IG Burton Mercedes Service dept. was very disappointing. This is my 3rd year dealing with them and I have yet to have a good experience. I truly believe the issue for me is that we don't go for all of the add on sales that they push. Once they realize it is going to be just a service it turns into a totally different attitude. One time they tried to push/sell us a tire rotation on my wife's 2011 E350 coupe (2wd). My issue is it is not possible to rotate those tires because they are directional and different sizes frt to rear. My thought is that owning a luxury vehicle the dealer would keep the customer happy. As a previous Genesis owner I can say that IG Burton Service could take a lesson on customer service from Genesis. Please understand my issue is only with the service dept.. The Sales and showroom are excellent, could not ask for better service!!! My household has service due on 2 Mercedes within the next 25 days, can you guess who will not be getting our business.

You can go to him with any question about BMW and he will have a answer for you. and will go above and beyond to get you in a car that you want!! Rick the finance guy was a pleasure to deal with while signing my paper work and also works really hard at getting you the best Rate. Lisa the services manager is very knowledgeable when it comes to problems with your BMW and when it comes to servicing. She works really hard at getting your car in and out in a timely manor. She understands the importance of time management an making you feel you are in good hands. The service tech Justin that worked on my car was top notch as well. He informed me of up come things to look out for they may be any issue with my BMW and to give him a call right away when and if they start to happen.. The reason I am a repeat IG Burton BMW customer is because of John Dyes and Kurt Retzlaff , they both went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I bought a new vehicle several years ago, Kurt's sales team wasn't pushy and was super helpful. Over the past few years John and Kurt have made me feel as though I am one of their best customers, even though I'm in an entry level BMW. They always make me feel like my concerns are legitimate and then find the best resolutions for those concerns. It was there that I found a gorgeous 2018 BMW X6 and had the pleasure of meeting Dan. Within a few short hours, I was driving away in my new car and couldn’t be happier!! For almost three years I've taken my vehicle to IG Burton for service and have been in my military Uniform and until today, I was not given military discount, and it was never offered. The military does not pay a ton of money so every bit helps. I think I'm more sadden then angry, and I'm sure Mr. Burton is not even aware, because I doubt he would have let it get that far. Serving is more than a discount, I serve with my life and hope others realize that as well... Sadly enough because of this I don't plan to return.

The Manager sold me an X5 that was his demo SUV. He also offered to have the Car detailed because he used it as his car for a few months. Now he made an accusation that I had the car detailed at his dealership ... when I NEVER Did!!! I thought the purchase of the BMW came with Luxury Treatment! I'd do Better at Pep-Boys! My husband and I went to I G Burton to make a purchase my husband have made two purchase Farm them before trade-in one and brought another one pickup truck and we was going to trade in his 2016 Silverado for a SUV for me but I guess his business was not good enough for IG anymore he tried to get in touch with the sales person three times in one day and the salesperson would not return his phone call I thought that was so rude then my husband weighted 2 days and try to get in touch with him again leaving message after message and the salesperson still would not return his phone call this is not the right way to treat a retired military serve 26 and 1/2 years and this is the way i G Burton treat him just because his credit score has dropped they no longer had use for him they could have at least called him and explain why he was not able to get the vehicle but they didn't think enough of him to do that

First, I must say I am not easily persuaded. Before my visit to ig Burton I was pretty certain that I would get another Audi. Therefore, I came in simply to complete my due diligence. My consultant, Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and factual. I was impressed by her knowledge of the 540i, including the features and safety innovations such as the driver assist, which worked effortlessly. She even had prepared a side by side analysis between the two brands. The dealership was a comfortable place, and everyone was very friendly and engaging. So just had some maintenance stuff done/tires changed and got the car back 1 day later than expected, which is fine, but no loaner cars on the lot... paid over 2k and had my car dropped off but it cost me $32!.. wouldn't even exempt it.. how ridiculous and sad! Also this is a pic of my car 'washed'.. it was there for more approx 5 days and they didn't even get the bug marks off the front.. def not making long term customers. I'm on the market for another European vehicle but won't be taking my business here.. for the record I initially I got the car from outside the state and am forced to go here due to proximity.

This is the 3rd MB we have bought from IG Burton and the 2nd with super salesman James Bechard. I don't buy cars often, about once a decade, but when we walked in Friday night before, James immediately recognized us and provided excellent care in refining what it was we wanted (must have, must not have, etc.). While the car we wanted was not at the dealer, he (and others) worked tirelessly over the holidays and his own personal family commitments, to deliver an excellent car, at a good price, that matched our needs within a week. I was searching for a very specific BMW 4 series. I really wanted a manual version 435xi M-sport but saw I.G. burton had an automatic with all the options close to my price point. When I called I was paired with sales person Dennis Sinclair who was extremely personable. Dennis and I talked on the phone for about 30 mins and he convinced me to come view the particular vehicle I was interested in. Drove 2 hours the following morning to see the vehicle which Dennis had sitting up front waiting for me. The customer service from test drive to purchasing was bar none. I travel around the world for a living and have experienced both excellent and poor service. I.G. burton is not only a pleasant place to purchase a car but a no haggle dealership with friendly staff. Red carpet treatment is an understatement to the class of service offered to all customers. I had the choice of a silver 4 series in upstate NJ (Teterboro) or the one I bought with I.G. Burton and I can personally say I am happy with my decision. Exact same cars, same price, but the I.G. Customer service is what sold me. Thank you Dennis and the entire I.G. I highly recommend IG Burton BMW. I own a BMW that until today, only had service and repairs done by myself since I've owned it. I do not trust others to work on my vehicles, as I've had negative experiences with other service departments in the past on other vehicles. I recently got a BMW factory issued recall that needed servicing by an authorized BMW repair facility. After recommendations from family members, I took my car to IG Burton BMW for the recall repair. My experience with them was nothing short of 5 star service! Mrs. White in the service department walked me through the entire process of what to expect and completed all necessary paperwork. The technician performed the repairs perfectly and left no evidence that he or she was ever under the hood. The entire service staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The customer waiting area is well appointed and very comfortable. One of the sales staff even took a moment to offer me information on the newer models. When the time comes for our next vehicle, IG Burton BMW will get our business based solely on my positive experience today.

Terrible customer service. Have had experience with MB dealerships in NYC and Northern Virginia, and have never been treated so rudely. Loaner not offered, had car for over 4 days. Communication was terrible. Never contacted warranty company but said they had. Then, when we picked up our vehicle, we were told we needed wiper blades. The issue with the car was back windshield wiper motor!!!! Unfortunately, it's the only dealer. Maybe you will be treated better if you are the clientele they choose to work with!!!

Went to Buy a car. The salesperson, Ariel, was courteous. We made an offer and Ariel brought in a counter offer. All that was ok and then the Manager Vincent came to talk and he was downright rude. His words were - "Its either this offer or the door". Think about it - this is a dealership whose manager shows the customers the door. The salesperson had an aghast look on his face and shaking his head. No wonder the car has not been sold for last 6 months. Don't know how IG Burton has been in the business for so long - maybe it depends on the masochist customers who like to be demeaned.

IG Burton BMW is the best service dealer you can take your BMW to. They are honest!!! I have had many BMWs and been thru the local shops and lost money due to the lack of experience. Brought my car to repaired after an accident. Did a horrible job repairing vehicle and defrauded my insurance company. READ: Washington Post Story: Hacks On The Highway, then take my scenario seriously or read about the Disgruntled Dealership Employee who hacked the dealership "client base" vehicle computer boards, he was arrested - but it goes to show, your car is at the MERCY of the dealership and the manufacturers; and anything can occur, after all, it is just a computer. So don't say it can't be done, PETER. Started with the E350 Class, which was an electronic nightmare. We traded up to the ML350 - mistake, should have gone elsewhere - like Winner or Preston. Ok, let me set the stage... I receive an email on May 30, 2018 at 11:52am, regarding my overdue spark plug change, mind you - I only have 50k miles on this vehicle. ALL other vehicles go 100k before spark plugs are recommended. On Friday, June 1, 2018 @ 3:18pm, the check engine light came on and my car stalled. I started it and moved to the shoulder and turned on my hazards. The temps were in the high 90s and I had my small dog and no water. I call the MB roadside, they state a tow truck driver is being dispatched. My spouse arrived at 4:05pm (Thank God), because my puppy was panting horribly; and there's nothing within miles! I call MB Roadside back, "Where's the tow truck?" Mind you, I watched 6 tow trucks drive by without cars attached. MB must bid out to the lowest company, because my tow truck would not arrive until 5:25pm - 2 long hours after the initial call. It is now Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 2:26pm; and Ryan within the service department "Claims" my spark plugs are bad??? Seriously -- I need spark plugs days after YOU IG Burton send me an email stating I need spark plugs -- at just over 55k miles? Coincidence -- I do not think so..... Sorry, but if they can unlock your car doors electronically - who knows what else can be done? We are filing a formal complaint against Mercedes Benz, who have walked away from quality - because they only seem to care about quantity anymore. I am DONE and I will be OUT OF THIS CAR BY MONTH'S END!!! Run as fast as you can from the Mercedes name, the repair costs are exorbitant and quite frankly, a complete rip off - today's CHA-CHING for IG Burton to line his pockets, over $574 dollars. Because of our experiences with Mercedes, our second family vehicle that we just purchased is a Lincoln - FABULOUS, AMERICAN MADE with AMERICAN FAIR PRICING ON OIL CHANGES and OTHER REPAIRS - not this A Service or B Service repair recommendation or else, which are ridiculous. Mercedes, if your cars need spark plugs at 50k or the car breaks down - there's is definitely an issue in your design department. One car manufacturer manipulated emissions with their computer boards on all of their models and ALL vehicles pretty much have the ability to have MB unlock, start and God only knows what else from remote locations - so do they create the malfunction, so you're forced to have your vehicle serviced? I leave you to ponder that thought...... I will find out, this much I can promise you. The ONLY person I value at IG Burton is Brian Sudler, as he's responsive, writes Happy Mother's Day and Happy Birthday text messages - a real gentleman, who cares about PEOPLE - but that relationship is also over, so sorry Brian - you're a great person. Response To The IG Burton Author (Umm Andrew?) Regarding My Review: Blah Blah Blah. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General, so as you attempt to mislead the public with your rhetoric of "Oh my we appreciate this or that or how we took care of your concerns ..." and then the public assumes you're so great at follow-up or addressing the concerns..... AGAIN, Blah Blah Blah. Public At Large: BUYER BEWARE !!!
