I normally don't promote, review, or discuss my personal stuff online but Ive always enjoy reading community info and I am utilizing other peoples insight more and more with each purchase decision I make. After having such a truly awesome experience I decided I’d contribute on my own for once. Price always matters when purchasing a car, trust, and exceptional service and Porter infinity delivered in every aspect. I couldn't have asked for a better deal or better service. Not only did they take care of me in every which way prior and during the sale they found out I got side swiped and took it one step further to offer me a vehicle to drive while my cars getting repaired through a partner collision center. I cannot thank Chris and Stu at Porter infinity of Delaware for their help. I bought my Infiniti G37 from Porter in 2010 and had a no hassle experience as they honored the VPP pricing for my car. I have been going back there ever since for all services as they have done a good job in the upkeep of the vehicle. The Porter team has been respectful of my time and prompt with their delivery. A special thanks to Pat Gill in the servicing department who sincerely appreciates his customers, has always taken the time to explain the array of options available for service and provided apt recommendations after thorough inspection of the car. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience with them and would recommend them to others in the market for an Infiniti.

Saturday September 14th I found myself near North East Maryland with a vehicle (QX56) that would not restart. The battery simply couldn’t get enough kick to turn over the engine. I was able to get a jump, and my wife and I immediately headed north towards Delaware (home). While traveling north, I called Porter Infiniti (11:45 a.m.) I spoke to a live woman and shared that I needed an emergency battery replacement, I was headed in their direction, and that I could not turn my vehicle off again until a reached a place of service. The woman proceeded to transfer me to a service manager. I got their voicemail. I left a detailed message and asked for immediate call back. Because of past negative experiences with Porter (both sales and service) I also called West Chester Infiniti to cover myself. Again, I spoke to a live agent, who ensured I was being transferred to live service manager. Rebecca at West Chester Infiniti listened to me, and told me to absolutely head into their service center now. I followed my instincts and drove the 40 minutes beyond Porter Infiniti to West Chester Infiniti. Rebecca could tell that our Saturday activities were interrupted by the service incident, and she proactively offered us a loaner to go and eat lunch and complete our simply shopping!!! The weak battery was replaced. We are grateful. West Chester has always made us feel like valued family members. Thank you, Rebecca, Amanda, and Mark Cantino. By the way, Porter Infiniti finally called me back… Monday morning… my instincts proved true. Br

Stu was an extraordinary salesman who was capable of successfully educating, directing and facilitating my purchasing experience. I was traveling from Canada and had a wheel fall off on the highway. The car was towed at night to the Porter dealer where I left off the key in their night box and the car in the lot. There was significant damage and I had but a few days before returning back home. Patrick Gill the Service manager took my file, had the car repaired, discovered the reason for the problem and had me on my way in just a few days. My only dealing was with Patrick, and he was polite helpful and always in contact explaining where we were in the process. He even volunteered to testify since the work down at the previous garage ( 2 days before) was negligent. All in all Porter and Patrick were magnificent.

I had been to three place in January, 2019. I called to the service desk for an appointment to fix the problem associated with the key fob of my infinity QX60. The service desk person told me that I do not need an appointment for this, walk in will work. While I went there on a Saturday, I was told by one of the service consultants that I need an appointment for this as this is a Saturday! I assume that there no coordination between the front desk and service desk people. Later on, I was told that the technician will diagnose and fix my problem today. I had a big relief momentarily although it did not last long as they looked at my key fobs and could not solve the problem. BTW, Most of the time I could not unlock, lock or start my engine with key fobs I had (it was very random). About 45 minutes later, I was given a bill of about $250 (cannot remember the exact amount, sorry) for reprogramming the key and diagnosis. I figured out that the keys were not working and the condition did not improve at all. I asked them why do I need to pay even when the problem was not fixed and they could not do anything better! I told them that I am combing back on Monday and on Monday they replaced the key fob with a new one and that is the only key I have now. The other key fobs are not working like as before. I was billed for $450, which include about $250 for service and others for the price and programming of new key fob. To me I think this is lot of money. I would never go to this place again.

Porter Infiniti provides excellent service on all levels. I am always informed of future issues without pressure to do unnecessary repairs and always treated with respect. The free WiFi allows me to work while waiting for my vehicle and the free loaner car minimizes any inconvenience when my car has to stay overnight. This is my second Infiniti and the service alone makes a case for continuing to buy again.

I have read about the dissatisfaction reviews and the excellent reviews. I had been coming here for years up until I sold my Infiniti for a another brand. I have had nothing but a good experience. Yes it is sometimes hard to get someone on the phone in the service department, yes there are sometimes wait times for sales, or managers, but they are working. I've come at different times of the day, night, year and never really saw anyone just doing "nothing" In the coming years once my other car is paid for, I'll be returning to Porter Infiniti for my next purchase and servicing dealer. Porter wants to make sure you are satisfied with everything.

I have been getting my Infiniti serviced at Porter Infiniti since 2007. I used to have a 2005 G35 and now I have a M37X. One of the reasons I go to Infiniti is the trust I have on these guys. They would never steer me into getting something done on my car that is not needed or at least urgently needed. At times I have suggested or thought I needed certain work done on my car but, Infiniti techs would look at it and give me an honest opinion whether I needed it or not, knowing they would loose that business. I highly recommend Infiniti cars to begin with and then Porter Infiniti for any maintenance work that is needed. John Divincenzo, the manager at the service dept is an awesome guy, very helpful and trustworthy, I know its hard to believe I am saying that about a service manager at a car dealership, but because of the quality of service I get at Porter Infiniti, I would always buy Infinitis.

I had to buy my newest infiniti at another dealership, not the best. They beat up and charged me waaaay more than Porter for my Infiniti Warranty. Needless to say when it comes to my service I go to Porter. The Service at Porter is great and very accommodating. Dave Cassidy is amazing and tries to jeep you as up to date as possible with the repairs. What I really like is they dont make you feel like a mooch when you need a loaner vehicle, like the American Auto dealerships do.

I was torn on the rating. The service department treated me well although prices are high. $2300 for a water pump, half that everywhere else. I did not have that work done by Porter.. My bad experience was with the sales side, not my salesman but the sales manager because ultimately he is the one making the decisions. I recently traded in my 2011 G37XS with 87000 Miles. Very low miles and very clean. Porters own service dept. was impressed by the condition of the car. I was looking at a 2015 Q50S with 24000 Miles. I owed $8400 on my car. Porter would only offer me $7500 and they knocked $1000 of the Q50. I asked if they could at least give me what I owed. They wouldn’t budge claiming that’s all my car was worth. Needless and regrettably I made the deal, my fault. Porter then listed my car for $12,500. Amazing and insulting. I also made the mistake of financing through them. So in essence Porter made money three ways, the sale of the Q50, the trade on my car and the money they get through the financing. The only place they didn’t get me was extended warranty which they tried to sell me starting at $1500 but the last offer was for $750. I understand they have to make money but as a returning customer I expected better on the sales side. They beat me on the negotiation side, shame on me.I’ll know better next time. I should’ve walked away from this deal.

Suffice to say I'm not only dissatisfied but insulted. My wife took the vehicle in for an oil change. And as typical the service department came back with additional recommended items/repairs. Subsequently I gave explicit instructions to do the oil change only, however the service advisor circumvented that proceeding to tell my wife (more like con her) with why additional work was needed. Presumably because she is a woman and did not understand the technicalities. But I do as an Engineer and could have done it for free myself. And the work was done without my knowledge. When I called to try to resolve the matter I was basically confronted with the attitude of 'well it's done now so you have to pay for it, too bad'. Not only from the advisor but the manager as well. When I continued to dispute it, I was basically threatened...'if you don't pay for it, we'll charge you $75/day to keep your vehicle here until you do'. In addition to this there was even poor communication from the advisor (or designee) where my wife was trying to coordinate getting the vehicle delivered, but it sat there for two days unnecessarily. I was quite upset from the experience at first and was going to walk away chalking it up to another shyster dealership. But later thinking rationally it's about the principle not the money. I plan to share this unsavory experience with Porter senior management as well as Corporate Infiniti, a proclaimed luxury brand that I question as such. I now understand why it is considered a second-tier brand.

Porter Infiniti as a WHOLE is awesome to deal with!! From the sales department to the service department, their customer service is top notch! I've been a customer of their service department since '08 or '09 and we recently made the decision to upgrade from my '06 FX35 to a QX60. The service department was so patient and understanding with my husband and I!! They went above and beyond for my husband and I while we researched our new vehicle. Ed Giamanti and Stu Swalheim in the sales department were absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with in purchasing our new QX60. I must say that this experience was by far was the most pleasant, painless, and efficient car buying experience that I have had thus far!

3rd experience Feb 6th 2019...... WOW! I am flabbergasted at how above and beyond the Porter Infiniti staff go to help a customer. My wife locked her keys in her trunk yesterday evening and AAA and a locksmith could not open the trunk from inside or out. Today I called up Infiniti service and told Pat the manager my problem, he drove to my wifes work, got the vin number cut a mechanical key and returned to retrieve the keys from the trunk leaving them with her manager. I asked what do I owe you? He responded it was no problem and happy he could be of service. Porter has treated me better and more affordably than BMW or Porsche ever did. My next car is another Infiniti!!!!! Thank you! 2nd experience DEC 30th 2018...... Porter Infiniti found and fixed some difficult gremlins in my old car, their techs and service dept are smart and friendly folks that were determined to fix a difficult problem quickly and affordably. Thank you David and staff! 1st experience......After trying myself to change a blinker bulb for 3 hours, I gave up went to Porter Infiniti without an appointment and they fit me in. Reception and service were 5 Star! They fixed it in a jiffy and washed and vacuumed my car included!! Awesome friendly people and fair real world pricing. I will let everyone know Porter is where to go for service!

I brought my q45 into porter infiniti service with a code that was keeping me from passing inspection it was a code for a manifold pressure sensor they soon told me I needed ABS sensors in order to properly reset the ecm $745 later I now failed inspection again with the same issue and new ABS sensors I didn't need in the first place and actually more problems than when I brought the car in it now stalls when coming to a stop and is running lean also found one of the employees lunch in my back seat with ranch spilled on my carpet (thought it might have been me but wawa prints a date and time on there food which fell in the middle of my "service")

I tried to give this place a chance because I've heard good things. I have to say my experience was horrible. My salesmen's name was Randy. Very pushy and forceful tactics. I brought my wife in for a test drive and came back 2 days later to discuss price. I told him I'll be buying the car outright. He then told me he had to run a credit check before he could talk numbers. After refusing because if I'm buying the car outright it's not required. He then said he couldn't help me and basically showed me the door. To humor him I allowed him to run a report, he came back asking what my goal was for monthly payments. I told them I'm not interested in financing. He said then the list price is the bottom of the line price. I then left and received a email 3 weeks later from him asking if I was still interested. NEVER will go back to the sales department. Oh and I asked a friend of mine to call and ask about the car, he was able to knock of 2k after talking with him for 2 days, but Randy still wanted to run a credit report on him.

This should be a 0 star rating, but I don't think I can do that. I purchased a preowned 2015 Infiniti Q50 at this dealership. I called my insurance company to fax them ALL proper insurance documentation to take delivery of the vehicle. A week later, they contacted me about issue with my loan financing with PNC. I told them that I would take care of the issue immediately (which I did) & that PNC informed me that it would take 3-5 days. The salesman, Mile, called me EVERYDAY to "harass" me about getting them the replacement loan check. I took care of it as promised. 1-1/2 months later, I did not receive the registration, I called their financing department 3-4 times. Every time, they told me that it will be taken care of & someone will call me back. They never did. After 2-1/2 months, I got frustrated & call the salesman Mile, he blamed the problem on me & said that I never provided proper insurance insurance documentation. I then called his manager & nobody called me back. To this day, I never got my registration. I will file a lawsuit against Porter Infinity. This is the WORST customer service experience that I have known. A DISGRACE to the auto dealership industry.

They really don't know what they're doing over here at Porter in the service department especially; so we just don't use them anymore. For example our breaks were squeaking really loudly took it to Porter and they told me it might be "dust" in the breaks, they returned the car with the brakes still squeaking loudly every time you stepped on it. Told my husband who was travelling at the time and he said send it to Infiniti of West Chester and Guess what?! They fixed it ! changed the brakes because they were RECALLED

Bought a G37 Chris and Jeff were very accomdating. The car and deal were great. The issue is with the assurance Edge Agreement they sold us. Basically tire and wheel insurance for $549. Within 30 days we needed a tire. Assurance Edge can't find any record of our policy. Both Jeff and Chris assure us this is a mistake, "we'll take care it. Get the tire " which we had to anyway. That was 5/20/13 as of 7/25/13 nothing. Calls and emails when answered are the same "I thought that was handeled BS; I'll call you back ...." Neither individual calls back. As of 7/24/13 only the BS that they will get it handled. Bottom line they are the all the same very helpful when they are selling you the car but no where to be found if there is an issue! Shop them versus every other dealer, get your best price. Porter Infiniti is nothing special! The car is great, the deal was great, stay away from their add ons.
