They sell Rolls Royce and other luxury vehicle brands from a premier location in Greenwich. What's not to love about that? They also sell Pagani, Bugatti, Bentley, Ferrari, Aston Martin and others. If you want to take a closer look at the showroom before visiting they have Google Business View as does many car dealers and businesses in the know, so you can tour the facility from the comfort of your home and then visit when your available. I have my eye on the Rolls Royce Ghost Series 2, that's why I had to check them out.

Miller Motorcars is an outstanding dealership ! We purchased a brand new Rolls Royce Wraith last year and received First Class, Five Star, Red Carpet Service from Alan Sheynin and David Reunert ! The Wraith was delivered to our door in a Miller Motorcars custom enclosed flatbed truck in pristine condition. David accompanied the delivery and provided an in depth vehicle orientation for us. We received excellent follow up by the Team to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We are so comfortable with Miller Motorcars and feel like part of their family. My experience which started with a phone call and led to the purchase/delivery of a car was exceptional with Eric Goldstein. I have been to many dealers and worked with countless sales representatives and this was the best experience I have had. He is very professional, honest and truly works to make the customer experience special. I could give number of examples but I will reference just a few. When I had specific questions about the car he took the time to find out the correct answer instead of guessing or making up an answer which many salespeople will do. Instead he took the time and effort to make sure he was right and that had the correct information so I could make my decision. What a horrible dealership I called Buy a brand new $300,000 car from them they refuse to call me back when I called and asked for the owner and the general manager picked up the phone because I want to file a complaint against Salesman Steve for not returning my calls the owner is not available to talk to me the general manager told me because he pays people like him to take his phone calls and that he will not deal with people like me because I’m Palestinian and he is Jewish and he says that my people don’t exist they belong in the river I was absolutely astonished that in this day and age that you have a dealership as racist as this that carries the Rolls-Royce and Bentley brands they should be ashamed of themselves

You might wonder if any car dealer can get a 5 star review. In my experience with many dealers over 30 years of buying cars, I can tell you Miller is hands down the best and the rare one deserving of all 5 stars. I have been a Miller Motorcars customer for over 5 years. In that time I have bought several cars and had all the servicing done with Miller. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. Unlike so many others, they make sure you have a constant point of contact through out the process. It makes asking questions and getting answers so much easier and enjoyable. I have gotten to know everyone from Richard Kopelman to Bailey Vanneck: they really make you feel like part of the family. All the sales people are great but in particular, I would recommend working with Nick Unnold. The same goes for service where Jon Henkel is in charge- he is great! And again, I have nothing but praise for the entire service staff, Christina DePinto is my service advisor and she is amazing. I highly recommend Miller Motorcars!

Purchased a 2016 RR Dawn. After a disaster with a previous dealership I canceled my order with them and went to Miller. By far the best buying experience I've ever had. Salesman ( David Reunert) kept me abreast of every aspect of the build and even tossed in a few pictures. Way above and beyond what was expected. Surprise delivery just topped the whole thing off. A few days later I needed a cover and battery tender and received it the next day.

Went in on a Friday night at 5:00pm, spent 1/2 hour looking at Maseratis and I picked the one I liked and made a deal with Sales Manager, Timothy Coughlin and Sales Specialist, Robert Corbi. I live in Rhode Island and recently purchased an immaculate Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet with 6,300 miles on it from Miller Motorcars of Greenwich, Ct. Rob Corbi was exceptional to work with and went above and beyond expectations. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and compassionate (if I can say that). Upon meeting Rob, he gave me a full tour of the facility, naming each Ferrari model as he took me through the showroom, the lower level (which is packed wall to wall with Ferraris, by the way), and the service area. Miller Motorcars could sell tickets, it's that cool of a place. I wouldn't mind returning with my girlfriend and daughter because I know they'd enjoy the tour more than I. Getting back to the 911: We put the top down, drove down the main street, and took a left at the first light. I suddenly found myself transported onto a freshly paved, winding country road lined with gorgeous houses and tall trees. What a pleasant, serene neighborhood to take a car for a test drive! The car purred and roared as it sped around the curves in Sport mode. The only cars I encountered were other sports cars that revved their engines as they passed me in the opposite direction as if to welcome me to the neighborhood. I knew right away that this was the car for me. Rob seemed to take a liking to me and worked with me on price. He had the car inspected and detailed in a day or two. When I returned to purchase the car, he even picked me up at the Stamford train station. After everything was finished and I was about to walk out the door and drive home in my new car, I thought of my daughter who loves Ferraris. Rob walked me to the parts counter and insisted on paying for the red racing hat that I was about to purchase. He didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. Everybody I encountered at Miller Motorcars seemed very friendly. I'd definitely buy another car from them someday, perhaps one of those red Ferraris to go with my daughter's hat.

Just purchased used exotic from Miller Motorcars. I come from 175 miles away, so deal was done on email and phone calls. When I arrived to complete the deal my daughter and I were greeted as we drove in. They inspected my trade and paperwork was done in less than a 1/2 hour. When I got the car home I had a minor paperwork issue, which was taken care of immediately with no effort on my part. I then had an engine sensor act up 4 days later, and Miller took care of it even though it technically did not come with a warranty - but it was the right thing to do, and they took care of it without argument. This was the 3rd vehicle I looked at, and Miller Motorcars came to the best value of the 3, without hassle. All 3 offered me the same value for my trade, but Miller got there in almost a no-haggle way of doing business which I appreciated. They also had the best car of the 3 I looked at. They knew what they had, knew the value of what I had, and didn't play games. I will without question be looking at MMC for my next car! Thanks to Shima Fukano for taking great care of me.

I have owned several new and preowned high end sports and luxury cars having dealt with private owners and dealers all over the country. I have never owned a Bentley and thought it might be smart to purchase a low mileage preowned example at the right price , drive it for a few months, decide if the Bentley was right for me before purchasing a new one. After searching throughout the country, Miller Motorcars presented a 2700 mile preowned Continental GT in a color combination and description that appealed to me and was located within a reasonable distance from my New Jersey location. My contact at Miller was Bentley Sales Specialist Katie Koroleva. Of ourse, I fully expected the typical sales/Client conversation telling me about this particular car's attributes knowing full well that the sales story would be about 75% accurate and that of course I would have to see the car in person. I asked Ms. Koroleva questions about the car that only a car fanatic would ask. She answered every question with patience and professionalism seldom seen in the auto business including high end. I was sceptical but Katie was convincing enough to cause me to make a trip to Greenwich to view the car and corroborate her description. Having been through this procedure many times in the past I was stunned to find the Bentley as Katie had described, virtually perfect. I bought the car. My experience with Katie managing the purchase was flawless from the initial description, to the paperwork, to the preparation of the car, to the delivery in New Jersey. In my opinion, Miller Motorcars gets it regarding dealing with Bentley customers evidence by their representative Katie Koroleva.

it was always a dream to own an exotic (for me) sports car. When the time finally came, i had as much fun buying it as i have had driving it. My experience at Miller Motorcars was (and still is) one the best retail experiences ever. I ended with a Maserati 4.3 GTS. Love it as much as i did my very first car ('66 Chevelle SS). But looking at all the cars (and driving some) that did not even fit my budget - Miller went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and encouraged me to have fun. When i finally decided, Shima Fukano was my guy. We designed it together and then followed the progress from order to delivery. He has spent countless hours with me, just going over details, tweaking my systems, advising me on new tires, talking cars and becoming a friend. The Miller service experience had been even better. If i can't get it to them, they pick it up. They call and give me options on service and what to expect in the future. Even the loaners have been first class. I'm getting ready for another car. It is always fun for me to stop by McLaren Greenwich and talk to Aleskey Katkov about the cars in the showroom. If you are thinking about buying a high performance car, you should give him a call. In my opinion, Aleksey is more like a guide for your car buying experience than a sales person. He will thoroughly expose you to the cutting edge technology of the McLaren brand and the options each model offers. Then he will let you make the purchasing decision, and not with pressure tactics. Bentley Service Dept. is not what you would expect after the purchase of a 200k plus car. Because this dealership sells cars like Ferrari and Bugatti for hundreds of thousands more, they make the Bentley owners feel like KMart shoppers. The service staff is not the most friendly and they are slow in responding to calls and emails. Will purchase my next Bentley in 2019 from another dealer...

I especially like the Rolls Royce and Bentley dealerships (personal favorites) and Aston Martin. Just bought a shirt from them, high quality merchandise! Let me start by saying I was immediately impressed with how quick Katie K. got back to me after my online inquiry. She was extremely courteous and helpful over the phone. I made an appointment and had to cancel. Katie was very accommodating and made a new appointment with me. Upon arriving to Miller Motorcars I was blown away by there presentation as Katie saw me arrive and greeted me at the door by name. From start to finish Katie was very upfront and honest with her opinions which resulted in a pressure free atmosphere. We went over all the details of the Bentley I was interested in and then walked over to see it. Like the center piece of an art show, there she was all cleaned up and under the photography lights for me to inspect. Shortly following the inspection the garage door opened and it’s time for a test drive. I recently had a great experience here working with Mike on my first Maserati. I had a number of what were probably stupid questions but Mike was extremely patient and answered everything without being the least bit pushy. Mike actually even took the time to ask me some questions that helped me figure out which specific vehicle (down to the interior color) was best for me. I went out looking not knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and knowing the Greenwich area had basically any car available that I could possibly want, and while some salespeople didn't take me seriously given I didn't have an exact car in mind, Mike was receptive of my approach and helped me find a car that delivered exactly what I was looking for. What a joke! Prices are absurdly high! The woman from their Aston Martin sales wanted me to leave a deposit on a car and was very elusive when it came to the condition of the car. All she kept saying is that the car was amazing and it was a no bullsh*t car (classy lady). When I asked her to email me the service history she said "no, all the documents would be shown upon delivery." Seriously!?! The woman was very rude and arrogant; claiming she wanted to earn my business... right...I'll take my business elsewhere and you should too. If I could give no stars I would.

I leased an Alpha Romeo (exiting a Porsche Macan GTS) and you would have thought I was buying a Bugatti judging from the elegant & well choreographed service I received. In this new Internet world, he and I did all our negotiating via emails, and I didn't set foot in the showroom until I went to pick up the car. Shaun was professional and courteous at every step of the way. When I arrived to get the car, I found him outside going over the car himself to make sure everything was ready for delivery. Inside, there was no pressure or stress as he explained every document I was signing, and didn't aggressively push any add-ons, as has been my experience at countless other dealers where I've gotten cars in the past. We then sat in the car for a long while and he patiently reviewed its features with me before I drove off. I highly recommend Shaun and Miller Motorcars.

I visited Miller Motorcars on my way home from picking up a new car. While I wasn't in the market for a new car when I was there, the staff was extremely friendly and even expressed interest in my new car. I visited the Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, and Bugatti showrooms. A salesman at the Alfa showroom was very nice, VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. At the Bugatti showroom, there was actually a Bugatti tech from the factory, and he took the time to talk with me extensively about the new Chiron in mechanical, design, and brand terms. I was very impressed by him and his knowledge. My experience was also very pleasant in the Aston Martin showroom, the staff was friendly, low pressure, and were very accepting. After visiting Miller Motorcars, I was seriously considering adding a new Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio or perhaps an Aston Martin to the fleet, and due to my extremely positive experience at Miller Motorcars, I would go out of state to purchase from them should I decide to purchase a vehicle they stock.

Beat every other dealer's price in the ti-state area? check. Treat you like you just bought every car on the lot? check. I can't say enough about Miller Motorcars. I went out of state to get a car from them for the price, for starters. They worked around my after-hours schedule to make it as convenient as possible for me. Lastly, when a last minute hiccup was going to cause me a huge hassle, they worked it out for me DESPITE being told by everyone else that I was out of luck. Dennis was phenomenal - worked his TAIL off to make this happen. GO SEE HIM. Tim? Talk about feeling taken care of by a manager - the man reduced my blood pressure like a good scotch. Even Kevin, another sales guy that literally had no involvement in my deal, was as kind and helpful as can be. Let's put it this way - when you're picking up your new car and the managers' EX-WIFE is there getting a car from him, I'd say you're dealing with some trustworthy peeps.

I would like to thank and recognize Katie Koroleva for an outstanding job in buying my first Bentley. I originally went down to kill some time and try out the SUV Bentley because it is such a beautiful car. I couldn't buy another car because I didn't have any additional garage space, but she did such a fabulous job explaining what a great car it was, that I was able to convince my wife to give up her Mercedes and get a Bentley. My wife couldn't be happier and the best part of the story is I have a dear friend that has been in the auto biz for 50 years and he has had many dealerships. THE WORST!!! A DISASTER OF AN APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A collector who buys cars with miller knew that a 599 stick was about to be auctioned and miller was involved in the same auction. THEY WERE AT THE AUCTION AND INVOLVED WITH CARS LEADING UP TO IT. Both miller and the buyer knew that the car I owned was one of 20 ever produced and offered me 205k to hedge against what the 599 stick would bring at auction (ultimately 682k!). NEVER letting me on that the same car was going up for auction and NEVER letting me know what it was one of 20 produced. AND I WAS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER - HAVING BOUGHT 4 CARS OVER 5 YEARS FROM THEM! THEY SOLICITED ME TO BUY MY CAR WITHOUT REVEALING THE RARITY OF THE CAR TO ME. That's where they defrauded me - They had the knowledge of the RARITY of the car THEY SOLD ME where they are the dealer and I was a repeat customer and the knowledge that the car was about to come up for auction - AND DAN MOTA, The sales manager never said a word about either! THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND ACTIONS AGAINST A LOYAL CUSTOMER REPREHENSIBLE. I AM SUING THEM.

I worked with a Ferrari Salesman, Rob Rizzo, to help select and purchase a used 458 and am happy to post a positive review about Rob and Miller Motorcars in Greenwich CT. Rob Rizzo was professional and spent the time answering my questions about the Ferrari inventory at Miller Motorcars and how the dealership operates. I had questions about the vehicle history and wanted to see service records (including compression readings), Rob Rizzo assured me that Miller Motorcars sells good cars that will serve their new owners well. It turns out that all service records were/are complete and Miller Motorcars does sell quality used Ferraris. The paperwork for the purchase was in order, the out of state reg and title was processed by Rob and Miller Motorcars at a minimal cost to me (less than my local NJ Chevy dealer charges). There were no issues from start to finish with the transaction. Rob Rizzo's word is good and Miller Motorcars in Greenwich CT sells excellent used Ferraris.

I have been a car guy my entire adult life. I've had a fleet of all the German names 5 Porsches/6Mercedes/4Audi's/2BMW's and a pair of Volkswagen SUV's. Usually when I enter the dealership I have done my research and regrettably I generally have better product knowledge than the person trying to sell me the car. Until now. My experience at Miller Motorcars was flawless. My sales person "Katie" was far and away the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with. She was pleasant, punctual, a good communicator and she truly made the whole process a pleasure. She accompanied the delivery of the car to my home, we did the paperwork in my kitchen (faster and more efficiently than anyone had very done) and she made the whole experience truly pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly refer customers to Miller Motorcars and I would suggest if you're looking for a Bentley- ask for KATIE!!!
