As I was getting the check from my bank they called me back to tell me that they sold the car two hours prior to calling me, knowing I have a bill of sale and driving almost 2 hours and was definitely buying the car. I am extremely grateful for my experience with Intellicar. After being in an accident that rendered my previous vehicle a total loss, I was in desperate need of transportation. I visited numerous used car dealerships all over the state of delaware, only to be disappointed by dismissive attidues and low selection of inventory. I was frustrated and exhausted. I found a beautiful 2017 nissan Altima online, leading me to Intellicar's website. The car was priced generously, given the low mileage it had. I was a little skeptacle after my previous experiences with other dealerships, so I continued to shop their inventory. Intellicar had an excellent inventory with a lot of variability in the price range, and all of the pictures looked great. I thought this was too good to be true so I gave them a call. Representative Justin sounded enthusiastic that I called, which was refreshing. My once skeptical and hopeless energy started to turn positive as I was informed about the vehicle and about the buying process that would follow. When i came in for a test drive, the owner himself welcomed me in. As I explained my situation, he responded with absolute respect and transparency. He understood the implications of having 3 kids and no car to get them to school and other activities. As we continued the buying process, I felt more and more at ease. Intellicar made it very simple and I was driving my new baby an hour and a half later. I could have left a little sooner, but my kids enjoyed playing with the children's toy car set that Intellicar has in the office (thanks again for welcoming my crazy kiddos). 5 stars for this business.

I went to intellicar 3/6/17 to look at a vehicle I saw online. Before heading out I called to make sure the car was still available and if the car needed any repairs. I was assured nothing was wrong with it. After arriving with my wife and baby for the test drive, we were made to wait 15 minutes for one of the employees to return with the car from a lunchtime joyride. Then I see that the car is scuffed and scratched up, needs an oil change, has no gas, and the tires are low on air. Right away on the test drive I notice this car obviously needs new brakes. The violent shuddering when applying the brakes was unmistakable. I drive to firestone (which I highly recommend) for a $10 inspection. They tell me the tires are bald with one leaking, the brakes need replaced, several body panels are damaged, the wipers are streaking and one wheel has a bent rim and only had 8 psi in the tire. I wonder to myself how they had the nerve to put this car on the lot, and worse, to straight up lie to a customers face about these obvious issues. They refused to budge on the price, then tried to tell me their dealer fee, which is usually $900, would be discounted to $700 to make up for the issues. Let me just say, I have bought many cars over the years and nobody is charging $900 in dealer fees. Thats just insane. While I am outside pointing out the damage on the underbody to the salesman, I notice masking tape still attached to the car and that the whole front bumper has been hastily spray painted to cover up additional damage. Needless to say, we did not buy the car. Now I'm on here seeing that they are paying people for good reviews. This is a shady business and I would caution anyone from purchasing a car here based on my own experience. By the way, I only paid $125 in dealer fees where I ended up buying my car. Buyer Beware

My experience at Intellicar went well thanks to a bright young man named Justin McPhail. I visited there just to look at cars, but when I got there they had a vast selection of cars and saw one that I fell in love with. By the end of the day I was driving off the lot with the best car that fit me for what I wanted and needed, I didn't have to go look anywhere else. If you're looking for a great reliable car at a great price this is the only place to visit.

I had a blowout right outside this place. I pulled into the back lot to get my disabled car off the road and put donut on so I could get to the tire shop. I realized that I didn't have a four-way so I went in to ask if anyone else had one I could use. The manager said no it's a liability and that I wouldn't stop in repair shop and ask for help unless I was paying. Then I was told to move my car off the lot I can't change my tire the lots for customers. Well I went to the mechanic right up the road, he didn't sell tires but was more than happy to help get the busted tire off and the new one on.

Bought a car from James, he was great as a salesman. The car had a few issues but I was willing to get them fixed myself after the purchase. Cup holders were missing and came with no floor mats. Also came with only one key, which was not disclosed until after the deal. Owner unwilling to buy an extra key even though two salesman tried to get one for me. The owner is untrustworthy. He lied about a couple things. I wouldn't return for another purchase or recommend.

I originally gave Intelicar a five star but now after having the car for six months I would give them a negative star if i could. I just found out the cad a recall on it since 2012. It was in a car accident which I was unaware of because when I asked I was told it wasn't. I was going to sew but i couldn't find a lawyer but I'm still looking. Oh not to mention their main banker American finance doesn't report to the credit agencies so I'm not getting any credit for this car. About a month ago my boyfriend drove the car and while driving part of the grill flew off and hit a car behind him. The electrical wiring is also messed up because sometimes the radio works and other times it won't. This was the worst mistake I've ever made coming here.

Terrible experiences from time we brought it home till now i live in Maryland and me and my husband and our 3 kids went to get our first van. We were told it past the inspection there so we figured it should be a breeze in Baltimore boi were we wrong the spark plugs were loose so we had to put money out for that along with the maryland taxes now the radiator was craked wen we took it for the to get a oil change from another guy had that done the other day now me and my husband our 3 kids and now newborn were stuck at a gas station brcause the car wouldnt start. All we beem doing sience we had this van is put money out for it and we only had it for about 5 months and my baby is 3 months never agin will we get a car from here nothing but stress!!

Came to buy a car here. They said the listed price wasn't correct even though I had confirmed it before I came ( I drove 2 and a half miles to get here). I even got a certified check for the amount they told me. However, they only increased the amount by $800 making it still cheaper than any other car of its model and year and mileage. Spent weeks researching and looking up cars until I found the perfect one. Unfortunately it was 4 hours and 200 miles away in Delaware. However, thanks to Ryan our purchase was hassle free. He let us know the final price so we could have the money before we drove up there. We had to wait until the weekend to go there and didn't get the money until Saturday just before they closed. Luckily Ryan came in on Sunday on his day off i believe, to help us get in and out in less than an hour. Horrible experience! Saw a car online we loved.. went to look at it ..even got there a 1/2 hr before they opened..Car wasn’t even there yet... came back at the exact time they told us to.. AND THE CAR WAS SOLD!! not to mention we drove over an hour to get there. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. We did everything we were asked.. and they sold it from under us! Bought a car about a month ago of them. Keith was a outstanding sales rep and I couldn't ask for better service. As far as the car goes I called them multiple times about issues it had when I bought it and was told that it should be covered under the warranty I purchased with it. After a few weeks of trying I took it upon myself to fix the problem out of pocket which cost me almost 1300$ total. Like I said Keith is a amazing sales rep but the company as a whole is shady as hell. Do keep in mind they offer a 25$ gift card for positive reviews on Google and other rating sites. I'll use Keith again as long as he isn't working there. Everything worked fine except for a few little things... Then windows stopped working... Turbo started leaking... Rack an pinion was bad... Bushings were bad... Unfortunately I'm committed to a loan plus out 1300$. Buyer beware big time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! My fiancee and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from them because we needed a third row. Long story short, not even an hour after leaving on our drive back home from the dealership with all of our children in the car the vehicle shut off in the left lane of the HWY with no shoulder. When I called Justin to tell him he said it sounds like something minor bring the car back we'll look at it. We then had AAA tow the car to them and was told by Ryan that its because a factory recall. However when I check end the VIN with Nissan there were no recalls on the vehicle. After a week and a half of them leaving the car with Nissan we were told that everything was fixed and picked the vehicle up. When we picked up the car Nissans print out only showed they did an electrical diagnostic and nothing more. And within a few hours of picking the vehicle up from Nissan the same issues occurred. When I called Ryan back again he said its Nissan fault because they were supposed to fix it, but we never bought the car from Nissan! So I sent the Pathfinder back to intellicar with everything it came with rather they wanted it or not. Stay away from these guys there as shady as they come even though the come off a decent gents!!!!

Beware buying a car from this establishment. I purchased a vehicle that broke down on me 300 miles after leaving the lot. I took the vehicle to Winner Ford (it's a Ford) and they told me that the transmission needs replaced. When confronted with the issue Mark Lillard told me to F@#* Off. If you know what's good for you look elsewhere when vehicle shopping. Also, keep in mind the dealership offers customers a $50 gift card for a good online review, so take their "high" rating with a grain of salt.

According to reviews of this dealership my family stopped in to see what was available on their car lot. We did come across a vehicle that we wanted to test drive but the car's battery was dead. The Sales person said that problem would be resolved by the next day and he would give us a call to come back and test drive our vehicle of interest. Well surprisingly, we received no call the next day, so the day after we called back to IntelliCar to see why we received no call and if the battery was still dead in this car. The sales person said the car was now held by another customer who put down a deposit until the battery arrived at the car lot. (hey we were not told we could leave a deposit) the salesman then continued to explain that the customer who put the car on hold was coming to do their test drive that evening and if all well they would be the new owner of the vehicle. We were just baffled. What kind of poor professional salesmanship was this!! Perhaps it could have been our mention of having ANY car we decided to purchase to be inspected prior to purchasing. Well I'm happy that being an educated consumer on how to make a good used car purchase. Most people have no money to waste. So please as you use car shop around unless you are a mechanic or have great skills of one, rule #1 test drive, rule #2 have that vehicle inspected, and there are many ways that you can do this, so research the best method for you. If you meet with resistant form that car salesman when you mention "CAR INSPECTION" that red flag is waving! After all, a shaddy dealership doesn't care about you and making sure you or your family is driving a safe car, they just want your money and they don't care about your complaints later.(yep they can verbally promise, but that goes out the window when you sign the contract.) Now after your money is wasted and you now need to tow your car to your mechanic, get ready to pay for more money out of your pocket to make your used car purchase drivable.

As we all know purchasing a used car can sometimes be Win Lose or Draw. I lose :( I truly believe even the dealers sometimes are unawares with arising problems with the vehicles. (And if they are aware thats between them and God) I won't get into particulars (they were and still are rough). However I will say this Sometimes you have to let go and let God! Mark accommodated me with a loaner and adressed the problemssss...... I am not a customer that walked away totally satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. But I give this Dealership 4 stars because my first vehicle is wonderful!!! My second vehicle not so much but Mark did try his best to resolve the problemssss. Kudos to Mark.. P.S. When a person pays $12,000 for a vehicle make sure your staff are on top of their game and do all the inspections needed. Find the problems immediately before a customer gets in vehicle and stop your staff from stating disclaimers. And be honest with the findings to your loyal customers who are purchasing a second car from your establishment like myself. Sooooo I Finally picked my car on Friday 5/3/19 from purchase date of 4/5/19. And after all the immediate problemssss were addressed... my check engine light came on 5/4/19. Here Goes my Life Mantra again.....Breath......let go and let God. I'll fix this one.....smh But Thank You Mark for accommodating me with the Loaner until the immediate problemssss were resolved I am truly and sincerely grateful for that!!!!! I had a very professional salesman in AJ when I bought my car from them in July 2018, we worked the deal out to where I would pick up the car in two days, after leaving the dealership that night I was happy. The following day I received a call from the finance manager that they were moving on from our deal, mind you they already ran a credit check and I signed all the documentation that was needed, so once I pushed backed and threatened them about going to the bbb, the deal got done. Prior to picking up my vehicle I noticed the a/c didn’t work and the car pulled to the left, which they said they would have fixed by the time I picked up my vehicle. I picked up the vehicle and what do you know the a/c didn’t work, they told me the only day that they could work on my car is on a Friday. Make sure you ask for a car fax report, after purchasing my car I was informed by a friend of mine that works in auto body repair that it looked like the car I purchased from them had been in an accident, and the still tried to sell as a lightly used car. My overall experience with the sales rep was good, but for the guy that runs the place was not the greatest due to running my credit and trying to back out of the deal that was set.

I called the dealership to see about a car being available and to discuss financing, I was greeted by Alexis who was outstanding and very sweet. Alexis took her time and answered ALL of my questions. The Lincoln MKC that I was interested in was at their Smyrna location and she made arrangements to have the vehicle there the following day without any hiccups! I called the following day and spoke to the manager Mike, he was very kind and very educated about their products. I informed him that I would like to see the vehicle sooner and he agreed to make that happen for me. I drove over an hour to see this vehicle and was greeted with such courtesy I was amazed. The office is so inviting and all of the employees there were so nice and courteous. I absolutely adored the entire team, you can tell they are a powerhouse who work together wonderfully. Mike, the manager, took care of me personally and was an absolute pleasure!! I was in and out without any issues at all and I LOVE THIS CAR!!!! It was everything I could've ever hoped! Another gesture of amazing customer service, I discussed them giving me an oil change and the key needing a battery and without any hesitation I was told they would take care of it! Ok I'm not fond of writing negative comments about anyone but I feel like buyers should know (and please read the last sentence guys).the salespeople are misleading(except the 2 young guys),I asked him for a bmw535 2013 in black which they have posted online(probably deleted it by now).salesperson seemed genuinely nice over the phone I explained to him that I'm coming from Kirkwood Highway which is an hour away and that if the car is on the lot.he then asks me for the stock number puts me on hold(haaa)takes me of hold and says yes I have it come on down.he tells me if you have cash I'll give you a great deal(which I came with)so as I get there the car is not on the lot and he figured he can bait and switch me on a black 335 2013.i was utterly pissed.long story short the owner tells me that we don't have this car and Blames everyone but himself..sir you have a salesperson who lied to me and false advertising tells me I'll find you that car to make it right by you. 2 days later he says that it's unbelievable to find....wow it's unbelievable you guys are still opened..the “owner” said he gets all his cars from the manufactured company...lmao on Manheim it was listed at 3.7(when the condition is suppose to be between4.0 to 4.2 at least)which I still would of bought it at 3.7

It is unfortunate that I never received the free carfax report that I called twice to request, speaking both to Michael (financial manager) and someone else. I was also promised a message with information about dealer fees and total price of the vehicle I wanted, but I haven't received anything. This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. My salesman was Zach and I had test drive the wrong vehicle and the car that I purchased had issues as soon as I pulled off the lot. Called Zach and he gave me the run around as far as fixing my car and now he is no longer there ....I will never refer anyone there. Another update on my car. They fixed my hub Barron on my car and they damaged some of studs so I had to get them replaced as I was getting them replaced I called the boss and he wasn't trying to hear nothing I had to say because of the review that I had posted also My brother just did my back and front brakes and my frony brakes was missing alot of screws that's holds my brake plate on. Once again I will NEVER refer anyone to get a car from here.

I bought a 2007 Jeep Patriot on 1/21/17, although the price was lower than the market value, in my honest opinion was not worth as much as I paid. Had oxidation on all four rims, big dent about the size of a volleyball in left bottom front bumper, small crack on rear bumper, broken side marker light, blown bulb, did not come with floor mats, did not have original set of keys. As for the mechanical part, when I took it for a long test drive it seemed to drive fine. Although I live an hour away as I pulled off the lot it immediately started to squeak uncontrollably. Then started to jerk at acceleration. Tried to call but they were closed. Been trying to make contact but no luck. Finally inspected when I got home then got two more second opinions. Turns out brakes were bad, rotors aren't in the best shape. Total of $321.57 in immediate repair. Other than that they did a very good job cleaning interior, staff was very friendly, inside was very comfortable while waiting. Would instantly give it the stars its worth if they could just at least call me back about my side marker that Mike told me he would do something about and hopefully be reimbursed for the brakes. It might not be a Ferrari but did pay close to $5,000 in cash for the car I expected a pretty sound car. Especially when they claimed on their ad for the vehicle that it was in pristine condition. In one sentence I would describe them as very friendly and clean but need to be careful on choosing a car. (Getting the car expected for about $150 before you buy could save you a few headaches) Update (3/10/2017) With Less than 2 Months now of ownership of the vehicle new problems have surfaced. My "Pristine" vehicle (as described in their advertisement ) has an entire suspension issue and a completely rotten frame. When my mechanic tried to contact the dealer same day when he found these problems, he was answered by Mike (the "supervisor") who gladly told him NOT MY PROBLEM and hung up on him. Ive tried multiple times getting in contact with the dealer living about 2 hrs away and since they use their cell phones for business ignore my call as soon as they see my id pop up. Very sad dealer in my opinion. My biggest issue is after a week of ownership and discovering these hidden problems their only way to try to fix it is by offering me to pay for cheap parts and giving me (2) 50 dollar Amazon gift card in exchange for giving them a good review on their website. Do not be fooled as i was. Save your money and save yourselves the head aches. Always buy from a trusted dealer.

How ever everyone keep telling us that we didn't have enough down payment cause our car was too old. Well intellicar called us back to finish our application.(that was my first.
