Most unprofessional Nissan guys Probably one of the most unpolished car dealer guys I have ever seen. These are utmost rude and don’t know anything about the processes. On website they claim they have express service - 30 mins of next service free. When you visit they denied. I visited 2 years back as well. The moment you try to negotiate other dealers handle it smoothly to convert the deal- even if they won’t reduce the price. But the guys here will abuse you instead. They don’t want any business. Avoid such a dealer !

Yesterday Sheridan Nissan took great care of my Car. Tail lamp brake light replacement on a 2015 Sentra overpriced by almost $200. Auto stores sell for ~$85. Then when I tried to pay much confusion as to who had it, back and forth furthering my frustrations. After dealing with them for a decade you'd think they would want to keep your business. Love Sheridan Nissan's maintenance crew. Was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Used to go elsewhere for minor maintenance, but Sheridan makes it so easy. Just drive up, and they take over. Couldn't be more customer-friendly, but the real reason I take my truck back time and again is that they are very good at what they do. That they do it with a smile and good humor is just a bonus.

Excellent buying experience. We came in just before they closed not expecting to do more than test drive a vehicle. We loved the truck and they stayed late to get us done. We don't live nearby and have 3 kids that needed to go along. They stayed after hours so we didn't need to drive back the next day. last year I gave them a four star. I was a loyal customer for four cars and the one time I asked them to check on an important issue for me I was put off and basically ignored. I was not asking for anything that was unreasonable for a long time customer but instead of just giving me a straight answer from the top, they have continued to string me a long for two months following my purchase of another brand new vehicle. The ignoring me is what the one start is for...its ok to say no but don't ignore your customers and lie about that you will get back to them tomorrow and tomorrow never comes that is lack of integrity which means I can no longer trust you. I can deal with the pushy sales and long waits to get you to back down off the price that is affordable to you...but what I don't want is for you to flat out lie.

Well, when i first went there i was told all the parts that i needed to fix my car were already there and didnt need to be ordered. That wasnt true. I was quoted one price..that wasnt true either. I was told i would get calls back..that wasnt true. I was also told by a female staff that i could pick my car up the next day at 8am. When i got there..the parts that 'was in' wasnt in but was on tbere way. So i had to come back. When i went in again it took just a few minutes for me to be on my way. Im really hoping that i dont need service from sheridan ever again in my life!

We went to Sheridan Nissan in New Castle De. which is over an hour drive from where we live based on the reviews and information about the dealership being family owned and serving the community for more then 30 years. The prices were the best around and the price advertised was the price you paid along with taxes tags etc. Well let me tell you, Will was our salesman and he absolutely treated us like family . He greeted us sat us down and went and got us bottles of water. He answered all our questions had the SUV cleaned and ready to test drive when we arrived. We took the Kicks SR out for our test drive and loved it . Will was again waiting to answer any questions. We were sold !! Next Langston took over and he and Joe from finance searched for the best APR for the loan Years we wanted .it was a lot of work on their part finding the perfect loan and they did it with a smile , Joe went over the loan papers, options for gap insurance, service / maintenance . We signed the paperwork, Will had the vehicle detailed, gas tank filled showed us all the functions and off we went . I highly recommend getting your next vehicle from One of the Sheridan dealerships , you won’t be disappointed!! Our sincere thanks to you all at Sheridan!! He had me come up to the dealership and meet with him. I bought a car here a few months ago because my friend Thomas used to work here as a mechanic and recently left. I came in for service and my license plate was bent from the car wash and even broke the frame. Im so glad he was able to fix it at his house and even had an extra nissan plate for me. I will still come to Sheridan but avoid the car wash. It damages your car! I also feel bad for the mechanics here, he was struggling to pay his bills.

I just bought my first brand new car here last night. 2019 Nissan Altima SR. Car looks and drives amazing. They worked with me to get with $25 of my price range. But I was very happy with the price. I worked with Tom, Will earlier in the wk they were off an busy so I ended up dealing Cassidy. All were very friendly. Sales manager Chris an finance guy Joe were also very helpful. Although it was 8 at night the show room could of used some cleaning an pop corn was a few hours old. But when ur buying a car your not really worried about the cleaning. There service department is far beyond any dealerships service department in Delaware. Mr mike my advisor is and has always been on top of my vehicles. Mike Ronan is my tech. I never once have second guessed either one of there judgements or options to fix or upgrade on my Titan truck, my pathfinder, or my rogue. Yes 3 vehicles that only get service n maintained here. Never once have I ever felt like someone was out to get in my pockets for service. I can’t say that from other places In the past I’ve taken my vehicles. The fact that the children are in the vehicles is always my number one reason to go to them. I can’t stress this enough. They always have my well being of my family in the car the number one top priority over profit. And to that I’ll always continue to come back. Some people price shop repairs and I won’t because everyone will have a break down or repair bill. That’s life in general. But I know I won’t be taken advantage of. They fix the issues fast and never once overlook anything as far as safety. It’s never about money with me.....it’s about respect, honesty, and doing the right thing. Thank you guys for taking the time to make sure things are 100% when servicing my vehicles and they are always so pleasant to talk to especially when there running around doing 200 things at once. You guys are the reason why I have stayed on with your company for the past 5 yrs. requested tire psi be reduced for summer driving. Tire psi continues to reach 40psi. while driving. I was also advised that my brake fluid was discolored, and needed to be flushed, and replaced. I feel that I should have been given the opportunity to see the fluid condition.

They gave me the best deal compared to others — I was able to walk out the same day I went in with a brand new 2018 Nissan Maxima. I’ve had many issues previously but this by far has been the easiest process. I absolutely love my car, and appreciate everyone who assisted. Every single person I came in contact with (Brandon, Matt, Chris) was warm-welcoming, and confident in every info they provided.. especially Will! He was very informative on the cars I was test driving, assisted with getting the trade in on site, helped me transfer my items from my rental car to NEW car, and even handled the rental car from there. Even after the sell, him and Matt kept in contact to ensure everything is good. What more can I say?! He’s the best! While it may sound like it’s his job, it’s not necessarily what he did but how he did it — with eagerness and willingness to provide the best service (all while it was pouring raining). Got my Titan from Nucar Used vehicle's over a year ago. Well my parking brake fell apart & Nucar had to put new rear brakes & rotors on & replace the parking brake.. But the new P.B. wouldn't hold the truck no matter how many times they tried. So they called Sheridan Nissan & they came to the rescue! Took it Nissan & even they were having a tough time figuring out why it wouldn't hold..but they wouldn't let me have it back until they got it doing its job right! Well - Sheridan Nissan had my truck for almost 3 weeks trying to figure out the problem with it. When I picked it up, the staff was very "apologetic" with the timeliness that it took for me to receive my truck back, but Chan and Tim were persistent and would not give it back until the problem had been resolved. I got an oil change and inspection. During the inspection the worker marked my tires as yellow (fair). I just had 4 brand new tires put on that same week. Thought this was not a thorough inspection. He had also suggested a brake fluid change, however after the tire remarks I don't trust the inspections/recommendations done at Sheridan Nissan.

Nothing concerning the service or sales at this dealership, however it does concern all of the Nissan cars we have had over the years. When starting the car, the screechy noise when applying the brakes after putting the car in reverse seems to be something that Nissan Corp. has not and is not correcting. It is embarrassing, we would think, to most owners to have their new vehicle (or older vehicle) always screech when the brakes are applied as in the scenario above. For as much money we pay to purchase a Nissan vehicle, this should have been fixed years ago. What says Nissan Corp.????
