found me what I wanted and what I almost gave up on finding... going all the way to Joplin, MO to locate the car I wanted. And THEN... they clobbered the other dealer on price. I got a sunroof for $1,397 LE$$ than the one I almost bought from another dealership. Due to my location & circumstances... they even delivered the car to me with a full tank of gas. I've only ever owned GM vehicles after having sold Chevrolets from '73 - '84 and 'over-the-top' service is one reason why I'll never own anything but Cadillacs from now on. This is my second new Cadillac and I love my 2012 CTS Coupe but the new one is LOADED with high tech features and the 2.0 L turbo is a rocket. DO NOT PAY MORE FOR LESS VEHICLE elsewhere. too lenthy to describe, came in service issues on 10/15/19 with a left side door panel to have a pin hole repaired, was instructed to bring vehicle in for repairs because their subletter only comes in on Tuesdays for said work. turns out this guy only comes on Mondays, nqw my car sat there from Tuesday thru Friday adorning your service ctr.only to be told I have to drive vehicle another fifty miles back to dealership for door panel repair. We took our Cadillac for a quote for a small oil leak and at the last minute asked to include a quote for a coolant flush for safe measure. After originally taking it to our mechanic he suggested that we take it to the dealership due to the 2.0 and location of the leak. He felt changing the gasket seal was a common job Cadillac could perform quite easily. As we were showing the service manager at the dealership where the leak was located he immediately pointed out some dirt located at the front of the engine. He said "it looks like you have a little something, something going on here as well". My husband whipped his finger at the location he was talking about and we could clearly see it was dirt and not oil. From that moment we should have gone with our first instinct and drove away, but foolishly we left the vehicle. 24 hours after we left the vehicle Alfredo Crespo called with a RIDICULOUS quote of over $1600 and proceeded to say "now here's the quote for the additional repairs that we found". At that point my husband stopped him and told him not to touch the vehicle that we were on our way to pick it up. When we arrived at the dealership about 1/2 hour later, Alfrado provided a bill for the coolant flush that we did not approve. He stated since the mechanics already had the vehicle hooked up to the machine, we were obligated to pay even though the service was not done. We will never bring our vehicle back to this dealership again nor will we recommend them. From the beginning they were very unprofessional, untrustworthy and provided a very poor customer experience for us.

I was taken aback by Fredo (sp) and his lack of professionalism when we first met. He talked at me and walked off while I got my things and my husband. Luckily the walls are glass around the offices and I saw which one he went into and found him. He was short and curt and impersonal. When he told us how long the service would take, he told us we could wait in the waiting room. I had to ask about the shuttle service because it was a long time and that guy was super nice and helpful.

The appointment was easy to make, and getting a loaner car was an easy process. The fact that they wanted us to do almost $1,800 worth of work was simply RIDICULOUS. My car has 35,000 miles on it, and when I purchased it a year ago we purchased the maintenance package. They wanted us to add all different kinds of oils and fluids, and wanted to charge us for these, even though we bought the prepaid maintenance plan. Our tire had a nail in it, they wanted us to purchase 3 new tires. The tires do NOT need replacing, we took the tire to a tire store and they patched it with a lifetime guarantee for $25. Like I mentioned ... we have been with Cadillac for just over a year. We have encountered two different dealerships and have dealt with NOTHING but problems when servicing our car. The service is in fact so bad that we will be getting rid of the car and going back to Audi in April.

WARNING!!!! READ BEFORE GOING!!! Disgusting place with horrible service and a bunch of liars. I don't know where did all the good reviews come from but I'm very sure that they are not authentic. I can say that after my horrible experience here. I came here to purchase the pre-owned Lexus ES 350 I saw on their website. First of all, I made an reservation online. On the day of the appointment, I drove an hour to get there and 5 minutes before I turn into the dealer, they called me and said that the vehicle is not there. So I drove another 1 hour home and the minute I got home, they called back and said the vehicle is actually there. So I made another appointment to see them the next day. After looking at the car I decided to buy it. They explained to me an ''extra insurance'' which will cost me an extra 25 dollar per month on my car payment for three years which will also covers for my gap insurance. There was a 4000$ deposit and I wrote them a check for that. After I got home, I found out that my 4000$ deposit went straight to the ''extra insurance'' which I only agreed to for 25$ per month, not 4000$. So initially, the car costs 16.534$, with tax and everything it comes to be nearly 20,000$. With the ''extra insurance'' and the fact that they didn't put my deposit toward the car but toward the ''mysterious insurance'' costs me an extra 7000$. I came back to talk to the manager and the finance guy. They both have attitude and they failed to explain to me what happened. They just got mad at me and took out my extra 7000$ in anger. it's a warning you guys, I don't want anyone else to be fooled by this. BE CAREFUL GUYS!!!! It's really a smart and quick trick to get more by covering with the ''mysterious insurance''. READ THINGS CAREFULLY, I did but I made a mistake by telling them I have an emergency at work. They use my situation to trick me while I was in a rushed.

Had an excellent experience....My salesman Dominick was awesome and delivered my car to me. Excellent price and everyone was very helpful. Would recommend this dealership. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because when delivered car had tail light burned out and two days later had to get new battery because one in vehicle was old and did not hold charge. Dealership was very helpful and covered the battery. Need to review the 150 point check procedure someone only did 148 . Would definitely purchase again here.

A salesman called me yesterday as I was trying to get information and clarification on a used Lexus they had in their inventory. After I asked a few questions regarding information they had wrong on the description the salesman jokingly admired “you probably know more about them than I do” which is fine. But after telling him of another vehicle of the same model with slightly different options he just asked me “than why are calling about this one?” Aside from the fact that this sales technique is not one that I have ever heard of and cannot be very effective, it is extremely rude, ignorant, and lazy. I hope this dealership better trains their employees in the way of sales and customer service. I wouldn’t have this guy making phone calls or trying to sell anything to anyone. If his performance is any indication of how the rest of the company operates stay away!

I paid top dollar for a used certified car. Just from the surface when I got the car home it needed tires, a key fob, and it was missing the manual, the tools and the jack. I don't know how it passed inspection when it wasn't even ready for the road. F.I. hit me at 20% which left me with an interest charge more then the car. However if I agreed to by gap insurance the F.I.salesman would lower the rate by 8% which conformed in my head that I was being scammed on the rate. I asked my salesman for help with the cost of the tools, jack, manual and tires. But now I have to have the car checked out totally. I don't think I will ever buy a car from you again or recommend your dealership to anyone.

The H3 is nice and the salesman and finance guy was great. Only issue is when purchased the sticker said came with autonation warranty, during purchase it was up in the air may not be warranted. After purchased I get email saying it is AS IS. So far the front window is leaking and the headlight switch has a short so the lights flicker. They offered for me to bring it back and find another vehicle but Im a truck driver and my home time is rare So im stuck paying to fix a car I just purchased. I guess the bait and switch worked like a charm.

Sitting in my car waiting for service watching the service people sitting in their offices when I finally decided to get out and see someone finally coming to me and asking me if I needed help. When I finally met with the service advisor his remark was I was too early. 20 minutes early. This is and has been the worst cadillac dealership I have ever been to. My car was filthy with grease from the mechanics who worked on it. Although I was offered a "detail" when I reported it the following day, I would have liked to have gotten my car back in the same immaculate condition that I left it in. The mechanics should be told to be more careful and the service dept. should actually LOOK at the entire vehicle prior to returning it to the customer. The grease that was left was almost impossible to remove and was on the dash, floorboard, front and back seat and the console. VERY disappointing!
