He (along with the rest of the staff that I interacted with as well) was honest, friendly and genuine the entire time, always keeping me updated and informed about the process, as I left my vehicle with them overnight. The mechanic spoke with me personally to explain my vehicles needs and the service was very fast, cost friendly and most importantly FIXED. I had multiple mechanics look at my vehicle and were unable to properly diagnose it prior to going here. I HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for honest and experienced service on your Porsche.

The service folks spent considerable time trying for the least expensive fix but ended up having to replace a costly part. They provided a loaner for several days while they fixed the problem. I wanted to take my time to write this review since it will greatly help other out of state buyers. I had been looking online for a few months searching for my next vehicle. I had in mind a certain model and year that I was looking for. I didn't know anything about Hoffman Porsche except for the online reviews I looked at like this one I am writing. I live 30 miles from NYC, so this dealership was about 4 hours north of me. When I went to the dealership I met a gentleman named "Karl Werner". After talking with him and test driving the vehicle I was sold. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with. He did my transaction smoothly and quickly. When I drove the vehicle home I realized I left the paperwork in the showroom. I called Karl and before I knew it he had the paperwork in the mail fedexed to me which I had the next day. Wow! He also told me if I need anything to give him a call with any questions I had. I really couldn't ask for anything more. I was a little worried buying a car 4 hours from home. Honestly I chose a great place to deal with. I bought with confidence and I would do so again! Thank you to Karl and staff for making the car buying experience a pleasure and not a headache.

I recently had a great experience with the service team at Hoffman Porsche. My Boxster convertible suffered major flood damage and was taken to Hoffman by flatbed. Once my insurance carrier was put in touch with Hoffman, their service department took over all discussions and negotiations with the adjuster and made sure that everything was covered. I had complete peace of mind with Hoffman supervising the whole claim and repair process. To top it off, Hoffman stored our car without charge and had it delivered back to us in perfect shape. We can recommend the Hoffman Porsche service people without reservation.

Was unhappy with the wearing of the leather drives seat in my Boxster. Talked to Lou Haddad when getting an oil change. Lou contacted porsche and had them replace the leather seat as a goodwill gesture. Seat took a while to get in but Lou get me informed of the status. Where do i begin? I first saw an advertisement on Cars dot com for a vehicle that was just traded in. No information was listed so i decided to give Hoffman Porsche a call. I spoke to Heather Meade and requested information from her which they did not have. She took down my information and quickly returned my inquiry with a phone call and an email literally with in an hour or so. The vehicles was listed at a lower price which was a mistake, but Hoffman honored the lower price. This alone was amazing because they could have easily blown me off and gotten much more for the vehicle as it was in "Like New" condition. Heather then transferred me over to Edward H, a Senior Porsche Specialist. Edward H answered all my questions and was very informative and knowledgeable with everything that i needed in order to make this purchase. One day later, i took the 3 hour drive to Ct to pick up my vehicle. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, there was no hassling of prices or extended warranties (even though i did request one). The entire staff was more than helpful and friendly, offering us beverages and a comfy seat where we could just lounge and relax. These people at Hoffman are not sales people, they are car enthusiasts that just happen to sell cars. i would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a great experience and an amazing vehicle.

My Boxster needed a new water pump which I replaced myself. Everything went fine until it came time to replace the antifreeze. It wouldn't refill with what I took out as the breather valve had to be opened not just the expansion tank cap to allow the coolant to fill the system. Almost being ready to take it in and have the dealership do the job I called the service department and spoke with Ethan. I explained what the issue was and he asked that I hold. The next thing I know he put me on speaker to discuss the situation with Joe one of the service technicians. Not only did Joe explain how to get at the breather valve, the advice and tips given to help speed up the process of removing the air from the system was invaluable to getting the car running perfectly again in about an hour. To think that any dealership much less a Porsche dealer would take the time to help and not just say bring it in we need to diagnose the issue was almost stunning. You can be sure that if and when I need service I will bring my car to Hoffman. Thank you for your help!!

Went here to buy a new Porsche Cayenne or Macan. I was offered 31,000$ for my truck in trade. This was the first place I went to. I went to Mercedes-Benz as my second stop, and was offered 37,000$ for my vehicle. Sorry, but I have the money to buy a new luxury vehicle because I’m not stupid with my money, I’m not throwing away 6,000$. It’s not that they weren’t nice when bending me over, the staff I encountered was kind to me. But the 6,000$ less than Mercedes offered is a lot- don’t let yourself get taken advantage of by Hoffman. That’s not a few thousand- it’s more than half of 10,000$. Think about it! In a way I’m glad they didn’t earn my business that day- now they don’t have the opportunity to take advantage of me in the service department with the Porsche I didn’t buy.
