I drove to Delaware a little over a week ago to look for a generation four or five Ford Mustang. After looking at cars at two other dealers my son and I decided to check on one at Bay Shore Ford. It is a well maintained, low mileage 2003 Mustang. The original price posted on Autotrader was a fair one. I drove the vehicle and decided to buy it. When I sat down with the salesman he asked me if I was prepared to buy it and ended up reducing the price by another $500.00. I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and recommend this dealer.

We are still experiencing issues with our F550. The engine was replaced (failed within warranty period), but issues associated with the fuel system have persisted. Ford has indicated a fuel system replacement at a cost of $10K, but the vehicle is barely worth that.

I can't say enough great things about Bayshore Ford, great staff, integrity, honest estimates, and great customer service. I have always had my trucks services at Ford Dealerships. Unfortunately, one of Bayshore's local competitors (Sheridan Ford) is not so honest. I brought my truck in for an oil change at Sheridan and was told the battery needed to be replaced immediately, when I informed the service writer that the vehicle was still under warranty the battery miraculously came to life and didn't need replacing. The next time I brought my truck in for an oil change at Sheridan I was told the brakes were close to metal on metal and they needed replaced immediately. This didn't seem reasonable given the low mileage on the vehicle so I refused to let them install new pads. I brought the vehicle to Bayshore for a second opinion and they told me the brakes were in perfect condition. When I brought the vehicle in for it next oil change at Bayshore 6,000 miles later I asked for the brakes to be serviced and the service writer said to me "I can't take your money like that, your brakes are fine". Bottom line is that I got over 12,000 miles out of those brakes before they actually needed to be replaced. Now both of our vehicles go to Bayshore and we feel confident that the repairs are done honestly, correctly, on-time, and with a smile. Given the high cost of car ownership integrity means everything and I know I can trust Bayshore.

HORRIBLE experience, wish I could give no stars. I brought my vehicle in the quick lane for an oil change and was advised one of the shocks was leaking and there was also a slow oil leak in the front of the vehicle, which was causing a lot of build up. I was told by the technician this needed to be addressed and would be a major issue if ignored. I was directed to the service shop onsite and was assured both the leaking shock and slow oil leak were issues covered by the vehicle’s warranty we purchased with the vehicle not long ago. After Dropping the vehicle off, I spoke with someone on the phone later, who advised after running a diagnostic test they found the shock was not leaking and that the slow oil leak may be an issue or just a small seepage, which may not be an issue at all. For them to know further, they wanted to do a cleaning and another test. According to the person I spoke to, if the issue wasn’t “warrantable” the series of tests would cost me over $400. The technician did not have any information after running this “diagnostic test” and said they would only know further if they ran more tests which my warranty may not cover. I told the technician to stop and I would be there that evening after work to pick it up. After I arrived, I waited while three people scrambled to find my “misplaced” paperwork. This place of business was extremely unorganized and a poorly run office. I am extremely dissapointed with the worst customer experience I have ever received. My conclusion from all this: 1) I was told the issue was covered by my warranty at my oil change, which is why I brought the vehicle in in the first place. 2) there was obviously no communication between the quick lane area and the service area of the dealership since I was given complete opposite information and was CHARGED $117 FOR NO ISSUES!!! What exactly did they “test” if they could not tell me if there was an issue or not???? 3) They also attempted to bait me into paying $400 in tests without there being a real issue present. 4) This place of business was obviously trying to nickel and dime me death and I feel very ripped off for the hard “work” that they did. After being robbed, I will not be giving my business to this dealership or Ford in the future as it has put a very poor taste in my mouth. I strongly advise others to avoid this place so the same does not happen to you..

I have owned many trucks over the years but my first Ford came from Bayshore in 1977 and my latest one also came from Bayshore this year (2016). The Customer service is always what I would expect of a company that wants my business and their service department has been very easy to get in and out quickly for oil change and tire rotations at very reasonable prices. Their Customer service is based on the company culture, which was established in the 70's and has never changed. Bayshore will continue to get my business for years to come.

Dealing with heavy duty trucks is their specialty, so if you have a bigger Ford truck, this is your place. Upon arrival was told they could take my car in, no appointment needed, but the receptionist did not day how long the wait would be (longer than I planned for) nor did they ask what services I require. Since it was first visit I excepted a little more information than provided. After my car was completed I still waited for nearly 20 minutes before they provided the keys. Overall service was okay, need better organizatiom at the front desk.

Terrible experience here. I took my 2001 Mitsubishi fuso fg here to have it looked over. I have had the truck for around 5 months and was starting to feel that it may not be worth putting any more money into. I made this very clear when I dropped the truck off. The main issues I wanted checked out were very bad speed wobble over 50 mph, brake pedal going to the floor and not stopping as it should, trans leak, transmission pushing the truck at idle and ac not working. After a week i get a call saying the truck is done. speed wobble is broken cv axles in the front,trans leak is pto cover, (they did not fix or find the obvious leak from the cooler that was leaving spots on driveways) they recharged the AC but did not find a leak although it had been recharged 3 months ago. As for the brakes and transmission pushing the truck at idle they said the issue with the brakes was the rear drums and shoes I was surprised by this but I figured they were the experts and I would finally have brakes, the trans pushing the truck they said was normal. I agree to $2000 to replace the shoes,drums and flush brake system along with ac. When I pick up my truck first of all abs light is on so I wait around for around half an hour while they figure it out as they are driving it they come back and say my torque converter is sticking which is why the truck is pushing while in gear and the truck is probably not worth fixing,(after they took $2000 from me) then when I leave there is absolutely ZERO improvement with the brakes! Truck is still unsafe to drive! I drive back to the shop take Tom around the block and just as I said pedal goes all the way to the floor and has maybe 50% stopping power. My ride is long gone so I agree to bring it back so they can look at it at a later date. When I do they tell me that it needs a new master cylinder and at least one front wheel cylinder For over $1000. Thanks, I spent $2000 for no apparent reason on a truck not worth putting money into and then they say they can make the brakes work (maybe) for an additional $1000 I have given them the chance to make this right and for the second time have gotten no call.

The way I was received and handled, almost on the red carpet by CR Manger, Justin. Various financing options were discussed with me where my input was very well valued and respected. After sales follow up , even after, the limited warranty had expired and a turbo failed, Justin put in a case so that his company could do a partial re-imbursement which I desperately needed, just to make sure my business did not stall soon after starting it. It was very quick but didnt like the fact they dont work on cars. They only do oil changes and change wind sheild wipers. If you have a truck this is the place for you. Have to fix my exhaust gasket after seeing them because i started noticing i was losing a lot of gas. This wasnt happening before i saw them. Just saying.

I had a pleasant experience visiting Bayshore Ford to have maintenance work performed on a company vehicle. My company uses a fleet account for repairs and the Chevy dealership that I had previously went to for new tires wanted to throw in a complete brake replacement along with, even when I requested tires only and that I would get the brakes changed at a later date. Bayshore performed the services that requested without trying to add total brake service and fuel filter besides like the Chevy dealer. I really appreciate when I can work with a company to get needed repairs performed rather than contending with them because my boss pinches pennies and almost fell out of his chair over the Chevy repair estimate. I have had virtually all the repairs performed, but spread out a bit to make the several thousand worth of maintenance easier to swollow for my boss even though it costs the same in the end. Bayshore has earned my business with their excellent customer service!

Really disappointed with our experience with Bayshore Ford's Service department, especially given the glowing reviews here. We scheduled an oil change for my wife's car in the morning. She dropped it off and took the courtesy shuttle to work. She also had an issue with her keys no longer working remotely to lock and unlock the car. Previously we had had the issue diagnosed at Sheridan Ford, but we needed both keys to correct it and decided it was more convenient to just do it at the next oil change. The issue was relayed to the service staff at Bayshore. Instead of looking to correct the issue as described, Bayshore ran their own diagnostic, came up with a different (and 3x more expensive) solution and charged my wife for the diagnostic she didn't ask for. Outside of the run around on the diagnostic, she had to call at 4pm for an update on the oil change (after dropping it off at 7:30 for her morning appointment) and was told it was just going in for a change. At 5pm, it was finished, but all the courtesy drivers had gone home for the day. She found a ride to pick the car up, and when she questioned the timing of the oil change and the charges, she was told "Carman Ford is just down the road if you have a problem with our service." We'll take the extra drive and go back to Sheridan from now on.

Deepest appreciation and sincere gratitude for their very gracious, professional assistance while driving my brand new 2018 Ford Transit Van 250 to New York from my home in Atlanta. The Atlanta dealership delivered the van with 55 psi in all four tires. On the road I discovered the pillar specs are 52 front, 71 rear. This is is my first van, I didn't know gas stations and I-95 truck stops often don't have functioning air pumps that deliver pressures that high. The van was handling like mud. Getting the rear pressure to 64 psi made a big difference. Bayshore cheerfully pumped up my rear tires and now my new van hugs I-95 like a BMW! They wouldn't take any money saying, "it's just air." Note their long open hours. If you need Ford truck service anywhere in the tri-state area, they are they are the people to see. Many thanks Bayshore Ford Truck for turning my van into a hot rod!

My experience with Bayshore Ford Truck on Terminal Ave, was HORRIBLE. I took my RV in to get the Generator fixed because they are listed as an Onan service center. As long as my RV was in the shop, I thought it would be nice to have the oil changed and have them replace my multi-function relay because my blinker lights were not working. They were supposed to give me a call with an estimate prior to starting work. They never called with an estimate. They had my RV for over a week, they didn't fix the generator, they gave me an oil change and replaced my relay for $766!!! I was outraged. They charged me $199 for an oil change, $204 to replace the multi-function relay, $200 to diagnose the generator and over a $150 to clean the terminals on my battery. I will NEVER go to Bayshore Ford again. I told them if they had given me an estimate, I never would have had any work done. After arguing with their service manager, they lowered their bill to $577 but considering all I got was an oil change and a new multi-function relay, I am still not happy with their service.

I recently had to have virtually my entire air conditioning system replaced in my 2011 Ford Escape. As always, I received professional and courteous service at Bayshore and they got it working seemingly better than the original factory installation. I have to say it was a bit pricier than I was expecting but I knew I was getting quality workmanship along with factory-fresh parts. I have always trusted Bayshore service and Quick Lane which is why I have never and will never take my Ford Escape anywhere else.

I purchased a new vehicle from this bayshore location, and the sales person gave me the incorrect hard copy keys. My keyless FOB remote worked fine, but the hard copy keys did not. I contacted the GM, Mike Branca, to let him know of the mixup, and although they had me on record as a customer, he said he was unable to verify if I was telling the truth or trying to scam them, and refused to help me. Bayshore's Service Dept. was able to diagnose the problem quickly that I was experiencing in my 2008 Escape. The Service Technician also pointed out a couple of other items that needed attention before they turned into bigger problems. I had an estimate for of recommended the repairs quickly and parts were ordered right away.
