Carman Ford Lincoln were great to work with in the purchase of my gently used 2016 Lincoln MKC Reserve. As I have not purchased a vehicle for 8 years, I was dreading the process. I set up an appointment with Blaine, the internet sales manager to look at a particular vehicle. When I got there, I met with salesman, Greg C-Futch. The car was pulled up and ready for me to look at. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very nice to work with. He negotiated a good deal for my trade. Finance guy, Bob, was also very nice to work with. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle or anything else. Carman made the entire experience a pleasure and I highly recommend them!

I purchased a 2012 GMC Arcadia in the summer months. Nice ride, good customer service. I now have a problem with Traction Control system that is causing my engine light to appear. I called the service department and was told to take it to a GMC dealer.I Was told they did not have a proper diagnostic machine to find the problem with my car. They would not even look at my car. What kind of car dealership sells cars and the service department will not service. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchased a car from Carman Ford again. The service department lacks professionalism and customer courtesy.

Took my car in for a recall & asked them to look at the trim with my keyless entry & passenger door as they’re coming off my 2016 Ford Explorer. Mind you a brought a bumper to bumper warranty 100,000 miles. First, they tell me it’s not covered under the warranty, even though when I brought the car, I was told everything would be covered except the actual key. I go to pick up my car and there’s a $75 “diagnostic fee”. This was NEVER communicated to me. I called to schedule the apt for the recall and they never said there would be fee for them to look at the trim nor did they tell me when they called to tell me my warranty wouldn’t cover it. My family members have purchased cars from there and taken their cars to the service dept with nothing but issues as well! I do not recommend Carmen ford!

Such a great experience my husband and I both had. We were out looking for a truck for my husband because his vehicle was totaled in an accident. We didn’t think going out on a Friday night any dealerships would be open. I decided as a last stop at carman ford since I had bought my Jeep from carman dodge a few years back. The sales rep and the used car manager were excellent. If it wasn’t for Mike giving us a discount we wouldn’t have been able to afford the truck my husband got. We LOVE the F-150 Lariat we purchased. It was certified, low miles, and in excellent condition for a 2015. The ride is so smooth you don’t even realize your in a truck. We’ve gotten so many compliments. I’ve driven the truck a few times and couldn’t be more happy. Thank you again to everyone at Ford for helping us get the dream truck my husband has wanted! We will Be back in the near future for my vehicle!

I contacted Carman Ford Lincoln for a pure favor and I was not sure if they were willing to help because I was trying to buy a used Lincoln at another dealership who doesn't have the window sticker. To get more info on this car, I had to contact a Lincoln dealer. I was able to reach the sales manager Frank and to my surprise, he was very nice and patient over the phone, taking the long VIN, pulling the window sticker and emailing me. He also made sure I received the email before finished the call. He clearly knows I am not bring business to him but he still took time to help me out! I appreciate it Frank! Just to let you know the window sticker helped me to find the truth behind the deal so I didn't take that car. I will go back to you!

Buying experience was pretty good when purchasing a truck. However, service is not up to standards. Long story short, they do not manage their recalls properly and make the appropriate notes as to what needs to be completed. Got done the same recall twice which not only wasted my time, but company's time and resources. They were not even aware that they had done it twice until I showed paperwork of the previous recall. Received a call the following week that parts are in for recall, and this was again for the same one.

I’ve been buying Ford cars and trucks for 50 years from many different dealerships over the years. From the moment I first arrived at Carman I was graciously greeted by JJ, a Carman salesmen, and was impressed by his down to earth greeting and welcome. We were turning in our Lincoln MKZ for a new one. JJ was very helpful throughout the process from that first greeting to taking delivery of our new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. His manager Frank was also great. When I returned to select the color we wanted my wife (it’s her car) was also impressed with the dealership. It seems they take every effort to be sure we’re comfortable while waiting on the paperwork, several times offering us snacks and water, coffee, etc. I will probably be purchasing a new F150 next year to replace my current F150 Lariat. I will definitely return to Carman Ford and JJ as they are by far the best dealership I’ve dealt with!

Called up Carmen Ford to have my truck air conditioner fixed which would’ve been for the 3 rd time in little over a month. I went to the service counter they told me I had no appointment, J called prior to going there and had one, I gave them the name of the person that made my appointment. They said that person does not work there, They gave me my money back and told me to go somewhere else. I went to the office at Carmen Ford and found the person that I made the appointment with. The boss in the service department was very rude, they could not get my car fixed after 2 visits, this would have been my third visit for same problem. You have 2 sit around waiting past 1 hour waiting for a ride home, which is part of getting your vehicle fixed there. Very rude service department, incompetence repair and you spend hours there. Do not take your car here.

The Carman Ford Lincoln body shop is fantastic! The front office staff is extremely courteous and professional whether you talk to them on the phone or in person. The employees who work as liaisons between your insurance company and Carman Ford are very professional, efficient, and courteous. The Body Shop employees and mechanics do amazing work! I've had body work done on two cars and both of them came back looking immaculate. My last repair was on the rear bumper of my vehicle and I was having an issue with a brake light. I made an appointment, took it back to them, they identified the problem within minutes and replaced the bulb for free - no questions asked. You are not going to find a more professional Body Shop that provides better service.

A quick shout out to Greg & Erwin for working with me to get me in the driver seat and out the door with my new (to me) 2017 F-250. To those that read this review, I can honestly say that I personally recommend that you contact, Greg Carraway-Futch, if you’re in the market for a new or used car or truck. Very easy to talk with and he quickly responded to all my emails. In less than 24-hours, I found the F-250 online, sent an email to the dealership to see if it was still available. Received an invitation from Greg to test drive the truck, negotiated the price via email with Greg, drove 2-hours in the pouring rain to set my eyes on the vehicle, took a test drive, processed all the paper work, and drove the truck home within 3-hours after having arrived at the dealership. Folks, it just doesn’t get much easier than that so go visit Carman Ford Lincoln and let Greg put you in the driver seat of your new or used vehicle. Another shout out to Erwin Lee for making the necessary evil paper work job so easy that I thought I was sitting with an old friend that I had known for years. Buying a car is a lot like buying a house. You sign your name a million times before they give you the keys, but Erwin and I shared a lot of laughs during the paper work process and that made the time go by quickly. Oh, I don’t work for Carman Ford Lincoln and I’m not in the business of selling new or used vehicles. This review is real....5-stars!

Excellent experience. Told our salesman James what we were looking for & our price range and he delivered! Then we went back to Carman & one of their staff comes out and looks over the vehicle ( we only had it overnight) and points out a couple of minor imperfections he observed on the color finish ( mind you, we bought a pre-owned car) and told us to bring vehicle back so they could correct them. The average person would have never noticed- so that is outstanding customer service in my book. I do have one complaint- they wouldn't part with the Matthew McConaughey cut-out! So I had to settle for a picture. But we still came out happy satisfied customers with our "looks brand new" Lincoln!

I bought a used F-150 in May 2017. The truck was listed as "Ford Certified." A few months ago, while hosing the underside, I discovered a bent bracket. There was an identical bracket, but not bent, on the other side of the truck. The direction of the bend indicated the bracket had been hit while backing up. When I brought the truck in for other service, I asked what the bracket was for. They said it is to hold a cover that "shields the pipes." (Part # FL1Z-5D032-B) They said it is NOT part of an off-road package, THAT EVERY F-150 HAS ONE. Replacing it would cost over $500! So much for Ford certified! How do you certify a vehicle when a major part is missing! I wonder if the spare tire is there or what else might be missing. I like the truck, but I'm very unhappy about this discovery. I feel like I was lied to. Larry, Thanks for your response. How can I contact you? I can't find a way using this review system.

I went here recently for my 7500 mile service on my Honda Odyssey because of a word of mouth recommendation. Just had my oil changed and tires rotated basically. The service was great though. I really felt like I could truly trust the Service Director, Steve Hudson. He was just such a great guy honestly that I’ll be bringing my car back here from now on.
