We have had our car and truck serviced at Alan Jay Kia, Sebring. Always efficient and happy with the price. Most recently, we purchased a new Kia Sorento from Marty Rhodes. He was not pushy at all and was up front about everything. Went with my Brother, he had been to 2 other places and one wanted to give him little to nothing for trade, the other said he needed $4500 down payment, yes this was his first car purchase, but come on, he had good credit! We said let’s try Alan Jay Kia! What an absolutely wonderful experience, they made his dream come true, they asked what he needed and wanted and everyone made it happen! The experience buying my new Kia Optima at Alan Jay was just great. The minute that my wife and i walked into the Kia dealership general manager Mr Todd E.Leonard walked over to us and gave both my wife and i a big welcome he could not do enough for us he went over all the figures to show us which car would be the best car for our money. Both Todd and all of his staff could not do enough to please us they made buying a new car a great pleasure i will always recommend Alan Jay Kia to all of our friends who are looking to buy a new car to sum it all up if you tried the rest go to Alan Jay and deal with the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, This dealership had a bad review when I went. And they got it removed so let that me another red flag. The sales people here are awesome. It's everyone else you have to watch out for. When I went we haggled over the price until we came to an agreement. When we went to the Finance Dept. the Sales Manager had taken my trade out of the agreement. And added that ammount on top of what we were saposed to pay. Had I not droven almost 2 hours and spent another 2 there I would have walked. Because it was late they scheduled me to come back to have it detailed. Once I got home I looked at the miles the car that was saposed to have 96 miles on it had over 250. When I made almost another 4 hour round trip for the detailing the vaccum was broke and they ran a garden hose over it. Both the glue from the sticker was still in the window, and price paint on the windshield. After 3 weeks of going to the finance company, I get a bill from another bank they had waited so long the original company had killed the contract. I then had to go to the dmv and insurance company and change the lean holder. For the inconvenience of the original deal I got a couple free oil changes. But after my experience with this company I wouldn't trust them anywhere near my vehicle let alone under the hood. I leave you with the old saying "Buyer Beware" for this branch and dealership in general.

I bought a brand new Kia Soul in August of 2012. The radio went bad and now they want to charge me at least $1000.00 to fix it because the warranty was only for three years and had ran out , how convenient! How does a $20,000.00 get a radio that only last 3 years. Now what, I still owe 13,000.00 and have another three or so years with this car. I'm not going to have a radio?!!!!!! FN crazy and the dealer was not nice about it. DON'T BUY FROM ALAN JAY KIA IN SEBRING, THEY WILL SCREW YOU. DON'T BUY A KIA SOUL, their radios don't last. Way to much money for what you get. Also we were quoted one monthly payment and when we talked to the finance they could not do it. We were there for hours and I needed a car. There are a lot of cars I could of gotten for way cheaper and I should of but I liked this Kia and just went with it. Now I will never trust them or buy a car from them again.

I called this dealership on Thursday, asking about a used car they had. I live about two hours away, and the earliest I could come in was Saturday. I gave them my number and they told me that they would contact me if the car was gone before Saturday. Well, I drove two hours there on Saturday, and after waiting for 20 minutes for them to go get the car from a sister dealership, the sales guy comes back and tells me that the car went to auction. So if you call ahead and make sure they have the car they are advertising, I really wouldn't trust them if they tell you that they do.

MySedona was towed in on Friday, 10/t. You did not have the part. It is now 4 days later and still no part. I am paying $30 per day for a replacement vehicle from Enterprise. I need my Sedona repaired, not excuses for not having a part in stock.

Purchasing my Niro was a pleasant experience. The service department is filled with crooks though. I went in on Thursday because my low tire pressure alarm went off. They came back to inform me there was a nail in the side wall of my tire and it would need to be replaced. They had a replacement tire in stock but it would be $280 to replace! I had them give me my original tire back. When I got home I looked at the “bad tire.” The nail was actually in the tread and could have been easily removed and patched especially since the tire was practically brand new(only 3500 miles driven since I bought the car in August). I will never do any more business with Alan Jay Kia and I suggest everyone go elsewhere unless you enjoy flushing money down the drain.
