Koons Lexus, both sales and service, definitely exceeded my expectations. They are all so welcoming and honest and that's hard to find in a dealership these days. Sid, in sales, was not pushy. He actually made the experience fun and comfortable! Rob Payson in service was such an honest and pleasant person to deal with! The full service detail was so worth it. My vehicle came out looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Everyone here treats you like family. They do care. I have purchased and leased quite a few vehicles in my past but I have NEVER experienced the treatment as I have received here at Koons Lexus. You will not be disappointed!!

Lexus owner since RX was introduced to the market. Was very pleased with the 2017 RX-350 delivery , BUT Service department is horrible. Service adviser (Rob) would never call you back ... even after talking to you 3 times and promising to get back to you in a couple minutes. Issue was related to the warranty claim. i would not recommend to service your car at Lexus of Wilmington. Also planning to write a formal complaint to Lexus. This is unacceptable for the luxury automaker. Not sure if Koons owner(s) ever reading google reviews... so many complains about service department.... I guess he does not give a ^&%$. Sad ... very sad...
I bought a 2017 GS 350 from here. It was a very smooth transition. I came to pick up my 2015 GS form getting serviced and saw a 2017 GS in the showroom and figured I would upgrade. Kelly the sales rep ran the numbers and we came to an agreement after some negotiations. Drew the finance manger is great. He got the paperwork done very fast. Took me less then 10 minutes to go through all of the paperwork. I did get the Tire & Wheel protection through Lexus, I highly recommend getting that if you get the premium wheels. I had that with my 2015 and it came in handy several times. Came in the next morning to pick up my car since the car needed to get detailed. Debbie the technology specialist went through all of the features of he car with me and setup my hands free for me. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable with how all of the features worked . I would definitely recommend Lexus of Wilmington to my family and friends. They have an exceptional staff form sales to service. They have some of the friendliest service staff.
Nearly two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Yes the service was part of the certified warranty, and yes it is a Saturday, but I certainly expected better service than this from a premier dealership. I don't wait anywhere near this long when I take my Jeep in for service!

My spouse and I went to this Lexus dealership because my mother had bought two RX 350’s from this same location in the past. We walked in looked at 4 vechicles independently. We were completely ignored by all the sales staff. A few walked by me and looked at me but never said a word. It’s like we didn’t exist. I overheard a sales person say to a couple “People walk into Macy’s and buy whatever but they come here thinking they can negotiate”. The female got up and walked away with her two boys. I was shocked. I immediately left after this. I’ll pass on this dealership.
They always go above and beyond to accomodate my car service needs. They are skillful, honest, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! AAA+++++!

It'd been about a month or so and he called to say he'd found my truck. It was more than what I wanted to spend, but, he "sold" me on this 08 Chevy Equinox. I love my new snow mobile. My experience was professional, polite, efficient and pleasurable. Eric assured me, that I was in good hands. His love and knowledge radiate through him. Been Calling since last year about the BMW 2011 that I took there. They keep saying we going to call you back. And they never did. I went there for the service because I have LEXUS SERVICES ASSURANCE they say there people don't know how to fixe a BMW and I should take it to BMW. I took the car to the BMW they say the car have engine problem since last year BMW Is trying to call you people you said you will call back it been 8days now. My brother keeps calling since last year you just say you will call back but you never did. I guess since your people can't check or fixe a BMW that means you knew that the car have problems when you sell it to me. BMW services still waiting for your call too and I don't have a ride to work I need answers. you can't trade a car without checking it and then sell it to another person. That car was so expensive and I don't know why you convinced me to take Services assurance if you can't even fixe the car.
Purchasing my first Lexus was a very pleasant experience. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. John Skehan was pleasant, very knowledgeable and a tremendous help. Drew did a great job reviewing the large array of technical equipment. I do plan to schedule another session with Drew after spending more time driving the Lexus and using the technical equipment. I stopped in on my way to work one morning in the Lexus that I've had serviced here on numerous occasions to ask that they take a quick look at the tire pressure light that had come on - surely a tire (or two) needed a moment from an air compressor, and that was it. I was told that, without an appointment, it would be a 45-minute wait! I instead went across the street to Diver Chevrolet - where they've never seen me or my car before - and they kindly took care of it in just a few minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEXUS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
Lexus of Wilmington has a new lifetime customer, me :)! I am an owner of a certified Lexus of 3 years and recently moved to Delaware. My car has been serviced at Lexus Wilmington at least 3 times now and each time my experience gets better and better. I was impressed with my 1st visit but i must say each visit out does the last. My last service visit with George (aka George of the Jungle) was phenomenal. He demonstrated patience in his fast paced work environment. He was full of knowledge of my vehicle and able to walk through exactly what work was outstanding and helped me prioritize. I left feeling I made the best decision. I also left feeling the service was quick, smooth and extremely professional, which is why I will definitely return.

I bought my certified preowned Lexus IS 250 here last September and was very pleased with my experience. The customer service was fantastic and the finance team matched my interest rate at 1.99%. I'm very happy with my vehicle, but I noticed a pulsing in the brakes that I took in to get checked out at a different Lexus service center. I found out there were after market brake pads and rotors that made the pulsing sensation on braking but was advised it was not a safety issue. I called Koons Lexus of Wilmington to inquire about the after market parts. Leigh explained to me CPO vehicles may have after market parts from the previous owner and unfortunately are not covered under warranty. Leigh did not want me to hang up the phone unsatisfied, so she said she would call me back. Within 10 minutes, I was on a 3 way call with Leigh and the service manager Jason. They explained that although the parts were not under warranty, they believe customer satisfaction is much more important. They offered to replace the after market parts with Lexus parts with no hassle or no questions asked. A couple weeks later the job was finished at my local service center and my brakes feel much better! Many thanks to Leigh and Jason for their impeccable customer service! Even though I do not live in the area, I would go back to Koons Lexus of Wilmington for my next vehicle purchase; I highly recommend this dealer to anyone!

Over the past six (6) years I have purchased the following three (3) new Lexus vehicles from Bob: 2008 RX350, 2011 GS350, and 2013 RX350. I currently still own the 2011 and the 2013. I also successfully negotiated with Bob the purchase of a 2011 RX350 for my daughter-in-law. Bob is the epitome of a sales professional. He is forthright, honest, and possess the highest integrity. Lexus in Wilmington is huge and has two locations. The facility is super clean and classy. They have a good snack and beverage station if the meeting takes longer than expected! They have a great selection of cars that are in great shape and for their condition, the price is low! They match prices to their best ability. Our sales rep was John T. Skehan Jr. and the Manager who helped deal our car was Drew Greene! They are both very friendly and accommodating. They tried their best working with my needs in the cars option and understood what I was looking for! John Is someone you should go to if you are looking to buy a car! John is amazing and extremely hospitable. Both my parents who speak little English and are quick tempered, John was super nice and patient till the end and knew what to do to sell and please them as well! If you know you want a Lexus, go to the Lexus dealership in Wilmington Delaware and look for John T. Skehan Jr.

Erik has first class service and goes above and beyond. I was torn between Mercedes and Lexus but Erik’s service supersede Sales at MB of Wilmington. The car was delivered on time, seamless transaction, negotiated everything over the phone, and he drove the car to my house before purchasing due to my tight schedule.

I had a regular scheduled service at Lexus Koons for Saturday. I called the Lexus Help number and was told that Service remains open till 7:00 PM. When I arrived around 6:50, George Shaer was the only person left at the location as the location closes at 6:00 PM. However, we were provided exceptional service by George Shaer. He spent time with us to review the history of the services and his recommendations were spot-on. He exemplifies the excellent service I would expect from Lexus always.

Absolutely the best experience!!! I shopped around 3 dealerships and chose Koons Lexus of DE because they were the most anxious to do business with me. My sales person was Jim Ruggiero who waited 45 minutes on a Friday after they had closed to help me purchase my car. He had a great personality and good at his job. In August, 2015, I had just bought a 2016 Mazda CX5 with all the upgrades and it was a sharp car. I was a little disappointed in the size and over all luxury. While out shopping, I parked my car next to a new 2016 Lexus RX 350 about 2 weeks before purchasing my first Lexus. Once seeing it, I had to have it and now that I have it, I am loving this car and its new design. I am so very pleased with the service I received at Koons Lexus of DE. On that Friday night, we agreed on the car and they gave me a generous trade in and put me in a new Lexus sedan for the 10 days it took for my special ordered car to come in. Once in, the car was gorgeous and I really appreciated the tech person who took over an hour to make sure I knew how to use all the features. I was also happy that she helped me capture the moment by taking great pictures of me and the car. Finally, yes I would recommend Koons Lexus of DE. Their facility is beautiful and we enjoyed siting around the fireplace while we waited for the car. All the staff that we met were very friendly.
I purchased a used LS460, not my first Lexus, so I expected good service. After my test drive I had a concern about the rear shocks. The service after that was exemplary! I purchased the vehicle that day and your salesman, Rob Sweet insisted that you would inspect and repair any issues and then would deliver the car to me over 140 miles away out of state! I was constantly kept abreast of the service schedule and definitely notice the difference in the vehicle. Your team made and kept promises while over delivering. I was told that my business was appreciated, but was also shown it by all I came into contact with; I expect to return for my next purchase.

I was working and came in with scrubs from the hospital and a backpack. I can only assume I didn't look like someone who could purchase a Lexus. I had an appointment with a salesperson but went early and she wasn't there. I definitely felt I was getting a cold shoulder. She called me the next day and apologized but I didn't feel comfortable going back there. Bought an Acura from Hertrich instead. Very wonderful dealership felt right at home!

I took my 2013 Lexus IS 250 in for a routine servicing. It was my first experience using the dealership as I just moved to the area. I arrived at the dealership and was quickly greeted by the valet in the service area. There was a Lexus loaner car waiting for me which is awesome because I can't stand driving anything else other than Lexus. Also at this point I met the service manager Jason Binder. Jason was very welcoming to me and made me feel at ease that the situation was 100% in his control. In the early afternoon hours I received a call from Jason that my car was ready!! I arrived at the dealer around 4, picked my car up and headed home. It is so nice when a first experience is perfect. Thanks for the great service!! Will highly recommend Koons Lexus of Wilmington. Do yourself a favor and meet Jason. He has the service department running on all cylinders.
Not a good place to go if you are from PA. I contacted Koons via chat about accepted payments and hours, they said they wanted to call direct about payments - never did call back. Had to wait for half an hour to talk to a sales person about a used vehicle. The detail guy was great. The sales person was good, although they said only half of the sales people showed that Saturday. After I told them we want to buy, it took a couple more hours to figure out how to accept my money and get the paperwork ready. After giving them Power of Attorney to sign my name for me on the title work, they Charged another $400 just so they can do the PA title application, which my home dealer does for $100. And no, they will not let you have anyone else do it. To take the cake, the day after we bought the vehicle, a salesperson emailed us and said, "yeah, the vehicle is here, come and look at it if you want". It was sitting in our garage. Great dealer for DE, there might be better ones outside of the city area? Nice car, right price, honest vehicle, slow dealership to work with.

John was easy to work with during the Leasing process of our 2017 RX 350. We contacted John a few months prior to our current Lexus Lease expiration. John mentioned that we would be able to get into a new Lexus Lease in December "A December to Remember". John promised he would contact us in December which he did. This speaks volumes! Once he delivered our new Lexus, John went above and beyond and did a "personal delivery" of a couple of items that we had requested. We would purchase again from John at Koons Lexus of Wilmington. Leigh was amazing She took her time introducing herself to both of us and sharing her experiences. Again, great interaction with employees of Koons Lexus of Wilmington.
Shopping experience was great however the service experience hasn't been as great. Very inconsistent, makes me not want to buy another car here.
Place has nice cars. I bought a used car from here. Service was good up until the sale was made with the exception of a long waiting line to purchase the day that I bought car. After the sale was made customer service was awful. I won't name the sales person but when had questions regarding minor car issues, there were many instances when I would get no response when needed clarity. I would just end up having to just stop by regarding my concerns. They offer some luxcare package that from what was explained to me by sales person was supposed to cover minor exterior scratches, bird poop, and small leather scratches. The exterior scratch coverage wouldn't cover for things like large key scratches. I had some minor scratches wanted to have fixed per the package only to be told minor exterior scratches not covered. I asked for a copy of the package details and was told that no one had any on hand but can mail it to me. I would've never got the package if exterior scratches weren't covered. Now I'm basically paying for something I dont even need.
As always, I am provided with excellent service. My service needs are explained in detail and I'm always kept informed as to the progress and completion . Great job, Mo!!
Sale and purchasing the car was great. However, im still waiting for my title and tags after 2 month and there only answer was if i get a ticket for expired tags, they will pay for it. For sure next time when i want to buy another car i will go somewhere. Especially when i had paid in full for the car.

I have been purchasing cars from Koons Lexus for many years. This was my eighth car purchased there and it was better than ever! They have a new Sales Manager named Gus that it a fantastic guy! Got a used Honda in April, very good salesman, made the experience very easy. But it's been 2 months and I haven't received my hard tags. My temp tag was abt to expire and I was told that I could wait until the day after my tag expired to get my hard tag bc it would be in or just get another temp tag, I went and got another temp tag and I still have have not received my hard tag. Called in to get a answer but had to leave a message, still waiting for a call back!
UPDATE 9/3/2018: The dealership made amends for their prior mistakes making me the customer their top priority. Worked with Stephan (salesman), Leigh (CRM), and Drew (Sales Manager) to resolve all issues with payment and vehicle issues to my satisfaction. Communication was through and daily until all issues were resolved. Thanks Drew and Leigh! Stephan was a Rock Star, and I would highly recommend him as a salesman to work with in future! Derrick T Worst overall dealership experience ever!! Found the car I wanted, agreed on price, and it was all downhill from there. Car not detailed at pickup, missing floor-mat, broken component in car. Dealership owed me a substantial amount of money back from trade, told multiple times you will get the money at pickup. Yet during car pickup given excuse that I would get my money following week. For weeks I followed up with the dealership asking for updates on outstanding issues: car detail, missing floor-mat, wheel repair, broken component, and my check. No one person took control to ensure all parties inside dealership accounting, sales, services were all on the same page. Given a different story by every person I spoke. Finally a month after owning the car items are being addressed. Took 4 weeks for dealership to send my check. Then sent it via regular mail not sent overnight mail with tracking number. The level of stress, inconvenience, and lost of trust this transaction caused is unforgivable!! The Salesman, Stephan, was the best part of my experience.

I Always Like To Shop Around And Was Negotiating With 7 Lexus Dealerships In The East Coast Simultaneously To Find The Exact Car I Wanted, With The Exact Specs, Colors, Interior, Options, Lights, Wheels, Down To The Last Detail ( I Am Very Picky ). From Day 1 I Was Contacted By My New Favorite Salesperson In The World James White. He Was So Professional, Cooperative, And Knowledgable And He Didn’t Push Me At All To Come Into The Dealership To Pressure Me Into Closing A Deal. He Simply Talked On The Phone With Me, Got All My Requirements Down To The Finest Specs, Found The Exact March I Was Looking For And Emailed Me That He Found It And When I Was Ready And After I Finished Shopping Around I Get Back To Him. That Was It. After 4 Days I Visited The Dealership Without An Appointment And He Was There, Met Me, Gave Me All The Time I Needed, Was Clear And Transparent, Didn’t Push Inventory On Me, And Was Ready To Follow Through On Every Request And Demand. Did A Very Thorough Search And Found The Car I Wanted 400 Miles Away And Was Willing To Take Necessary Action To Bring It If I Wanted To. When It Came To Talk Money, I Was Even Happier As I Was Put In Touch With Kim Gallia Who Further Enhanced My Experience With Her Professionalism, Flexibility, And Accomodation. She Was Fair, Applied As Many Discounts, Rebates, Offers, And Was Not Intimidating At All As A Manager. She Truly Worked To Stay Within Budget Numbers, Get Me The Best Deal They Could Without Too Much Back And Forth. My Trade Was Well Valued Within The Appropriate KBB Range, The Trade Process Was As Easy As A Signature. Since I’m A Numbers Guy They Offered Me Printed Numbers On Every Scenario, The Lowest APR Available Of 1.9% And Agreed To All Deal Terms And Promised To Secure The Car The Next Morning. The Next Day I Visited To Finalize The Deal. James Followed Through On The VIN And Printed The Exact Spec Sheet And Revised With Me Every Detail, And We Both Discovered The Exact Car I Ordered Was Missing An Integral Option That Was A Deal Breaker For Me. If James Hadn’t Done That And Simply Ordered The Car Without The Final Run Through I Would Have Ended Up With The Wrong Car. It Was His Thoroughness That Saved My Experience And Took It Beyond 100% And For That I Will Forever Be Grateful. I Still Don’t Know How They Did That, But When I Thought The Deal Was Over And I Was About To Walk Out, Somehow They Researched And Within 10 Minutes Found The Exact Car I Wanted, Which 7 Other Dealerships Confirmed Was “IMPOSSIBLE” To Find With The Exact Color, Specs, And Options And For The Same Price. We Signed Off On The Deal And They Said The Car Would Be There In 7 Days. After Only 4 Days It Arrived And Was Ready To Be Delivered The Same Day. I Went To Pick Up The Car And It Was Perfect, I Had A Few Requests Which Were Perfectly Accomodated. The Dealership Was Supposed To Be Closing At 5 PM And It Was Already 4:45 PM. The Team And Specifically The Finance Manager Pernell Perssey Who Left Me As along As I Needed While I Worked With Cory On Spec Delivery Who Was Also Very Professional And Knowledgeable. At 7 PM I Began Working With Pernell. He Was Very Very Helpful, Explained Every Factory Package, Shared Pictures And Personal Examples Of Use Cases For Such Warranties And Made Me An Incredible Discounted Offer On The Package I Was Interested In With Minimum Hassle. He Stayed With Me Until 9 PM ( 4 Hours Beyond His Working Time ), Made Sure I Was Comfortable Signing Before Letting Me Go. I Love This Dealership And Give It And All The Team Members 10 Stars. UPDATED AT THE BOTTOM....I met with Andrew and Pernell. I must say the experience and customer service was excellent. There was a situation that Andrew jumped right on. I’ve been calling Pernell after the purchase nothing but help and respect. Some dealerships don’t want to be bothered after you make the purchase but not those two. If they’re not available they get right back to me. Corey was the first one to help me when I went to the service area. He was very nice and basically stayed by my side until Andrew came. (He’s also the one who called Andrew for me). Also the other Drew who showed me how to use everything and set up my Bluetooth for me was so nice and patient. My experience was outstanding and I will recommend them to my friends and co workers. Thanks for making my first Lexus purchase a great one. Sales & purchase somewhat easy....besides for the fact that I was bounced around to different salesmen & someone tried to possibly purchase a second vehicle in my name. I received purchasing paperwork from Koons from a manager for a second vehicle shortly after my purchase that said sign & return the paperwork. I went to dealership and they pretended the paperwork didn’t exist, but that manager was no longer employed by Koons (he’d just started a few weeks prior). Hmmmmm, why? F/u has been HORRIBLE. I’ve had to contact mgt serveral times when dealing with the service dept due to the rudeness & unwillingness to help by the service people. The service people have been very unhelpful & rude since my first encounter with their department. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle that might require simply maintenance bc that’s all I’ve needed thus far.
Bought our 2013 Kia there. Within 30 days found major mechanical issue. Koons fixed issue free of charge and maintained the highest level of professionalism while doing so. The best buying experience I've ever had bar none.
Rick Franks is my go-to man at Koons service area. I highly recommend and respect Rick as a knowledgeable and honest person. He has always taken the time to explain the details relating to various services, so that it makes sense to me. And he sees to it that any concerns of mine are addressed.

I can’t say enough about how I was treated from the time I walked into the service area to the time I left. Anthony Tracy and his team took such great care of me when i came in to have my 2015 Rx 350 serviced. I didn’t have an appointment but Anthony got me in and assured me that i should not be there too long. He made me feel like family. Anthony even recommended a great restaurant to me as i am not familiar with the area. I wasn’t even done lunch when i got the call that my car was ready.
They're real sweet until you buy a car, then you get put on the pay-no-mind list. I don't think asking for my license plates is too much to ask. Never going back there again!

Bought used. Next day there was a problem with the window and Donna wouldn’t return my calls so I went there. They said it wasn’t covered under warranty but I could bring it in to get it checked out the next day (on my dime). I brought it in and my friend happened to work there and fixed it as a favor (that’s the only reason this is a 1 star and not 0 stars). Waited 1.5 hours for financing because they were coming from Baltimore, but no one mentioned that part until after an hour of waiting. Donna was terrible after the sale. Never returned my call for my license plate. Had to get it overnighted.
My experience was great, right up until I waited to get my car back. When the attendant finally arrived with the car, he took off without telling me where the key fob was. I had to chase him into the office to find he'd left it in the cup holder. Maybe others would know this, but I didn't.

Sales Associate John Skehan went above and to assist me in the purchase of my RX-350. He had multiple clients waiting for his attention, however he was able to balance the needs of all while still providing superior customer service and attention to detail with my transaction. John kept me updated, as we all know, purchasing a vehicle is never a quick transaction, however John consistently updated me while I waited in the beautifully appointed and very comfortable lounge. Salesperson will tell you anything to make a sale. They told me I wouldn't owe a dime on my previous car that I turned in, and now they are refusing to make good on that statement, blaming it on the salesperon's lack of experience in the industry. It's inexcusable and deceptive. I will not be coming back to this dealership for my next vehicle. It's also curious to me that the dealership has only responded to the positive Google reviews here and none of the negative ones...
Been there before have had great service. This day not good went to get a rental because something was being done to my vehicle. Long story short I was put in a dirty rental an was very surprised with Lexus.
I have leased three Lexus from Lexus of Wilmington. On each occasion, I had the good fortune to be helped by John Skehan. He has integrity and is very knowledgeable of Lexus vehicles.
Beware if you're trying to conduct a trade in! My 1st experience with this dealership and definitely my last. I was extremely surprised with what the manager tried to do! I went in for an advertised promo, and I tried to trade in a vehicle. The manager had the nerve to increase the promo the same amount as my current lease, for a trade in. The equivalent of theft, in my opinion. So if i leased their SUV and kept my 2019 SUV, it would be the same price per month as if i gave them my current 2019. Hope this makes sense to those reading it. The Ad was $339/month after down payment...was told payments would be 9% higher. Ok, so it would be $369.51/month for the Lexus promo. My current leased SUV is $275. So essentially i can have both of those vehicles and pay around $645/month. They tried to do a trade in (take my current one) and told me it would be $635/month for the 1 new lease. Crazy stuff! I expected $369.51/month. Why would i give you my vehicle and still pay the bill on it? I would not recommended this dealership. I really feel as though they tried to take advantage of me. Please make sure they're not pulling a quick one over on you!

My wife and I had the best car buying experience with Lexus of Wilmington. Pernell is a great product specialist. Before I drive for hour and a half, I was lucky to get Pernell on chat to answer all of my questions. He was professional and wasn't pushy for the sale which made me comfortable dealing with him. When we arrived he was waiting for us and the car was ready. He explained all the features of the car, and was patient with me while testing the car twice!! He helped me with connecting the phone to the car and even programmed my home address for me. The paper work was complete and the transaction went smoothly with better financial rate than I had from my bank. Great people and great experience. Thank you Pernell.
I highly recommend stopping into Koons Lexus of Wilmington when looking for a new car. I'll be honest, before walking in they were not my first choice but the service and sales experience I received was first class and I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. Doug Horst was really patient and laid out all the options and was extremely helpful in picking the perfect car for me that I am very happy with.
I was very pleased with the maintenance service received. I asked for a more involved service than what was originally scheduled. My advisor, Anthony Tracey, was glad to assist me with my request, including arranging for a loaner car and contacting me to advise of updates. Sales and purchasing was great... However, it took 2 months to receive information from my lender because the dealership did not finalize everything. By the time I get my information I was then late a payment. Also, my temporary registration ran out because nothing was sent out on time and calling to resolve any issues with this dealership is almost impossible and everyone I spoke to gave me an attitude.
This dealer has one of the worst reputations for hitting you with hidden charges of any dealership I've ever visited. Saw what appeared to be a good deal on a vehicle listed on their website two weeks ago. After driving over an hour to look at a vehicle based on their internet listed price, the sales person said there would be an additional $495 'reconditioned fee' on top of the web price and an additional $599 'processing fee' for all sales in Delaware. So, if you see a price on their website that you think you will like, forget it. Add over a thousand dollars to what you see listed. Oh, and pay close attention to the (* asterisk) listed next to each used car listed.

Great staff (Ryan, Erik and Hadi), great car at a really good price. The sales rep took the time to drive to my house which was embarrassingly far from the dealership in order to save us from having to travel with our infant.
*** STEP IN FOR ATTITUDE This dealership is only concentrated in the sales numbers they seriously DO NOT CARE of the word SERVICE. I wonder they don’t even know how & what it would be. I leased the new 2019 Lexus NX 300H and have them all the details of my trade in payoff. But surprisingly even after providing all the necessary information after a week I received a call asking about my pay off amount and address to send it to. I already missed my payment as they promised me that they will pay off the balance and now my 2nd payment is falling a head and still my balance is not paid off yet. I left quite a few voice mails, sent official email requesting to pay off but no one cared. Today I even walked into see the Manager KIM but she just ignored me for half an hour. I had to walk out with frustration and tons of dissapointment.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went into this dealership on 30 Aug 2018 because of interest in a new lease. I am also a new customer who doesn't really have much knowledge on leases'. A dealer, James White, had spoken with me a week or so prior to tell me about all of the excellent offers he can give me. I live roughly an hour away from this dealership, as it is the closest Lexus dealership to my home. I explained to the dealer that I would not make this trip unless I was guaranteed a few things, which he reassured me he could give me even better than what I was asking (expected that a dealer would lie to make a sale). I scheduled an appointment and after 3.5 hours later at that appointment, the "promised" deals were able to be provided. I had asked specific questions regarding my prior lease and the lease agreement payments. The dealer and the accountant reassured me I would not be billed for a previous lease. To my surprise, 2 days later I was billed for my previous lease. I was told by Lexus financial that I was supposed to turn off my auto pay...something I wouldn't have known unless the dealer told me the night I leased my new vehicle. This was something NO ONE told me to do and was THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to tell me. (something another associate told me over the phone). It took me roughly 2 MONTHS contacting the dealership and Lexus financial to find out when I will be receiving my money back. During this time I had sent texts to my dealer, James, and he would reply to my "hello, how are you" texts but ignore me when I asked anything about my lease. I was PROMISED calls back and never received them. I was told they have no idea where my money was. I was promised a check would be written and sent to me from two different calls. Lexus Financial redirected me to the dealership and when I spoke to the same accountant, Hadi, he promised me I was his "#1 priority" and would make sure he finds out where my money went. the following day I never received a call, only to find out this man took 2 days off (doesn't really sound like a priority to me). I called back 2 days later and spoke with Nick, another accountant. He assured me he would find out what was going on and I asked for a courtesy call back and he said he would. Roughly 3 WEEKS later and contacting Lexus Financial, I called the dealership back. I spoke with Hadi again and he once again PROMISED me a phone call back trying to figure out where my money went, after raising his voice with me and cutting me off when I tried to speak. I called back the following day very close to close of business and was told Hadi had the day off. (what a surprise, and a trend) the following day I called back and he redirected me to another sales associate. Along with the debt owed, I asked this woman about my license and registration and 5 DAYS before it is about to expire, she tells me more than one thing is needed to get my permanent plates. This is something the dealership should've contacted me to get or something they should've asked me for the night I got my new lease, ONCE AGAIN something the dealership FAILED to communicate to me. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the customer service I have received. It has been nothing but lies and deceit and more lies. I was brushed off and spoken to like I was just a call to try and end quickly. I will NEVER lease or buy from this dealership EVER AGAIN.

Once again, I am very pleased with the caliber of staff members who processed my recent purchase. I personally have not been to this dealer but a family member of mine went to have a recall handle. They didn't purchase there vechicle here, but just like any dealership you except some time of professionalism regardless, because one never knows if someone decides to upgrade. My family told me they were not met with friendly service, but met with smart comments. The most appalling thing which made me write this review is this. When they went to intake and to check in, the person waiting on them had all previous customers information visble. They were able to see customers names, phone number, credit card information, purchase amounts, etc. and they were able to take pictures of this. What kind of places has a customer's information out like this? With so much stolen identify going on. Come on this is not how we do business. The courtesy car they were given was filty, and then was told not to eat in. Listen for what it's worth I hope you people clean your act up. I have advise my family member to call and put in a customer complaint immediately!! This is so unprofessional!!!!!

Everyone should experience purchasing a New Lexus From John Skehan at least once in your lifetime! I have been purchasing new and used cars since 1981. My father was a used car dealer so I have had too many models to mention. Within the past year I had purchased a Range Rover Sport for my wife. She takes care of her vehicle as well as anyone I know and keeps them immaculate. We had multiple problems which included having to replace an engine (30k) and multiple trips to very uncooperative dealerships. Last time I said one more issue within next three months and we are selling the Rover. Didn’t go a well before engine light came on again. At that point first thing I said is “it’s time for a Lexus”. Her parents have had 6 of them over almost 10 years (3 each) and never had a vehicle in the shop once. They highly recommmeded John and from start to finish he couldn’t have made the purchase any easier and more professional than he did. He explains everything and he truly cares about doing the right thing for you. I’ve been a Realtor for 32 years and my business is all about service. John and the others involved in our purchase provided nothing less than exceptional Service. Everything I’ve ever heard about Lexus stands true and quite frankly my wife and I both love her Lexus car greater in all aspects than her Range Rover. We will be Lexus owners for life and John will always be our sales rep.
