Vehicle taken in for oil change and had tires rotated. Met promptly upon arrival. Given amount of bill and told the approximate wait time. Even with a car wash my vehicle was finished before time. I have always been pleased with service each time vehicle has been brought in. Friendly staff, clean facility and snacks, water and television in waiting area.
Very quick service and found somethings wrong with the car that I didn't know about. I bought the car from a different dealer and these things that were found were a safety issue and are now being fixed by the other dealer all thx to Winner

Having just moved back to the US and in desperate need of car we headed over to Winner Dover. From the moment we pulled up, the excellent service started. Steve met us outside and guided us to the car we wanted. He and everyone working there that evening assisted in making the process painless. When we came back the next day to sign the papers, and noticing the % we got with or usual go-to loan provider, Logan( finance manager) said she may be able to get us a better deal without, and she did-- 1/2 of the % we were paying. She and everyone at Winner treated us more than just a customer. They're genuine and efficent! Amazing experience! Thanks.

If I could give fewer stars I would. Had an issue with a Subaru engine, went here to ask a simple question, asked for the service manager, we were told, "he's in a meeting, he'll be here in 10-15 minutes," an hour later, "he said he was almost done." A day later, we replaced the car, but we sure as hell didn't go here. Total waste of time. Only interested in sales and maintenance contract work, but as far as any kind of appreciation or loyalty to Subaru owners, forget about it. USELESS

First of all: the new turnoff lane to enter the facility is SUPERB! The traffic on RT 13 goes so fast. The drive in doorway to deposit my vehicle, really nice. All, (ALL) staff contact has been very good, professional and positive. I am kept informed of what the progress is for the service. The loaner car on this recent visit was a nice surprise. I enjoyed the temptation of a newer model of my Outback! That is an effective tactic! I hope your sales figures stay healthy, but I cannot contribute right now.
Overpriced vehicle inventory and they tried to lie to me about a car they had that I knew the actual history on. There's people that shop for cars and then there's people that know their stuff that shop for cars. Depending on which one of these you are you'll either have a good or very bad experience here, and if it's good it's probably because you didn't know any better.

The sales person who got in our face and told us we had to do a credit check before any test drive proved to me that you are a really screwed up dealership. I am going to spread the word that anyone with skin pigmentation should take their business elsewhere! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THE Klansmen!

Had to schedule a recall appt. They were able to schedule me a week out from my call and were able to arrange for a rental car for the 2 days. They called us multiple times a day to notify us of what they found on the car that needed to be addressed and the progress of the work. Will definitely go back here for maintenance again!

I saw a used Lincoln Navigator on their website, chatted with them about it got all the info and they invited me and my husband (who had a foot accident and can barely walk) to come a test drive the vehicle. They texted me the day before and told me to ask for the sales manager Sean Larry. We came all the way from Middletown and when we got there they said the car was sold and that the manager bought it! Needless to say we were not to happy! I don't know if this was a old bait and switch or just bad business practice. I could have been alerted about the situation none the less I will never buy from them. Total disregard for my time and gas.

My 18 year old daughter bought a used vehicle from the Subaru location on 5/2/19. The vehicle was exactly what she was looking for. She paid cash for the 2008 Honda CRV. The sales staff was friendly and we were able to be on the road back to PA in a few hours. She was given a 60 day temporary tag and they were going to take care of registering and the title work needed for PA. Near the end of the 60 days I called the dealership and inquired why we hadn't received the title yet. They stated there was an issue when the previous owner signed off on the the title. They issued another 60 day temporary tag. July 26 I called again and they stated they got things straightened out with the title and it was in Harrisburg Pa. They expedited the title so we should receive it soon. On Aug 12 I called and inquired again, they told me Harrisburg was going to send it out and we should receive it by Aug 16. Left a message for the sale manager on Aug 16 stating we still have not received the title. No response from him. Called this morning Aug 19 and was told to leave a voicemail with the title clerk as she was out. I was called back this afternoon and was told my daughter's drivers licence had expired. I said impossible PA issues a 4 year license, she got her license at 16 and she is now 18. I asked if she has a photo copy of her license, she did. She said it expires in 2021. I have no way to verify what they are telling me. The story never seems to add up. I looked back through my phone and counted no less than 34 times I have called or been called by Winner, most of these were me leaving messages with no response. I hate to have to leave a negative review, but this has gone on much to long. The second 60 day temporary registration is almost expired. It seems the only time they look in to this is when I insist on talking to someone. Simple resolution to this, get the title and registration to us!!!!!!! Also beware of their safety inspection fees when buying used vehicle!!!! 18 year old works hard to save her money only to get run around like this is unacceptable! Be a reputable business and do the right thing! Called 8/20/19 as instructed to talk to the general manager. I talked to the receptionist and asked for Louis, he is off this week

In my experience I feel they were untruthful when I presented a truck for trade in. Buyer and seller beware.
They do not fully do the multipoint inspection. I get a full synthetic oil change, a tire rotation and I needed a headlight changed first of all. The did not want to change the headlight because of a little condensation. I get that. However when the service is done, they tell me the air filter will need replacing next time (I clean it monthly and it's a lifetime filter), the brake fluid needs to be changed (did it 2 months ago myself), told me my tires will need to be replaced next year (the tires have 20k miles on them and have 5/32 to 6/32 tread) also they were overinflated which wears them out faster. Honestly I don't trust them with the service. Nice people, but they miss stuff. Oh and the previous time I got an alignment and my wheel was still off,as well as an oil change and they said oil was leaking from my timing chain. I jacked it up myself and degreased the bottom and drove it for a month, not a drop of oil. Scare tactics at its best. I may be driving to Denton or Salisbury for my next service.
RECALL WARNING TO ALL: 3 trips and 3 stereos in my 2013 Passat SEL. Still powers off/on/off/on at will. Winner Auto in Dover will not even LOOK at it again, stated right on my last work order. Stay away from VW if you want real service. Very disappointed VW fan, this is my 3rd Passat. NO MORE FOR ME, plus there's a TAKATA AIR BAG RECALL for those of you that aren't aware. I'd give 0 stars if I could. First replacement stereo was a refurbished unit, second replacement was taken from a car on the lot, was guaranteed this will fix the problem, not even close. Called about a certain vehicle, told the individual that we were driving two hours to see it and were told we would be taken care of. When we arrived the individual we spoke to had left for the day, we waited 30 minutes for another salesperson. After the person brought out the wrong car and I pointed out the one I was actually there to see they attempted to win me over by telling "stories" about their life relating to topics I brought up.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from Winner. Talk about a fantastic dealership and that includes the saleman, Robert, the sales manager, and the finance lady. I've bought many cars and usually hate going into dealerships especially being a female, but Winner is different! This was also our first Subaru purchase and Robert was great at explaining and going over what makes a Subaru different and safer. As far as the haggling went, it was straight forward and not a game with Winner, which we really appreciated. We received a fair value on our trade-in and a fair selling price on the new car without any fussing. More recently, we brought in the car for its first maintenance and Carol in the Service Dept is top notch. Normally we just take our cars to a regular shop for work, but we think highly of Winner and are happy to bring it in to their Service Dept. Thank you, Winner for a great team, superior customer service, and selling a badass Crosstrek to us!
The bait and switch champions Vehicles listed on website could not be sold for 30 days, a recall issue. Total waste of time for an out the door cash buyer. Unapologetic scam artists. The worst part is the salesman stated this happens all the time and that management is aware.

I bought my car at a Subaru in MD and thought this is would be a good close to home Subaru to get all my services, repairs, or any other issues. Turns out I was very wrong! After 3 different small issues I’ve come to the conclusion this Subaru is worthless. I love my car it’s great however after 4 trips and a month to get my TPMS light to go off and parts they “worked” on falling off I’ve been forced to find better places in Philly and Annapolis. Basically anywhere is better than this place. **Tip for anyone military in Dover just make the drive to buy/service you Subaru and having coworkers and friends with VW’s might not be the place to go for them either**

Have always had a great experience in the service department. Brooke is great! Super friendly and chill but extremely professional. Dealerships get a bad wrap with pricing but after checking a few quotes for brakes they were right on point with everyone else around and can get you in pretty quickly. Where Matt Slap Subaru never even returned my calls when I called them first since they are closer to me, the service manager was amazing quick with email responses when I had questions. I would give lower if that was a choice. A friend (female) spent 25 minutes waiting for a salesperson. Multiple salesperson walked right by her and only approached men. She was starting to think she was invisible until one couple actually pointed her out to the salesperson and said "She was waiting first". Only then did a salesperson approach her. Does this dealership not think women can by cars on their own or are they just not worth the time to talk to?

We got off to a rocky start when Gary overestimated my eagerness to buy the car we were interested in as well as my knowledge about the pricing of the car we were interested in. We wound up leaving the dealership without having done any serious negotiating. Sean Larry and Gary Mendez called the next day and indicated a willingness to negotiate further. Sean made an opening offer and I countered with what I felt was an acceptable price both for the new car and my trade-in and he accepted the offer. I gave him a deposit on the vehicle over the phone and within an hour we closed the deal via email. Several days later we came in to pickup our new Subaru Outback, handover our trade-in Honda CR-V and complete the paperwork and within an hours time we were able to leave with our new car. The entire sales staff was very professional and accommodating and I commend Sean Larry for getting us back on track. We had previously had our 2015 Subaru Legacy serviced for at Winner in Dover and been very satisfied with our experiences with your Service staff and their work. After being snubbed by another car dealership and visiting dealership after dealership, my wife and I finally found our way to Winner Subaru. After we started browsing we were met by James Bifferato, from the moment he greeted us I knew we were at the right place. My wife and I were looking for a smaller SUV, a good family starting car, James took the time and walked us around showing us all of options and explaining all the safety features and everything that went into the various cars. He was very knowledgeable answering questions from MPG to "How easy is it clean up kids messes". He definitely made the car buying experience easy with no added pressure. He reassured us that he was not going to send us home with anything less than the car that was the right fit, for the right price and the car we loved. I'm definitely not upset that I stopped at Winner Subaru, not only did I buy the perfect fit, but I found a place I can send all my friends and family knowing they are in good hands! Still waiting on Service Manager's explanation on why we weren't informed about $4000 worth of work needed on our Impreza until pick.up. Waited a month for an appointment , had our vehicle for nearly a week for air bag recall since our part was given to someone else. Worst service experience we have ever had. We are a Honda family that bought this used Impreza as a test to see if we are going to buy a new Subaru. The answer is NO! Honda will have another new car customer this weekend. If you want good service head to Price Honda...
The people who sold me my vehicle are the absolute WORST at customer service. They NEVER call me back and are taking their sweet time dealing with my tags. I have called several times and tried to resolve the issue for A MONTH now, to no avail. My salesperson said he would overnight me two items about two weeks ago- neither of which I've seen or heard about- one is a personal item I left in the car and the other item are the four mats that go in my car. I've probably called the dealership over a dozen times and have only spoken to my salesperson twice and the manager (who also sold me my car) once. I've left plenty of messages which are never returned and I've only spoken to them if I happen to catch them at their desk. I live out of state so it's absolutely ridiculous that I'm considering driving to Dover just to solve the issue. Furthermore, in my last call with the salesperson, he was unbelievably rude to me. The woman who is supposed to be dealing with my tags said she would call me back and I only have a certain amount of time before I lose my vanity license plate. I have done everything on my end (including solving the insurance and calling the DMV to make this easier for the dealership) and yet my hands are tied because everything I'm waiting for is on their end. Any dealership who treats their customers with this much disregard should not receive anymore business. At this point, I just want my items mailed to me and my tags to be figured out so that I can be done dealing with these people. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle, PLEASE for the love of everything, purchase your car at a different dealership.

I had an excellent experience buying my new Subaru Ascent from Lisa Smith, the Sales Associate. Sean the Sales Manager was just as awesome and closed the deal promptly and efficiently . It had to be the smoothest, easiest car buying experience I've ever had and I've been buying cars for many, many years! There was no long, drawn out haggling process involved and we were very comfortable in their fabulous waiting room with tons of complimentary snacks and drinks. It was definitely worth the nearly 2 hour drive from our home to purchase our car at this dealership. Lisa was very thorough and complete in going through all of the amazing options on this vehicle and guided us on a long test drive so we could be sure this was the vehicle we wanted.
Own a 2016 forester. Came in to check out some of the accessories, just to get an idea of what was available. After talking to the incredibly nice young lady in parts, i ended up buying some. Good job winner, and super helpful staff. Will return in the future!!!

She thoroughly explained and completed the multipoint inspection service plan. In my opinion Carol exuded competence and courteousness. The surprising part was her passion for Subaru. I felt as though she loved Subaru as I always have. When my Outback servicing was finished I received an immediate phone call that my car was ready for pick up. A day later I received a phone call to make sure that my Outback service was satisfactory, then I received a thank you note, and now a survey to comment on my outstanding experience I had with Winner Subaru. Walked around parking lot for 30 mins nobody helped us. Went inside and we had to hunt anybody down. Once we got a sales person we were told we couldn't test drive or sit in one of the new wrxs. They said they don't allow that until numbers are talked about. I don't see the point of wasting anybody's time with numbers if i sit in something and don't like it why go farther. I pulled up in a 67k suv with my husband and 6 yr old daughter and they state we might take it for a joy ride. Please i didn't get to where i am in life by taking joy rides. Dont waste your time at this dealership.

I needed a slight fix due to a gap on my dash where the speaker was placed. I happened to mention that my new car needed a bath and was told they would take car of that right away! So my gap was fixed quickly and I had a nice clean car when it was finished! I waited for maybe a half-hour for everything to be completed, in a beautiful, comfortable lounge, with a bottle of water and Olympic coverage on the large tv. Everyone was very nice and efficient.

Was in a bind when my car died while driving to Delaware. It was a 10 year old Subaru. Had it towed to Winner Subaru. Instead of putting major repair money into the old Subaru, I decided to buy a new one. Bob Jones, the salesman, was amazing and found me the perfect replacement. I was uneasy about all the new technology, but Bob explained all the new features and made me feel comfortable. The pricing was straight forward; in a short amount of time I drove out with a new car. Highly recommend Winner Subaru!
We had a wonderful experience at Winner Subaru! A big thank you to Mike! He was so friendly and right off the bat made our first time car buying experience super comfortable and not stressful! He has that 'family friend' vibe so we felt super comfortable with him. He took his time with us and helped us find the perfect car for our little family. He knew we were expecting our first child and we have pets so he kept space and convenience as a must for our new car! We ended up loving the Subaru Forester! The size is exactly what we needed and more! At the end he gave us a Winner Subaru teddy bear for the baby when he arrives! It's currently in the car seat (which fits perfectly with plenty of room) in our car! So ask for Mike if you're shopping for a new car! He makes sure all your car needs and wants are met!
Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer about three months ago. I noticed a grinding noise in between two speeds a few days after purchasing the car and took it back to them since it was under warranty. Since then, the car has been in and out of their shop for various reasons. Each time the car goes in to the shop, it comes out with another problem. On one occurrence, they attempted to diagnose a problem with the car, broke a cable, and then instead of replacing the cable, the zip-tied it back into place. They have made several attempts to fix the problem that the car originally went in for, but have still not fixed it. I was told by their service manager that if I turned the radio up loud enough, I wouldn't hear a thing... And to top everything off, after replacing some parts on my car a few weeks ago, my car now violently shakes during acceleration. Again, because it is under warranty, I returned to their shop, which was obviously a big mistake. Not even a day after it was in their possession, I began to notice very loud grinding noises coming from the front end which progressed to buckling noises, more grinding, and now I cannot drive the car at all. I have made multiple attempts to contact the owner of Winner Subaru, all of which have been unsuccessful. Needless to say, I will not be returning here for another purchase or to have my car serviced after they fix it. They have made my first car buying experience a complete nightmare. Save your time and money and DO NOT get involved with this dealership.

I purchased my car a 2014 subaru outback in October 2013 and my salesman name was Chris, he made the experience quite fun along with the finance man they were very entertaining to say the least I was very satisfied with the deal that I made. I just love the car and the safety ratings are an extra bonus.I had always wanted to buy one because I liked the way the car looked but for some reason always purchased another make I don't know if it was because the selection wasn't there with the previous owners, you can't say that now because WINNER SUBARU has one of the best selections to choose from. They introduced me to everyone that I may or will have contact with in the future for service and that was a nice experience too they were all very nice and friendly people. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or brand of vehicle to anyone.

I stopped by the dealership being "that customer" not having any clue what I wanted. I spoke with Tom E, and he showed me about 5 different cars. He even let me take one home! After deciding it wasn't right for me, I took it back the next day, and started looking at other dealerships. I received a call that night from Tom stating that he had found me the perfect vehicle! I came in the next morning, and he was right! I spoke to the finance manager Josh, who gave me a great interest rate, and a payment MUCH lower than what I was expecting. Not to mention he got me a great deal on an extended warranty(with no deductible!). I am confident that I got the best deal available. Whether you are a car buying professional, or in the "just looking" phase, I would highly suggest this team!
This dealership is great! I stopped in one night to look at a used 2005 Mustang GT. Things looked discouraging at first considering I am a first time buyer with little to no credit, but thanks to these guys, they helped me get approved. They managed to get me approved for a loan with pretty good APR considering my situation. The price was very affordable, especially for a 2005 Mustang GT, manual transmission, with great mileage which is hard to come by. Kris, and the guy from finance helped me out a lot. I definitely recommend this dealership.
We had a very pleasant experience at Winner Subaru when we bought our Forrester. Our salesperson, Lisa, was great! She went over & above to make us feel comfortable with our decision. We have used the service department at Winner for several years and have always been very satisfied with our treatment there. That is one of the main reasons we chose to car shop there.
In April of 2018 we traded in our Jeep Liberty on a 2018 Crosstrek. It was our first Subaru and we selected it based on research. When we entered, Jen Fowler greeted us with ZERO pressure. She let us walk around and look and when we were ready to sit down, she was very accommodating. Winner didn't have the vehicle we wanted and Jen searched high and low and eventually found one that had what we wanted. We drove home in our new Crosstrek without any bickering with the sales team. In fact we like our Crosstrek so much, we went back almost a year to the day we stopped back and bought a 2019 Ascent (yes, from Jen). Again, the dealership didn't have the exact model we wanted on the website but when we arrived, they had one with the options we wanted it just hadn't been processed into inventory yet. Jen grabbed the keys, we kicked the tires, and boom, it was ours! We've taken the Crosstrek to the dealership for routine maintenance and I've been impressed with the service department to date. So far, so good. We are now a two-Subaru family and it's all thanks to Winner Subaru, well, actually Jen! :)
Purchased a 2014 Forrester; Tom Enger was the salesman. Very happy with the our trade (2010 Forrester) for the new 2014 Forrester. Tom made the deal without any pressure; like the dealership and would highly recommend... The shopping experience for a new car like the Subaru does NOT have to be difficult; shop here and ask for Tom Enger!! Would highly recommend!!!

They were not very thorough when trying to fix my problem with the heat in my 2014 passat. I had to take it to a local mechanic who then fixed it.

We have had two bad experiences here. Sales staff who didn't know much about Subarus and management who were too busy to answer simple questions. The one manager who answers these reviews with an invitation to contact him....well he must just do that for appearances because when you try to contact him, he does not return emails.
Tom Enger was extremely helpful during and after the purchase of our new Tribeca. He could not have done more.
HORIBBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE! Winner Subaru and Ford are pathetic as businesses. Ford kept me waiting for over 3 hours to see a finance manager,on a Saturday, when the deal itself took only 15 minutes. When I finally approached Mgr about the wait and my anger,he said"dont buy the car then". Subaru, kept an order deposit of $500 for nearly 2 months after cancelling with the excuse "we forgot." Took a 2 year old car, purchased from Winner, in for a battery problem, was told it would cost $100 to diagnose. They said I was out of warranty but never checked for my extended warranty and they were told if the issue on the phone ahead of time but let me drive all the way there anyway. Final straw was making an appt. for a Sat. No mention of not being able to perform diagnostics on a Saturday when scheduling. Told over the phone they couldn't help me. Service agent said, "well, I dont know what it says our website." It appears that the 2nd generation of Hynansky ownership has forgotten all about customer service and only has time to count his money..AVOID WINNER DEALERSHIPS IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY, because they sure don't!

I bought my first car from this dealership. I found the car I had been wanting to get and it was at the right price. I stopped in that night and Kris Collins took the time to show me the car and made the experience enjoyable. I was really impressed with Tom Dewalt, he went out of his way to assist me in getting good APR, especially since this was my first purchase, and sold the car for a fair price. Overall they made the time I spent there enjoyable and I am satisfied with the purchase. I would go back to this dealership.
I purchased a Subaru Outback yesterday and couldn't be happier about the service I received from the entire team at Winner. My sales associate Mitch was helpful, accommodating and honest as were all of the Winner finance guys that I interacted with! I drove to Dover from Lewes after work and they even stayed late so that we could conclude the transaction and leave with my new car. They did that for me, not to pressure me. If you fear the car purchasing process then go to Winner... honest stress free service still exists! By the way, they sell VWs too.

Brought car in due to obvious bearing noise while still under factory warranty and was quoted almost $1000 for repair. Winner stated problem was caused by hitting a curb. It is a part covered by the factory warranty. I have 3 Subaru vehicles and will tell everyone I can about our experience at Winner Subaru.

I have always dreaded car buying because it has always been a horrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find a happy, informative sales person who wasn't just interested in selling me a car. He took the time to get to know us and actually spoke directly to me. Finally, dealers get that women buy cars with their husbands and they know what they want in a car. Ask for Nick.
I purchased a pre-owned car with the promise that they would fix a dent that was in the passenger side door. I've been in there 3 times and each time it's a different excuse and issue as to why the dent hasn't been fixed yet. Poor organization and customer service. Would not recommend.
From my greeting from the receptiontist to the waiting area and great customer service I highly recommend Winner Subaru. I will not go anywhere else to service my car.

I bought my Subaru at another dealer in Newark, but my next Subaru will come from Winner. Their service department is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is modern, their waiting area is comfortable with wifi and snacks, and they even have a courtesy shuttle if you'd like to shop or eat in the area while you're waiting. It's what you expect with a Subaru experience!

Winner Subaru was amazing! My husband is in the Air Force and we received orders to move out of the continental 48. The only problem we faced was the reality that the car we had was geographically restricted. It had to stay here. We went to see Brandon and Logan to see what we could do and they pulled a miracle for us. We were sure that we were up the creek without a paddle when this team pulled a hail Mary for us. Not only did they get us approved for the car we fell in love with, but we got an AMAZING interest rate. They fought tooth and nail for us and we're forever grateful. So grateful that when we're in the market for another family vehicle, we'll come back and give them our business again.
Carol and Brooke in the service department are awesome. Fast, friendly service with the convenience of a shuttle or loaner car if needed. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable with a good assortment of free snacks and drinks. Highly recommend

The service department did a fine job. Covered all the details and even washed my car! Can’t ask for anything more than that. Can’t do anything about the cost but there definitely were no “surprise” costs or “you need...”. Good job.

I just purchased a used Subaru Outback at Winner Subaru and within 4 days the Check Engine light had come on. I contacted Winner Subaru, scheduled a service appointment, and had the whole situation resolved within hours. Fortunately it was not a major problem and the staff were exceptional and eager to assist in making everything perfect and to my satisfaction.
Jim Bifferato and the sales management team did a great job selling me a great vehicle. Would highly recommend any one who is looking to buy new or used to go talk to Jim! Will be a pleasure to deal with these guys again in the future.
Visited to test drive a car we had seen on TrueCar. The dealership was expecting us and provided very personal service. The store manager was at hand to ensure that everything went smoothly. There was a power outage in Dover at the time of our return but it not interfere with the service. We highly recommend the dealership and give credit to the store manager for attention to detail.
After weeks of searching for a quality and affordable car I finally found this place. I dealt with Everett; he and his managers seemed genuinely invested in helping me find a car that would fit my budget and needs. After a long day we finally found the right one and I am grateful that they were willing to help me out and even educate me about the car buying process. I would recommend Everett and the rest of the dealership to anyone!

One of the best experiences buying a car to date. I made an appointment with Lisa Smith in regard to a 2019 newer used Outlook. She had a vehicle waiting form my review and test drive. She compared that one and a new one for me. I emailed her that evening and we sealed a deal on a new Outlook. The entire transaction was seamless and simple. The finance manager was very nice and personable as well and made everything clear and quick. This was my 5th Winner Auto group purchase and it was the best one yet.
Not pleased with the Winner VW service department. Have to go back a third time for key programming. Last time they messed up the computer, safe is on the dash and a wire is hanging down by the driver's left foot.
Great experience. Have went to many other dealers looking for a new car. Had just bought a new ford fusion that was totalled in an accident. Was looking at new cars and seen great deal by volkswagon. Honestly was last car i expected to purchase but Steve did such a great job amd offered me the deal i was looking for. Would def recommend winner subaru and volkswangon.

Purchased a new WRX, I was able to do everything over the phone (traveled from upstate NY) and saved a bunch of money compared to any other Subaru dealer and absolutely no hidden fees when I arrived. Gary was great and did a bunch of work trying to locate the specific options I was looking for and I am defiantly picky to say the least. I arrived at the dealership a little later than expected and they didn't rush anything, Phil was a pleasure to deal with showing me all the new features on the car and even hooked up my phone to the bluetooth. He and the finance guys even stayed a bit past closing hours to finalize everything. Over all a great buying experience and car, absolutely no complaints thanks again!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 Impreza and went home with a 2017 Forester. My interaction with the entire staff was enjoyable and walked away very satisfied. My lease miles on the Impreza were exhausted so the timing was right
Salesman wouldn't let me test drive the car until we did numbers. Never experienced that before. Bought a car from Price Honda the next day. Poor business practice.

I have found that after you purchase the vehicle...the customer service really leaves A LOT TO BE DESIRED !!... I recently bought a Touring Forrester. I was asked to come back approx 2 wks later with a list of potential issues. However, when I discussed that my high beams are not turning off automatically like they are supposed to .. I was told "yea, I heard it happens". REALLY !! That is not an answer. Then NOTHING !! Over the holidays Winner Subaru call my house leaving a message that my tags were in. Since I was not home .. did not get the call. When I came back it was Monday (1/1/19)...I went back to work on Tuesday. I then got a very NASTY call on my cell phone telling me that I needed to PICK IT UP OR IT WOULD BE MAILED...I called and spoke with customer service and told them I could be there Friday afternoon. I was told that was fine, they would hold onto them. I drove from Millsboro to North Dover, approx 1 1/2 hours only to be told they mailed them....WHAT THE HELL !!! That company apparently does not communicate with one another !!! Like when the salesperson left and no one notified me...I was emailing and calling that person and finally was able to get the info that he was no longer there...then and only the Sean (sales manager) get in touch with me.I strongly suggest using another company (there are many others) to purchase your Subaru, if you want good or at least halfway decent customer service afterwards... Basically I still have a wonderful vehicle that has issues and no one will do anything about. I still am unable to use the high beams, user recognition etc... even though I went back and told person about these issues. All I got was "yea it happens"...WOW.. THIS IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!
First of all, the two stars are for the new renovations and the improved appearance of Winner Subaru. We've had a couple of Subarus over the past 7 years and we've done business with three dealerships during that time, including Winner, the dealership previously at this Winner location, and the Subaru dealer in Newark. For years, we went to the Subaru dealer here in Dover, because that's where we live. After Winner took over the dealership, we experienced problems immediately with a variety of staff at Winner. We expect competency in sales staff and we expect to be able to trust the dealership where we purchase and service a new Subaru. We were disappointed in all aspects of our contacts with Winner Subaru, and continue to be so to this day. In our experience, Winner Subaru has not been trustworthy. We don't like driving to Newark to buy and service our Subarus, but we just can't bring ourselves to take another chance on Winner Subaru.
