Mark Visconti, in sales, was very thorough and attentive, he did an excellent job assisting us in the process of becoming first time Volvo owners

Came in for a test drive. Was given little to no attention and ended up hanging around and leaving without anyone speaking to me about the car I was interested in and providing any information. Simply put, I felt ignored. Unsure if there were underlying reasons for this. Went and bought a BMW the same day. Giving 2 stars because perhaps it was just a representation of the person working that day, and not the entire establishment.

I have wanted a Volvo for 4 years now and Union Park Volvo made my dreams come true! I traveled from Philly for their great deals and it was well worth it. Also, the customer service was fantastic. Henry, a salesman, along with the other staff at Volvo were extremely accommodating and made the process of buying a car as easy and stress free as possible. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this dealership!

They are wayyyy more expensive then any other Volvo dealer Especially for service I wanted to get a key made and they wanted to charge me $200.00 to $300 more than the other Volvo dealer and they are VERY RUDE And incapable of empathy or sympathy I would rather drive to Stillman for my service.

BUYERS BEWARE! Attempted to be a first time Volvo buyer, I figured what better place to go than the actual dealer, I was wrong. We negotiated a deal, with them telling me all along that Union Park wanted my business. That turned out to be a lie; after the deal was done and the purchase order was signed we left to pick up the car on Monday so they could get it detailed. Well the same night at 5:30 PM (they close at 5 on Saturdays), they called my wife which had nothing to do with the purchase of the vehicle and tell her they sold the vehicle after we had a contract on it. Attempted phone calls back went unanswered do to the fact that they were technically closed. The only reason they get 1 star is because 0 isn’t available. Update: After waiting for a phone call back from a manager at Union Park for over a week who told me he was going to get to the bottom of what happened and give me a call back ASAP. It takes Union Park 19 minutes to respond to this post. Mark, Micah, and Ron have my number.

Sales department is awful, will buy a Volvo, but at Stillman Volvo instead.

Nicholas Bolton

Incompetent bunch. I will shop for parts elsewhere. Low wage and commission makes them love the job. Call and see for yourself.

I just had an outstanding customer service experience at Union Park Volvo. I had a problem and the extended warranty had technically expired. However, between the Service Mgr, Dave, and the regional people, they fixed the problem at no cost to me (goodwill). And it was done much quicker than expected. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. I had just had a terrible experience with a local Ford Service Dept, so I wasn't expecting such great service. Makes me want to buy another Volvo when the time comes!

Service staff is great. Got an XC60 from them because of that, and the guys in sales have all been there a while so familiar faces.

Had one of the WORST experiences with this Volvo property as a whole. Had a Volvo for years and never had such horrible service. Had to get body work done at the collision center, they not only took 8 weeks to fix it, but found out after all that time the wrong parts were installed in the car, causing them to keep my car for an additional 2 weeks. Service center literally ignores your calls, even when messages were left. The insurance claim wasn't able to to closed because they refuse to answer the phone or return phone calls! WORST VOLVO ENTITY I'VE EVER EXPREINCED. I've had wonderful experiences at a number of other Volvo locations, so buy and repair else where. Avoid this place like the plague!

In short, Union Park sold me a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. It turns out that the vehicle had been in an accident. I cannot say that they were aware of this. Regardless, it speaks to a lack of quality work and attention to detail at this dealer. When my local Volvo dealership pointed this out to me and said it voided the warranty, Union Park did tow it back to Delaware, fix the initial issue and then tow it back. A year later and there are body work issues that continue to come up in the area of the accident. I have a fender that needs to be replaced in order to fix the obvious protrusion from the body of the car. I certainly would not purchase from this dealership again. The one star is for my sales guy. He can only work with the information he is gives, I suppose. I would suggest that overall, their lack of attention to detail will cost me 10K when it is all said and done. I suppose when you own a number of dealerships, your commitment is to volume sales, not to customer service and satisfaction. I mean, am I going to have to drive back to Delaware each time I want them to handle a problem that should have been handled before they sold the car? Everyone makes a mistake, but looking at the reviews on Google, their service and mechanics must be completely mismanaged. How else could you see this consistent level of incompetence?

I just brought my car in and asked specifically just to see if there were any software updates available for my vehicle. The check engine light came on a couple weeks ago so I took it and had the code read for FREE at a local store. I found out that the code had to do with a Evap leak so I did some research. I found a Technical Service Bulletin for my specific make and model and found out that some of these models have a glitch in the software that makes the Evap code come on even when there is no leak. This is the reason I took my car to Volvo - so they could check for a software glitch and that is all I wanted. I feel that they should have called me immediately after they found out there were no updates available. Instead they went ahead and ran a diagnostic and charged me for this test even though I did not ask for it. I've done enough research on my car and knew that, if the software wasn't the issue, it was one of two things. I already knew that it could potentially be a hose leak and I planned on taking care of this myself. Again, all I wanted was a software update and instead got charged for something that I already knew. I am not impressed and will not be taking it back here. Please listen to what your customer's have to say in the future.

We had THE BEST experience at Union Park Volvo! Mark Visconti went above and beyond all expectations and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He also was extremely knowledgable about the product and all of its bells and whistles and ensured that I was familiar with the car prior to leaving the lot by spending as much time as I needed during the tutorial. The other staff at Union Park Volvo was kind, courteous and helpful. And the plus is that I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thanks!

I purchased a 2011 S40 T5 from Union Park Volvo last week. They all did a great job of making the buying experience a good one. My salesman Jim Gadsby is a super nice guy and was very professional. 5 out of 5 stars.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Union Park Volvo. Jim Gadsby, the sales specialist, was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend paying a visit to Jim at Union Park Volvo for your next car buying experience.

I want to thank the team at Union Park for taking a Volvo problem (serious defect), taking responsibility for it and making it right. It's easy for a company to do right when everything is going right. The true measure of a company is when they do right when something goes wrong. Union Park measures up. Thanks!

I have been buying automobiles for myself and others for over 50 years and I have never encountered a dealership like U. P. I just leased an XC90 from Henry and Mica and I must say it was the single most pleasant auto transaction I have ever had. Henry is the exemplary salesperson and his demeanor is exactly what everyone wants, but rarely gets. I can't say enough positive things about him and Mica. They renewed my faith that there really are great, caring salespeople out there who actually listen.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle recently and we couldn't be happier! I emailed Paul Sargent, the sales manager multiple times asking questions before I came into the dealership and he answered every question I had. When my wife and myself came into the dealership, we worked with Paul and Jim Gadsby from the sales team. The customer service that Jim and Paul gave was extraordinary! We've been to multiple dealerships throughout the years and this by far was our best experience. Jim did an outstanding job going over all the details of the Volvo. We love the Volvo we bought and will be coming back for our next one soon! Normally I don't post positive reviews, more of negative ones unfortunately. But I had to let everyone know about our experience.

Recently purchased our 2018 XC90 from Union Park and had a very positive experience. The team, including our consultant Mark Visconti, were very accommodating and respected out tight timelines as my wife and I juggled varied schedules. From the test drive to the paperwork to the pickup, everything was smooth. Highly recommend checking out Union Park if you are interested in a Volvo.

By far one of the worst service centers I’ve had to deal with, I took my car in to have my engine replaced back in May and they had my car until early June and when I got my car back there was no coolant in the reservoir and my car consistently ran hot, so I decided that I was no longer going to do business with these rude, disgusting people and I was going to send my car somewhere more reputable. I had my car towed to Stillman Volvo yesterday afternoon and they diagnosed the issue as being the cooling fan not turning on because a wire was cut. In addition they tried to do everything they could to get money out of my pockets and not to deal with my warranty company, however I digress, I was wronged by those people in the service center of Union Park Volvo and I am demanding that something be done about the lackluster service I was provided.

Such a great experience at Union Park. Family owned business who really cares about the customer.

My wife drives a 2004 Volvo XC90. It has about 170,000 it runs very well because we kept up on the maintenance over the years. We had planned to drive up to New Hampshire for Thanksgiving using the Volvo because it's a great highway vehicle. Monday morning November 27 2017 I went out to start my wife vehicle like I always do. The car would not start. We have had this problem before so I attempted to jump it with cables, I was unsuccessful so I called volvo explained Dave the situation and I always reminded him we have had the problems happen numerous times, and usually we are able to jump it and it'll be fine for a while til it happens again. Dave asked me if we have had any other issues I advised him no because we keep up on the maintenance with our local mechanic. I advised Dave that the car runs great, and that we have no issues whatsoever other than the battery dying out. Dave who is the manager of the service department told me to drop it off and he'll have it diagnosed. After we agreed to have the vehicle towed in for the diagnosis, Dave called me and said I needed to come in and sign papers before anyone can work on the vehicle. This was on Wednesday. Within a few hours Dave called and told us they have verified the problem and the car needed a throttle body. I told Dave that we was on our way out of town and that I'll be in touch by Friday. I called Dave back on Friday and reiterated to him that I wasn't a mechanic and that I didn't know what a throttle body is or it's functions, and the only problem we have with the car is the battery. He told me from his mouth that he was 100% sure the throttle body was causing the issue and if he install a new one the problem with the battery would go away. Let me tell you this! After I was convinced by a supposedly professional licensed mechanic, to agree to get the throttle body installed, he called me and said I needed a alternator because the battery is still not holding a charge. Now volvo is holding my vehicle hostage because I refuse to pay for a problem I didn't have. As I type this review my battery still want hold a charge and they are demanding 1100.00 for service. This should be a CRIME the way they are able to scam innocent people out of there hard earned money. BE CAREFUL TRUSTING DAVE!! THIS IS OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING THAT'S PRACTICED AT THIS BUSINESS now I have to contact the better business bureau because every time I call they continue to put me on hold and continue to give me the run around. I will contact an attorney these businesses shouldn't be able to take advantage of customers like this
