There is only one really good thing about this dealership! It is the Ford service advisor named Amanda. She is amazing, smart and honest! Please use wisdom and don’t take your car here. I just got my car back after handing it over to them on and off starting in November of 2018 ( we are now in May of 2019)to repair damage caused after being rear ended. The body shop is even the worse. Winner Ford even did more damage to the underpart of my car during the repair and never mentioned it. I only found out by chance while looking at something else. Both sides were destroyed when they improperly put it on a lift and squeezed too hard. They then replaced the damaged metal with plastic. Don’t go here if you are smart!! Not even for an oil change.

I hate buying a car! But if I had to do it this is where I would go! Took my son in, to find a dependable used car. They had a great car, a good price, and we got a good deal. As much as I would have liked to done better, at least gotten a second key, it was a fair deal and at the end of the day everyone was happy. If you're looking for a car, go here, ask for Chris. Oh, and BTW don't bother with Winner Subaru, they're basically useless.

Do NOT sell used vehicles if you can’t provide two keys to the buyer. Also, buyer beware: do not buy the used 2015 F150 (dark blue) truck that was a lemon! We had you on the lemon law and should have acted, but you took advantage of a DISABLED VET! My husband traded that truck in because the computer system was failing. The dealer kept saying they were sending it to Texas for the hurricane victims, but they put it right on their lot. This place is full of people that can’t tell the truth! Then we were ripped off with a used vehicle that you couldn’t even provide two keys for. The price went up almost $75 a month on what we were promised. You also ran the credit through numerous companies when we had TWO vehicles through ford credit. Why not just used Ford credit? You guys didn’t even try them! This place is full of scam artists. I will be calling corporate, and I will tell everyone not to come to this dealership. You lost a FORD family for life!

Found out to late about this place. Will not return. Purchased a new 2018 Mustang last year. Was having shifting/ transmission thumping in an automatic. When I spoke to service I was told they couldn't recreate the issue and the car was driving as designed. Their guy was in the car with me when it was driven and he heard and felt it. Now mysteriously the problem doesnt exist. Was told that my car had the ability to learn driving habits and I was taking off and stopping too fast and the car was learning this and that's why it was down shifting hard. An automatic.....Wow! Left a message for service manager, Chris I think it was. Haven't heard from him.

After rotation of my tires, TPS sensor went off on my way home. This is because on a 2015 350 Transit, rear tire pressure 79. Front is 55. If not adjusted, will throw a TPS warning. I will reset it myself.

Not worth the Ford badge. I live around the corner from Winner but made a deal with Cowles Parkway Ford in Woodbridge, VA instead. It more than seemed like the desk manager would not do business with my wife. In 2019 it's not necessary to have "the men" at the table. Even looking past that, we got one offer from the desk which was way too low for the trade and way too high for the new with the mindset take it or leave it. The only silver lining was that the salesman was nice and seemed frustrated that the desk was ready to broom us. I bought the same exact truck from Cowles but ended up saving about $6,000. From selection, to hospitality, to price there are way better dealerships out there. Make the drive, save several thousand dollars and actually enjoy buying a new truck. Cowles Parkway Ford.

My car broke down I called him and told him what I wanted, he brought the car to my house so I could test drive it. We drove back to winner loved it. Worst experience with the service department ever. Lied to repeatedly from the general manager, service manager and everyone involved. When I pointed out the lies was told “no I was misinformed by people that didn’t know what they were talking about. Long story short had recall work done there, that was done wrong. I know need a new engine. No matter what I said and showed them they would not admit fault. Last lie I was told was from the general manager who said there would be a ford mechanical engineer from Ford not One of the Winner Ford mechanics (since they are the ones that messed it up to begin with) during my engine tear down. Once they called me about what they found, I asked if the mechanical engineer was there. The service manager said he had no idea why I was told that, then the general manager told me that no he was not there but there was nothing they could do for me. I wish I could give them negative stars!!! Worst company ever!!!!!! Stear clear of this place.

The overall service experience was fine. I did not have to wait too long before getting waited on to start the process and checking out was fine as well. The reps who waited on me were cordial and professional. I believe Ford could work on the cost for an oil change and tire rotation because it was about $20 more for the same service then that of Ford's competitors. I have a GMC Yukon XLS and Toyota Avalon, so, I do have real life knowledge of what I spend. As a retired individual and Veteran, I do like to watch my spending probably like everyone else!

This was our very first time buying a car at a dealership by ourselves, again we are young and we were very excited about buying the truck. After we signed all of the paperwork they said we were good to go and the truck was gassed up and ready. They watched us walk out and get into the truck, shook our hands and told us congratulations. Half way home I realized they never asked for our down payment, which was in my wallet ready to go.. i thought well I will just mail it in. The next day my husband gets a phone call and it’s the finance manager, Ryan/Fernando, telling my husband we need to come immediately that night to bring the check. My husband being the non confrontational man he is, agreed. When he told me I said absolutely not, we live more than 30 minutes away and have already drove up there multiple times this week. So I called Ryan/Fernando back and he was unavailable and told the receptionist what was going on and she said that was fine, we could mail the check in and gave me the address to send it. I get another voicemail from Ryan/Fernando asking to call him, so I do. I explain to him we cannot make the drive up there to drop the check off because we have plans and it’s far away and I can just mail it in. He became very hostile and rude and told me that it was my fault and I purposely did not pay them and we HAD to come that night to drop the check off or the entire contract was void. I said okay then void the contract and come get the truck. I have never in my life, been spoken to with such disrespect and hostility by someone working in customer service. I was appalled, speechless. What a disgusting human being. We just gave away 6 years of payments to these people, they have all of our information, they know where we live, and he honestly thought we were just going to never pay the down payment? What kind of sense does that even make?? After I told my husband of the conversation I had with this Ryan/Fernando, he was obviously furious and called him. And again, he was combative from the very beginning when talking to my husband and again accusing us of purposely not giving the check for the down payment, but as soon as my husband said come get the truck, we don’t even want it anymore we will go somewhere else where we can actually be treated with some respect, he changed his tune and had someone drive all the way to our house to get the check. Now, I’m not in the car selling industry, but I am in sales, and it is 100% my job to ask for payment when I’m selling a product. And would be completely my fault for letting a customer walk out of the door without paying, and in NO case would I ever call one of my customers and tell them that it is their fault and that they purposely did not pay me. It is terrible business, and not the way you want to keep people coming back. It would have been his fault if Patrice, who sold us the car, lost a sale because of his lack of customer service etiquette and lack of respect in general. I will NEVER be back, and I will surely NEVER recommend anyone ever coming to this establishment to purchase a vehicle.

It's a nice car and all but I hated the buying experience, the salesperson was the best but everyone else took forever and added extra steps that would only take 5 mins but I was stuck there for way too long. It took 12 hours to go from the bank and back but most of my time was spent in that dealership. They're not as busy as they say, they just make people wait if they dont sign up for they're premium insurance, they'll try to sale it to you 3 times when it's clearly a bad deal. Only reason I wrote this review is to warn you go with a set amount of time to stay and just leave if they make you wait. It's what I'll do next time, I won't stand to do business with these managers again.

over all the worst experience ever. Dropped my car off for body work on November 26th and my car sat there for a week before it was even looked at. Now it is a month later with little to no effort on their side to keep the customer updated on the status of the repairs and my car is still not done. Horrible experience from the Winner Ford! Customer service was absolutely terrible. We had a problem with Ford Fusion (we bought it brand new 2017) transmission few days before Thanksgiving last year. My husband made an appointment for service there and was able to drop it off right after work. They told him to wait for a good amount of time there just to tell him later on that they can't fix our car right away and needs quite sometimes to see what's wrong with it. Fortunately, we are under the warranty so we were told that we supposedly receive a rental car while our car is being repair. This is where everything went absolutely horrible. After saying that they supposedly giving us rental car they told my husband (who had been there for hours at that point) that they don't have any rental car available for him to take at the moment and will be in contact with him the next day. So he went home hoping that they will contact him the next day about the rental car. Note you, the Ford Fusion is our only vehicle. After waiting the whole day, they never call him so he decided to reach out and they told him that they do not have any car for him. My husband told me on how rude the customer rep on the phone when she talked to him and how they just hang up on him. He was very upset about the rental car situation and how the customer rep behavior. I decided to take action and call them myself. The customer rep was definitely rude and say the same things to me. I told her that we need the car because my husband & I are planning to drive to his hometown for Thanksgiving. This is his last few moments to spent time with his family before his deployment. She still insist that they don't have anything for us so i told her that I wish to speak to her manager and she told me he was busy. I told her that I will either speak to the manager or to coorporate then finally she let me speak to the manager and instantly the manager was on the phone and told me that they have rental car available for us that afternoon to be picked up. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone with the way they treat their customer and even lie to their customer. I hope they could improve their customer service.

When asked why 2 different prices was told that he likes to round up numbers. Had brakes looked at another dealer and was told they didnt need replaced...had plenty of life. Update: I was impressed with the manager, Patrick Shuey, and his willingness to address my concerns quickly. I hope he truly listens to my suggestions to improve service. I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars based on Mr. Shuey's willingness to listen and provide support. I will never use Winner Ford again! Almost every part of the process unprofessional. I was nonlocal and drove several hours to come see and hopefully buy a 2017 Ford Fusion. My dad called several times in the week before to review the car specs and let them know when we would be arriving. Martin (“Marty”) Cannon the sales manager should be fired. He lied to my father about the extras in the car and about the mileage on the car. The car was advertised with no owner and 5k miles, which is a large reason I drove so far to see the car. When I got there they could not locate the car due to a stock # mishap and I waited around 1 hour for the driver to return. Once I test drove the car, I realized the mileage was not 5k but 14k. I was then told that many of the drivers of the dealership drove the car over others because it had all the bells and whistles. Everything else about the car was great, except it was filthy. I had to fight for a discount on the car based on the many extra miles and inconveniences but finally got down to a price I could deal with. Then they told me I would need to wait awhile for the car to be detailed because there was a race in town and there were many cars ahead of mine. I was in the dealership from 12pm - 5pm! Once the car was “detailed” I realized they hardly spent time on it. The wheels were dirty and the there was still dirt across the bottom sides of the vehicle. (Which i then had to spend a few hours myself hand cleaning when I got home) I also found out that there policy was to only put $20 gas in used cars. I was from out of town. Never did my sales associate try to make right these issues. (He could have offered to redetail or pay to put more gas in especially since they allowed their employees to drive quite a distance with the car that day) After all that they didn’t send my bill of sale to my bank for my loan doc until 1.5 weeks after I bought it, and a month and a half later Marty calls me frantic that they don’t have the loan doc from my bank needed to transfer my title. Now it’s one week until my temp registration expires and no one has reached out to me letting me know when the title will be transferred or if they need anything else from me. I went to the dmv after inspecting the car and they said no paperwork has been provided. It’s 6/22. This is an atrocious way to treat anyone buying a car. There will never be repeat business from me or my family. And I hope that Marty is removed from his position as he is incompetent as a sales manager.

Came in on Monday simply looking to get a cheap used as is car. Needed something with more space than what we have. When we got there we were greeted by our sales rep, cameron. He was absolutely amazing and helped us look at all of the cars. We started to venture off to the newer cars and he pointed us to the car we went with, which is a beautiful 2015 jeep Cherokee. The detail shop did an awesome job cleaning it up, and they are going to fix my windshield that had a minor crack when we got it, got free! To make a long story short, I was so happy with our experience here and suggest anyone and everyone to go here for their next car. Amazing staff, clean and friendly environment.

Sales person Sal , Ryan and everyone in service gave me the runaround lied about me being able to get a rental and tried to make me pay for a tow. Long story short my car was sitting in service for 42 days with no contact or return calls until I went their with my mom. It was very stressful and my car has expired temp tags. SMH.

Not helpful. Left part of the lift on my car when I had a recall fixed and broke the fuel pump last time I was there. Came today with appointment and lady at the front did not seem to want to take the time to say where to go. Terrible service. I had my oil changed elsewhere. Will go to another dealership if there is another recall that needs to be fixed.

Travis was an excellent service writer. He took me at my word that another (non Ford) dealer had sent me to have a duplicate key made for the used F150 I purchased. He set the appointment, did follow up to confirm the proper key would be available, and had it held for MY service. On the day of the service, he was courteous and offered a ride to work with the shuttle provided. The initial dealership still had not contacted him with the P.O., but he had the work done, and within three hours my truck was ready. I went to the other dealer myself to get the required paperwork, and dropped it off at lunchtime - where Travis was working through lunch to accommodate another client. I was given the keys, a detailed explanation of what I needed to know; I left with a sense that I was welcome anytime to bring my truck in, despite not buying it from Winner Ford. They'll have my business moving forward!

This was the worst experience. Took my car to Winner Ford in Dover De., for ABS and Traction control lights being eliminated. The car was driven there with no issues besides the lights on the dashboard. Had appointment at 1:30, supposed to waiting but decided to leave it there. Did not hear from them until the next day. After I was told that $700 charge to replace both rear wheel bearings I decided not to pursue that. Told them I would be picking up the car, the charge for them to do the inspection was $135? Just to check codes When I came to pick up the car the paperwork and the keys were not left with the receptionist, so I proceeded to exit the building with my daughter, the sales manager followed me to the parking lot and excorted me back inside and proceeded to assist me, he went inside the shop and was able to find the paperwork and keys. He walked us to the receptionist desk and helped the associate process the paperwork, he was a professional, i am very thankful for his assistance he even offered to bring my car to the front of the building, I said thank you because my other car was right next to the one that I was picking up. My daughter was going to drive the Montego home (that was the car that was worked on). When she pulled out the lot and approached the traffic light she calls me on my phone panicking that the car was not breaking and was making noise. I told her to step out and I would drive the car back home. When I stepped inside the car the first thing I noticed was that both the ABS and the Traction control light were both off. I tried to turn the car around back to the dealer. This all happened on route 13 southbound , had to drive on the shoulder because the trackion control light kept coming on, but the ABS light or the break lights never came on. Finally after 15 minutes struggling to turn the car around back to the shop this was a horrible time trying not to get hit by other vehicles because the cars breaks kept locking up and I had little control driving it. Finally got it back to dealer . Contacted the Chris the service manager and he was defensive that they did nothing to the car but just hooked it up to check codes. If this is so why are the light on the dashboard no longer eliminated? How is that the car is having major braking issues after I picked it up and the ABS, and none of the break lights not on? But u an being told we did nothing to the car? The biggest concern for me was that the dealer put me and my daughter at risk behind the wheel of a car that should have never been given back to any customer without first advising them of the current issue. How can the mechanics pull the car in the bay with ease then pull it out of the bay with known issues and not advise the customer?? But they did nothing to the car?? Yesterday sole to Chris the service manager, he removed the ABS fuse (disabling the ABS) so I could take the car back home! But they did nothing to the car. They were more interested in making sure that I paid the $135 but not at all interested in the safety of myself and my daughter putting us at risk was no concern to them ? DO NOT trust this dealership service area they are not honest and they don't care about your safety.

Feel ripped off...went in to get a problem fixed and turns out spark plug had to be replaced. No problem it was fixed but the labor charge...wow over $700 for a bit over 4 hours work. Wondering if this is the norm for a job like this... I’ll get oil changes here but not maintenance anymore.

I drove over 2 hours to get to dealership as it was the lowest advertised price for a new Mustang Bullitt. Experience was less painful than most other dealers but they did pad other charges on the advertised price (which is common) for rebates or incentives that didn’t apply. It was still priced better than elsewhere. Trade negotiations went smoothly but they did try to pressure me down. Sale processing was a bit slow but ok. People were pleasant and helpful.

Now we have to spend a fortune to replace a spark plug that was incorrect for the vehicle and put where it should not have been. Cant prove that Winner did this, but we were told it is likely they did. Avoid avoid avoid.

I cannot stand these guys. They're impatient and pushy. I was so angry I ended up going to Wilmington to buy the exact same car from another dealer. I would not recommend them at all. My friend went here for a clicking in the engine and they tried to say she had a bad transmission. It was a loose hubcap making the sound. I tried to make an appointment for Winner Ford collision center. First, I was put on "terminal" hold so I hung up. Second, when I called her back, I found our that Winner Ford provides free estimates only four times (10 am, 11 AM, 1 PM and 2 PM) during weekdays, i.e. during the middle of a work day. They could not accommodate my work schedule. I expressed my disappointment and thanked her. I told her that I will not bring in my car for the free estimate. The person I spoke to was very polite. However, Winner Ford auto body shop could not accommodate a potential customer's work schedule.

Never judge a book by its cover. We came in and test drove a car on Monday. John ran the credit and said he would call that afternoon when he came up with numbers and He said we would need 5k down. He NEVER called and never gave us his card. In fact, from the get go he didn't act interested in selling the vehicle. 2 days later, even with the bitter taste, we called to see if the car was still there. The receptionist said yes, gave us an appointment time and we drive the hour to the dealership only to find out the car had been sold the previous day. After throwing 10k cash on the table and seeing the reaction from the new sales associate, they then wanted to sell us any car. But, the car we wanted was a fairly rare car and the opportunity has now past. The rudeness from John was uncalled for. Just because someone comes in, covered in tattoos and is filthy from work doesn't mean they can't afford a car. Thank you for forcing us to go to another car lot where we got treated with respect and bought 2 cars instead of one.

This morning went for my service appointment ,and this is where the bad day started. First of all I’ve been a customer on both ends Sales and Service for well over 12 years. But, today like I previously stated went in for my appointment Debbie Fay the service rep ask for my name I provided info. So, she saids your car is a A5 and it’s here for service to the engine I reply saying yes. She rudely replies, “Why is it here?” then I said the appointment was made here because this dealership was closer and I’ve brought all my cars her. She saids again, “Why is it here?” because we only service Ford, ?, and Hyundai ,and we don’t have the equipment to even diagnose it. I said well I bring all my cars here and the website didn’t state you couldn’t fix ,but all you had to say was you couldn’t fix and I would just back out. I’ve been doing business as I stated for years constantly seeing management and employees come and go. I called and spoke with her supervisor Mark what good that done! We as customers spend good money here and this kind of service shouldn’t be sweep under the rug. All she had to say was ma’am I apologize ,but we can’t fix your vehicle here. But I will direct you to our other facility to fix the problem. Charles Bailey is still a great sales person been there for years!!

Today was a perfect day. I walked into Winner Ford and the vibe was immediately positive. The team worked together to get me the best deal on my first car. I came into the dealership expecting to get a used car at a high price. What I came out with was a BRAND NEW MODEL CAR for less than what I was going to have to pay at a less known dealership in Newark DE. The team was kind and entertaining while I waited for my paperwork. They even helped me get my new vehicle home. I would give each person on that team 10 stars if I could. Haggled hard on a used truck they had. Got a great deal and I'm happy. But they told me some lies. They stated they did normal maintenance and placed a new battery in the vehicle. They did not. They gave me a truck with a used battery. A simple lie gave me false assurance and this winter, a year later my truck didn't start. Why? The battery was used and already old when they gave it to me. It was a Ford dealer battery. How does that happen? Do you resell batteries? My only gripe. Beware. Check everything.

If I could give winner Ford Service 0 stars I definitely would. I’ve dropped my car off for the same transmission problems multiple times because there was a recall on Ford Focus transmissions. You’d THINK they’d fix it considering the recall but instead they keep it for a few hours and give it back in the same condition. I’ve also taken it there for my horn not working and they ALWAYS tell me “well it worked when it was in here”. How does my horn go from not working, to working, back to not working, ALL IN 5 hours. I’ve tried honking it multiple times a day since it first went out and IT NEVER WORKS. DONT TELL ME SOMETHING IS FIXED WHEN YOU KNOW ITS NOT!!!!

I took my 2014 mustang GT to winner to get a oil change, when I arrived I was little early so I was informed to pull my car into the lane in the garage. I was in the waiting room about 15 mins when a tech came out got in my car and started it up. Unfortunately, the tech did not know how to remove the emergency brake, so he just started moving the car anyway and could hardly drive a manual car. (Loves that Clutch) it was noticeable enough that another tech came into the waiting room to joke the original tech to the front personnel. This made me frustrated. Finally when the car was lowered from the lift the tech drove the car around to park it. Front desk employee said he was ready for payment, so I did the transaction. He gave me my keys and never told me where to find my car. I thought no biggie I’ll find it, so I started out into the parking lot. I started to walk around front but couldn’t find my car. I asked the front desk employee where the car was he replied that he didn’t know but would ask the tech where he parked it. Another 10 minutes goes by so I started to walk around the opposite side of the building and seen the tech just standing talking. I ask him if he had my keys he said yes, by that time I seen my car parked in the Hyundai service side. I told him to just give me my keys I will get my car. When I got to my car I noticed that the tech left my seat in chaos, plastic with oil on it the floor paper was left and paper cards on the dash. Please keep in mind this car is 1 of 3 brand new at this same facility and it came with a “$9.95 oil change for the life of the car” This is not true they do not keep records of who has that benefit. However they know my email, phone number and address to keep asking me to trade my car in for a newer year. Winner definitely wants to sell us cars but does not back their own granted Benefits. Next time I can not see my regular mechanic I will be sure to NOT call winner ford!

I was not told that they were bringing me in for a different recall than I called about. When I arrive I had no warning lights on in my dash when I leave my all wheel drive light is on. I went back and the guy who wrote me up said it was on when he pulled it in. I drove to the shop with no lights on in the dash. Why didn't he say something to me if the light was on in my dash. They made sure to tell me my brakes were bad but not that I had a warning light on.

It sat there for a month and continued to lie to me and my insurance company every week when we called. Finally had to have it taken to Milford Hertrich and had my answer in 5 days. I loved my fords and Mercury’s but will never own another since service is terrible there. It use to be a good dealership but that was many many years ago. Use at your own risk

I dropped my car off for an electrical issue at 730am. This should be a simple diagnosis once hooked up with the appropriate diagnostic equipment. After calling twice throughout the day and getting no answer, I finally received a call to come pick up my vehicle at 4pm. Nothing had been fixed and they charged me $130 as a diagnosis fee. To inform me that it was going to cost $500 to replace my door latch. Terrible customer service all around in my opinion.
