Great place to buy a new or used car. I bought a 2015 Camaro! Pierre "Frenchy" Saez was most helpful arranging everything we wanted added (i.e., leather seats at a discount, detailing, and new tires). Frenchy went well above normal in providing great customer service!

My wife and I acquired a truck from Boulevard and did a lot of research. We found the best deal there and I wanted a Ford F150 with lots of options. My wife claims I'm a pain when dealing with money but hey....how often do you spend that kind of money. Very satisfied with the deal and without the games that other dealers tend to play. Give me to the finance guy directly instead of going back and forth. We ended up making what I felt was a fair deal. Although....I'm sure no dealership ever lost money on me or any other client for that matter. Would recommend them for sure!

My little girl was down in Delaware and her water pump went out on her 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. So I had her have it towed to this station and it cost me 760.00 bucks. Well the petper who did the job cracked the coolent bypass and instead of replacing it they just sent it out. Well my kid car keeps over heating so I drove to Delaware to fix it. They never bled off the blender on top of the thermostat and so it had a bunch of air in the system .ye ye daddy has to come down and fix it. Good job boys

DO NOT go to this dealership. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I lost the car keys at the beach and it took them a day and a half just to get me a new set. I was left stranded with no car and the manager I spoke with didn’t really want to talk and said he would call me later and let me know why it was taking so long and I NEVER heard back from him. WORST customer service experience ever. Very disappointed with what happened.

Bought a preowned ford from this joke of a dealership get it home and decided to vacuum out behind the seats where the details guys forgot I guess and to my surprise the vent under the seat is popped out and laying right next to it is a big 12 inch knife take it back to these guys to try and fix a visibly damaged tire and I tell them about the knife under the passenger seat and all they do is say I'm sorry that could have been a really bad situation and to top it all off these guys made me wait and hour and a half for them to tell me even though we sold you this car with visible damage we can't do anything about it we are very sorry again I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything

Barry a sales associate began answering our questions and helping narrow our search for the right vehicle was underway. After seeing how professional Barry and the Manager were and seeing how the whole sales staff performed there duties it may our decision very easy. I sold cars for 13 years and I am very impressed with this dealership and staff. There was no pressure and getting to the right figure was very smooth. Needless to say I am a very happy customer. I live in Pa. and I was at the beach for the weekend. The battery in my F-150 went dead, so I purchased a new one. As I started home , a warning sound and light told me that my truck was not charging my battery. So I returned to my beach home and waited till Monday morning when your dealership opened. I did not have an appointment. I arrived a few minutes before 7am. and was greeted warmly by Lynn, one of your service tech’s. She told me that she would do what she could to work me in. Within an hour she came to me with a diagnosis and cost. That is excellent service for someone who did not have an appt and not a current customer! Hats off to everyone at Boulevard Ford!!

After getting a same day appointment for a check engine light and a wrench light, the dealer fixed those problems by the end of the day. The car would not accelerate depressing the gas pedal. They fixed it (and the oil change I asked for), and when I drove it off the grounds, a red exclamation point and the message "Pull over safely" appeared. When I returned to the dealer, it was closing, but a service manager kindly took a look. He reconnected a vacuum hose attachment, and it worked again. One would think that, before letting a customer leave the premises, after paying over $1000, all appropriate hose connections would be checked. I will not return again. It was not safe to drive.
