Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They were prompt to answer my questions. Had the car ready for a test drive. No pressure and were super fast with the paperwork. After the deal was done I discovered that the front tag bracket was missing and there was only one key and one key fob. The seller took care of all of these issues by ordering the items without hesitation. The people at Luxury Motors are outstanding. The autos may be a Luxury but the employees are the real gems! Thanks for everything!

Excellent Experience! Came down from 2 hours away and they had the Land Rover SUV waiting for me out front! Had no issues with me taking to someone local for a pre-purchase inspection. Found some very minor issues with the vehicle and John(owner) said he'd take care of them with no problems. A great staff and great place to buy a car. Definitely not your typical small dealership and car salesman. Made buying a car a pleasure, not a headache. Will definitely check out their inventory first before going to any other dealership!

Just want everyone to know that if they are looking for a place where they stand behind what they sell look no further. The ownership and Management of this dealership is outstanding. Buying a used car is a challenge for the dealer and the customer but John Ballin made the process professional and easy. The Jeep that I purchased had a check engine light go on a few days after I purchased it. I called them and they immediately set up an appointment and had me bring the car in for service. Not only did they fix the issue that caused the check engine light but the Service Station identified a few items that needed attention and without a second thought they had the service station fix all of items that needed attention. I want to thank John and John for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had and I know where I am going to purchase my next car. You guys are the best!

They do not have their paperwork in order the purchase of the car was not smooth after purchase had to go to dmv because the inspection had expired next a trip to Salisbury to obtain a 2nd key this should all have been handled before the are was sold
