They drive those junk cars down dyke branch rd @ 80 mph ,if one of the kids playing gets hit by one of this portorrican's car ,there will be bad news. Today Jan-8-2018 in the afternoon there was a white pontiac grand prix coming from the dealer on the back road and there is a stop sign by dyke branch rd ,I was watching and the driver ran thru the stop sign ,this people don't care about anyone on the road until boom and someone gets hurt.

My husband and drove past their lot and saw a suburban that we liked we came back the next day but were too late it was a Tuesday that following Thursday he called to make an appointment to look at it on Saturday. We drive an hour to get there and the vehicle wasn't there and no one was there. He called three times left a voicemail and the guy never called back but there were people there later on that day. We went across the street to American Rides and we bought a vehicle the guy was nice and he told us that they sold the suburban days ago. Even if they had sold it a phone call would have been nice how hard is it to say Hi I'm sorry but the vehicle you were looking at we sold. It wouldn't have been a big deal because they had something else I was looking at but they lost business and it is not a place I would ever go back to.

There should be an option for zero stars. My boyfriend financed a vehicle from MJ Stone. The drive to Dover from where he lives in about an hour. While driving the truck home after purchasing it he stopped for gas and noticed the truck was leaking what appeared to be antifreeze (green fluid). He took it back to MJ Stone and asked them to please fix it. They had it for 2 days and he came and picked it back up and halfway back home he stopped and noticed it was still leaking. He brought it back to the dealer. They had it for another day. When he drove back down to Dover to pick up the truck they told him they had it running for 2 hours and nothing was leaking from the truck. He went out and turned it on and let it run for a few minutes. He got out and noticed drops of green fluid. He went in and asked someone to come outside with him so he could show them where it is leaking and no one would go out and look at the truck with him. He then asked Mike the owner and he went out with him and told my boyfriend it was just condensation and nothing was leaking. Frustrated at this point from countless trips to Dover and then being blown off by the dealer employees he then asked Mike to either please fix the truck or give him his money back. The owner of MJ Stone Auto Sales then told my boyfriend no he would not fix the truck and no he would not give him his money back and he can take both his vehicles (the truck and the vehicle he drove to Dover with) and get the FU*K off his property or he would have both his vehicles towed. My boyfriend then said, I'll be back so you can fix it. Mike then said you come back on my property and I will contact the police. My boyfriend then called Mike a few days later to ask if they could please fix the truck that is still leaking antifreeze and Mike said no and you are not allowed here because he contacted the police and has a Do not trespass order placed on him. Checking the fluid levels this morning on the truck my boyfriend found that the antifreeze is completely empty on this truck. So not only does he have to make payments on truck with mechanical issues because the dealer is too incompetent to fix the vehicle. They refuse to help or work with the customer at all even threatening and contacting the police for no reason. My boyfriend is a rather large man, very tall and might look intimidating to some people but he is actually a very sweet guy and is not aggressive at all and at no point ever threatened or attempted to be threatening to anyone at this dealer. Why they have been so mean and nasty to him no one can understand. We now have to spend more money taking the truck to a local mechanic to hopeful fix the leak on top of paying the loan for the truck plus being out the money from the 6 trips to driving to and from Dover. I have never in my life been so outraged. I am absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism and down right shady and dirty tactics and behavior from not only the employees but the owner of this business. And before anyone from MJ Stone makes their way to Google and tries responding to my review saying my boyfriend was threatening them and or being aggressive in some way or any other complete fabricated nonsense...if that helps you sleep at night you go right ahead and treat your customers like that. The reason I am leaving a review and not him is because you have screwed him over so badly I'm afraid his review would probably be removed by google for offensive exploitative. They will take his money but won't allow him on the property to get the truck fixed......EDIT. This truck just died in the middle of an intersection. It was towed to a mechanic in Northern Delaware. It's still under warranty at MJ Stone but they refuse to fix the vehicle. This is criminal at this point! We will be taking action through the proper channels. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! EDIT to respond to MJ Stone. Dirty laundry?? Yes, the public ABSOLUTELY has every right to know what you did. You know EXACTLY what you did. The truck is now dead sitting in a shop btw. Shame on you.

Go to look at a car and it was dirty . I never been to a car dealership that sell cars unclean I usually buy cars & get them financed with Hertrich Nissan buy I was looking for a cheap car to spend cash money sense I already have a car this was going to be a family car and boy I see a big difference in buying a car from a private dealer vs a major dealer. They don't even make the cars look presentable but is dirty. I learned my lesson stick with Hertrich Nissan. And after reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't buy a car from them.

I bought a 2010 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer with 186,700 miles a year ago. Pristine, immaculate condition. I now have 195,004 miles on the vehicle and it runs like a champ. Best vechile I have ever bought. This guy knows what the buyer wants. I'm waiting for a Silverado 4×4 truck to show up soon .

Armando is awesome to deal with and super helpful. We had been looking for a vehicle for almost two months before stopping in. I know people hate going to car dealers because of the BS they know they will have to deal with, but that wasn't the case at all. Super friendly, not pushy or aggressive at all, like what you might encounter at other places. Once we decided to buy, the process was quick. He got us a great deal, and handled all the legal paperwork. We were on our way with our newly purchased car in about 30 minutes.

SO WHEN OUR MOTOR BLEW UP WE CONTACTED HIM AND HE TOLD MY HUSBAND IT WASNT OUR FAULT WE SHOULDN'T HAVE LET OUR WARRANTY RUN OUT AND HUNG UP THE PHONE, ALTHOUGH WE KEPT TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH HM. SO NOW WE ARE PAYING 8,000 DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET FOR A MOTOR ON A 10,000 DOLLAR VEHICLE!!! ALL BECAUSE WE STILL HAVE A LOAN WITH THE FINANCE COMPANY AND WE DONT WANT OUR CREDIT BAD. WE WENT TO HIM SO WE COULD BUILD UP OUR AUTO CREDIT SO WARNING ANYONE AND EVERYONE THIS ALSO HAPPENED TO A FRIEND AT THE SAME PLACE WHICH I DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL AFTER WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE OR WE WOULDNT HAVE GONE THERE!!

Just purchased a Ford F-150 from Armando. First: every car on the lot is IMMACULATE. Whoever does the detailing is a genius. New tires, a new bed liner and able to negotiate a fair price. ZERO pressure. Very informative and up front. Every vehicle has an auto check. Most importantly: they stand behind their vehicles! We had a problem that wasn’t covered by the provided warranty. Nevertheless, Armando arranged to get it fixed THAT DAY. A few hours later, the truck was fixed AND Armando actually covered the cost. WOW!! It was SO great to do business with him. Wayyy better than the huge dealerships. Big THANK YOU to Armando!

I wish I could leave no stars at all but I guess I'll leave just one. 1. They're not a "buy here-pay here" they make make you fill out these forms for their "lender" and anyone with bankruptcy or bad credit knows they're gonna say no or hit you with 30% interest or something ridiculous. It's lie to say they are buy here-pay here. 2. Mr. Rivera (forget the first name) is a total douche. Smug and arrogant. He will make you wait to see a car until he's good and ready to come out of whatever hole he's dwelling in. Anyone with 3 small kids knows this is nightmare situation to keep them occupied for awhile . 3. The only thing I can say I liked was they put the car fax report inside all their cars and it has good info. If you need a buy here-pay here (like I do) this isn't the place to go. I save you some time...Freedom rides and intellicar makes you give info for their "lenders" as well. Not a true buy here-pay here. God bless

Nicest Resale car lot I’ve been too. Nice cars at fair prices. I checked the KBB on the car I was purchasing and made an offer that was gladly accepted because it was fair and good for both parties. Great customer service, Armando is the man to see. Definitely recommend checking out MJ Stone if you need or are looking for a car.

It took 4 days to tell me that i was declined. First off on their page it says Buy here pay here then at bottom of car u click on says they charge 9.90 interest rate 490 down 175 bi weekly it was for 2006 Chrysler 300c srt-8 with 137k for 14990 even price sounds like buy here pay here place no bank will let u have that car for 490 down. And in Georgetown there is a 2006 chrysler 300c srt-8 with 71k and a difference is the color for 15500 anyway after i drove from salisbury all the way up there to dover i find out they go through banks and after 4 days i need to put down 5k and rest finance i have the income the only bad part about my situation is my 600 credit score

You thought my friend didn't want to pay her bills as if she was a slouch. For your Information she was mistreated by a man who communicates just like you. She divorced him. She helped him build his business and put her good credit at risk. He forgot all about her once he was on his feet. She got approved by credit acceptance buy the way, just by explaining her situation the same way she explained it to you before you became condescending. Armando we will not be coming back to your dealership. Much respect to Mike the owner. I didn't get the chance to meet him so I want to be fair here. Be nice Armando Women are a blessing.

Of course, now that I have the vehicle everyone tells me I shouldn't of went there! Geeesh... UUUUUGGGHH!! THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING "GOOD" BUSINESS, BUT ONLY MAKING MONEY OFF OF THEIR PRETTY LEMONS!! Firstly, they will ride your warranty and send you to their mechanic a hundred times over, only to tell you nothing is wrong with the vehicle that hops, skips, and jumps down the highway. Obviously, they only get the "good" cars from the public auction.. Yea right! They never mentioned they had collision vehicles and that I could also call my "warranty" personnel to deal with my issues with the vehicle and that I could go to any mechanic my warranty company deals with for warranted vehicles, not just a pawn of theirs. When I questioned the salesmen, he hung up on me(before telling me to be nice to him because he is the one I have to go through!)(TER-RI-BLE) then locked the door when I showed up to the site. I attempt to speak with the owner at the doorway, outside in the rain!smh Meanwhile, the corny salesman smirking in my face watching the owner give me the door slam. Imagine how DEPRESSING this would feel for someone who has never financed a vehicle and working hard to make sure things are correct. I would AT LEAST expect the owner to pull me to the side, preferably inside and out the rain, and ask what my problem was with the service. Instead, he chose sides before hearing ANYTHING his customer had to say. Worst business experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hands down...

Armando made the process so easy and smooth, I almost felt like I was dreaming. I have never...ever ever had such a great car buying experience as this. Horrible place will not get the tags for the car I bought from them 2 months ago temp tags have ran out hangs up on you when you call him out on the lies he's feeding you EDIT after leaving reviews and contacting the DMV as well as the BBB I did finally get my tag I don't know what situation they are talking about but almost a month after my temp tag ran out and the lady from the DMV calling them (I was standing there so I know they called) they finally got me my tags. Still it was crazy to me that it took them that long to get the tags. 2 months and a week after I paid for the car 6000.00 cash to him he never even filed the paperwork with the dmv. I wish I had read the reviews first I love the truck but the customer service is awful. You can tell that from the response to this review. 100% unprofessional
