We were sent to Auto Pros to have the alternator replaced in our vehicle. We were 3 hours from home. The mechanic wasn't able to work on our vehicle right away, so we said we'll walk up the street to McDonalds and eat lunch. Ed promptly told us to take one of his vehicles free of charge. When we returned, we had a bit of a wait yet. Ed accommodated our family in the lobby and even had coloring books for the children. We were very grateful to be taken care of so well. Thank you!

Our car was making a weird noise in the tire on the way home from Ocean City. We found this place and they said they would take a look. Within 5 min new what the problem was. They said it would take about 90 min. Gave us a car and sent us to JD Shuckers for lunch. When we returned they couldn’t find our parts needed to fix problem. They cleaned it up and said we would be ok going home. They were the seeetest, nicest,most knowledgeable people we’ve encountered in a while. Thank you all so much. You guys are great. We purchased a car from Auto Pros of Georgetown last week, I can't be happier with the car and everything that came along with the buying it. The car we bought came with a 30 day warranty or 1000 miles which put us at ease and just one more reason we bought from them. We went to a lot of used lots around the area in the price range we were looking at and most offered nothing of the sort. Great job on detailing! It looked like a new car when we got it back. They even cleaned the engine. Great customer service! Also, had the headlights done this week on an older car. They were really foggy looking and it was hard to see the road at night. Beautiful job! The headlights look brand new too!

I bought my used '07 Volkswagen Rabbit at Auto Pros. I knew exactly what I was looking for, the staff was friendly, the car was in good shape. They had the Car Facts all printed and ready to go and was helpful in finding insurance in the area. The car inspection is included in total price and I didn't even need to go the DMV, the plates are sent straight to Auto Pros who put the plates on for me. Overall, I didn't feel pressured by the sales people, nor did I feel like I was being swindled. Overall, seemed honest, open, and very friendly. Great experience.

I was out looking for the perfect used vehicle. I stopped in at Auto Pros as I saw a vehicle on the lot I liked. I was greeted by Geena who was of great assistance. Within minutes I was test driving the vehicle. When I returned, I went inside where I met the owner Ed and his son Chris as well. Ed happily let me take the vehicle home overnight so I could look at the vehicle with no pressure. I returned the next morning and purchased my new to me vehicle which I love. Let me say I couldn't be happier. Not only did they beat their own quote when I went to pick up my car, they beat Honda dealer price by 525 dollars. That is a big cost savings. Plus they didn't try to push any other service on me. My car was showing it was past due for an oil change by 2300 miles. I put synthetic oil in it and can go at least 5000 past what the car's idiot light suggest.

We just purchased our first vehicle from Auto Pros in Georgetown and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Upon walking on the lot, we were greeted by a "host" who assisted us through each step in the progress. They allowed us to test drive a wide variety of vehicles (in the $5,000-$7,000 range) and shared the CarFax reports with us to help us make our decision. The service and support was relaxed and professional (never pushy or overly sales-like). We will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle there in the future! Great place to have auto work done. They tell you what your vehicle needs before they do any work. They shop around to get your replacement parts at the best price. Very honest and up front with you. Experience in all phases of auto diagnostics. You should definitely give them a call the next time you need auto work done.

Transmission not right, engine surging, etc. while there I asked if thet could fix Seat Belt idiot light that was on (previous shop said something underneath dash, not cheap).
