I bought a Tacoma from them last year, and I love it! You'll usually have to settle for average fair market value listed price (per KBB), which is not bad at all when their prices start at the higher end of the fair market price range. They'll let you test drive the vehicle without a salesman while driving, so you can really get a feel for the vehicle, which is the first dealership I have seen do that! It is nice to have that trust from the beginning. This dealership is very much about friendly, efficient service, so don't waste their time trying to talk down the KBB average fair market listed price. But, I can guarantee you'll leave there knowing you made a solid deal with an excellent quality new/used vehicle! Mark and Cecil (Sales consultants) and Mr. Chi (salesmanager) are outstanding! Thank you all very much for your patience with me and continuous hard work! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

What is wrong with the people at this place?. They are so rude and treat you differently based on how you look. I went there twice, one week apart dressed differently. Casual dressed, took 13 mins (timed it) on a slow Tuesday, before someone came to greet me and even that was rude. Dressed business casual, people ran right to me. Either way, I can not believe this place is still open with there bad customer service and all the other bad reviews they get. I thought that I was the only person experiencing this bad service, but after reading other reviews, I know this place is bad.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

It is a great car that he got me at a great price. He worked with my credit and my trade in to get me the best possible deal. I have low monthly payments and a 6.5% interest rate. This is the worse Toyota dealership I have used in my life. The service professionals are not knowledgeable and provide elementary responses to your questions. Very blue collar. I took my car in for repairs and someone took my e-cigarette from my personal belongings. The second time I took my car in, mainly because the only Toyota dealer in the area, I went in for one thing, because I refused additional parts, they charged me anyway.
Had oil changed! They are very good at explaining issues they've discovered for you to consider repairing!

Bought my 2012 Corolla from them in October 2014 from their salesman Tom, very nice man and great negotiator in price, their service department has a very nice waiting room with amenities such as free coffee and water and a television, the staff in the service department is very friendly but I will say that their prices are a bit on the ridiculous side, I only went to them for one oil change and tire rotation because I received a one time $25 off coupon for my first oil change because I bought the car there, but even with 25 off it was still $55 which is quite ridiculous, I will most likely take my vehicle elsewhere for future maintnence.
I bought my 2001 Toyota Camry here. I loved the sales department and would def buy a car from them again. Mark was my sales person and he was very friendly and willing to work with me. I had to get a part for my car a couple months after I got my car (a charcoal canister. No big deal). I called the parts department at C.F. Schwartz to get a quote and they told me $315. I called around and it seemed to be the same price else where but decided to get it here. When I went in to get it, they told me it was something like $460. When I told I got quoted $315, I don't know who it was but the guy got ignorant and said that maybe I called some where else. Almost like I was being called a liar to my face. I got some money knocked off but not knocked down to what I was quoted. I don't think I will use the parts department again or recommend them to anyone. But I would by from Mark again.

Called for a motor mount bracket dude pretty much told me that if I buy it and it’s the wrong one I can’t return it and Just horrible customer service.
Worse customer service I ever experienced. I am new to the community and chose C F Schwartz to service my vehicle since they were close to where I live. I was told I was 3min outside of their shuttle service area. I asked for a one time consideration since it only amounted to a total of 6 min and I was new to the community with no one to available to bring me. I was told no, and that I should consider catching a cab. This is the worse case of customer service I have ever experienced, which I allowed to take me out of my element, to the point of using profanity, which I regret doing and apologize. However, I do not understand a dealership who is not willing to make a minor one time exception when it was only a matter of approximately a total of 6 min. for the sake of customer satisfaction and continual customer business. So if you are looking for polite and accommodating customer service at the Service Department, please DO NOT CHOOSE C F SCHWARTZ TOYOTA SCION AS YOUR VEHICLE SERVICE PROVIDER.. I asked to speak to the owner or have the owner's e-mail address. They said they did not know the owner's number and gave me the service department's e-mail address. So not to mention they tell lies as well. I give the service department and the customer relations department MINUS 5 STARS!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON ONE STAR IS SELECTED IS BECAUSE I COULD NOT SUBMIT MY COMMENT WITHOUT SELECTING AT LEAST ONE START. Brought my boyfriends 2010 Prius in because it wouldn't start. The issue was fixed but the technician ripped wires out of my subwoofer. When I asked them about it the technician said my $4k repair was covered under warranty so I have no right to complain that they damaged my brand new $2k subwoofer and amp. When I asked if they can fix it I was told it's aftermarket and they can't touch it. They had no problem pushing it out of the way without care or concern for the wires soldered in. They had no respect for my property, they just shoved it out of the way like it was a empty cigarette pack. I was never told my sub didnt work, I was told it was moved and that was it. Not that wires were damaged or that the amp was damaged. Now neither work and I'm out two thousand dollars. I was told not to complain because my car was fixed for free under warranty. Never returning, telling anyone I know with a Toyota to absolutely steer clear of this location. If that technician doesn't care about my property, why would they treat anyone elses property different? All in all, they fixed my car and damaged my property in one fell swoop. It's nice to know your customers come first. After being spoken too like that, I feel completely and utterly disrespected by being told my free fix now cost me two thousand dollars. Thanks.

We are so pleased with the amazing service that we received from Ray Holland at C.F. Schwartz. Ray helped us pick out the perfect car for our daughter. He made numerous suggestions and had us look at different vehicles so we could make the best decision based on our budget. We appreciated that Ray was very honest with us from the beginning and worked with us to truly receive the best deal possible. We purchased the car about a month ago, and Ray has stayed in contact with us to find out how my daughter enjoyed her "surprise" at her birthday party. CF Schwartz took my car in during Firefly music festival with no appointment, fixed my AC on time and was able to pick it right up Monday morning on the way home. The charges were waived and the customer service was excellent!!! Buy your Toyota here!

I would avoid this dealership at all costs, the service department, in particular. Here is why, it's not a workmanship issue per say, but they are blatantly dishonest to the point it is insulting. Take your business down to Hertrich. My service advisor was Tesla Melvin, but it was an older mechanic who was the root cause here. I brought my 2016 Tacoma in for a service under Toyota care at 16,020 miles on May 22, 2017. The oil change interval is 10,000 miles, unless used for heavy towing or extensive off road use, at which point the manual recommends 5,000 miles. Toyota care only provides 2 free oil changes, understandable. I had my oil changed around 10,000 miles, but for about 4500 of the last 6020 miles I had been towing a fairly loaded trailer around the southeast region of the country. Upon checking in with the service desk I explained this, acknowledged that iI would be using my second and last oil change and was ok with that, and was seated. Upon receiving my keys back at the completion of the "service" which took about an hour and half to check fluids and rotate tires? I asked if the oil had been changed. "No." Well why not? "Well because you only get two changes and you're not due until 20k miles." Toyota doesn't specify when the two free Toyota care changes occur, just that it is only two. Ok, well I said I needed it done, and again, here is why. Then I get some nonsense that the tech did not see it necessary, so I ask to speak to him. He informs me it only needs to be changed at an earlier interval when the truck has been towing. I said that I very clearly explained that I had been towing, significantly. To which he told me that it is only when towing and off road use have occurred. This is false, but for sake of argument the truck had been both off road and towing, so I told him that. Then, and this is the kicker, he suggested to me that the manual states that the truck only needs the shortened interval when towing offroad in mud and big hills... At this point he was just making things up, and lying through his teeth, which is embarrassing for himself, and insulting to me. At this point I just suggested he take another look at the manual and think about what he was saying, and I left. I will take me business elsewhere, and have relayed to all my friends and coworkers to do the same. If you're going to lie to get out of scheduled maintenance that was scheduled over a week in advance, and waste my time and insult me, at least come up with a coherent story and lie. Go down to Hertrich in Milford, it is well worth the drive, if you don't want to be swindled for no good reason.

After searching for a Tacoma at two other dealerships, I found myself at CF Schwartz in Dover. I met with Mark Smith who was not pushy and made a better deal than the other two dealerships. The staff were friendly and the transaction was quick and hassle free. It was the best vehicle buying experience I have had and I buy a new vehicle every two years.
Two strikes for this dealer from this loyal Toyota buyer. I took my Tacoma there for a recall (undercoating) and they made a mess of my vehicle. I got another recall for leaf springs, and was told I had to bring it in first for "inspection." I drive 30 minutes each way so a tech can take a 30-second look and say "we don't have the parts." Inspection? Really? I had to drive an hour for that? Then when I took the vehicle in I took them up on their offer for a "free" brake check. While waiting they tried to sell me on new air filters for $60. Then when my vehicle was done they tell me they didn't check my brakes because they booked only 2 hours for the job because Toyota doesn't pay them enough for recalls. I told the service writer there was a problem with the emergency brake, and the correct response should have been, "Let's pull those drums and see what's wrong." But nope, just reassurances that drum brakes don't often go bad, and the emergency brake probably just needs adjusted. They didn't have time to fulfill their promise for a free brake check, but they had time to remove my air filters and try to sell me on $60 in parts and labor. In the 2 hours I was in the waiting room only two customers came through, and the service bay was empty with people standing around. I now know why. My advice - drive 2 miles down 13 south to Pep Boys, where a "free" brake check actually gets your brakes properly inspected!
Purchased a SCION from another dealer because my local dealer (CF Schwartz) did not stock it and could not offer the promotions. Was assured CF Schwartz could do the routine service and that came free for the first two years. Had to drop it off and leave it for a day and when I picked it up, guess what? They never did the oil change. The next day I asked what happened and they just told me I had to bring it back with no reason or apology. They told me they would do it while I wait this time and it should take about 20 minutes. 50 minutes later it was finally done, again with no apology, just a very poor attitude. When contacting their service department for parts for my Toyota experienced the same attitude. It seems so easy to offer good service. It also seems like it would take effort to offer bad service but they put in the effort for bad service. Sad. Just sad.

Bought a new 2018 Tacoma Cab truck!
I went in to test drive two vehicles and ended up buying a Highlander. I love it. Tom Russo, the salesman was so helpful and worked with me and explained all of my options. The general manager Mr. Spangler was equally as personable and kind. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle at this establishment. They even brought it into the garage so it was heated up. Mark is NOT one of those obnoxious car salesmen. He is low keyed and genuinely wants to do what is best for all parties. If these two vehicles last 18 years IDK who we will purchase from as Mark will hopefully be RETIRED by then.....LOL
Blower fan in NEW car makes chronic loud chirping noise. Husband has the same car (year and model) without the noise. Service manager looks me in the eye at every oil change and tells me it’s normal.

This review is for the service department. This is one of the worst service centers I have ever dealt with. First, they are extremely difficult to work you in for an appointment. Usually I have to schedule 2 weeks out because the only appointments they have are in the middle of the day when I am working. They will not call you back if they have a cancellation. Other Scion dealers can "work" you in the next day or even the same day if needed. Secondly, they didn't even know the maintenance schedule on my Scion. They even argued with me about it when I had the owners manual in my hand with the maintenance schedule. I had to call Toyota to get them to realize they were wrong. What kind of dealer doesn't even know the service schedule and then says you don't know what your talking about??? They need some serious revamping of their customer service if they want me to ever come back there again. I would not recommend them to a friend.
I returned a lease and purchased a new Sienna mini-van from them in late October 2016. Both transactions went very well. I returned my lease without any issues and negotiated a very fair deal on the new vehicle with a minimum of hassle or pressure. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased or leased from them over the last 10 years (all with Mark), and I have been happy with both my sales and service experiences.
After finding a vehicle via their website I talked to Dustin Carey from Internet sales. After a few conversations we were able to work out a deal. I never felt pressured to buy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating - from sales all the way through the to paperwork process. They took care of us even after purchase and made sure our van was to our satisfaction. Would recommend Dustin and staff to anyone looking to buy.

I was amazed at the service I recieved at CF Schwartz. I first inquired about a 2015 RAV4 online. The internet sales manager, Dustin Carey responded immediately and I met with him the very next day. I had a specific idea of what I needed to happen to be able to afford a new vehicle and keep my payment the same and Dustin and Mr. Lugo made that happen for me with a brand new 2016 RAV4 and I couldn't be happier with it. Even better my 3 year lease includes the Toyota care which covers maintenance for 2 years or 250000 miles! You can't beat it! I can't thank the team at CF Schwartz enough! Have referred several friends and family there already
