I just learned how to write a review so forgive the lateness. Last June I came in to purchase a vehicle and had the pleasure of meeting Dana (who's awesome btw) and I told him from the beginning that my credit was shaky. Although I wanted to look at cars he politely told me that he'd rather see where my credit was first before I got my hopes up with what possibly couldn't happen. As expected nothing could be done, he gave me a few options, his card, and told me to call if I had any questions which I did that he patiently answered; the next day I came back with my dad and mom. He was very nice, kept us up to date with the status of getting approved, and I finally was able to drive off the lot with a 2015 Chevy Cruze. I got an awesome deal and didn't feel pressured what so ever. He's definitely a gem and knows his stuff, it's also great that every time I walk in he knows exactly who I am. I've recommended him to literally EVERYONE, so If you're on the market for a new car and a great experience, get in there and find Dana. Thanks again <3

I called to bring my car in for a diagnostic. I explained what my car was doing, and they assured me they would find "everything wrong with my car" for 169.00. They called me and said I had a bad battery, and the price for new battery with diagnostic would be close to 400.00. I refused the service because that is more than I wanted to pay for a battery. I was charged 129.00 because they told me they could check nothing else until I got the battery, which was never disclosed to me . so basically I paid 129.00 for them to put battery tester on my battery. I give them 2 stars because they got to my car quickly, but not a happy camper

I removed my previous one star review. Body shop Tony is working with me and for now has convinced me my problem is mostly with my insurance company. Thank you "owner" and I'll return for an update post when I have an outcome. UPDATE: The delay I experienced in body shop repairs was due to my insurance company's failure. Tony Norwood, Collision Center Manager, helped a great deal getting the ball rolling. I've had the truck back now for 2 weeks and the repair work is excellent. Thank you Tony and IG Burton!

Body Shop: Repairs of damage to 1999 Subaru after struck by deer. Covered by State Farm Collision insurance. Chose the shop because it was in the approved network for State Farm. State Farm stated that this would shorten repair time because the body shop staff could assess the car and write an estimate without involving a State Farm employee. State Farm assured me that this shop was in the network because of the level of quality of their customer service. State Farm Claims representative made an appointment with Lewes Automall for me to drop the car off on 12/6/13. When I dropped the car off at approximately 9 AM on Friday, 12/6/13, the manager of the body shop said he knew nothing about any appointment and, when I called him near closing time on that same day, he had not yet looked at the car and said he would not have an estimate written up until end-of-business on Monday, 12/9/13. That estimate showed a promise date of 12/19/13. On 12/23/13, I was told that the car would not be ready until end-of-business on 12/26/13 or maybe not until 12/27/13. With the Christmas holiday factored in, this translates to four and one-half business days delay in the getting the car back, 5 and one-half days when factoring in an entire business day when the car sat in the parking lot and was not looked at despite the fact that an appointment had been made by the State Farm Claims department. My impression is that this job was not a priority for this shop, since it was an insurance claim job and they were getting paid at a lower negotiated rate than the repair jobs on other vehicles where a customer was paying full retail. I have had a different local shop (not in State Farm's network) do similar work on other vehicles that was excellent quality and that was delivered on time.

The service intake was poor. When we arrived no one was there to greet us. A technician ambled by momentarily and said "someone will be with you" but none of the employees standing nearby responded. Finally someone came out of the back room saying "be patient only one computer is working!" The temporary service intake facility, housed in a funky old trailer, has been there waaaaay too long. No complaint about the actual service.

My wife and I were in a minor fender bender while on vacation in July. Lewes Automall was suggested through my insurance. I was given a day the vehicle was going to be completed. I asked, very specifically, "it will be done by THIS day?" To which the person on the phone responded, "no later." 5 days before my vehicle was to be finished, I called to see the progress, it was a Monday. The person on the phone told me they would let know by Wednesday if the car would not be completed. I informed them that, because of my schedule, I had to know no later than Wed so that I can plan a ride down (I live about 4 hours away.) I received no call - but figured, if they told me Friday, it should be done then. I even called Wed, no answer to my question. I received a call mid-day Thursday, informing me that my car would NOT be finished. I had left Thursday morning, which is the only time I could get a ride down. Due to my car NOT being completed I had to RENT a car to get home for my son's birthday by Saturday. I called the Automall on Friday about 3 hours into my trip home to let them know I had to rent a car to get home to my son, and that I would like to be compensated for having to rent a car due to the lack of communication (something their workers admitting to erring on) and they told me that my car was, in fact finished. So I had to drive my rental down the next Monday, 4hours and drive my car back, 4hours. When I picked up my car that Monday, I asked if I could be compensated, again. The secretary (in the body shop) told me that Joe (her manager) would call me and let me know. Joe called and told me, "we normally don't do that." I asked him to make an exception due to this circumstance. I was told, by Joe, that he would talk to his manager when he returned from vacation. That was almost 2 weeks ago (from his managers return.) I've called several times - no call back. Worst customer service from a business - not only did I have to deal with inconvenience of an accident, but I had to pay another 150 for a rental I could have avoided, and saved time of spending time with my son. Unprofessional.

I brought the vehicle in to have the electronics repaired. It's a new car and the blue tooth and other electronics didn't work properly. I received a call that the car was ready and, when I went to pick it up, it was not fixed. I was told it was fixed 2 more times only to find that it still doesn't work. I'm 67 years old and have owned many cars. This stands out as the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. I've wasted hours driving to and from the dealership and waiting for the car.

Worst auto repair place on the planet. Office staff is rude, technicians do not listen therefore cannot repair properly. This repair shop has returned my car damaged. They have returned my car dirty. They have failed to fix even the simplest issue. Even their body shop is bad. They installed a new piece of molding directly over a dirty door panel... CRAZY. Last straw was when I had my car repaired, drove it home and it literally died in my driveway. This repair shop is good at two things: selling you services you do not need (power steering fluid flush? REALLY?) and taking your money. Because of this service department, I will never buy another car from Lewes Auto Mall. Buyer beware!

The truck was bought there and every time something is wrong we take it there. Both times the people there look at me like I don't know what I'm talking about (I'm a women) I know I don't know everything but I DO know what my vehicle is doing. Never able to get a rental while mine is being worked on and quoted almost 3 grand to fix it. Was also told it was URGENT. I just called Lewes Auto Mall and I asked a simple questions. "How much would it be to change the brakes on my car?" I gave the name and model. All I got back was "well I don't know, I would have to look up this and that" okay obviously I don't expect you to know and have a price off the top of your head BUT you can atleast ask me what the problem is. Why I think I need them changed, not just give me the run around like you don't want to do your job. I am NOT happy and will not ever call them again for ANYTHING.

This was my second service (oil change) on a year old corvette and everything went very smoothly. I made the appointment over the phone, arrived on the allotted day (and time), was greeted promptly, put into their system, and escorted to the waiting area. I took advantage of the free wifi to transact some business while I waited. Appointment took an hour. No complaints, no issues, and it was free under the terms of the new car warranty.

The used car finance manger was very unprofessional. Words were exchanged and 3 of the dealership employees got in her face and tried to intimidate her.. Service department just plain lies about everything even warranty issues..we bought a 2012 GMC terrain from them..the day my wife brought it home the engine idled erratically and made alot of noise..they convinced us that this is because of the fuel miser system and timing on these engines to save fuel it fires different then they use too..My brother bought the same exact car but in the chevy equinox form and it sounds nothing like our Terrain..same exact motor, tranny and year..so now the motor sounds like it could blow up any day and there service dept now wants us to bring it in so they can listen to it and im sure blow more smoke up our u know whats..Both my brothers equinox and the Terrain drop 2 qts of oil between changes and if you look on line every single one of these cars do the same thing...loses oil, doesnt smoke doesnt leak but darn sure is losing oil from day one..My brother gets a recall on his car from his dealer and My dealer Lewes Auto Mall is still denying the recall for our car..Chevy is in deep water and they deserve to be for allowing dealerships like Lewes Auto Mall to sell there product at all.. STEELERSHIP...I'm all for people making a fair and honest living. But as usual folks, the one time you decided to take you car of truck back to the dealership and you leave in pain. So, my father-in-law was having a stalling issue with his truck. I knew it was an electrical problem, probably a ground and I couldn't find it. I needed the truck to be reliable for my father-in-law. It was indeed a broken wire, which the mechanic told me it took only a few minutes to find. My repair was a part I could have purchased for below $10 and installed in less that 1/2hr. The Steelesrhip price$250...$159 to find the problem and the rest for part and to install. And it didn't end there. Mysteriously, as the truck sat at the dealership, a brake line developed a leak, big puddle of brake fluid. "that'll be $400 to replace". I drove the truck home and I'll replace the $15 brake line myself. My Father-in-law was Seriously considering buying a NEW TRUCK from this dealership...Not now!!! Hello Ford F150

The absolute most frustrating experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I was told by Zac he would call me by noon. No call. I was then told he would call me by end of day. No call. He did call the next day to say to replace a small portion of breakline about 1 to 2 feet. The cost was 700.00 for my 1989 gmc pickup. Then he said it would be another 800.00 to replace the bleeder screw in my rear wheel cylinders it they were rusty. So 1500.00 for about 15 dollars in parts . After I declined the work and he had no answer why the tech said it was a 4 hour job for the small breakline alone. I'm furtunate enough to know about vehicles I didn't get scammed. I had all the break lines on an 07 gmc truck at another dealer cost me 700.00 for the entire break system line replacement. To ad insult Zac said I had to pay 70.00 for a fee to give me the ridiculous quote. If I didn't pay they would release my vehicle. BEWARE

So, I bought my truck there, which it is really nice and kinda hard to find. The salesman (chris) was pretty laid back, cool, and easy to talk to. Had little trouble financing, but they worked to find someone to finanace, and at a better rate then i thought i would get. Great. 3 days later, have been noticing a ticking noise under the hood... not good. Take it back, they say ok, we will look at, and then gave me a loaner.... wow, couldnt ask for more.... except, why didnt anyone else hear that when THEY purchased the truck. I bought it on one of those super super windy days, so i could only visually inspect. Anyway... 3 weeks later (and a couple days) i get it back.... wow. This thing is disgustingly dirty INSIDE. The driver side... the passenger side... AND the back seats... floor and seats themselves. Sand, dirt, HAIR... about 4-5 inch dark thin curly hair. I have shaved hair as well as my son... which is only people ever in that truck. I look in the back... too which i locked both tail gate and bed slider BEFORE i dropped it off, and both were unlocked upon retrieving...the motor is under the hood... not the bed. Truck has full leather interior with salt water stains running down the seats in the back now. Look underneath... bolts aren't in all the way because crossthreaded so when wind catches it... yup... gone. I was sooo happy to get this truck... and their mechanics took it for family fun for the weekend or whatever.... and then, did ... very bad (trying to refrain) work. I bought a very nice truck, and because i had to have warranty work done on it.... they thought it was their 4 wheel drive loaner vehicle. I am BEYOND mad. How would u feel to get and see that. 6Update... looked under hood and plastic positive terminal cover is busted completely off.... and where i thought battery cover..... gone. Have about a billion pictures of everything, but cant show here. SOOO mad. This is my personal vehicle i spent so much money on to drive my woman and our kids around in.... and these people took it (without permission... from me anyway) to beat up, wreck the interior.... and do whatever they wanted.

I was surprised at the time it would take to reattached the plastic around the head light and that I was not offered a loaner. I was also surprised by the extra $10 that the oil changed cost after having read the mat with a stated price and no reference to the two extra quarts of oil that my truck took. While both of these are somewhat minor it makes me wonder if another dealership might be more accommodating and up front about the cost to my vehicle when I referenced the price when I made the appointment.

I was in the market for a corvette but couldn’t find the correct deal. I ended up finding on online here and called about it. I was met by a corvette enthusiast, and owner himself, Dana Cera. He was spirited over the phone to say the least and you can tell he had a passion for these amazing machines. He got me a perfect deal on the vette I wanted. He knew all about the car, available accessories, and best prices to get them. He got me hooked up with a Z06 body kit for the stingray which absolutely took the car to another level! They didn’t get the body kit on by the weekend so Dana had the car delivered to me two hours away. I never thought I would buy a car online but Dana made the process as easy and amazing as possible. After reading the reviews it seems your safe taking it there for repairs if you have a new car. If your repairing an older one, maybe not so much? I have an older Buick so I figured they would know what to do with it since they are a Buick dealer. They kept the car for weeks. Im not unreasonable if a car needs time to fix. I just could not believe a Buick would take weeks to fix. After paying a premium for parts and labor, my new battery cables had the plastic covers cut off of them. They also told me they were going to replace my fuel filter. I recently found out it was never done and I was charged for it. They never addressed the battery cables and after the fuel filter incident, I wonder what else was a bogus charge. Not a good experience at all. The whole time I just felt powerless and strung along. I don't think this is a vicious review I am just stating what happened in my case.

We stopped in to look at a used Jeep on the lot. Happen to run into Mark Greytak. Next thing I know we are signing paperwork. Mark and MJ (manager) were actually a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, not pushy at all and cooperative. Pricing was fair. After purchasing vehicle, noticed a few minor issues. Called Mark and he was extremely helpful and all issues resolved painlessly. I'd purchase from IGB again and specifically, Mark Greytak will be our salesman.

Agreed please go elsewhere. Took my car to them on a job that was supposed to take 6 days ( their words). They have now had my car for over a month. Whenever I call to check up on it I'm told it'll probably be another week. It'll be four times now that they've done this next week. I will never again make the mistake of taking my vehicle to them again. I'm confident now that all the positive reviews must come from employees.

I came into the dealership for car sevice and for help because when I was in PA, I accidentally connected with the corner of the railing in my garage! Also I had had some car magnets on the back of my car and when I removed them, the black magnet part of one of them stayed stuck to my car, Tony Norwood assisted me with both professionalism and knowledge! He gave me excellent advice and service! The service I received today was outstanding! The black magnet residue is gone from the back of my car and the touch-up paint is ordered! I will most certainly be recommending Tony and the Lewes Automall to all my friends and family!

I loved the attention Christie gave to us. We hadn't planned on buying a vehicle that day, we just wanted to look, to get an idea of what the options were. Although she couldn't locate the color that we wanted, she did pull a few others around, showing us the kind of car with the type of engine that we wanted. I've always bought Chevys, and thought I wanted a Traverse or an Equinox. I then asked about the GMC equivalent of the Equinox and she found one in a price that we couldn't turn down. I LOVE MY NEW TERRAIN! Thank you Christie for not pressuring us and being patient with us - after all, it's been 19 years since I bought my Tahoe - and it's still going strong! Absolutely terrible experience at Nucar's Lewes Automall. If I was allowed to give them zero stars I would. I had a decent scrape on the back left corner of my vehicle and Nucar was the closest body shop that was certified by my insurance company. I took it there for a estimate and was told it should be 2-3 day's before my vehicle was ready for pick up. After the fourth day they told me they were really busy and that my car wouldn't be ready until next week. The following week I picked up my car (after 8 days..) and to my untrained eye all looked good. I then had a friend who works for a auto body shop inspect my vehicle and he found 3 massive flaws. They broke one of the tabs on my bumper so that the corner was not securely in place. They failed to install the clips that hold my right rear tail light in place so that it moved around when lightly touched. They completely snapped the left taillight clips. Once again so the taillight moved around when lightly touched. I now have to take my vehicle to another body shop, have them fix the issues, pay for a rental car and wait another week for the broken clips to come in the mail. Avoid taking your car here at all costs. They did not tell me about any of these problems and took advantage of a naive customer.

Debbie assisted us through the entire process, from purchase, trade-in, and financing, to the insurance, tags, and set-up of the blue tooth. My wife loves her new Buick Encore, when she was unable to start it as a result of a dead battery we called the service department at the Lewes Auto Mall. A service employee came to our home in a matter of an hour and jumped the battery. I drove the car to the service department and was driven back home. A few hours later I received a call telling me the car was ready, but was told they could not find the problem for the dead battery. When I went in to pick up the car Bryan Reynolds, who I have known since his first day many years ago met me and suggested I leave the car over night for more diagnostic tests. The next day I called Bryan and he assured me the problem was resolved. Thanks Bryan for going the extra miles..... Joe and Joann Jardina

I recently purchased a pickup at this dealership. Sam Brandes was my salesperson and he did a great job making the purchase hassle free and in a timely manner. I did not have to experience sitting in an office/cubicle staring at the walls, while Sam went to work out the final pricing. The sales manager came to me and we made an agreement. I saw an ad for a Chrysler Town & Country Van I was looking for at Burton's. I made an appointment and they were standing in the doorway waiting for me when I arrived. Most places made me stand around forever before being acknowledged. We went right to the vehicle, checked it out, and proceeded to the office. My credit was not great but they worked it all out and did it quickly. I hate standing around anywhere and esp. car dealerships! I got a good deal with payments less than what I asked for!

Worst dealership I have had the displeasure of dealing with. To call them thieves would be kind. I bought a vehicle from them, certified pre owned, that had transmission issues I felt were very unsafe for my family. I brought it in on more than one occasion to have them address it. First they said they couldn’t duplicate it, then when I pressed the issue I was told it is a normal characteristic of the vehicle and they are not going to repair. I was so fed up I let them convince me to give it back to them after 4 months and a $4000 loss on my original trade for a brand new one that they assured me has no such quirks in the transmission. They lied! It has been in there shop twice for issues. The first time they said there is a problem and attempted to repair it. When I picked it up I was told to drive it a while and if it is not fixed to bring it back and they will try again. They lied! Now they say it is normal and they won’t fix it. I hope you notice a trend with how they operate. Aside from that, salesman Clint and manager Chris will pretend like they are trying to help but after them telling me how they both have had the same vehicles with the same issues I figured it out. Lies! They even got confused and starting mentioning the wrong vehicle they had and what it was doing. We are all out to make money and provide for our families but I would never lie to achieve this. It is very apparent customer service accounts for nothing at this dealer and I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. If my own experience is not enough to convince you, ask around. I have started to ask others what they think of this dealer and I can tell you 9 out of 10 I have asked who have dealt with them told me they learned their lesson and would never go back.

Don't trust them they are absolute sorry excuse for a dealership and have absolutely zero integrity. I would not recommend any one purchasing or servicing any cars with them.

I scheduled an oil change for my 2017 Chevy 3500 pick up. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that they could not do the service since one of their lifts was out service and the other was in use. I asked why I had not received a phone call to cancel the appointment. The service manager explained that they had no was to know what vehicles would be coming it. I told him to turn around and look at his computer log. There was my appointment clearly showing my 2017 Chevy 3500. Don't waste your time with these people, they are not professional.

Was told no very busy could nod make an appointment for oil change, went online and made a 12 noon appointment.. Hummm. Rep was confused when I dropped the vehicle off, said All my guys are out to lunch.. Why have a booking for noon when you can not full fill the obligation at the time? Good thing it was a free oil change or Jiffy Lube 1/2 mile away would have my $$.
