My wife and I leased two new vehicles through Gateway Subaru. We have never had a Subaru before and weren't sure we could even afford it. LEt me just say that dealing with this dealership and our sales rep, Kyle Hutchins, was an enjoyable experience. We shopped different vehicles and were not at all impressed with how we were treated at any other dealership..and we have used Pohanka for years, and our last was through Sherwood. We have both felt very much appreciated and listened to. We were not rushed in any way to make a decision that we didn't want to, or would regret. Any issues we had were completely, and timely, resolved and we never felt like a bother. Kyle Hutchins is an amazing sales rep and we look forward to dealing with him again, Weve had both vehicles for about a month and half and wanted to give it some time before we wrote a review. I must say, I don't know how we ever survived without a Subaru before and do not see us going back to another vehicle any time soon. Thanks Kyle, and thanks Gateway, for making this an overall, very enjoyable experience.

The car buying experience is never short, as the process can sometimes be lengthy. But when I walked into the Gateway Subaru dealership on Monday I really had no idea what to expect. I actually spoke with Zach Nagler via e-mail two nights prior, in which he responded to my e-mail requests quickly. I had scheduled a time to come in and speak with him about trading in my Toyota Rav 4. I bought my Toyota over 2 years ago and it just wasn't something that I really wanted. I was hoping the car buying process this time around was smoother, faster ending with the result of a car I would be excited about. From the time my sister and I walked in we were greeted by several associates, who were kind and not overwhelming. A lot of times when you go into a dealership you can be bombarded, trying to get you to choose them as your salesperson, this dealership however wasn't the case. I came in having some sort of idea of what kind of car I wanted, but obviously I knew they would guide me in the right direction for a vehicle that was not only in my budget, but something I would end up loving! I know sometimes you may deal with difficult customers, which if I was I apologize. From Zach's knowledge about ALL the cars I made him look at with me, to Wendy's willing to work with my budget, to Renee taking the time to sit down with me and go over exactly everything a lease entails it was great! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, there was never a time I felt overwhelmed. I appreciate everything everyone did for me. I will make sure I recommend your dealership to anyone who is looking to Buy or Lease a new car!

I went into Gateway knowing exactly what I wanted and knew I would have to order it. They offered to just order if for me but I wanted to meet the people that I would be dealing with so I made the trip down from central Delaware to Gateway. I met with Don Scullen, he is very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me the best deal hands down. I didn't even feel the need to negotiate the initial price I was given. I waited for my car since it was custom ordered and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with the overall experience at Gateway Subaru, I think it is great that they support local car enthusiasts and as long as I'm in this area there is no other Subaru dealership that will be getting any business from us. If you live within a couple hundred miles of Gateway and you're looking at a Subaru, make the drive! You'll be glad you did!

I had my Forester serviced here (brake pads and rotors) and had a great experience - and the waiting room is very comfortable. They were friendly, knowledgable, and honest about my service and have very fair pricing. Meanwhile, Pep Boys hadn't even noticed that my rear brake pads were completely gone and my brake light bulbs were burned out, even though I had visited them several times in the past few months for routine service. I feel much better trusting Gateway with my car. (Never going back to Pep Boys again!)

I had an issue with a tire pressure sensor that I thought would be a quick and easy fix, so I took my vehicle to an area garage. Long story short, the garage couldn't get the new sensor to sync up with the car's (2013 Subaru Legacy) and for warning light on the dash to go out. After two days and over 5 hours of patiently waiting for the garage to figure it out, I took the vehicle to Gateway Subaru. Using computers specifically made for Subaru vehicles, they synced up the new sensor and I drove out of there with the light out. Unfortunately soon after I left the light came back on. Since it was very late on a Friday afternoon, I made an appointment for the next Tuesday to get a genuine Subaru sensor installed and the one the garage inserted removed. Before I got to that Tuesday appointment the light went out. This is not uncommon for these sensors and the computer system to dance with each other as the communicate with each other and learn to play together without fighting. Shane, the service writer, was very nice and patient and suggested I drive the vehicle to see if the light came back on or not. It did. That same day as I was turning onto my street. Typical, right? I went back to Gateway the next day to once and for all have a genuine Subaru sensor installed. Just for laughs, the light decided to go out on my drive to Gateway, but did come back on just before I arrived. My wait was a relative short one. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the sensor, but that the garage had put 50 pounds of air pressure into each tire, even though the request was to put 35 pounds of pressure into each. It was the 50 pounds of pressure that was causing the tire pressure warning light on the dashboard to come on. Additionally, as they were putting the correct pressure into each tire, they discovered that three of the five lug nuts on the right front tire were gone (the tire with the new sensor was in the left rear). The last place that had removed all four tires from the vehicle was the other garage that removed them to balance the tires to see if they could remove a vibration I felt in the pedals of the vehicle when the car went 65 mph. Apparently they only hand installed the lug nuts and forgot to go back and use an impact wrench and torque wrench to tighten the nuts to factory specs. Over time, the nuts unscrewed and fell off the tire. I don't think I have to explain the possible implications if this condition wasn't discovered. For all my trips there, Gateway charged me a modest fee for the original syncing of the sensor and for three lug nuts. Their patience and understanding was invaluable.

Service Department pushes unnecessary filter and fluid changes, at inflated prices, before the Subaru maintenance schedule says they are due. The "free" car wash leaves your car looking worse because it isn't dried.

We have been Subaru Owners for 37 years! Wanted you to know that we've been customers of Gateway Subaru since moving to DELMARVA and we are now on our 2nd Subaru Outback! Steve Wergen and Wendy Schiavone were there for us in making decision the first time and we asked for their assistance the second time around. Couldn't get better service! We've also used their Maintenance program which is also very user friendly. The first thing you can expect from Gateway Subaru is friendly professionalism. It only increased throughout my indecisiveness, repetitive questions, inquiries about various models, upgrade choices and throughout the purchase negotiation. Don’t anticipate an encounter with a stereotypical fast talking, pushy salesperson here. Don’t bother to arm yourself with price comparisons and hours of research in preparation to not be “taken”. You won’t need it here. Expect this : an employee of the dealership will meet and greet you in the lot and encourage you to ask whatever questions you might have. He will also ask you if he can let a salesperson know you are looking and will let you know that he is available to get keys for cars you’d like to inspect more. Steve Wergin, the salesperson who assisted me was open, direct, friendly, and clearly available to answer all questions (even repetitive ones) knowledgeably and comprehensibly. Steve (as well as the manager of the dealership, Drew) encouraged me to take the the time needed to discern what was right for me. His consistently professional manner facilitated enough “space” for me to surface specific questions which helped make my choice of the car that was perfect for me. Further note: I had no intention of buying from this dealership when I arrived. I simply stopped in because I was in the area and wanted to test drive a Legacy. I had planned to purchase my Subaru from the dealer in New Jersey that I had purchased my three prior Subaru cars from closer to my home in NY. (over 200 miles away) Steve Wergin was the least pushy but more importantly the most knowledgeable salesperson that I have ever encountered. He knows Subaru, executes the utmost professionalism and respects foremost the customer’s need to feel comfortable and secure in his investment. The Subaru sells itself; this dealership sells professionalism, care in servicing and comprehensive respectful negotiation. (and a very decent and fair final price!)

I contacted Gateway Subaru in Delmar to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. Brian Kang immediately contacted me and we scheduled a test drive of the vehicle for Wednesday, October 30, 2013. I received a call from Crystal Collins to confirm my appt. and I arrived around 5:30p.m. that evening. Brian, along with everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. After test driving the vehicle, Brian and I discussed pricing and came to an agreeable sales price. At that point, Crystal Collins took over my sale. She was very friendly and helpful, as well. My husband and I bought our Jeep from Gateway a couple of years ago, and were so impressed with the customer service at that time that we decided to go back there again. Wendy Schiavone and Steve Wergin were the two employees that worked with us in our previous purchase. This time, we were very interested in a Honda CRV that they had posted on their website, and Steve Wergin immediately contacted us concerning our inquiry and went out of his way to help us with negotiating the purchase of the car. I had my heart set on purchasing a Honda CRV, but unfortunately, we were too late and the car was sold on the very day that we had decided to make the purchase. However, we went out to the dealership again as they had another Honda CRV that they had just put up on their website and when I saw it, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Overpriced for parts and dishonest on service. I went in to purchase gear oil, automatic transmission fluid, crush washers for both transmission drain plug and differential drain plugs and a serpentine belt. I went to the dealer so I would get the exact same stuff that goes in my car. While I was there they said that the differential drain plugs do not have gaskets. Not true at all. They asked me if I meant the gasket for the entire differential pan. No, I mean a simple drain plug washer/gasket. Then they had to order in the transmission plug washer! Are you serious? You dont have the washers in stock for people getting a transmission service? So you just reuse the old ones? No wonder subaru transmissions die, cause the dealers can't even service them right because they don't even carry all the items to do the job. Also I took my car to have a single light replaced while I went on a test drive with the new ascent. Well I get back they say I had 3 bulbs out. Total bull cause before I got there I checked over all the lights and that's how I knew I had one out. Unknowledgable, dishonest and overpriced. I wish I was the manager over there cause I would not be putting up with that stuff.

I went into Gateway with a friend who was in the market to buy a car...I was simply there as support...but in the end we both ended up leaving with cars! Kyle indulged me and allowed me to test drive a Forester and Outback (after hearing the great stories of his and his fiancee's car). I have to say that having someone excited about the product like Kyle was about my car, made me love this car even more. He (and Wendy) understood what I wanted and worked litterally all day to help me get into the car I wanted. Wendy and Kyle both understood that I WANTED a new car, but didn't NEED one...this is my first major car purchase on my own and they made sure I was comfortable with not only the payments, but also with the price point I wanted, and all the features I asked for. My package did not come standard with navigation but they worked out a deal that included navi (it was a make or break feature for me). Both Wendy and Kyle spent all day with me test driving and going over number and features. I can honestly say that I do not know many other individuals or dealerships that would devote so much of their time to make sure I completly understood the car, all it's features, and the finance procedure. I don't consider myself an impulse buyer...but it was a great deal. Make sure to go see Kyle at Gateway...you won't find a better salesmen in my opinion.

Tried selling a car that had the bumper glued on as you could see what looked like hot glue holding the bumper to the front fender. But the sellsman said no it's not as he wouldnt come around d and let me show him. Went to Pohanka and walked out with a car that had a warranty. Just be careful if you look at used cars there. Just my experience there. May have been a bad day for them. I dont know!

When I explained oil had been done and I only needed transmission fluid replacing process they replaced fresh oil without checking the dipstick first. They would of known there was not double the amount needed. Even though I had already explained the oil change had been done correctly. Needless to say I was way over charged for things done I explained didn't need to be done. Im thankful my subi is running good so far but I will avoid going there for any other require service at all costs from now on.

My husband and I were in the market for a "new to us" new car. We had been looking online at different places. My husband happened to be riding by Gateway Subaru and decided to see what they had. He came across a 2012 Honda Accord. He told me about it, but I liked a different vehicle. We looked at the Accord one weekend, but were still on the fence about which vehicle we wanted. We headed up to Salisbury today to look at a vehicle, but it had been sold. Then, we stopped at another dealership, but felt the salesperson didn't do all they could to get our payment in the range we wanted. So, we decided to see if the Accord was still at Gateway and to possibly test drive it. We were greeted by Zachary Nagler when we got there. He was very informative about the vehicle and very down to earth. He even looked around the vehicle to point out any flaws, there weren't really any. He took us on a test drive. He and the staff at Gateway Subaru worked hard to get us a payment that was in the range we were seeking! I would recommend Gateway Subaru to anyone who is looking to buy a used or new car. They provided superb customer Service. Definitely top notch!

Buyer beware!! Went to see a car listed on the website as no accidents and no damage. Only to find it had been in an accident with significant damage. The damage was somewhat hidden under the door I can only assume they hoped the novice buyer would not notice it. If this dealership is not honest about something so major, what else are they not going to be honest about.

Took them over 6 months to finally fix it, they would not follow up of phone calls and dodged me hard, I think they kept forgetting. Just laziness. My husband and I began searching for a new car last year. We decided to purchase our first Outback 2018 a week before Memorial day and were extremely satisfied. We also purchased the warranty, express dent care, and xzilon. I brought my car back in to Gateway Subaru for xzlion around 2:50pm on June 11. I had been emailing Zach about purchasing maintenance service. I decided to talk to him when I brought the car back in for xzilon. When I came in, everyone was busy. I was fine to sit at the waiting area. Brian came to help me. He ran back and forth to ask Zach about the maintenance service price for me. I decided to wait for Zach to be finished with his business. Brian kept checking on me while I waited to make sure I was ok. One of the employee came to me with a maintenance service contract, but I felt uncomfortable signing up with an employee that I hadn’t met with before. Zach came to me a couple of times and said he would be done in 15-30 min. I ended up waiting 2 hours. Finally, I sat down with Zach, signed the maintenance service contract, and made a payment. It was already 5ish. I asked Zach and Brian if my car would be done by 7pm because I was planning to drive the loan car to dinner nearby. I was told it would be ready. When I arrived to pick up my car at 7:15pm, my car was not ready. The salesman Don told me that I was booked to pick up my car the following day. The employees miscommunicated. I came back to pick up my car the following day. When I got in, the USB cable I had left in the car was missing. When I pushed the button to start my car, it wouldn’t start. While having my car serviced at Subaru in Salisbury MD, my door was left ajar, and my battery had died. A salesman was there to help me jump start my brand new car. It wasn’t even one month old yet. We both were extremely disappointed with the services that we paid for. The salesman and the manager Wendy said they would mail me a new USB cable. They also apologized about the battery. My husband wasn’t happy. I talked to Zach about it. He said if we are uncomfortable with the service, he would refund the maintenance service that I had purchased the day before. He said there was nothing he could do. I haven’t received any compensation from Gateway Subaru. I feel like paying for those services was a mistake. So, I called Subaru to file a complaint and I spoke with Alicia. I told her the situation and she offered a parts & services coupon to us. To be honest, it is a great car and we really love it. We still feel uncomfortable about what happened while getting the car serviced. My USB went missing and the battery was dead. With the amount of money that we spent on those services, we feel that these issues are inexcusable. This is our first time purchasing a new car. If we knew what would happen, we never would have purchased from Gateway Subaru. I would like to give 0 star, if there is an option.

I visited this dealership four times in five days. The first day was after 8pm and Zach was still there. He came out and introduced himself (even though it was a bit chilly outside and after they closed). He told me about Subaru and how they are hassle-free. I came back the next day interested in the XV Crosstrek. After driving the Crosstrek, a couple Outbacks, and a couple Foresters, I finally decided on the Forester. Every time I visited this dealership I had Zach help me with test drives and numerous questions. He was always extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. In the end I almost ended up walking away because the price was just a little out of reach. Thankfully Andrew was able to get the price down to where I needed it and made my dream of owning a Subaru a reality. Wendy was also wonderful. She was able to get me an amazing interest rate and helped me with my plates and with the insurance company. It was a truly wonderful car buying experience! I love my Subaru and everyone who helped it happen!

We bought an 2018 outback from Gateway Subaru last year and are very pleased with the vehicle. For our 2 services visits in the first year, we worked with Leah in the service department. Leah is very bright and surely knows the cars. She provides excellent customer service. She told us that the most recent service would take about an hour and a half. The service involved two recalls and oil change and tire rotation. The service took exactly 1.5 hours. Leah is most pleasant and a joy to work with. Gateway is fortunate to have an employee of Leah's caliber on staff!!! Thanks Leah!!!

There is a reason I drove 3 hours to purchase my Subaru from Gateway. They are, hands down, far superior to most of the other Subaru dealerships in the state (I've dealt with 4 total). The kindness is not an act. They genuinely care about their customers, sales, service, the business office, everyone I've had the pleasure of coming in contact with has been outstanding. I'm now having an issue with my month old Subaru (Subaru problem, NOT dealership problem), and I tried to take it to a dealership local to me and was met with nothing but hassle and rudeness. It was a gigantic headache and enough to sour me from never contacting them again. Gateway, on the other hand, has gone, and continues to go, above and beyond taking their time to speak with me (multiple people several times) and helping me in beginning to get this issue resolved. I drove 1,000 miles round-trip from NC to trade in my car and purchase a needle-in-a-haystack CPO Outback. Worked with Steve and Brian by phone and email in advance of the trip, but had interaction with about a half-dozen great folks once I got there. They made the whole process as reassuring as they could given the distance we traveled to get it and account for the financials around a trade-in they'd not seen in person yet. Great team there who genuinely took interest in making this happen. I would have zero hesitation doing this again in 15-20 years when I retire this (my second) Outback. So, I'd recommend anyone closer to Delmar than I (approximately 25% of the country!) should consider them for your next purchase.

They are getting 1 star because I couldn't find a way to review with less than 1. Bought a used car from them, and they did not deal on price. That was issue number 1. However, 2 months into their 90 day 3000 mile warranty, a headlight went out, and I was told that the entire headlight assembly had to be replaced and in order to do that the bumper has to be partially removed. A new headlight assembly sells for $1300. Seems excessive to me. So they agreed to find an aftermarket unit if I would pay for it, and they would donate the labor. This seemed like a reasonable solution, though still expensive ($350) for a burned out bulb. I paid for the unit, and they "replaced" it. It was represented to be new, but coincidentally had a crack in the housing in the exact place as the original. 10 months later bulb went out again. Fortunately I had found an independent certified mechanic who discovered that the unit was never replaced - it was original equipment, and that the bulb they had jammed in there was melted and had caused the ballast to burn out. These people are dishonest and essentially stole from me. If you do business with them beware and hang on to your wallet.

I always walk into a car showroom dreading what I expect will follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Gateway and the easygoing but professional presence of Kyle Hutchins. The car buying experience turned out to be much better than I expected. I had in mind what I thought was a reasonable price for both me and the dealer and that price was met. Cars are expensive and I'm willing to pay a little more than perhaps a super aggressive person could get if I feel comfortable with the salesperson. I don't want to sit around arguing with people. I can't tolerate people who aren't efficient or don't know their job. We both liked the quiet, calm demeanor of everyone that we met at Gateway. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who asks me about the car. Unfortunately I forget the name of the woman who did our paperwork, but she was "super slick" - no time wasted there which I really appreciated. Bottom line is that I really didn't have to buy a new car, I had come to the area to buy a completely different brand of car, stopped by this Subaru dealer, liked the car and the salesperson and decided pretty much on the spot to buy the car. Great experience and so far a great car.

As a person who has owned approximately 15 cars in 33 years of driving, the purchase experience at Gateway was the best I've ever had. NO pressure during the sales portion. Magee was extremely knowledgable about the car and all its many features, including the "stuff" under the hood (not my forte), but something my husband appreciated. Wendy made the paperwork quick and easy, doing all the work beforehand and having it ready to go when we arrived on Tuesday. Great Experience at Gateway Subaru I zeroed in on the Subaru Forester based on its reviews and safety record when i started looking around for a larger vehicle for hauling my dog and equipment to dog shows. My husband had owned a 19 year old Subaru Legacy that was still running when he got rid of it last year and was sold on the idea of getting another Subaru based on its reputation for longevity. My husband and I stopped at Gateway Subaru to look at the 2014 Forester and were greeted at the door by Crystal Collins. She was gracious in offering us refreshments, showing us around the dealership, and introducing us to other Gateway Subaru employees. We test drove a couple different Forester models. Not being sure whether the Forester’s cargo area was large enough for the dog crate, we did not make a purchase that day. At a later date, I stopped by the dealership and with the help of Brian Kang tried a dog crate in the back of the Forester. It turned out that the crate was too large. Crystal, being very knowledgeable in the different Subaru models, led us to looking at the Outback as a better choice for meeting our cargo space concerns. Crystal was able to get us in the Outback Premium with the features I wanted within our price range.The entire sales process was smooth and un-pressured. She has a very warm personality and was a pleasure to work with. She went over all the key features of the Outback and programmed my bluetooth before we left the lot. I highly recommend Crystal Collins to anyone looking for a new or used car. I brought the Outback in for its first scheduled maintenance since the purchase and was very pleased with the service. The wait time was about 30 minutes less than anticipated. Brian greeted me as I walked into the waiting room and asked if I wanted anything to drink, or if I needed a ride. He offered to let me use his car if I changed my mind. I have owned five Nissans. I am sure this is the first of many Outbacks that we will be purchasing and servicing from Gateway Subaru. I am so thrilled with our purchase and can’t believe I waited so long.

I will never go back to this dealership. They have scammed and lied and didn't uphold the warranty on a cash purchased used car. 90days/3,000 miles didn't exist. Not even 500 miles on the car 2 months owned and my check engine light came on. They informed me they didn't get any readings when checking it yet the next day the salesman says they did find something they can' t fix and want us to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket.

Just purchased my CPO 2010 Impreza OBS from Gateway Subaru! Crystal was amazing and extremely professional. She promptly contacted me after I had submitted my online offer, which surprised me since it was a Saturday night. Then she kept me up to date with everything going on behind the scenes. After accepting my offer, I was asked to come in and check it out in person, plus it's easier to discuss details face to face. Being a 22-year old college graduate, on my own, I was nervous making my first big purchase in my life. However, the staff at Gateway Subaru was extremely nice and patient as I was pondering over financing and warranty options. They were very honest and Wendy broke down the logistics for me perfectly. As a young adult making this venture for the first time, I had a ton of questions. I showed up after work and even as the night progress, the staff continued to be of assistance to me, not matter how close they were to going home. I felt bad hanging around so long, but making an investment of this magnitude required great consideration, and Wendy, Brian and Crystal were all great when it came to giving me time and space to think about it. After deciding to buy, I was given honest opinions on warranties and what's worth spending the money on. Brian even let me leave the car in their garage over night so I could stop by in the morning to pick it up. Paperwork was a breeze and this dreaded process ended up being way easier than I had ever expected. The next day I showed up right when they opened to get insurance faxed over. They gave me a coffee right when I walked in and Kyle offered my puppy a treat (Yes, they are dog friendly)! This was a great experience and I had a wonderful and patient staff to guide me through the way. I was ecstatic to drive off that lot in my clean, Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. The only down side to this whole thing was having to go to work that morning... Thinking about my car sitting outside my office window begging and taunting me to joy-ride... I couldn't be happier about my experience with Steve Wergin and Gateway Subaru. We live three hours away and reached out to several dealerships online. From the very first email, Steve set Gateway apart from all the other dealerships by personally addressing all of our questions in a way that built our trust and filled us with confidence. Gateway didn't originally have the exact vehicle we were looking for in their inventory, but Steve effortlessly sourced the exact model we were seeking within one business day. Additionally, he worked directly with us every step of the way, walking us through the process and helping us prepare everything we'd need before our trip out to retrieve the car. When we pulled into the dealership, we were greeted by our brand new Forester, freshly washed, sitting right up front, next to the front door. And after completing the paperwork, Steve spent over an hour carefully familiarizing us with all the safety features and making sure the navigation and communication functions were working with our phone for our trip home. Not only that, but I was shocked to open the car manual and discover that Steve had personally bookmarked all of the most important items for our quick referencing needs. I did my research online and had sent a notification that I was interested in a particular vehicle and withing minutes I had a response. Many times you are ignored at dealerships as a single woman, however I felt very valued and appreciated throughout the transaction. When I decided to purchase 2 days later,Kyle spent 45 minutes showing me the different options on the Outlook and how to program everything. He took the time to set my XM radio stations and to program my phone. He went over the highlights of the owners manual, even using a highlighter to point out the most used pages in the manual. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction, I highly recommend the employees at Gateway Subaru. I also highly recommend the Outback.. This was the easiest first car buying experience that I could have asked for. I visited multiple other dealerships during the process, and none came close to Gateway Subaru's level of customer service. My sales representative, Lance Culver, was friendly and well informed, and I would highly recommend working with him if you visit Gateway. He was never pushy. On the contrary, he understood that the car buying process was a daunting task and was willing to answer my questions honestly and completely. If Lance didn't know an answer to one of my questions, he would take me to someone who did. Kris, Renee, and Wendy also went above and beyond to keep me well informed and comfortable. Kris answered my questions about service and maintenance, Renee made paperwork and financing absolutely painless (imagine that!) and Wendy checked in with me at every step of the process. I spent a lot of time at dealers test driving cars, looking up more information, and talking with various employees so that I could make the most informed decision possible. While other dealers seemed keen on rushing the process or had a "buy or get out" attitude, the staff at Gateway were patient and never tried to force me to make quick decisions. I was treated with respect and was reminded that I could talk to anyone if I had a question or concern.
