Was in on March 7th 2019 and walked in thinking I wasn't going to be able to finance a car at all. My credit isn't at it's worst but it is also not perfect either. I had Clay (EZ Clay) as my wonderful salesman and let me just tell you I was supposss to be there at 12:30, ended up being a hour late getting there, this man was out on his lunch break and came back for me. We sat there for what seemed like forever to me because I was getting myself stressed out, my own fault, but he had me drive a 2017 Ford focus SE and let's just say I now own it....Clay went above and beyond to make sure I left there with a car.. I am beyond grateful for his services and the entire CarzMadeEZ team...you guys are all amazing!!! Clay huge shout out to you my man....THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!

Changing my review from five to one. Was sold a 2017 Sonata bank ok'd they said it was a done deal. Ran out of time hubby had to get to workand they said out was going to take another hour to finish paper work. Went back the next day to sign papers and pick car. Whole different story. Said they entered info wrong and bank wanted 150% more down payment! If I had that I'd buy a car out right. And then they wanted more info from an insurance payout from my last car being totaled. Fed up with all car dealers! P. S. Nothing against Vincent he's a very nice guy

Stopped by to look at cars on the lot that were listed on their website, none of their cars on the website were on the lot. Even if the cars had been on the lot, they had a Rap radio station on site blasting music so loud you couldn't talk without yelling. I expressed my displeasure with the noise and distraction to the salesman who shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

Where do I start, my world came crashing down on Saturday 8/3/19, I wrote William on Facebook, as we've been friends for a couple years, and next thing you know, I told him my situation, (which was as bad as it could get) I was stressed out crying, he told me Shelby, stop stressing and come in, frantic at work on a Monday 8/5/19, they closed at 7, and I worked 30 minutes away, and I got off at 6, I text him told him I was on my way, well, I was then met with Daniel W. He is an absolute sweetheart, and eased my mind with a simple "I got you, don't worry" and it was history from there, they did everything in their power, to get a single mom, that's in school, works full-time, with no help from anyone, into a car that day, well whatever voodoo magic Daniel and William had, it worked, they got me into a perfect little car, and promised that if I made my payments on time, in 6 months I can upgrade, I was so incredibly happy with both of them! We both laughed , (I cried) and thanked the good Lord above for the two angels he sent down to help me that day! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart, and if you guys ever need to come see a chiropractor, I got ya!
