Buying experience must be radically different between buying a used car vs new. I called numerous times to inquire about a car and was told it was on a test drive and they would call me back. 4 hours later i called again and was told the car was out for the weekend and they would call me back. Called Tuesday and they didn't know where it was. Saw the next day they posted new pictures, no call back. Called again no answer and left a VM, not holding my breath. Waste of time.

Recently went in to buy a used Macan S that they had listed online. The sales person was friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. Had correspondents with David a few days... went to see the vehicle on a Sunday. Liked it enough to drive up after work and drive the vehicle. I had a trade they made an offer on, I had their price on the vehicle... for some reason they really wanted to know my payoff... (Look when buying a vehicle you just need to know their price and and the trade value) was not a big deal made, but it was just odd... Specially when this was a cash deal... I was seriously hungry and had to go... I expected to get a follow up communication but never did... The salespeople there jerked me around for 2 weeks on a car- it was available then it was not then would you pay $10k over then it is sold away. Another stealership! Then of course phone calls and emails were never returned on a 166k possible transaction. After telcon with GM I stand by my original review- should be no stars- never sold car per GM so salesperson lied to me and I followed up again with no response- these good reviews must be coerced because other people on Rennlist have confided publicly that these people are the "worst". I stand by my experience over 2 and a half weeks. Now 2 weeks later and I have found a car at msrp not 10k over as the stupid salesperson tried to get me to do BUT like that car better. No they do not want to do business with me because of the truthful experiences I have indicated. How about getting your act together. The management and salesperson whose initials are MY are the least professional people I have ever dealt with in the car business over 40 years. Meanwhile car is still for sale. That is what happens when Honda people try to get in the highline car business. I think the ratings are coerced- people on Rennlist P forum say pass the place by and go to P of the Mainline. I rest my case!

I saw the ad on line for the Dodge journey , it really caught my eye , coupled with the low mileage and the asking price, it was just what I was looking for. I recently had a flat tire on w Macan. I went to a local tire store who could not patch the tire and said it would take several days to get the tire from their distributor. I then called Porsche of Newark. I spoke to Mathew who could not have been more helpful. They had the tire in stock and set up an appointment for me to come in. Mathew dealt with the warranty company and made the process easy. It was a job well done. I’d give Porsche of Newark and in particular Mathew a five star rating.
