I've bought vehicles from larger dealerships and pristine motorsports by far is the best expierence I've had. There were no sales people hounding my husband and I standing around idly judging us. Instead it was a nice expierence. Will was very informative and friendly. There was no pressure to buy. He just let us test drive the vehicle and decide for ourself and answered the questions we had honestly. He gave me what I considered a better then expected and fair trade in quote for my car. Kim walked us through the paperwork and explained everything to us. I was amazed at the pricing of their vehicles compared to other dealers for the same make and model with higher mileage. I'm thankful they posted adds on craigslist and their website or I wouldn't have found the truck I fell in love with on their lot. I would defently recommend making pristine your first stop when you are searching for a vehicle. Being off lease vehicles they are well maintain per the previous owners leased contract. So you are getting great value for your money. I'll defently be back for my next vehicle. Thanks again will and Kim. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Bought my car about a month and a half ago. No haggle prices, great deal. The air conditioning stoped working just this past week and Will and Patrick said it would be fixed by them no charge since they sold the car and it shouldn’t have broken that quick. 2013 GMC Sierra Highly recommend this dealer. Pristine Off-Lease will not let you down. They went above and beyond and kept their word. They are a small place just alongside the highway, but they are nothing like some of these sketchy dealerships you may have dealt with. The waiting room was nice and clean, and everyone you passed greeted you in some way, from the sales people to the mechanics. The cars on their lot were in good condition. I saw the truck on Carfax and got in touch to schedule a test drive. The first person to contact me was Josh. He was very polite and helpful. Gave us time and space to look at the truck and had no problem with me taking it for a 30-minute test drive. One of the seat belt buckles had an issue, and by the time I left that afternoon, they had already ordered the part to replace it. Josh also guaranteed that it would pass Maryland’s state inspection, and that if it didn’t, they would take care of any issues and get it to pass. We sat down to talk after the test drive and I ended up leaving a deposit on the truck, planning on coming back the following week to complete the purchase. Kim was the next person to contact us once we applied for financing. Again, very polite and helpful, put up with our three-way phone call while we worked out some details. We went back the next week and the truck was clean and ready for us. Another 30-minute test drive, and then I spent about 20 more just checking everything out once we got back. We were given as much time and space as we wanted. Kim started us on all the paperwork once we were ready, and we finished up with Will. He repeated what Josh said about the truck passing Maryland’s state inspection, and if it didn’t he said they would take care of any issues so that it would pass. Purchased the truck and a two days later noticed brake fluid leaking. We got in touch with Will and he sent someone down to my town two hours away, had my truck towed back up to Delaware, fixed every issue, and had it returned to my house in southern Maryland. The truck passed inspection no problem, and now I am just waiting for my tags to come in. Everyone here went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable with my purchase. Again, HIGHLY recommend this dealer, you will not be disappointed. Will, thank you for keeping your word! After the terrible (almost traumatic) experience I had with the dealer purchasing my last truck, this was a VERY pleasant surprise and a good time all around. Thanks to Will, Josh, Kim, and the guys who worked on the truck for taking such great care of us. Very excited about my Sierra. My girlfriend and I purchased a car today from Pristine Motorsports and we absolutely love the car, but loved the way we were taken care of and treated even more. We ran into issues with her bank and we were not going to be able to have the funds available in time to drive the car home. We drove 8 hours from NC to buy this car because it was exactly what she was looking for so we were very upset and disappointed at our bank, but Will went out of his way to line her up with one of his lenders at a rate better than we had expected. His exceptional, honest, and trust worthy service will have us calling him the next time we're looking for ANY vehicle even before we go online and look. Yes it's a very long drive for us, but when you get a deal and service like we did it's plenty worth it. His lot is filled with plenty of great cars, trucks, and SUVs at prices that blow the competitors out of the water. Great to work with and prices where very competitive. I started talking and done a face time video earlier in the week. I kept in touch and the staff was very nice giving me updates and answering questions throughout the week. I drove from NC on that Saturday to look at the car. I done an inspection and found a minor crack in the bumper that was barely noticeable. I was a little hesitant because it was not disclosed and I drove all of the way there, but the owner took care of it and made it right. I took a gamble with the travel, but it paid off with dividends.

100/100, by far one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. The team as whole at Pristine are unmatched in service and just character. Transparency throughout the entire process, no crazy number shock, Will broke it down Barney style, you could see where each dollar was going/coming from. I took the truck offsite and found so issue that had surfaced, without a lengthy explanation necessary Will told me to bring it in and his service department would remedy the cause. The service center is a team of guys I would not have expected when shopping for a vehicle nor will you find another shop quite like them. Pat was awesome, full of information and engaging, the mechanic Mike who rectified the issues with my vehicle was beyond knowledgeable and just overall a great guy. If you have any hesitation about buying from them or going to visit, just give them a shot to earn your business and you’ll see for yourself why the reviews are so high.

If you in the market this place as sell nice cars with original warranty from factory or what’s left on the warranty. I test drive a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with 31000 miles in it and it was in near perfect condition and drove perfectly. If you want a great used car give this place a try.

Researched vehicles and Dealers always before even traveling to actually visually see what I picked as my choice. Reviewed the feedback after seeing a truck I was interested in at Pristine Motorsports, and verification was made of Pristine being a good dealership. The vehicle I choose was an off lease Ram 1550 with around 30 thousand miles. The price was more than reasonable and condition of the vehicle was excellent . The sales personnel were top notch and friendly and professional. Will handled my deal and I was very happy all around with my deal. They work with a no haggle price system where the price is already stated so bickering over a few hundred bucks is not required and because of the price is already tops for the particular vehicle. The trick is that the added on ( Mark Up Prices), are realistic and actually less then other dealers and totally consistent with an honest dealership. Honesty, quality vehicle, and best all around deal anyone could ask for. Be sure, I will return if I have need for another vehicle in the future. ThanX Will!

What more can I say about Pristine Motorsports than WOW! From the beginning, customer service was unbeatable. Seriously, unbeatable. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and saw a car that I had been looking for locally for weeks. I spoke to Kim and asked for some details about the car, specifically if the previous owner had been a smoker. She offered to do a video chat with me right then so I could see the car inside and out without having to drive all the way out there. What other dealership would do that. After a lengthy video call where she walked around the outside of the car, and let me have her zoom-in if I had questions about something I saw and similar process on the inside, I made the decision to drive out there to take it for a drive. Oh, and she let me know that the car did not have any scent of smoke whatsoever. So on a Tuesday afternoon I grabbed my wife and we drove the 2 hours to take a look. We arrived within an hour of when they closed and they were more than happy to let us take our time with the test drive. They stated that they would stay there for as long as we needed. We loved the car. We had arranged financing thru our own lender, which they were fine with, but Kim offered to see if they could do better so we figured why not. No obligation to use theirs. They got us a better rate. Spectacular! So we ended up signing the papers, Kim took care of the out of State registration for us and we were about on our way when we were told that there was an issue with a section of the upholstery on one of the seats. Immediately, we were told that we can walk away, no hard feelings or they could order some new parts and fix the problem. The issue was not so big that I wanted to walk away but the idea of driving back up a few days later once the parts were in was difficult to swallow. Before I could even start to express my concerns, we were told that we could still take the car today and once all the parts arrived, Josh would drive to Virginia and fix everything for us at our house. WHAT?! Sure enough, parts came in, Josh called and asked when was it convenient for us to have him come to our house to install all the parts and presto, done. In all my life, I have never experienced such customer service as this. Not only that, the car was in great shape and the price was unbeatable. No hidden fees at all. We just pay taxes and title fee. Thank you so much Pristine Motorsports for making what often is such a horrible experience into the best car buying experience ever. We, for sure, will be buying our cars moving forward from Pristine. We are telling anyone who will listen, go to Pristine. It is so worth the drive for the product, the price and the care that they provide.

I am always hesitant in dealing with service shops I don't know or have not been given a good personal referral to. During our initial interaction with the service department we were less than satisfied with our experience. Given our current situation we needed to pinch even penny we could and the cost of one of the items didn't seem fair and accurate. I took the time to call in and speak with the next level management regarding our experience, this one cost item and better able to explain our current situation to them. The leadership took the time to better understand where I was coming from and also took the time to explain more of the details regarding this cost item. This review is not suggesting they are not fairly priced. They took the time to understand how we were treated, what we needed and made a few recommendations on ways to help. It can always be tough when dealing with auto repairs. No one is perfect (especially me), but the willingness to listen and accept feedback and then try to adjust in a fair way means a lot and deserves a 5 star rating in my book.
