Nice inventory, no parking lot. Curb parking or park in a different location and walk. Kinda an odd place for a dealership. Didn't end up making a deal as they offered me $3,500 for my trade in and the sales manager insulted my intelligence of what my car was worth. Got $5,500 first shot at a different chevy dealership without negotiation, I wanted between $5,000-6,000. Needless to say I purchased elsewhere. Ended up getting my new truck $2,000 cheaper and an extra $2,000 for my car.

This is now the third vehicle I have purchased from Diver. In 2005 I bought my first new Colorado and the service then was amazing. Two years ago my wife needed a new car quickly and Diver again had the best deal with what we were looking for and once again, great customer service. My Colorado had seen better days and it was time for an upgrade and didn't think of any other dealership but Diver Chevrolet. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rusty, who has been selling Chevy vehicles for 30 years, and he walked me through everything I needed and was great every step of the way. He made sure I got what I wanted, that I was comfortable and had all the knowledge I could ask for. As he himself drives a Silverado, he was able to explain every detail, safety feature, bell and whistle and I enjoyed learning the ins and outs of my new truck with him. I couldn't be more pleased with my new 2016 Silverado and know that I have the backing of a great dealership with an amazing staff. Thank you!!

I went to the Lexus dealer across the street in my Lexus to ask them to fill a low tire. I was told that, without an appointment, it would be a 45-minute wait! I instead went across the street to Diver Chevrolet - where they've never seen me or my car before - and they kindly took care of it in just a few minutes. 9/12/2016 My experience there, was terrible and sad at the same time, because just to think that other people can be treated same manner makes me sad. Made an appt. to fix the head lights, they were not working at night. Arrived 15 mts prior my appt. time (1:00 pm) after a wait of 45 mts, a person came and told me the problem the car had( a riley) you may have to wait 2 hrs, he said, because we have to order the piece, I said I will wait, because I am not able to use my car at night.(trailblazer 2005). After he left I text the mechanic that saw the car before, I explained to him their conclusion, he said Its not the relay, I decided to go to the same person and talk to him and said, I just want to be sure “ it’s the relay” because the person that saw the car before told me its not, he said what about you take the car back to your mechanic, I said listen I believe “you are taking this wrong“, I just don’t want to make you work double, he said, if the technician said that, I have to believe the technician, and he said “most of the trailblazer had the same problem“, I said don’t you have everything here to run a test and find out what the real problem is, he said I will check a couple of things. Wait to the point that I was the first and the last, close to 4:25, he came and told me the car was fixed, and the problem was the relay, I asked, do you anticipate any problems with the lights in the future, he said no. Left the place happy, despite of the wait, because they were able to fix the problem, thinking, I know the dealer is expensive but I am going to keep coming here. After I got home, I realized that the car inside did not look the same, the car seat was in the other side, the case of the cds was on the floor, the button plastic part on the front chairs are loose, the front bumper is misplace, my question was, what happened to my car, went back Saturday morning asking for the manager , Bill told me, the manager was not there, asked me, how may I help you, I explained everything to him and asked for somebody to fix and put everything in place, he said I cant, come back on Monday I said I have to work, he said well, come back when you can, the bumper its not loose, did not show the minimum interest, compassion, empathy for the situation, he said let me get your name and phone number our boss will contact you on Monday, no body called. Left the place crying thinking, they wont do that to a man, I truly don’t know what was the reason maybe because I am latin, a woman, don’t speak the way they speak, I just felt discriminated. I work in the service field and I treat everybody with excellence, don’t care if you have a private insurance or a public insurance, don’t care how you look I always treat every single person with excellence. Hope this will help to have a better service and treat every person with respect. Thank you for fixing my head lights God bless you all.

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Diver Chevrolet in early March, 2015. We prefer to do as much of the car buying process as we can online so we put our information through and were shortly contacted by sales associate,Jim Van Dyke. He was extremely pleasant and down to earth. it was a no-pressure conversation and we set everything up to be completed within a day or two. Now to the part that everyone hates. Actually going to the dealership to be tricked into buying every unnecessary added coverage and hidden fee by some swarmy finance guy while salesmen are staring you down like starved lions being shown a 200 lb steak. This experience is usually right up there with getting hit by a speeding bus. This is the time where you see if the management of the dealership either "gets it" or doesn't. If they get it, they will make it a pleasant, pressure free experience and you will provide great word of mouth recommendations to other people to shop there. If they don't get it, they will try every lame trick in the book to try and make a little more profit. You will then trash them on every review site you find and over time the dealership will lose much more in potential sales because of the negative reviews than the pittance they tried to make on you through deception. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Jim and again he was a very pleasant and down to earth guy as was everyone we came in contact with. He introduced us to the guy handling the financing that day and to my great surprise there were no tricks up his sleeve. He showed us a very easy to follow printout with 3 different columns indicating different extended coverage options, if we chose to add any. Yes, the most expensive column had all the non-essential add-ons that they try to get you to buy and that's fine. The key is how he's going to act when you turn them down. Is he going to be the stereotypical slimy used car pitchman/finance crook or is he going to treat you like an adult? We did want the basic 3 year added coverage and we picked that option. The finance guy gave us no trouble and didn't try to persuade us to get anything we didn't want. Refreshing! It ended up being a quick, hassle-free and pressure-free purchase and Diver Chevrolet seems to get it. I would recommend this dealership to others and buy from them again. I haven't used their maintenance department so I can't speak to that but the sales process was excellent. Matt Schwartz

Just bought my car 2 days ago and I love the place. I was greeted and assisted. Andy was very nice he introduced me to Thomas the one I spoke with about the car. Thomas went above & beyond taking care of us. Hadi the Finance Manager was nice too. They're all awesome! I felt welcomed. There was also a kind lady who gave my son some stickers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! It’s been a week today. Called to inquire on a 2014 Infiniti and spoke to Lou! Told him my situation with chapter 13 and he told me yeah, I can get u approved I have a lender to two to help! I’m very conscious about inquiries on my credit and expect if it can or can’t be done to let me know! Anyway filled out and app, called let Lou know. Said ok I’ll contact you back! The following day I had to call and reach out, said something along the line of; “the bank needed more information, I’ll call and find out in the morning and let you know!” A week later still no contact! So basically, wasted my time and now another hard inquiry on my credit due to me TRUSTING this dealership and his word! If you can’t help someone don’t lie and say you can, nor lie and say you will communicate back! It’s sad. Especially if you don’t know if a potential customer may have alternative routes! So if you have challenged credit, don’t go here you will just get lied too! Sad part I’m out of state!

Have had a positive relationship with this dealership for 25.5 years buying our first Suburban there in May 1992. Nothing but positive outcomes for the first 24.5 years. We have had 3 of our cars serviced there over the past year and each has had to go back to have the work corrected as not done correctly the first time. With most recent issues took to the Service Manager, Steve Martino on 3 different occasions and felt his responses in the last two interactions were very dismissive. Also brought the concerns to the owner's attention of the Franchise, Rich Diver. He just called back and said Steve was aware and dealing with. We had only escalated because we felt Steve was not addressing. Said goodbye to the one salesperson, Bob Havens, we worked with over all those years. Now spreading the word with all the folks we have recommended there over the years that Diver can no longer be relied upon. Just went to my neighbor whom got a new truck there in the past year on my recommendation and explained the calamities we have experienced and some other places he should now seek out to get his vehicle serviced going forward. Will see the rest of the folks at holiday parties, get togethers over the holidays, and will send emails to rest of them to make them aware of our poor experience the beginning of the year and suggest they steer clear of Diver going forward. Some folks need to be put out to pasture there, as the idiom goes. Diver is a company we can no longer support and will no longer recommend to our friends, family or business associates.

I have been visiting Diver Chevy for several years. I purchased of 2012 Traverse from them yesterday. I began my search for a car two weeks ago. I met with their sales person TJ Pierce on a rainy night about a half hour before closing. He not only made me feel welcomed, but he allowed my wife and me to take a vehicle out on a test drive. He reached out to me the following day and thanked me for visiting. He continued to maintain contact with me and went above and beyond my expectations regarding searching for a vehicle. I had decided on a vehicle and went to pick it up on a Saturday. When I looked over the vehicle, I changed my mind and told him that I wanted a different color and style than what I previously told him. He took the time to not only look into his stock, but he also searched the stock of other surrounding dealers. He remained patient and unnerved with me throughout this process. In the end, I chose a beautiful Red Traverse. I extend many thanks to TJ, Leslie, Irv, Chad, and the entire staff.

We purchased a new vehicle November 19th 2018. We were offered a free TV for a "Black Friday" deal. Out of curiosity we asked our sales rep on November 26th when we could expect to receive the TV. We reached out again December 10th.. and again on January 11th then again February 4th. Each time being assured we'd get it... but she wasn't sure what the hold up was. We picked up our license plate from the dealer in January and even spoke to her personally being reassured we'd have an answer promptly. Finally I called and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager on 2-8-19 at 1:40PM. The person who answered said none were available at that time but took my number and assured I'd be called back. That never happened. So then I decided to go onto their website and send an email with the above specific times we reached out for information regarding the deal. That was a few days ago, so that brings me here. I didn't want to give such a negative review since the sales person seemed so nice, but this is unacceptable.

From Oct. 2011: This sounds almost like a duplicate of the review below. I called up Scott and told him what I was looking for in a Chevy Equinox. He told me that there were two Equinoxes in stock that matched my requirements exactly. He told me the two color choices and my wife picked the red color. When I came to the showroom, the car was ready for me to drive away in - if the price was right. Scott was more than happy to sit down and explain my options - leasing or purchase - and without any pressure, and with answering all of my questions, I drove off with the new Equinox. I would recommend Scott and Diver to anyone!

I have been searching for car for my 18 year old daughter. I begin my search online and that's when I came across Diver Chevrolet. When I called I was greeted by Mrs Jodi who welcome me to come and check out the car I was interested in. I checked out the car and wasn't sold right away on getting it. When I was getting ready to leave and continue my search elsewhere, Mrs Jodi asked my husband and I to hold tight because she wanted to look into another option. When Mrs jodi returned she said she had the perfect car for my daughter and was offered the car at an amazing price. She took time out of her schedule to drive the car to my mechanic fir him to checkout. Later on in the week I brought my daughter down to see the car and to make sure it was a perfect fit. Mrs Jodi took my daughter on a nice drive. The drive didn't feel like business as usual it was more like a family drive! My daughter was sold and I was too! My husband wanted the car for himself the first day he saw it!! When it was time to move forward in purchasing the car, there was a discrepancy with price with management. However, Jodi stepped up and made everything possible! If it wasn't for Mrs Jodi I would have never visited this dealership again. I will refer everyone I know to her. Her professionalism, character, personality; honesty and fairness is what makes her an awesome sales woman. I will forever be grateful!!

and every time, my wife and I have worked with Trina. There are no sales pressure tactics, no bait and switch nonsense. Trina always has great knowledge of the cars we're looking at and takes care of us (sometimes all day!) when we've test driving cars and trying to make a decision on what to bring home next. The overall experience we had the first time around was nothing short of perfection and he did not disappoint the second time. Just a day ago I picked up my 2016 Silverado after Mark spent a full week tracking it down! Mark makes you feel like family and as long as he is with Diver my business will be as well. This was the best dealership I've been to in Delaware and Maryland. The associate I worked with, Erik Jr., was the most hard-working salesman I've met. I came in late night to Diver after an entire day of looking at every other dealership around. Diver was my last stop as they were the furthest away from my home. Even though I kept Erik jr. there for two hours after closing, he was always the most friendly guy in the world, even after the paper work was signed and he could've just went home, he stayed for an extra half hour just to teach my wife how to use all the features. He was never pushy, the whole experience just felt right, like I really was a valued customer.... Something you really don't feel much of anymore. There whole experience is great, the premise is very clean, fast service, excellent knowledge you'll leave feeling happy. Erik jr. my next car will be from you buddy, you were great! I negotiated a good deal on a 2013 Chevrolet Volt. I am coming from New York City and I called on March 20 to negotiate the price. This dealership is located in Delaware . I was emailed a bill of sale stating that the Price of the car was good until Monday pending I came with documentation and payment. I call today, March 21 before I prepare to make the three hour trip to Delaware. I spoke with the salesman who stated that the car actually sold this morning. That's business, I understand you have to sell so who has the cash or finances at that time. What really bothers me, what I think is unethical, is that no one from the dealership bother to call me to tell me the car was sold. You hear about these things all the time, that someone from out-of-state comes to get a deal and the car is sold and now that person is stuck at the dealership possibly in a position to buy a car that they don't want because the original car was sold. One of the salesman here noted to me that it was just a miscommunication and the two parties I was negotiating with were out Saturday. I find it very difficult to believe that no one from the Friday shift told the rest of the salesman hey there is a person coming in here with $20,000 just a heads up. I chose this dealership because they had great ratings on Google and other dealership review websites. But I had a really bad experience with them and the type of service and courtesy extended to me what's typical of a used car dealership. I'm not sure I would let the people at Diver Chevrolet sell me a bottled water or fill up my windshield wiper fluid. In all fairness, I did not technically complete a purchase or transaction with this dealership, but I think when you look at the context of why that is it speaks volumes as to what their level of customer service is for potential customers

Had a great truck buying experience. Hadn't bought a brand new vehicle in over thirty years, things have changed. I was referred to Diver Chevy by a coworker, that's how we met Scott. My son a I went to test drive some 2016 4x4 pickups and there happen to be a mutual friend of theirs there (small world). That sort of opened up the conversation and we talked about people, race cars, food, Vegas and trucks. He also had a picture of a Nova he used to drag race at the tracks in the tri-state area. We test drove a Silverado and a Colorado during which time he explained the features and options available and had some personal input as he has a truck himself. It seems that once you have a pickup you always have a pickup, I'm replacing a 1994 Silverado, of which I've owned for the last 17 years. To sum things up, Scott was very patience, it took me a while to decide, but he didn't seem to mind at all. In the end he was able to put me in a new Silverado crew cab Z71. If your in the Wilmington, Delaware area look Scott up.

Not a good dealership at all. For a Chevy Dealership, that SHOULD accept another warranty from ANOTHER CHEVY DEALER, they didn't. The guy was absolutely rude about it. No explanation, no nothing we were just told 'We don't accept it'. We were visiting my aunt and my moms check engine light came on. Didn't mind the wait, the check-in guy outside was super nice, they had a nice waiting room. But that doesn't make up for bad customer service.

What a great experience from this group. I needed a new tire due to a blow-out, and decided to get a whole new set as it was due. From the time I got a quote from "Woody" (who let me know that my current tire is discounted, but the replacement is rated better and let me know all the details) in the parts department to delivery of the installed tires on vehicle was simply awesome! Mark the service rep was fantastic, i dropped off the car, he asked all the right questions, and made sure i understood everything. I was expecting the car the next day, but SUPRISE they did it the same day! WOW-great service. When checking out, Diane was just as equally impressive, and just super polite and made sure I was a happy customer. My experience started off wonderful, but as soon as I signed the papers.. It all went downhill. I bought my car March 23, 2016 and STILL don't have my permanent plates. Today is May 15th. Everyone I've talked to makes an excuse or brushes me off instead of actually helping me. I've never gotten a clear answer of when they will arrive. I was actually told that I could just be issued another temporary tag! I have NEVER heard of that happening. I shouldn't have to wait this long. Before the plate issue, there were other problems. This was my first loaned car so I had a lot of questions. Nobody wanted to answer them when I was no longer giving them any money. Any time I talked to one person they would say to talk to someone else and it became a cycle of no one helping. When I tried to contact my salesman he just brushed me off. He even went as far as not responding to one of my emails! I was told my loan company was one bank and after not being able to set up an account, I reached out to my salesman. He said to, as usual, contact someone else. I could go on and on about the bad service I had in the months following my purchase. I will NEVER recommend this dealership or do any type of business with them in the future. They are HORRIBLE!! Update: It wasn't until after posting this review that I actually got help. It's a damn shame that that's what it took. I got phone calls from my salesman and both owners. Within a few days of posting the review I had my permanent tags. I was happy that everything was taken care of so quickly. Unfortunately I still had a bad experience overall. I added one star to my review because, even though everything was eventually handled, I feel like if it was that easy it should have been done months ago. Being an out-of-state buyer slowed down the process without a doubt but the way it was handled was unacceptable. During my calls with one of the owners, he actually had the nerve to cut me off and give me attitude when we were talking. Excuse me for being angry but the way this place handled my business could not have made me feel any other way. At the end of our phone call he actually asked me to take down my review!! I almost outright laughed at him. I'm glad my experience with Diver is over. Now if only I could get their emblem off my car.

My husband and I are retired and needed a deal we couldn't refuse. Not expecting to find that deal, we were pleasantly surprised. To everyone in the Philadelphia-metro and surrounding suburbs, it is well-worth the drive into Wilmington to buy from the Diver Team. I say team because all three of the people my wife and I worked with for our Silverado purchase worked WITH US, to get the best price/fit possible. Sara in their internet sales department, Ian our Client Advisor and Tom in Financing made the process smooth and professional. Using their online inventory list, we were able to find a truck that we wanted, worked out the pricing with Sara, met Ian to test drive and educate us on the specific features of the truck and wrapped up the visit with Tom. Because the negotiations were done with Sara, via text and email, and we pre-applied online with Diver for credit approval, it was completely, C O M P L E T E L Y, void of the typical car-sale tension, delays and inevitable "Well, I'll need to review this with my Manager". We knew what the price would be, and the % interest before we even walked into the dealership. THEN GET THIS - when handed off to Tom, he actually got us a BETTER % RATE AT THE SAME TERM - that put money back in our pocket! And here is the real kicker - this all took place within less than 12 hours. Our first communication with Sara was at 9:00 AM, and by 8:00 PM that same day, we were leaving Diver, all paperwork finalized and signed. I wish all my car buying experiences were as gratifying as the one we just had at Diver Chevrolet. Well, they will be from now on - Ian, see you next year for that new Bolt!!

I was also advised that my car is scheduled for recall and the order was placed for the parts. I will receive notification when the parts come in. I came in looking for an AWD SUV to replace my car that needed a new transmission, Clay Wessell introduced me to the 2016 Equinox, outlining the features and advantages it had over the Honda CR-V, the other option I was considering purchasing. Clay gave me the option to test drive both the 4-cylinder and V6 model and decide for myself which model I prefered, which was appreciated. I had a prior engagement so my time was limited but Clay was thural with all the information and allowed me to 'borrow' the V6 to see if I really wanted it. After about 4 hours I decide this was the car for me and headed back to the dealership. I appreciate the fact that they stayed open for me to get through all the paperwork and once again, I didn't feel rushed at any point during the financing paperwork with Andrew. This was my first Chevrolet, pretty sure it won't be my last.

So far, I have had a below satisfactory experience with Diver. Manager seemed inconsiderate about my time and work schedule. I had my vehicle towed in on Thursday but couldn't get it looked at until the following Tuesday. I had my claims adjuster come out and look at the vehicle and the diagnosis was agreed upon. Things seemed to improve in terms of customer service and my confidence that Diver could get the job done. After picking my car up the following Thursday is when things got really frustrating. I didn't get 5 blocks away from the dealership before I heard disturbing noises from the same area where my vehicle just recieved repairs. What was even worse was that I also heard unfamiliar nosies coming from my engine! I immediately called the service department and I was told that they were gone for the evening. Wow, that was fast. It worries me that either Diver techs did not test drive my car after the repairs, or worse, they in fact did hear the noise but just didn't mention it. Oh wait there's more! I finally got in contact with the service manager the following morning, and he informed me that I could bring my car in to have it reinspected. How? I can't just take off another day to repair incorrect repairs. I told him how about I come in the following day which was Friday, so I can set up something in advance transportation wise. He told me that was not possible because he wouldn't have techs in that day. On a Friday! I never heard of a car dealer service shop not having techs available on a Friday in my life! I am scheduled on Monday but it seems that I may have to reschedule for later in the week. Its unfortunate because I have heard such good things about Diver. I was actually considering buying my next vehicle from you guys in the near future. Now, I am not so sure about that idea. Overall, I am not mad at Diver just somewhat disappointed. I was excited about starting an automotive partnership with them. I have an older vehicle and it would feel good to have a reliable Chevy service shop to count on when things start to wear down.

Purchased first vehicle from Diver in 2008. No problems. Traded it in October 2018. The second purchase has been a awful. We took it in for a service issue and it sat at the service department for 12 day's and wasn't touched. Diver called about the tags being completed and they never transferred my handicap tag. Salesman said he would take care of it. Still waiting on that????? . I went to DMV for another vehicle and asked them if it was taken care of. Not at all. Charged us for taxes and tags and never finished. We had to take care of it. Now it gets really bad!! DMV transfers everything over for us. I get out to the car and notice a registration card for the vehicle I traded in. Diver never took the vehicle out of my name. Two months in my name. Terrified that somone is driving around getting tickets. Back into the DMV and I had to fill out the paperwork/ bill of sale. It has been a horrible experience. I can go on and on. We purchased from Diver because they are local and have been in business for a long time. Doing what they did to us very unprofessional. I will not refer anyone to Diver.

We have been buying Chevrolets from Diver for 49+ years. A few weeks ago we visited the showroom for about 35 minutes. We had some time between appointments and we wanted to take a look at the 2018 Traverse. Matt Anderson was extremely helpful throughout the process. We went back in the early afternoon, test drove the Traverse and bought that vehicle that had been on the showroom floor. Usually we take a long time to make a decision on a new car and keep them for 10 years and 150,000+ miles. I was waiting for GM to announce a new Trailblazer to replace our 2009 Trailblazer with 163,000 miles. in the middle of the sales process, Rich Diver came over and told us that it was rumored that GM would likely announce the new Trailblazer that afternoon. A great "heads up" from Rich and momentary dilemma for us. Do we wait for the new Trailblazer or proceed to buy the Traverse? A quick decision. We liked the Traverse and finalized the purchase. That was two weeks ago and we really like the vehicle and appreciate the personal attention from Matt and Rich.

Dropped in on 12/31/15 to look at end of year specials. Saw an advertisement online for a Chevy Malibu lease and thought I'd take a look at this local dealer to replace my high mileage T-16 Skyhopper. It was the first time I visited this dealership and I was blown away by the well kept and managed facility. Massive hangar space for new or personal vehicles brought in for maintenance was phenomenal to see. I've seen nothing like it in this galaxy. The Internet Sales Manager was quick to introduce me to Sales Consultant, Ilene, upon my arrival. Ilene provided me with a test drive of a 2016 Malibu Limited. It was a great test ride and I felt that all of my questions were answered. Initially, I wasn't expecting to purchase. I didn't feel pushed by Diver to buy as some sales departments can behave. However, with such a strong deal that Ilene and her sales manager were able to provide at year end, I couldn't pass up on it. I happily purchased and picked it up in 2 days that following weekend after it was washed and fueled. Over the weekend, I noticed that the radio was not working (it actually wasn't working well during the test drive, but was assured that a software update would fix it). It would lock up when browsing XM. I brought it into the dealership to have a software update performed. When the software update failed to upload, the dealership replaced the radio unit. They generously kept the car for a few extra days until I had the time to get over there. They also provided a free shuttle from my house for me to pick it up! Overall, I have been impressed by the service and attention to detail that Diver provides. This has been one of the best dealership experiences I have had.

I always have a great experience when taking my 2008 Suburban for service, however this last time was especially exceptional. I had been having an annoying sound coming from my stereo for months and every time I would take it in they could not duplicate it. This last time I asked that they not give it back to me until they found it because it had become so incredibly annoying and frustrating. They were able to finally hear the noise but not duplicate it and thought they knew what the problem was but were not 100% sure. In addition to the regular service they also found some other issue with the AC etc...and the bill was piling up. I gave them the go ahead to do all work including the "possible" solution to the problem. This is where they blew me away. Bill called and said he would prefer I take the truck home and see if I hear the noise. The service team had disconnected what they thought was the problem...if it made the noise it was solution A and if I didn't it was then solution B. When I went to pick up the truck Bill informed me that he did not go ahead with the AC issue as it was mid-winter and not urgent, and the noise issue could potentially be expensive. Who does that anymore? I had given them full permission to fix all the issues which would have been costly. At the end of the day it ended up being a cheaper fix then initially thought. So I did not spend as much money as they could have made in repairs that particular day, but I will never go to anyone else for any of my repairs and or service. Honesty and integrity prevails and good customer service is still alive at Diver Chevrolet!

I made a “MISTAKE” Please you don’t!!!! Saw a car “ONLINE” went there to purchase it, We test drive the car, we liked it decided to purchase it. SALESPERSON asked about almost $3000 more then what it was listed online. So they were just FISHING with online prices(we were the fish as they say) We said “NO” and take off then they came back to us with online price BUT we have the purchase it with loan.( we were going to give full amount check) So we got it with loan. LADY help us with loan application who works for dealership (in conversation we told her we pay full amount in next bill day) she took her time to get us loan in lower rate, So dealership Can make more money ( that’s all they care about) even we told her we didn’t want it. So that LADY!!! filled our paperwork month after our purchase. Temporary license plate is expired. You can’t get a parking permit with it. NOBODY is returning calls,voicemails,responsible person always busy to pick up calls or return it. BECAUSE they got my money they don’t need me anymore. Based on my own experience all I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

The work was completed as defined. In general, Diver does a great job. This time not really up to their high standards. Had a 7:20am appointment, heard nothing so stopped off around 2:30pm. The work had not been started. Got the Truck back around 4pm. Next day went to a another location to have my alignment done and they indicated that that my battery should be replaced as it was not performing at the correct level. I confirmed the readings and replaced the battery. Diver had done a courtesy check and indicated that the battery was fine. Disappointed that Diver had not indicated there was an issue with the battery.

Not at me or another customer he was frustrated with something but decided to VERY NON DISCREETLY said the f bomb and other choice words WHILE customers around. Then I paid over 100 for my headlight BULB to be replaced when they decided that I didn't need to know about that until AFTER I paid. To fix it would be 102 PER headlight so about 204 to fix HEADLIGHT BULBS. I live in walking distance to this dealership it is SEVERLY convenient but I will NEVER go back and I HIGHLY recommend everyone do the same to not be in the situation I am.

I called and spoke to first Diane she was very nice even though I was a little annoyed. My car would not start and I was at the Market with perishable food in my vehicle. She was able to disarm my negative feelings right away by listening to me vent and explaning they would do all they could to get my vehicle back to me on the same day. Dave had to explain to me that my vehicle would not be back to me until Tuesday ): I requested a loaner vehicle. He explained currently not 1 vehicle was available. Much to my surprised he called be back and in a matter of minutes he was able to secure a loaner vehicle. I was so truly happy. That he even took the time to call me back and tell me he now had a vehicle available. He did not have to do that. That's what made them both earn my respect for them and for Diver Chevy. I will tell anyone who wants to buy a car in the area to go to Diver. They know what customer service is all about Thanks again Diver!!!

I called several times trying to reach service, the phone rang and rang and rang. The operator took my information and said someone would call me, which they never did. When I went in, a man named Bill or something (unkempt with plastered down, unwashed hair) took my file and didn't even look at me, acknowledge me, just walked to his desk and said "Can I help you" with his back to me! He was interrupted me, ignored my questions. Just ugh.

Where to begin my experience with the sales team and finance department were superb. However when it came to the service department they are a joke. Every time I go in there is a issue. Last time I was in, I asked them to check a few things they never did. I had to go to a real mechanic to get it fixed; will never use Diver Service department ever again.
