First things first, we did our research on used vehicles in the area and decided to stop in here after private deals fell through due to dishonest citizens. After following Sammy Rosado on Facebook for the last 3 weeks, we decided to pay a visit to All Star. One of the deciding factors to purchase the car was because Sammy was very polite and not your typical sleazy, lying car salesman and we were also secure in the purchase because we selected it from the Alan Jay Chevrolet lot. We had the option to view and select the vehicles from the online inventory based on our range and we actually ended up selecting a vehicle which was over our initial range but was priced very well based on the blue book value. We are happy with our purchase and I would totally recommend you see Sammy for an honest approach to car buying. Don't go in with the initial intent to low ball- check online at the selections, research and know exactly what you want then go and ask for Sammy Rosado! The experience was great and we really appreciated his humor and professionalism. Sometimes this can be lost when ppl are so hungry trying to secure the deal. Treat ppl with some genuine respect and they will leave buying a car. Good luck Sammy- our family wishes you all the success!

This is one of the nicest independent car lots I have ever seen. Their property looks great and their inventory is very high quality compared to similar car dealers. My friends tell me they do a great job with folks that need help with their credit but I haven't bought anything there yet. Right next door is a lower-priced independent car lot so might be a good place to visit because you have another option right next door.

At first it seemed good, they were great and friendly. 2 weeks down the line the car I purchase started to shake while driving. I had severe strut damage 800 in damage that I had to pay and rotted tires that they replaced with a set of old used tires and warped rotors. Our total investment after the fact was $2300. Big shout out to Miguel for doing his best but the honesty on the cars condition and the deniability when confronted was terrible for business. The excuse was it passed inspection which was even more scarier. Please stay away from these scammers.

Bought a 2014 car with low mileage. I was told it was certified and that there was a huge checklist they had to go over for this. I was told I had on star for 3 months. Today, 1 month later, the car won't start. Tried onstar, bit that also appeared to be a lie. Called the dealership, who would not help me. Seriously sleazy operators. They gave me a hard time buying it... Discouraged me from leaving, lied about the contract terms until I sat down to sign it, and misquoted several items. They never tell you the price of the car, just give you the complete run around
