I've bought two cars from Boulevard now. Good local folks in there, whereas I've experienced other dealers who bring in outside sales specialists. I did have one problem during my experience, but the sales manager fixed it without hesitation or question. I will be going back to them whenever my next car need comes.

Facility- Ok but I've been in other dealerships that have invested in the comfort, entertainment and decor to make the waiting experience more palatable. Friendliness- In general, everyone is quite nice and accommodating. I love that they make arrangements for my transportation when needed. Diagnostics- I have spent a lot of money for items misdiagnosed and had to go back again to find the actual issue and pay additional cost to me. Value- It's probably an industry standard across the board but the repair prices are very high. I'm grateful for the rewards program. That help some.

I was very satisfied with the purchase of my new Ford Edge from Boulevard Ford in Georgetown De. Our salesman was not pushy and did not try to sell us features that we were not interested in. Bill Woods explained everything we needed to know about the process and after the purchase showed us how to work everything inside the vehicle. My husband and I have already recommended Bill Woods and Boulevard Ford of Georgetown to our friends and family. Best new car buying experience we have had.
Two hours for a scheduled oil change. Oil light came on a week later. Dont think I will be using Boulevard again.
Love my Escape but the service,,, not so much. The waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable but my complaint is with the service computer. I responded to a recall about the dipstick early after acquiring my Escape. I was told the oil change required for the recall would not be considered my first "free" oil change. When i returned for my scheduled one, I was told they had no evidence I was still entitled to a "free" oil change. Otherwise,, the service is great. I would definitely recommend Boulevard Ford to others.

I have had my vehicle serviced (scheduled maintenance) two times at Boulevard Ford on route 1 in Lewes. The service was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also did not come to me with a list of recommendation to run up the price, as so many dealerships do. I am very pleased with the service at this facility.

FYI: If you have State Farm insurance, you can get a discount if you sign up for the "Drive Safe & Save" program HOWEVER, you have to purchase a vehicle with a Sync Navigation system to upload the necessary vehicle reports for the discount. The dealership was unaware of this, BUT Ford is aware. Ford as a company failed in keeping the dealership up to date on this information or the dealership is not keeping up with the latest information.
This is not my first time for service at Boulevard Ford. The staff are very professional and courteous but foremost, they treat your automobile as they would their own. I have never had to go back once they service it. I highly recommend Boulevard Ford's Service center.
WTH! I'm waiting for my truck's oil change and Boulevard has some sort of YouTube streaming on their TV in the waiting room. I've never seen such nonsense in my life. It's crap that would appeal to a 10 year old. Everyone in the waiting room is an adult with average around 50. I guess I'm going to go and complain.

Always a great service, but the last week I've been there twice, once for oil change and today to mount tires. Both visits took over 2 hours each.
I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and I was pleased with my purchase. It was a little frustrating at first finding the place because I drove from the Washington, DC area & I wasn't given the correct location where to pick up my jeep. After I left the dealership and was not happy with items in my vehicle, I called Tom the sales manager who offered to pay for the missing carpet, purchase my weather mats, and even get my Maryland state inspection taken care of for me. The best part about it was he sent someone to pick up my vehicle so i didn't even have to make the trip back to DE beach. With this outstanding customer service I received I wish I could purchase another car/truck from Tom. Talk about going above and beyond!!! :)

I drive a 2005 F-250 super duty diesel, my wife drives a 2009 Lincoln Town Car and we bought a new 2015 F-150 for my daughter as a graduation gift. I have always been a very loyal ford customer. I had no problem with the sales department at all. They were great. I could not ask for better. My wife loves that with a 3000 mile service on her Lincoln, they wash the car for her. My problem is with the service department. I was told when we bought the new F-150 for my daughter that we did not have to make an appointment for service. Just pull up to the door on the right and we would be put in next. I would never take advantage of that option. I think it is more polite and courteous for every one. Me, your staff and other customers that might be waiting, so I always make an appointment. The last 2 times my daughter had her F-150 serviced it took over 2 hours. After an hour she was told 20 minutes.30 minutes later again she was told 20 minutes. She called me very frustrated. They had made her late for an appointment. It was more the condescending , rude tone that she received than the wasted time. That same thing happened to her twice. The same story, 2 times. My wife made an appointment to have the keyless entry number reset on her Town Car and had the same exact experience. Over 2 hours with out as much as an apology. She got the same rude tone when she was told 20 minutes, 3 times. I filled out another survey about this problem about 2 weeks ago , I received a call 2 or 3 days ago from a man named Skip, that had read my comments and was appalled at how we were treated at his facility. He told me that I was not the first to have the same complaints. This Skip was a great guy and made me feel much better about the whole situation. He assured me that this would not happen again. Skip, if this feedback gets to your desk I just want to say thank you for your concern. It did feel nice to be treated like a valued customer. Thanks again.

They sold me a vehicle with a badly bent rim. WhenI took it in they said the bend was not that bad. A few days after I left the tire blew and came off the rim while my 15 month old daughter was in the vehicle with me. I called the manager to let him know of the situation and as you could imagine he did nothing and never called me back like the said he would. Go elsewhere for a vehicle.
A big thanks to Boulevard Ford for properly identifying a serious problem with my Wife's Shelby. I had the car to two other dealerships with the same problem with one making repairs 3 times to only have the problem come back with in 200 miles. Skip at Boulevard saw(heard) the problem and through some excellent back office work discovered that the rear end in this high performance car was the wrong rear end for this car and was mistakenly installed by the factory. He took charge of the problem, identified it properly and took corrective action eliminating the problem. Great experience, got my attention and will have my business from here on. Ron Wildgust
I needed tires for my large SUV. Ordering, scheduling, and ease of the whole process was very satisfying. I like that they offer B/G fluid flushing for systems so I'll return to have those services too. Everyone I spoke with were polite and helpful.
I purchased a new Ford Escape in February. After a few months the battery went dead, unusual for a new car. I took it in and was told that batteries in new cars that have been on the lot occasionally go dead. The battery was replaced and charged. About a month later the battery was dead again. I had been driving the car almost daily so it was not that it was sitting out for a long time. It went into service again, the battery was charged and diagnostics were run but no malfunction was found. I was out of town for 10 days. The car would have been parked in Baltimore but I had no confidence that it would start so I left it at home and took our other car. When we got home the battery was dead again. I had received one of these reviews before I left but wanted to wait to see the results of the service. When I got back the review had expired so I emailed the service manager. The result of my email was another survey and no other contact whatsoever.

I used their website to set up an appointment to take my Explorer in for an oil change. It was easy, fast and convenient. Will use it again. The service was courteous and fast.
On a late Saturday evening I searched for a Honda Element and Boulevard/PRESTON had one. I called hoping to just leave a message; however Mr. Ray Turner-Salesperson at Boulevard answered the phone and I was able to establish a link with the dealership. Needless to say, it was a very pleasant surprise to hear a "human" at the other end of the proverbial line. I made an appointment for the following Monday, which Ray reminded me via e-mail. Drove the car. Liked the car, decided to make an offer with some conditions which Boulevard management accepted and we made a deal. They worked on the brakes, which one of the conditions...while I waited. However, half way to my house a Tire Pressure Management System warning light came on. I talked to Ray about it and he indicated that he would request the light to be checked by a Ford Preston dealership close to my house which was performing the MD inspection. When the Ford dealership was not able to fix the warning light, Ray mediated in my favor with his managers for the Element be fixed at a Salisbury Honda dealership. I expressed to Ray that the kind of customer service, staying behind the product they sell, is very uncommon nowadays. Thank you Ray and your dealership for making the car buying experience a very rewarding one!!! Next time I need a car or know of someone who needs a car I will call Ray Turner at Preston Boulevard in Georgetown, DE.
Won't be back again. After my truck was serviced for an oil change, the mechanic wrote up a power steering rack leaking. According to several parts store and a mechanic, the information was to vague to understand the problem. I was also told that a 2000 F250 V10 doesn't have a power steering rack. I would expect a bit more competents from an auto repair facility specializing in making repairs.
wait time was very long, as it was the last 2 times I brought my vehicles in for simple service. 2 and 1/2 hours a little extreme. But all employees are very courteous and I have been a customer since 2000.

Had a great experience today at the dealership. I brought my truck in to check on my air pressure light and get an oil change. Came in 10mins early to my appointment and was warmly greeted by the service dept, who was very kind and attentive throughout the process. It was a quick and easy drop off and they gave me a courtesy call that my car was ready. Would definitely recommend Boulevard Ford in Georgetown and will be a returning customer!

I brought my car into Boulevard Ford Lincoln in Lewes, DE because the engine light went on. I did not have an appointment but Terry, the customer service rep, took the car in anyway so it could be evaluated. Lucky for me as it turned out I had a thermostat problem. The car was serviced and repaired that same day. I received excellent and courteous service as I always do from Terry. The problem was diagnosed within an hour and all the cost options were carefully explained. Was even offered a ride home as I had to leave the car. Another great experience for me.
2006 Ranger needed airbag recall work. Completed appt. request via internet. Was contacted via email to say part was ordered and I'd receive a call when it was delivered in a couple of days. Part received and I got my call with an agreeable appt. In and out in less than 2 hrs. Great experience and thanks for the coffee! I'll be back. Just moved here from Maryland.

Bad experience from the start that just keeps getting worse. To keep it short and simple I have called and people have answered the phone and told me my sales person would call me back. I have called my sales person and left messages and never received a call back and I have sent emails. Worse customer service ever. This was my first time buying a car from this ford dealer. I usually use another dealer. I decided to take a chance and wow sorry I did. I called about a car I saw online to be told they would check into it and give me a call. 3 hours later no call I decided to drive 40 min to go all the way there myself. I got there they didn't even act like they wanted to talk to me. I had to go find a sales person myself. They tell me the car i drove 40min to see was taken to another dealer. I explain to the mgr the trouble I went through to see it and he said he will have it brought back. I wait 30 min to have the vehicle that shows up not even to be correct model. Mgr then tell me the one on internet shouldn't have even been on there and he doesn't know where it is. So I look at the truck he has brought me and yeah very plain. He then shows me a new and better truck then the one I came to see but of course cost more money. I love the truck. So I decide to buy. They don't have the spare and said they would have it by Monday. Glove box broken. They will order I call Monday get transferred to voice mail leave message. Never get a call back. I email Tuesday never get a replay. I call Wednesday sales person is off. So I ask for a manager at this point I'm mad. Then my sales person answers wow he does work. So my key will be there tomorrow I can come get it. He will get up with me about my replacement glove box. Almost a month has past and guess what no call. Again worst service ever don't buy from here. If anyone from this company would like to contact me feel free. I won't however I won't hold my breath....................note as you can see below owner said a manger would call me today. I still haven't got a call. I think ford motor company will be getting a call from me.
I am not satisfied with Ford corporate. Your staff at Boulevard is polite and tried to facilitate a reasonable fix for my Mustang but alas were not real great at followup. I have a garage kept 2012 with blistering paint on the leading edge of the hood. The fine print state because it is 2000 mile past the 30,000 mile mark and 6 months older than the 3 year mark and not rusted,, the car is not covered. Ignore the fact the hood is aluminum and will never rust. Now the fact that without even mentioning my car was a Mustang the service manager knew I had a problem with paint. So my question is why isn't that a recall by corporate? Please forward this missive to corporate or a member of the board. Your staff is unable to facilitate beyond step one. Took my 9 month old Ford Focus in because I had experienced my second flat tire (same area as the first flat) , the last flat happened 40 miles away where I had to buy a new tire. My husband and I thought this was an unusual occurrence. Scottt old me to bring the car in the next morning. He and the tech were very good at showing me where the tire was hit by some random object and that it could not be fixed, no other problems found with the rim, etc. while I was there Scott noted that I needed an oil change and so that was completed the same day. All in all, Scott and the tech were patient, understanding, professional and friendly. The cost was fair and the work was done in an efficient manner.

This place is a JOKE! Do not take your car there. I was charged $99 to have them hook my vehicle up to determine why the "check engine light" was on and the vehicle was skipping/bogging down while driving. After hours of waiting they informed me that it was covered under warranty and it had been taken care of(but if further issues arise please bring it back). We moved directly after that and issues did arise so I CALLED the dealership. The service department informed me that in the "notes" NOTHING was fixed lights were cleared and that the customer (me) would not leave the vehicle overnight to perform the maintence. I left satisfied thinking $100 to have it fixed wasn't bad....in reality I gave then $100 and sat for numerous hours while they did NOTHING and worse part LIED to my face Along with that they refused to do anything even after I explained what actually happened.

Very Disappointed! I made an appointment & brought my Ford vehicle to the Boulevard Ford Lincoln of Georgetown for a Service Engine soon Light that was on. Had a diagnostic test done. The service tech came & told me what the problem was it would cost over on thousand dollars to have this work done. I thought the cost was "way too high". I then went to another automotive shop. They did a diagnostic test and found the same problem. However, they quoted me a price to fix the same problem for less then half of what Boulevard Ford Lincoln of Georgetown wanted to charge.. I had the work done at this Automotive Shop and my my Ford is running great!. I have taken my Ford to Ford Dealers for many years for repairs and am know a very disappointed customer! Won't be going back to Boulevard Ford Lincoln dealer in Georgetown, DE.

I was impressed enough to take my F-150 for in some diagnostic work They explained all my options and didn't try to sell me anything. Just what I was looking for. I recommend them. I have been dealing with Boulevard for 14 years and have had great service with them. The service department has always been easy to talk too, and they explain everything they do to the car. When I got my new car and could not figure out how to do things or a light would come on, they would always be nice and tell what to do or to show me how to do it myself. I have even told my friends to bring their cars there.
Absolutely horrible service!! Never seen anything like it. Bought a 2015 Ford Escape that in the end paid about 20k for and have been there three times to get it detailed and each time they failed!!! Never been so disappointed in my life. Service manager should be fired!! First time we went to pick it up not only was it not detailed but it had a nice gouge on the right quarter panel. They promised me they'd make it right. What they did was dab it with touch up paint. Horrible place. If I owned the company we be looking for a new service manager and maybe a few others as well. Unfortunately the lack of communication didn't help as our salesman.. forgot we were brining it in and although we tried to get ahold of him and the floor manger no one ever answered our calls. Furious with the lack of professionalism.

That $150 windshield reserve tank you asked about doesn't leak as I used it on the way there and since - must been someone else's car. Checked the oil and it's dark and the recorder says 13% oil life so I'm not sure if it was changed or not. So is my engine safe, wearing out faster ? Played phone tag with Skip for a few days and well going to pay to have the oil changer again to be sure. Seems like every 3rd trip there is some thing wrong. Shopping around for someplace more reliable. My other car had problems with the air pressure sensor it took a couple visits and calls about wrong parts and ......
Great service. I leased my first vehicle there last month. Clint Bader was great. He told me about the truck via email, and he made arrangements for financing via email, so I didn't need to drive 2 hours to fill out forms. He is definitely service oriented. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived, and everything was as promised...even fact, even better than promised. I've never said this about a car sales man, but this is a fellow you can trust. To whom it may concern. I'll have to be careful with the thing as I go forward. My experience with this company that took over. I'm going to be a Pearson who is a Honest Pearson. You see I'm one that I will tell you the Truth. Why because I have a huge fan of it. As to say, ,,no matter how bad it hurt always tell the Truth. Ok So my experience with the dealership was a 6.yes I have to be responsible for the question. And answer. You can tell at the time of day. Everyone happy and excited for the first sell. I have noticed that all sales people are waiting to make a reasonable price. But really you don't have to rush people into purchasing a new truck or trade in a car. Went you hear about the sales price it is alway the same thing. I'll do this for you I'll do that for you. Same words. Me I rather talk about it if I'm seriously considering buying. Not one to jam a deal. Every one needs customers, but patience is better than rushing and misleading a customer. That where it is a shame. Wait the salesman told me that it is covered now it isn't. There is no.one can see beyond. And there is a problem. No ASUME that a customer will not know the truth. That is hurtful I have a huge huge problem with this. In the military we call it. C Y A. That is what all customers has to be held with. But really it comes down to how the severe is a how good are they. Will they listen to the customer problem. Plus in a while you please a lot of people. Just be Honest with all the things that what is inportment. Lieing no so confident in your place as well. Just keep it simple and easy and convenient for all the customer and severed thanks for your loyalty
I got an oil change and tire rotation. A couple days later my husband noticed my tire pressure was low. Three tires were 32PSI, one was 33PSI. They should have been 35PSI. It's always something.

Had a Jeep wrangler I was going in to go buy listed online for 25,200 yesterday and then looking at the ad today they jacked up the price to 28,999$... Almost a 4k hike...called the dealer and they said they priced it wrong. glad i saw the change on the website before driving hours to go get it. False advertising!

The job was fairly done but once again nothing above and beyond. I have spoken to Preston on several occasions about areas to improve with out change. So middle of the road is the best this business will obtain from this probable one time customer.
I had a great experience. I feel very safe leaving my car in the hads on Jack in the service area. I was there for a ding in the car and while I know that was someone else taking care of the ding, I give high praise fo Jack.
I recently had an EGR problem with my 2012 F-250 diesel truck that was still under factory warranty. Boulevard Ford, which is the dealer I purchased the truck from, scheduled my appointment in a timely manner that allowed flexibility with my changing work schedule. The repair ended up taking an extra day, and they called me ahead of time to make sure I was going to be able to arrange alternative transportation. The truck was returned to me as expected and has been functioning properly with no apparent problem ever since. The service department has always been friendly & efficient. Lastly, Boulevard Ford offers a cleaning/detailing service that I take advantage of whenever my vehicle is getting work done. For a reasonable price, they do an awesome job both inside and out, which is a nice little perk when you go to pick your vehicle up and it's all nice & clean!

I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for a routine service. They arranged for someone to take me to work, and called me when the service work was complete. I picked it up at lunchtime. Very satisfied with their work and customer service.
