Josh Nairn helped us with our used car purchase at Price Honda/Acura and it was a great experience. Josh was very patient as we wanted to compare several cars on the lot. He was available for questions but he also allowed us alone time for private discussion. There was no pressure from Josh or from anyone at Price Honda/Acura. I'm a researcher/haggler by nature. However, the pricing for our car and for our trade as very fair. So fair that haggling was not necessary. And there were absolutely no surprise fees. I hate car shopping! I hold onto my cars for years just so I don’t have to go through the excruciating process When the insurance company told me my car was a total loss after an accident I was involved in I broke out into a cold sweat in anticipation of the car shopping process. Price Acura was the first dealership my wife and I stopped at to begin the journey. We were welcomed by sales associate Rafael Gomez He immediately made us feel comfortable about wandering around looking at what was in our price range, running to get the keys and suggesting we test drive a few cars we were interested in to see. He was respectful of our decision to look at other dealerships. I think he knew we would be back. We went down the street and looked at a few other cars but we both knew something was “different”. The sales person was not listening to what we wanted. Of course we went back to Price Acura and our new friend Rafael. We wandered again and Rafael was so helpful. He refused to tell us what he would recommend. He told us the best car is the one we feel is right for us. We ended up with the perfect car for us and a different perspective about car shopping. My service experience at Price Acura was excellent! I had the A14 (Timing Belt...) service performed on a 2012 TL. The price was competitive (I shopped around (MD, NJ, DE)). There are no issues with my car (I drove the car over 2500 miles before posting this review, just in case something went wrong). The staff is VERY friendly! They treated me as if I purchased my car at their dealership (loner car, free snacks, car wash...). They even said that they would have picked up the car (for service), if I lived closer (1hr, 40min drive). Also, no sales tax in DE. Well worth the trip to DE.

Extremely professional, caring, honest, and cares more about people being happy with their purchase then the $$$. We met Roger when my wife wanted to trade in her MDX on new one, he placed her in a perfect car gave her a great deal and explained every step of the process, threw in a free hat and set her up with everything. A week later I was looking for myself, I had placed a deposit on a camry but during the process just didnt feel the same amount of comfort. I called Roger who happily held a avalon for me that got turned in. Saved it for me for a test drive and just based off of the experience of the last week i bought the toyota from the acura dealer. I got the same good deal as my wife and thats how we bought two cars in a week. Mike is also amazing if for any reason Roger is not there, Has is Jamie and literally the whole staff. I can say 1st time in my life its now enjoyable to buy all my future cars.

I came in on Sunday 8/7/16 & This is the worst dealership I have EVER been too !! I was working with a sales rep by the name of Josh. To start everything off I drove over 40 miles to the dealership just so josh can call me 5 minutes before I got there to tell me that the car wasn't there. I agreed to wait the hour or 2 that he had stated for the vehicle to become available. Car took over 3 hours to get there ! On top of all of this happening, when it came time to appraise my car HONDA SALES MANAGER let me know that he cannot appraise my car correctly because Used car manager was not there. All this after waiting 4 hours, but it gets better. He decides to appraise the car & goes back & puts it in the system but then comes back & tell me that he cannot put a number & it is not worth anything because of an open airbag recall !!! I traded in my Honda with an Airbag recall last year at the same dealership. This place is a joke & a disgrace to the Honda/Acura name. I will NEVER come here ever again !! This place is a joke !

It would take an entire essay to full explain how TERRIBLE this place is. It’s a shame I have to award 1 star by default, becouse they deserve none. I’ll do my best to summarize the key points, Called and made an appointment to come and see a vehicle. Made an APPOINTMENT for the specific car becouse it was about an hour drive, I arrive and the vehicle was not there. Had to drive back to see the vehicle at another time. I liked the car though, so I decided to purchase it. The sun visor was broken and I was told I could get a new one, with the purchase of the vehicle, delivered to my house so I wouldn’t have to make yet another 2Hr drive. Then the next day I was told I had to come back so they could assess what part I needed? There’s no parts to a sun visor, and I was so mad they wanted me to drive down for a sun visor after telling me they could deliver it, I didn’t have the time to go back. Then I get a text about a week later saying that my sun visor is ready for pickup from a different department? (How is my sun visor ready for pickup if the salesman tried to get me to drive back down!) So I contacted parts and told the lady I was told it would be shipped to me, and got that issue solved. This seemed like a shady and rude way to inconvenience me to drive down unessisarily, and they were very aware I am an hours drive away. Also, while waiting for them to ‘detail’ the car after purchasing, they gave it to me and there was trash inside that was there when I test drove. I politely mentioned that whoever cleaned the inside didn’t do a great job, so that they can adjust for future cleanings. Now a piece of trash being left isn’t that big of a deal, but what is a big deal, was them LYING to me and saying it fell in after he cleaned it. Instead of just saying ok, acknowledging they left some trash and learning from that, they decided to lie to me, and that is a big issue, becouse that means this place will say whatever lies about anything to attempt to cover their mistakes. I feel as though I have been lied to almost ever time I talk to these people. I was told I would get a license plate and title in the mail soon. As they have to do the regular DMV paperwork stuff, so I got T-Tags and drive home after paying for the car In full. Now, let’s fast forward two MONTHS to now. No contact from the dealership at all, Then I realized my T-Tags are about to expire. I called Wednesday, explained the situation to the salesperson and he said he would get back to me as he didn’t seem to have a clear answer as to why I don’t have this stuff after two months. Three days pass to today and he has not gotten back to me, my T-Tags expire in less then a week, and they seem to not care about me at all. I did everything I could, I have always been polite about all the mistakes, they are completely doing wrong to me. I would highly suggest to anyone reading this, go buy a vehicle somewhere that is more competent, and will not lie to you and avoid you, and neglect to do legal and important paperwork for months.

Bought my last 3 cars from Price. Very happy with their no pressure sales and knowledge of their service programs. All of the Acura staff have been great to work with, they are friendly and helpful. The services provided have always been very good. HOWEVER- I need to update this review after buying my daughter a used car at Price Honda recently (fall 2017) I was very disappointed. The salesman was sleazy and misogynistic. There were several additional charges for things added on without our consent that we caught before we completed the sale. One of those items was a feature already on the used car we were buying and was shown to us on the test drive. They actually thought it was ok to then remove it because I refused to pay for it bc “no haggle pricing” I won that one; then we were told if we financed through them we get free service for a year, as we were signing the financial documents we were told that too was a lie. We set down our pens and they decided to also honor what the salesman told us. Be very careful who you deal with, this has hands down been my worst car buying experience ever. I will give Price the benefit of the doubt that it was the lousy salesman’s fault. However, I question their integrity keeping him on staff, I wonder if his antics make them enough money to risk their reputation.

I am very pleased by the Acura product so when I was ready to purchase another car, I did not hesitate to return to Price Acura to look for Pre-Owned Certified Car. The Sales and Service team always treats me like family and with respect. They are attentive to my needs and responsive in getting me results. We were greeted at the door on Friday by a knowledagble associate Austin, who prepared a car for us to drive. We came back with a lot of questions but received the time and attention to work through them. We came back on Sunday and drove another vehicle and worked with Robin Watts, whom we had purchased a car from 13 yers earlier and still drive. Robin took us through the details of the car.
