The service lady is rude and inconsiderate. She told me it was my problem to figure out how to get to work while they have my car for 2 days. This will be the 3rd time it will be in the shop for the same problem and she said I need to ask people for rides. If the vehicle had been fixed the 1st time it was there I wouldn't need a ride.

I highly recommend anyone who’s in the market for a car to check out Colonial Motors in Smyrna, the staff is incredible and very friend and they do what they have to do to get you into a car with you personal needs! I have never met such wonderful people who went above and beyond for me, I had a horrible situation and only had $500 down credit worse then you can imagine and didn’t even have a vehicle to come to the store to do much and did my application online and with the wonderful help of Steve Ryan he did everything online and over the phone for me because I had to find rides to come to Smyrna, when he told me I could get into what I needed with what I had I so happy, and I love the fact that they check all vehicles before they leave making sure they are up to date with maintenance needing to be done, because who wants a car you just bought to break down to worse. Highly highly recommend you going there if you’re needing a new vehicle, thanks again for everything you guys did!!

So upset with this dealership. My car did not get worked on the day it was on the schedule. Valarie told me that my car did not get worked on because they had sold vehicles that had to come first. I don't understand you are working on cars that have not yet been purchased instead of customer cars. Is this dealership about seeing how many cars they can sell instead of making the customers they currently have happy.

Called about a vehicle twice in one day, asked if they could send me pictures of the car. They said they would be uploading pictures later in the day. They never did. I called again and said I would be down to look at it. Drove 45 minutes there just to find out it sold the day before and no one could tell me. I would not recommend this place.

My experience has been a nightmare as well bought a small suv it blew up once took it back they say they fixed it blew up again so they said they would trade it in on something else and I did on a full size pick up now that's blown up and now I'm stuck with no vehicle and still making payments have to get a loan to fix something that I am still paying on. @ 22% 15,000 for truck after 3500 down and finance charges it was29,900 I paid for it for a blown up piece of junk never again

I was helping out a family in desperate need of a car. No new, but reliable was what I asked for at the delaership. I placed my trust in the saleman and learned a valuable lesson. Buyer beware, be very aware! Two starters, eletrical issues, blem battery marked "Bad", 50-50 chance of starting on any good day.....horrible. Upon calling the dealer just two days after the sale, I was told basically tough luck sucker! This very used car has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I learned my lesson, but the family I tried to help is paying the price. Their last dollar into this piece of junk is gone.

How Can We Help

I was buying a used car for my 17 year old and was NOT looking forward to dealing with a "used car salesman". We ended up at Colonial where my daughter fell in love with a red Kia Forte. Rich the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very reasonable and I felt he wanted to take care of us. He made sure everything he promised was done and had it ready on time. They take care of everything, we didn't even have to go to Motor V (hal-a-lu-ya). Sadra the finance lady was very thorough and easy to work with. I only had 1 complaint, Jack quoted us tax & tags were going to be $340 & they ended up being $496 so make sure you double check with Sadra.Jack is Jack...he has his excuses but no hard feelings. All in all, the experience exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work Rich!

Just got a 2007 cadillac dts. From them not even 2 months ago I've had to get it towed 2 times already and the repairs are never done in a timely matter and then they give me the go around when I call to find out what's going on I know for sure in not going to be a returning customer once this car is paid off

Bought a used car there five months ago, already spent over a quarter of the cars value in repairs. Other reviews have mentioned rotting tires and other simple fixes Colonial carelessly ignores and my car was no different. Choose any of the other dozens of used car dealerships in the area and avoid this "family business" like the plague.

On 9/29/17 I went to Colonial Motors and the salesman Mike was great but the other people working never called me back for a quote on my trade in or if the van was ok without having a line of credit. I am really disappointed.

Good car lower mileage only had to fix a few this for the 3 years I had it but the bad thing is they cut corners on repair jobs they put a used lower control arm on and a new one was only one hundred dollars and they stripped the axle bolt for the passenger side

I have been dealing with colonial motors for 5 years I love the people that work there they are very friendly I'm working on trading my car in now and getting a newer one...my first car was in the shop and yes they took there time but I wasnt rushing them because I knew they was very busy they kept in contact with me and let me kno what was going on sometimes it takes time some things u cant do in 1 hr. Only car dealer I'm ever dealing with
