Where Preston for Life means they damage your vehicle and take 7 months to fix it. Where promises for returned phone calls are about as real as big foot. Where requests to speak with management are met with sorry, we can't do that. Where the loaner car you are given for a 4 cylinder car is a massive pickup truck. Where the idea of an air freshener is cigarettes. Where no one accepts responsibility. That's what you're paying for with Preston for Life.

I've used the service department at least twelve times the last couple years for routine maintenance and extended warranty work with absolutely no issues. Good professional staff, always get updates on the phone, very fast turn around, quality work and no high pressure from the service writers to upsell unwanted services. Service specials at competitive pricing. Dealership has grown fast since Preston took over and is very busy, the staff does a good job under high pressure. Sales staff is friendly, talkative and engaging... obviously hoping to sell cars but they all seem like good people!

On 2/6th we purchased Honda Civic at a reasonable price. A week before the purchase my wife and I visited the showroom, we were cordially invited by the sales consultant (Jordan Jones) and he ensured we received the best of service. Not only did he fix couple issues we had with the car but also ensured we were satisfied with the purchase price. Unfortunately I met with the accident on 3/23; since I was rear headed by another car I was only partially compensated by the Insurance Company. During this time we contacted Jordan Jones who guided and advised the process of addressing the issue and ensured we received a first class service. Millsboro Automart and sales team are simply spectacular, their service quality is world class. In the last 4 months I have been to close to 50 automobile showrooms around Phili, De and NY and by far I rate him the best. Guys if you are looking out for a true and a honest salesman with abundant amount knowledge with cars Jordan is the man

Got my Mercedes serviced here. $840 at the last place, $51 here. It is now called Millsboro Automart and Millsboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram as they bought a dealership a year ago.. This place has really grown. New dealership in the works (sign on right). 800 or more cars and trucks in stock. About 200 used in stock too.

Highly recommend Millsboro Auto Mart and HG Wilson. I went in not knowing if I would be approved. HG Wilson put in my numbers and found me a car to test drive that was affordable to me. One test drive and I loved it. The paperwork and financing was so easy and painless. I know I can call with any question about my car and HG is always friendly and helpful.

I loved that they took my car early because I dropped it off early. That means I got it back early! My problem is that the windows were dirtier than we dropped it off, so they just forgot to do them. They weren’t dirty on just the outside, which I could attribute to morning dew, they were also really dirty on the inside. The people there are great, so I know it was just an oversight, but I’m sorry it happened

I would give Preston 0 stars due to not being shown the price of vehicle and being over priced. They doubled the vehicle just to make commission and still haven’t heard from anyone including GM about helping me out of the situation. I’ve left three messages now and no one has tried to call me back. How can you sell (come to find out) a $16,000 vehicle for $30,000 and told me the vehicle is amazing on gas. WRONG! It’s horrible on gas and can’t believe they are taking my hard earned money. They need to do something about it or it will be a serious issue... and will get worse...

Dropped my car off got the call when it was done, the price mention on the phone was steep but was doable. I got there and was told my bill was over DOUBLE of what I was told over the phone and was told that I "misunderstood"

I had a number of issues dealing with the company during the process of buying my car. Namely, be VERY careful when working with their finance department. Do not come in to buy a car unless you have been pre-qualified for an auto loan at a bank or a credit union because you’ll definitely get a better interest rate doing it that way. The job of this finance department is to sell you on as many unnecessary packages as possible. They will fold paperwork over to cover the dollar amounts before giving it to you to sign, make sure you read EVERYTHING on those papers. Do not sign until you see the dollar amounts you are signing for and what packages you are signing for. Make sure to have the vehicle pre-inspected by a mechanic before buying a used car from this dealership. Inspect everything from the tires to the trunk. Try to set up an appointment with a sales associate ahead of time. If you walk in, expect to be pushed to the side after selecting your vehicle as the sales associate will take on as many customers as possible and does not feel responsible to walk you through the entire process one-on-one. Overall, I would not shop with this company again.

So my day started off by calling ahead in the morning on a Saturday to confirm a couple of vehicles in stock. The one sales associate who gave me his number to text back before Christmas wouldn't respond to my inquiry, I assumed he no longer worked there but later I found out he still did and was sitting at his desk doing nothing so must had been ignoring me since I chose not to buy a car from him before Christmas. So I'm told by the sales associate I spoke with on the phone to ask for him directly when I get there. He asked me when I would arrive and I told him between 2-3, which I arrived at 2. I wanted to check out two vehicles but upon seeing the one in person and seeing the discounted price online I knew it was no question I was ready to buy so I told him and he politely said he would be with me after he finished with the current customers and I began the longest most frustrating wait of my life. After an hour he came to me and questioned my monthly payment amount on that vehicle because of its high price tag. I then showed him online it said marked down to 36k he then went back to the office to later come out and explain that was a mistake on their part wasn't suppose to say that but rather say 46k. Frustrated and an hour from home I said ok that's fine obviously mistakes happen and I wanted to look at some other ones he said ok we would. Well 2 hours later I only was shown one Jeep because his current customers were still with him. At this point I should have been given to another sales associate since half of them were sitting without customers but nope I was made to wait. Finally 2 1/2 hours later he's done with his customers but guess what he moves on to another couple and I'm there sitting waiting again for another hour. At this time I've spoken to the manager about my frustration and I'm told sorry, thanks for my patience he was going to help me make something work out to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Finally 3 1/2 hours later I'm aloud to drive a vehicle and I asked if I could have it lifted with tires included in and still be at or below my budget I'm told yes definitely could with this Jeep. However upon returning suddenly these extra features may not work with the budged I have. This was after 6 closing time and honestly they just wanted me out the door so they could go home. After all this and as patient and respectful as I could be never did I raise my voice cuss or cause a scene I should they should of worked with me to make what I wanted happen since most of my trouble there was at no fault of mine. Where everyone was very nice this was probably the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I have always shopped Hertrich for all my cars and most my family does as well. I wanted to take a chance on a new dealer because they seemed to have an amazing inventory and always thought the commercial on tv showed a great respectable dealer. I was sadly mistaken. To add to insult I was text today with no apology and honestly felt like they were saying it was my fault for everything.
