My first visit there was impressive. Got a same day appointment for a minor repair and was in and out in 15 min. Service manager was professional, courteous, and very kind. Will definitely return for regular maintenance and repair. 5⭐ Update: two visits after my first I took away a star. Needed a/c repair and I guess it's common practice, but $140 to diagnose and re-charge, but there's no real answer except there's a leak. They told me it couldn't be fixed until it stopped working again. ??? Fortunately, it lasted the summer, but if it's a slow leak and doesn't work next summer, what then? Same process? Also a few days later I realized the windshield wiper fluid isn't working. The motor works, but no fluid comes out. They can't just fix it they have to "diagnose" first for $79, then charge for repairs. Really? It could just be a cracked or loose hose.

I don't know about sales but service side is bad I was told my tire was good three times and it had two nails in it I could have crashed and all it would have took is 5min to look at it. I don't think there service is top notch.

Brought the car here for an oil change and they did recall work without authorization. That normally wouldn't be a bad thing, but I've been here over 3 hours for an oil change basically. I had made an appointment for the following Tuesday for the recalls, but they already did it without asking me first.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata on 8/18/16. My salesman was Luis Ortiz and he was awesome! Before I walked into this dealership, I had been to at least five others. This was the only salesman I felt comfortable with. He was the only one that had realIy taken his time with me and he made sure he didn't leave out any of the fine print. I reccommend to call ahead to make sure he is there before you go purchase a car. Luis was very knowledgeable about cars, not just Hyundai's. He had a lot of patience. Luis came in on his day off to help me and stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure I was aware of every feature that was available with any car I showed interest in. Luis showed great interest in making sure I was satisfied and received what was affordable for my needs. Even after I purchased the car, Luis followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything I needed help with. His attitude was great towards my children and parents. Luis was very personalable which made this process easier and I did not feel pressured at all. I was not to thrilled with the Sales Managers Angel and Mike. They gave me false information and I was very disappointed. I will give Luis 5 stars anyday, but I can't say the same thing for Mike and Angel.

First sales experience was fantastic. Going back for the second time, when we couldn't receive so much as a call back, after there was a change to my credit due to the credit check they ran, whether it was ok or not so ok....is not the way to do business. Communication is key no matter how busy the center is or not. So I went to Martin Honda in Newark and traded my used vehicle in there for a brand new 2018 HRV. Sorry to say this center missed out on a sale because of poor follow up for what ever reason. The difference in the "aftercare" from purchasing from Hertrich and Martin as well is astounding. It's amazing how much attention to detail was lost.

I really miss the high level of Customer Service experience I had during the 5 past years! Sean Bingham from the maintenance team has been of precious help even if I was not able to maintain my car with them anymore. I highly recommend this team to maintain your Hyundai!

Went to the parts desk on a Saturday and I am "greeted" by employee with smug look and attitude, after giving a flippant and hurried push to open the door to come to the counter. The guy refused to research parts numbers I gave him; took one look at the list of FIVE parts and shakes head and says "no we don't have these; the one part number I recognize" Really, this is how you help customers? Service department gave me same rush job treatment. An outrageous $140 to program a remote key. I'm never patronizing this place, EVER.

If it wasn't for our sweet and patient salesman Phil, I would have never considered purchasing a car from here or anywhere near rating 3 stars. The vibe of the other gentlemen who work are cold and lack personality. Tip: When trying to "Sell"; smiling, greeting, and acknowledging is mandatory. The manager Chris, another gentlemen who I assume works in the finance area, and an additional salesman who sits behind Phil, were all short and made me feel rushed and extremely uncomfortable. At one point there was a situation where the salesman behind Phil wanted a key and ignored me when I stated that I remembered Phil directly handing the key back to Chris. They made Phil jump up several times to leave us and find a key that was with Chris the entire time. I arrived around 6:15pm and assume the issue was that they close at 8, but either way the service was unacceptable. Phil would be the only reason why I would ever consider coming back, but I don't believe that even his smile could put me into a car. (FYI I was ready to go with a blank check so I did not need financing or any extra help with getting into a car other than the right price and style)

Not only was I never even offered a test drive for a car that I was extremely interested in, but I have had the worst Customer Service I've ever gotten. I put a deposit down to guarantee a vehicle that I wanted would be there the next day. Needless to say the car was not there. I had to call and call and call and hope for someone to be able to tell me that the car was even there. Nobody knew anything about my deposit, and nobody could do anything to help. I then asked for my deposit back, and was told that I would have to come into the dealership after I had already been told all they needed was my credit card information to do the refund. I had to fight for my money back which I hate to do, but I refuse to buy from a dealership that can't keep their word. I took my business to another car dealership where they ran my credit again, only to find out that it appears they gave me a "raise" in the paperwork to try to get me a lower or better deal. basically saying that I actually made more than I really did. So banks were then requiring pay stubs which made the buying process harder at the other dealership. Very shady business in New Castle. Would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

I purchased my Elantra from the Hertrich dealership in 2013 & have been a loyal customer to their service department ever since. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated on 9/27/18 at 3:30pm. I arrived to check-in; I was stared at by some salespeople sitting in the service lounge. I was then half greeted by a guy who asked me to hold on, while he took a call right in front of me. I was checked-in in at 3:40pm and I explained that I needed my appointment to be the no more than the hour I was quoted. A little before 4:30pm, I am told that my car needed a few services: new brakes, some light bulbs changed, a new battery and some filters replaced. I said I’d call to make an appointment for those services. It was 1.5 hours before I left. I got in my car to notice that someone in the service department helped their self to my old iPhone charger, as it was plugged into the outlet. I know it couldn’t have been me being forgetful due to the simple fact that I now have a Samsung. The next afternoon, my car began making that awful sound of “METAL ON METAL” (and if anyone needs a definition of this please be sure to refer to the Service Manager (Jeff) or GM (Nick) as they took the liberty of mansplaining this difficult concept to this clueless girl [insert eye roll here] too many times to count. I was quite shocked by this as my car brakes we working just fine and most certainly sounded fine prior to my car being serviced. I got home and immediately called the service department. Mind you, it was 4:40pm on a Friday when I called. I explained my situation, how my car was perfectly fine prior to the service and now it was not.The guy I spoke with basically told me to not drive it for the weekend and said that he’d have the service manager call me first thing Monday morning. Cool, I’ll just drive my back up car (says anyone who isn’t rich). Clearly, I know they have weekend hours, but nothing was offered to me. I was forced to have my car serviced elsewhere. I did not receive a call from Jeff, the service manager, until 4:50pm on Monday. I was unavailable at the time so he did leave a voicemail asking me to return his call. I called Jeff back on Wednesday 10/3/18. I went over my entire experience, explained how dissatisfied I am with the lack of customer service and so on. I was basically told by this man that it was my fault, because they told me I needed brakes. I’m sorry, but I call BS. If my brakes were in good working order and not making a peep prior to coming to your service department and the very next day the complete opposite can be said, I’m thinking it’s not my fault. I was basically spoke to as if I am a moron who does not take care of her car. I assured him he could check the service records to see how much money I have dumped into their service department on “not taking care of my car”. He asked what would make me happy. I said a refund. I was told that he’d have to speak to the General Manager. Cue the worst customer service I have ever received…yes, Nick (GM) then called me. Never in my life have I been talked to this way when conducting business. “He took the time to call me” as he put it, ummmm, THANKS FOR DOING YOUR JOB. I let him know how ridiculous this has become and how I did not plan on being a returning customer after this experience in which he responded with, “well, how do I know if I give you a refund that you still won’t write a bad review?” Well, Nick, how do I know when I schedule an appointment that it will actually begin on time and won’t go past the quoted time? He said he'd call me back within 5 minutes & never called me back. The next day he had Jeff call to tell me that the only thing they could offer was a free oil change the next time I came in. Their lack of professionalism is astounding! They treat customers so poorly no matter how loyal they have been. SAVE YOURSELVES some money & from the complete headache of dealing with this place and go somewhere where your patronage will be valued! *10/24/18 I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED as the response below claims!*

I had a $1,500 job done on my Hyundai Santa Fe back in December here. I moved to Florida a week later and I took it into a Hyundai in Jacksonville, FL and they said I had the same issue! they changred me another $100 for a "system update" This place said they did already. These people are either lying about what they said they did or something else is messed up. Either way I feel like I've been robbed by Hyundai.

Their Service Service Dept is the 'pits'. They have lost the three service advisors that were there, when I took my auto there on May 14th, 2017. My engine malfunctioned and needed replacement or extensive repair, which was under the original WARRANTY PLAN (2016 Hyundai Sonata). From day one, NO one has been able to give me any definitive answers regarding the repair, etc. Especially the Service Manager, Mr. Stevenson. I have had discussions with Hyundai Motors (CA) and customer care. I had rent autos own my own for nearly three weeks. Finally, on June 6th, after fighting with Hyundai Customer Care; and the assistance of Enterprise Car Rentals, Hertrich finally picked up the rentals. The Service Mgr. indicated that my car should be ready between Thurs. & Friday, and that he would call me. I called him on Friday at 1100, and indicated that the car was not ready and he would call me before I left for NJ (on business). HE NEVER CALLED, AND I CALLED SAT. JUN. 10TH, BUT HE WAS NOT IN. I left a message with Erick for Mr. Stevenson to call me on Mon, but again NO CALL. Hyundai Motors called and indicated that He was supposed to call me. Later Katherine called and asked when could I bring in my auto, because the part(s) were in ???? I had talked to her several times and informed her that my car had been there since May 14th. Again, no one seems to communicate or know what is going on with my auto. And still don't know when it will be finished and properly. The waiting and approvals are bad enough, but the total disregard and LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS A LACK OF EFFICIENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM. TOTAL UNSATISFACTORY.

Trying to find the perfect car, when you yourself don't know what the 'perfect car' is, is a daunting task, but thankfully the Hertrich team was up for the challenge. Stressed, doesn't even begin to describe the state I was in. I was about to drive back to Florida and I needed the 'perfect car' ASAP (approximately two months earlier than I had planned on purchasing a vehicle). Upon walking into the dealership I was greeted by multiple smiling faces. Andrew Miller was the lucky one who had the pleasure of hearing my stressed and frantic outburst on needing the 'perfect car'. He was very kind. He smiled, listened, offered me a beverage and told me not to worry; that they would take care of me. He introduced me to Luis and shared my story. Luis was amazing and very patient as we walked around the lot (mind you its 96 degrees and sunny) showing me car after to car, sharing details about each vehicle while trying to narrow down to a vehicle that met all my needs. Finally, we were down to two cars. I had monopolized a great deal of the day; however, there was no sales pressure and everyone was just as kind as when I walked in hours before! I explained I needed to show my mother the car as well, since she would also be driving it from time to time. They said no problem and asked what time could be convenient for me arrive tomorrow to make sure everything was perfect. This was great customer service! There was no high pressure insisting I must buy one of these vehicles right now. This fact alone, put me more at ease that I was purchasing from the right dealership! I returned the next day I (still somewhat stressed). Andrew (the GM) was again at the front door and greeted me in my flustered state. Andrew immediately put my mother and I at ease as he answered all our questions and even offered suggestions that we had not even considered. I highly recommend the sales team at Hertrich. Luis, Andrew and Mike all worked with us to get the 'perfect car' .. a Honda CR-V, at a fabulous interest rate with an affordable monthly payment that worked for us ! These three gentlemen shared their expertise, patience, time, and thoughtfulness. What began as nightmare for me .. .. ended up as great experience. Thank you Andrew, Luis & Mike !! PS … the CR-V performed perfectly during the 1,083 miles as I drove straight to Florida !!

Turned in my lease 2 months early with the clear intent to get into a new leased vehicle. I was told that final 2 payments would be covered with new deal, and I ended up getting stuck making the last 2 payments because they left it out of the contract. Review update to 4 stars from 2. Effort was made by management to reconcile the miscommunication. Much appreciated, thus the bump to 4 stars. I recently received a check in the mail from the dealership repaying me for 1 of the 2 last payments owed. Bump to 5 stars if they repaid me for both months as initially discussed. REVIEW UPDATE:4 STARS TO 5. I appreciate the goodwill gesture to honor the integrity of the initial discussions regarding my lease negotiation. Hertrich Hyndai has repaid me for the final 2 months of my previous lease contract. I must say, the sales staff at Hertrich sincerely want to do right by their customers. My boyfriend came here for an interview and unfortunately they weren't expecting him to look the way he did. Sadly, he heard remarks outside of his interview area that they "weren't expecting him to look like that". To make it worse, instead of interviewing him they immediately started picking away at his resume starting with "the problem is...". Nothing positive. But he came for an interview based on his resume so why would you even schedule an interview just to pick away at someone's resume? Because the resume was fine until they saw who walked in. Sad. It's not a good feeling when someone is judging you based on your looks but it was all good when they saw his name on paper. I guess the face did not match the name and for that reason the resume was no longer good enough. My boyfriend was crushed when he left there. I hope a supervisor and/or manager reviews this and re-evaluates the individual doing the hiring. I wanted to go through with filing a complaint but my boyfriend did not want to. I wish the best of luck to anyone applying here in the future and that they do not go through the same thing.

Although I had an appointment, after sitting there for 45 minutes, noticed that my car was still sitting in the same place where I had parked it. Was told that somehow they forgot to bring the car into the bay. Rather than offering me some type of discount for my inconvenience, the service guy was very cavalier in his response. When I asked to speak with the service manager was told that person was gone and in fact was the one responsible for not taking care of my car. As you can imagine, I asked for my keys back and left. I will not take my car there for any service in the future

I took my car to be serviced for 3 recalls and my car was running fine. Then after the recall, somehow my car brakes started locking when I was driving, my car would not accelerate past 20 mi, and my traction control button kept coming on. I called them and I was told the recall work that they did had nothing to do with the current issues with my car, but my car was running perfect before I took it in to be serviced by them. What amazes me is that they called me to tell me that my front brakes needed to be replaced, along with a new air filter, and a tag and brake light, and wanted to charge me $333.90. I told them no, I would get replaced on my own. So they told me in order for them to find out what was wrong with my car I had to pay $49.95. I agreed cause I wanted to know what was wrong, they told me my piston ceased to my brake caliber. But if you knew my brakes needed to be replaced, wouldn't you have seen the issue with my piston. They are a SCAM. Then told me to fix it they would charge me $1187.00. Are they insane! They did something to my car and I know it. I will be contacting corporate about this. I will never go to them ever again. I have lost hope in all dealerships, I will never trust them again.

My temporary license plate had an expiration date of 10 days, but I have not received any contact from Hertrich. So I sent an e-mail to salesman John Vecere, but he did not answer. I called Hertrich Hyundai and asked if the plate came. They said my license plate had already been delivered to them but they did not let me know until I contacted them. When I called, the female employee was very annoyed and cut off my phone. Love the Hyundai, BUT I won't be buying a car from Hertich again.

I went into Hertrich Hyundai after have a ridiculous amount of problems with a Hyndai Sonata that I had bought in PA. When I entered Hertrich they had already been closed for about 20 minutes, but one of their sales reps, Luis Ortiz, welcomed us in and took down our informations so we could try to set something up for the following day. After a breif talk with his manager Luis decided to stay after hours to get me into a brand new car. I was very stressed before I got there because I was unsure whether or not I could trade in my sonata, but Luis started up a friendly conversation me and made me feel very comfortable like I was talking with an old friend. He was beyond helpful and so accomodating. He stayed with us until almost 11pm and got me into a brand new car at a price that was reasonable and affordable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you plan on visting Hertrich, look for Mr. Luis Ortis. He's the guys to see!

I was charged $70 for a 2 minute check on back seat not able to fold on my Hyundai Elantra. The guy seemed to not do anything more than open and close the trunk. I have no hesitation to pay if there is real work. Furthermore, this charge was in addition to $129 diagnostic fees. This does not feel right. I was thinking to buy my new car from Hertrich, but never again.

I had always wanted a Hyundai Sonata and so last year I decided to buy a brand new one. I bought it from Hertrich on rt 13 and had no issues at all. It was easy and they worked with me to find the best deal and exactly what I wanted. I was so excited and I loved my car, for the year I had it. Now, I have been in the dealership four times in a month and I have to go back. My car has broken down in the middle of 95 during rush hour. It hasn't started, it makes funny noises, and the last time I took it to the dealership they cracked my window. I have been lied to, cheated, ignored, and accused of being paranoid in the past month. It is appalling the type of business Hertrich runs. I will never buy another car from Hertrich, and I will make sure everyone I know, knows the type of shady dealings that your company chooses to employ.

One of the worst experiences of my family's life!!! False promises through email motivated us to drive the 2 hour trip, however once we arrived the sales manager, Eddie Torres, who calls himself "The Boss!" had no prior knowledge of my arrival and once he remembered one of the promises his other sales manager promised me of swapping rims from one Sonata Turbo to a Sonata Hybrid, "The Boss!" in a very unprofessional way basically said, "We can't do that!...blah blah blah." The 2 Sonatas I was interested in were not pulled up front as promised for test drive and my family had to wait for ever until they brought them up. Once negotiating began on pricing, they took again forever to offer me what was stated in several emails...especially the value of my trade in which they stated in email that they base their trade in value using KBB giving me a range of " $11,700 - 12,400 with 120% above KBB" .... "The Boss!" however stated that they do not use KBB and offered me $10,000....which I stated was a slap in the face....Once my wife walked out with our 5 year old...Eddie the "Boss!" continued to offer us a deal until 9:45pm in the parking lot (45 mins after they already closed).... The "Boss" did offer $12,000 for the trade, but at this point my family and I was just sick and tired of the way we were treated! Overall, we left feeling disrespected, taken advantage of, and treated like a true sleazy "Used Car Salesman" would treat their customer...that's right...the "Boss!", Mr. Torres, the so called "Man in charge"...is just that...a Used Car Salesman!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I WARNED YOU!!!

They lovely people of Hertrich Hyundai were very kind and courteous but I went there for a promotion today. They sent out these flyers with lottery tickets. Match the images and win! So I just happen to have a winning ticket. The matching images were next to a $2.5K prize. I said to myself "this is a gimmick and there is no way a car dealership is going to let me when money without some kinda catch" so I called them up and talked to Nick. He said it is no gimmick. If you won, you can do whatever you want with the money. Registered the confirmation number online and All it said was "congratulations, you are a winner." Went into work late this morning because I really need the money to pay for my class that starts in July. Of course, its a trick. As soon as they saw we were already in a brand new car, they said "We ain't even going to waste your time" There was no money, just a $25 gift card to restaurants that no one goes to. Moral of the story: Car dealers will tell you anything to get you in their building so they can just tell you a bunch of lies. If I would of got that 2.5K , I would of used half for school and the other half on a car from there. What they didn't know was that we were riding a rental and looking for a new car. Their Lost! I always reward honesty! but overall, I will say they were very nice.

Would have given 0/5 stars but unable. Bought a 2018 Accent with 12 miles on it when we drove it off the lot on Monday, September 3rd. Car broke down and left us stranded on Friday, September 7th. It took 90 minutes for Hyundai's Roadside Assistance to set up a tow. Apparently fuel injectors were faulty and we were told the car should be ready by Wednesday or Thursday (9/12 or 9/13). No call by 9/14 so we called Hyundai. We were told they had to order parts and car would not be ready until Wednesday, 9/19. No call by 12 pm on 9/20, so we ONCE again called them. Car was finally repaired and picked up on Friday, 9/21 but ONCE again we had to call them. Communication and customer service were the worst we have ever experienced anywhere.

I am an owner of a Mitsubishi vehicle. I received a couple of recall letters concerning my car, so I made an appointment to have it checked out/taken care of. The appointment setter on the phone was helpful, setting my appointment and offering a complimentary car wash and standard inspection. She told me that my car will be serviced at the Hyundai building. When I arrived to this location (on time), right off the bat, the gentleman I was working with (I'll refer to as gentleman #1) took his time to have my car addressed...which is fine. I understand that people can be a bit busy and preoccupied in these dealerships, so I patiently waited for him to approach me after being introduced to him by the greeter.The guy (gentleman #1) finally inspects the exterior of my car, has the car taken to the back of the building, etc. I patiently wait a couple hours as my car is being serviced. After a couple hours, I notice that someone is driving my car to the front of the building, freshly washed. The person who drove my car to the front walked through the front doors into the building with my car keys in his hands, proceeded to walked past me and into the staff office where he placed my keys on top of the counter where gentleman #1 was residing. My keys were literally in front of gentleman #1. It was pretty clear that my car service was complete. However, I decided to wait like a civilized human being for gentleman #1 to come over to me and hand me my belongings. So I wait. I wait 5 minutes. No one comes over to me. So I wait some more. I wait 15 minutes. Still no one shows up. I wait and I wait and I wait. I ENDED UP WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. I like to consider myself to be a pretty patient person, but after waiting for so long, my patience was running out especially when I can clearly see my car out the front window ready to go. Finally, I approach a woman working in the building and asked her if my car was ready. She asked me for my name, asked me to sign a slip of paper, and handed me my keys, and I was out the door, all within 10 SECONDS of approaching her. What in the world???? Meanwhile, gentleman #1 is at his desk trying his best to look occupied. And on top of all the unnecessary waiting, those people never even performed the complimentary standard inspection. What a waste of time. I never really write reviews, but I think that this experience is worth noting. I'm definitely taking my vehicle elsewhere to be serviced when the next opportunity makes itself available.

I purchased a used car from them a month ago. Soon after I noticed a defect and took the car back. They have given me all types of reasons why it is still not fixed.Today I went there to either bring it home or leave it there permanently. They tried to sell me a different car and said it would not be any more than the one I purchased.We were there from 9AM to 5 PM and by the time I left, they wanted me to pay 70.00 more on a different care. Now I lost use of my car for one month, lost a days wages, my male partner lost a days wages, not to mention the anxiety I have been going through and the depression I have had over this. Also I have woke up nights worrying about my car. Today they did nothing to make me feel and empathy for our situation only tried to have me pay more for a different car. In my opinion, the customer service is horrible the GM was not even polite enough to talk with us directly.

Hi All car buyers , I would like to share my experience how it went on car purchase here. I got message from Hertrich Hyundai New Castle Delaware on Facebook saying they are giving additional $5000 on KBB price of our car. So I went there on 07/27/2019 Saturday. And they did my car check and told me $15000 would be trade in value. When I checked KBB I was going to get same price if I sell it to Private party so I asked little more.And then I checked their car price and found out that all the cars are heavily overpriced than KBB.Please make sure to check this before you buy from these guys. So my obvious question was why its high and they told me they can work on it. So I was happy on Saturday with all and told them will come back on Monday with my Family and we will finalize. Now on Monday when I went the lady representative told me her manager is ok to finalize my car for $17000 but their car price remains same.So here I was negotiating and all of Sudden her manager I guess GEORGE came and started with all new conversation. They do not want to give me deal if I ask for KBB price for their car and he reduced my car value like anything giving some waste examples and started wasting our time. The he was like they did not do proper valuation of our car so told high price but still was saying he is giving now good price.Another funny thing is they say no other dealers are giving 7 year/100K warranty except them. So basically IT WAS FULLY WASTE OF TIME ON MONDAY. THESE GUYS DO NOT COMMIT TO THEIR WORD AND SIMPLY SAY ANYTHING WHEN YOU ARE BUYING. GUYS PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

I recently had issues with my Fuel level sensors on my 2006 Azera, just after having a blower fan problem only 4 weeks prior. Once I contacted the Service department, both the Service Manager and Service Advisor (Sean Bigham) especially worked to provide me with outstanding customer service. Purchased a 2017 Hyundai tuscon. Within 3 months my car was stalling out at red lights, brought it to the service department, and surprise ! No problem found. Well 1 week later I'm driving along the jersey turnpike when my vehicle turns off while I'm driving and locks my steering wheel at 70 mph. Two weeks ago (on Saturday 7/16) I revisited Hertrich Hyundai where I had leased (and was still within my lease period) my Genesis 3.8L coupe. Six months to go on my present lease, seemed like a good time to look for another car although I did not know which one I wanted. After being greeted by Andy Nace, I was introduced to Jim Mahna as my salesman. I was attracted to a showroom car (a Veloster turbo) and started a dialogue with Jim about that car. He explained all the features, took me for a test drive, and answered all my questions. He did everything he could to make my experience enjoyable. I would rate him a 10. I decided to lease the car and it was removed from the showroom. Jim sat in the car and explained all the features, and helped me pair my phone. I drove it home and showed it to my wife who went ballistic on the color (vitamin C) and the car. Meanwhile after driving it for a longer distance, I discovered that I did like its turbo characteristics, nor after carefully reading the lease, its overall value. I returned the car on Tuesday and worked with Andy Nace (finance manager) because Jim was on vacation. Andy was very accommodating and together I ended up with a 2017 Elantra. The on line review did not take into account that my salesman (Jim) was not involved and therefore did not represent a true measure of my experience. I highly recommend the Hertrich dealership to any one interested in buying any of their fine automobiles.

The service is HORRIBLE!!!! I called several times trying to make an appointment for a simple oil change and each time i was placed on hold and left there forgotten, by the receptionist. When I called back the 4th time I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to Lynn's voicemail- who has YET to call me back. When I called the fifth time, I spoke to a live rep who I briefly advised of my experience. I was offered to leave another voicemail with the general manager- instead, I left my info with the rep for the GM to contact me- which still has NOT occurred. service was good and the executive who spoke to me was respectful. but i got bad experience with the technicians i dont know why ! but when i scheduled the appointment saying that "i am hearing the sound from engine maybe from the timing chain or something which i am not sure but i hear the sound while driving at speed above 40mph" so i booked appointment for computer diagnosis which cost me 109.99$ apprx but the problem they said was timing chain was gone worst so i need to get it changed which would cost 2400$ for 2006 model sonata which is worthless to spend that amount on old piece, and there was no other problem other than timing chain. as i was lucky i took car to local mechanic and he took car for test drive and said there was no problem from timing chain which is not related to the sound i hear while driving it was the problem with wheel bearing and repair is done for 200$ and everything is perfect now. I was thinking what would have happened if i spent 2400$ and the sound repeat again. thank you for the executive who suggested me not to spend huge amount on old model car.

I was very happy with my experience at Hertrich. My window recently malfunctioned. I am not from the area, nor did I purchase my car through them. Everything was covered through my warranty, but there were no issues having it taken care of. They even gave me a loaner car without me even asking. Each person I dealt with was super helpful, including the General Manager, Andrew. I would absolutely consider purchasing my next vehicle through them.
