I had an appointment to have my Saturn Outlook repaired and found out by the service team that I needed a new engine. Well I obviously was not pleased with this out come but I was sadly expecting it. So with me basically not having a vehicle due to not obviously putting a new engine into my vehicle, I was introduced to the sales team ( Khavy Choun) to at least see my options of what was out there for replacement vehicles. I was expecting this and even though I was still pretty upset with my news about my vehicle, I was reluctant to purchase a new vehicle that day. But I have to say. I was pleased with the understanding and respect of my situation that the Khavy showed me. He brought me on 2 test drives and then we talked numbers and being that I was in a rock and a hard place on what to do with my "broken vehicle" I was able to work out a deal for a trade in and a lease on a new vehicle. Under the circumstances of me not being happy about my whole trip to Ingersoll and it did take me a couple days to let it all set in, but I know I made the right decision in my new purchase and the Khavy was very helpful with me in working out a deal that worked best for me. Being that I live over an hour away in NY, I still will bring my vehicle here due to the trust that they have shown me.

I needed a used car fast. Anton and Jamie helped me get what a I needed within the 5 days. Ingersoll offered me a nice value on my trade in. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my 2012 Honda Pilot. They even sent it out for a complete detailing so that it feels complete clean and brand new on the inside. I had a loaner car while the detailing was done. Ingersoll made sure to completely inspect the car and replaced the timing belt, water pump, and trans fluid to ensure a trouble free future. Another dealership was trying to sell with not even a 60 day warranty... not Ingersoll! They offered the option to purchase an extended warranty, but not in a pushy way. All in all a great dealership.

Not only did they take care of me - towing my broken car, fixing it, billing over the phone, and dropping it back off to me - but also treated me so kindly and really helped me stay calm when I was upset about the car malfunction. They checked and did all they could using my insurance and warranty to pay the least out of pocket as well, something that saved me a lot of time and stress. To be fair we' usually never have a huge issue getting our vehicles serviced here, we've ran into smaller things here and there but nothing major. So when I called at 8:30 am today to order another key for my car I was told I didn't need an appointment and to just bring it in. They told that it would take 30-60 mins to get done. My sitter with my infant son in tow, was able to help me out by taking the car there while I was at work and let them know she would have to be done by 12 to pick up my son from school. Well 12 came and went, she was told 10 more mins, then 15 more mins.... well, she was there for 2 1/2+ hours later with no update. I called the service department to find out they were having trouble programming the new key, which is fine but why not just tell her that so we can bring it in another day when there was more time. Why wait until 1:30 at this point?? And we only found this out because I called, not because anyone was in a hurry to give her an update while she sat there with my infant son for hours. Told them to just give her the car....took another 40 mins for that to happen, 3+ hours later, no key. Completely unacceptable, thank goodness I was able to run out of work to get my son. I understand things happen and you run into problems but keeping the customer informed in a timely manner is important.

Don't know what's happening lately I'm getting lot of problem with just only oil change there. Just find out after 1800miles on my oil change that the filter is leaking. Never happen before. Before that oil sensor ON because oil change was not done properly.

Complete waste of time at this place. Drove over an hour to get there because the women who I spoke to on the phone told me they had what I was looking for. Get there and not only encounter rude staff at the front desk, but had to waste half my day waiting for someone to find the vehicles I was interested in. This was even after making an appointment with 2-3 specific vehicles picked out. Each vehicle is finally found and pulled up, yet somehow they magically forgot to mention about the extensive body damage on one of them. Then, on the other 2, the price magically jumps out of the range the woman on the phone told me it would be. I told them flat out it was a terrible scheme they had going to lure customers in. The sales manager came out as I was about to leave and also had some snark remarks to make. I would not return to this place, and I would certainly advise others to not go there as well.

My car was there for almost 2 weeks with almost no work being done on it. Our serv advisor wasn't getting back to us in a timely manner at all. He also did not give accurate information about my car or seemed to care at all about it. Terrible customer service. Their technicians said the seatbelt was fine when I said it wasn't working right, so I had to take it somewhere else who noticed that it had glass in it and fixed it for me. I wouldn't ever take my car back to Ingersoll Chevy of Danbury or recommend anyone who own a Chevy to go to this dealership for any service.

From the inspection I was informed that I need addition work for some of the steering components and Steering linkage as well as my rear shocks. I have gone through numerous leases at other dealerships and manufacturers and I would say that this has been my best experience by far. The dealership itself has more cars on lot that anywhere I have seen. If you want something specific, chances are they have it on lot and you won't have to wait a month while it gets shipped. The dealership itself is remarkably clean - the show room is vast and the lay out great. Everyone from Kirk to Mr. Skidmore, treated me with great respect and were clear and concise within our ways of working to get the deal done. I drove away in a great new car at a great price. We were so impressed by the whole service experience! We were greeted as soon as we brought the car into the garage, and the intake procedure was handled professionally. We walked into the waiting area and happened to meet our salesman, Phil. It was a pleasure to see and converse with him. After a short amount of time, our car was finished. Sign out was quick and easy, and the work that had been done was explained to us very clearly. We walked outside and found our now clean car that had been washed at the dealership. We are extremely pleased with all of our interactions with Ingersoll Auto of Danbury and have already recommended it to friends and family. The Best Auto Service Around! I recently took my SUV in for a tire rotation and oil change. The staff is so very helpful and extremely efficient. They know just what they are doing and are able to answer any questions you might have. Giving up on this place. The last 2 times i have gone... a couple hours turned into a couple days. They tell me they will call me back in "a few minutes" with updates... but im always chasing them down. I even drove all the way there (30 min) because they said it would be ready... but it wasnt. When it was finally ready... got home and realized they forgot to reset oil sensor and replace sticker. The simpest of all tasks. Makes me worry about what they may have forgotten under the hood. I had oil change, fluid replaced, rear brake pads replaced.. and they couldnt figure out issue with heating. 3 days!!! Done!

He told me which things on my car needed to be attended to for safety and which I might wait on.I decided to take care of all the work while the car was in the shop. I only bought my car here because my friend is a mechanic here and I know who will be working on it when I bring it in. They have this really cool little play room for the kids. A handful of toys and this projector that has about 6 games on it that loop. It's always on. My kids love it. The waiting area is nice too, there's a tv, snack machine, free bottled water, free coffee, magazines to read while waiting, a handful of chairs to choose from, and a few tables to sit at. Someone comes and gets you when your car is done. Everyone is very nice too.

Jeff Casas, Pete Terzano and Todd Ingersoll treated me with the greatest respect and went out of their way to explain everything. The receptionist was wonderful and treated me as if I were a member of her family. Even the young man putting on my license plates was friendly and helpful. I am 71 years old, and have never had a more enjoyable experience with a dealership. I will definitely come back for my next new car, and will recommend Ingersoll to everyone I know. Kate was very good at dealing with my warranty company, but not so good at communicating with me that Safelite came to repair my windshield. I set the appointment up while the car was at the dealership for 5 weeks, they went there and repaired the windshield, but I was never given any paperwork that Safelite gave to Kate about my warranty on the repair. I was not aware all that occurred, so I put in another claim with my insurance company, Safelite came out to my home on Saturday 8/17/19 and realized that he had already done my repair. The second issue is that the tech that worked on my care, left my driver's side front tire loose. If it wasn't for my husband being in the business and recognizing the noise that the tire was making while we were driving it around doing errands, it could have been a disaster for me if I was alone with our granddaughter in the car with me. That is something that really needs to be checked and double checked before the car is released to the customer.

This is the best dealership I have EVER been to. Every staff member was vibrate and friendly. I worked with Khavy and Alex. I was in a terrible car accident and was looking to replace my totaled car with a Dodge Durango. Khavy and Alex fought to get me the best price and they did!! I told them the out of door price I wanted and we got it. It took all of the stress out of car buying. Dealer fees were low and my new car is gorgeous. The replacement seat belt that was installed has a different buckle style than the original and does not operate smoothly. It looks cheap! I thought the Buick Regal would have a replacement part the same design as the one on the passenger side. Herb stated that they (who is they?) sometimes change styles without notification. This issue is not sitting well with me.

I could not have had a better experience. Matt was absolutely fabulous. I had been to a number of dealership prior. He was the only salesman to take me through the entire truck and show me what it had to offer. Car was promised in an hour. Took instead 1 hour and 45 minutes, which unfortunately made me late for my meeting. Did discount my service tremendously trying to compensate, but told me when I set it up it would not take more than 75 minutes. I do appreciate the fact they tried to make it right by the heavy discount but would rather pay the full price and get it when promised. Can only hope it is better next time, or insist on a rental car so I can go to work and pick it up later.

Do not buy from them or GM. I purchased a 2014 Certified Pre-owned Yukon Denali for $45,000 back in May 2016. I only put 12,000 miles on the vehicle and after 2 years of barely driving it my dashboard randomly cracked. Ingersoll, GM, and my 3rd party extended warranty company declined to take care of this. For such an expensive truck you think they would stand behind there product, But no! buy with caution!!

Accompanied my boyfriend while buying his Buick from Ingersoll. Must say that if it wasn’t for the car being a good find we would not have purchased it. Our sales rep would not budge on the price at all, so all we asked for were floors mat. Since we were spending about $17k and it’s January we really wanted the floor mats considering the price was not coming down on the vehicle. While the tone of voice I was spoken to with was polite I was told “you don’t buy cars often do you?” and in earlier conversations my boyfriend was asked if he works any overtime and that he should get on the overtime list. When we received our Buick freshly “detailed” it needed further cleaning on the inside. Dirt, unclean windows etc. Our sales rep told us “if you refer people to us you get a $100 referral check... then you can get your mats” Let’s just say I’m not referring anyone. Update: Sales Rep Nate reached out to us almost immediately to address our concerns. We received the floor mats in the mail shortly after. Thank you to Nate for taking care of us! Updating my review to 4 stars because of how kind he has been. Still wish our initial dealing with Ingersoll was more pleasant.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the service department as well as how many employees were working that avoided any unnecessary waiting and frustration. I was extremely happy with service consultant Willie Lenhard who informed me of an issue with my back brakes and rotors, after I was just there for an oil change, and was able to work with me and get me a really great price for everything. Will definitely be using GMC service department all the time for all future oil changes and problems that arise.
