My family and I have been purchasing Acura vehicles for over the past 15 years. My son has purchased his second Acura a TL fully loaded with a technology package and he loves it! My husband and I have recently purchased our fourth vehicle, a used 2010 MDX with also a technology package. I was contacted by dealership after inquiring online about a used subaru impreza. I live and work over 50 miles away so I was unable to make the first appointment. 4th of July weekend, I95 need I say more. Once at the dealership they had me down in their appt book and went to retrieve the keys. Car was sold the day before. Typical dealership that deserves the stereotype of shady business practices. They are all the same. Offered to show me a different vehicle of course. That's why I didn't get a phone call or email. Customers are all morons and we'll just sell them something else. They're an Acura dealer I came all that way for a subaru. My fault for trusting the good reviews and not calling first. Would they have told me? I'll never know. If this is how they operate then I guess I'm better off. Everything happens for a reason. At least I'll have a nice 2 hr ride home. Traffic going back looked wonderful on the way here. I'll write the short version of the story. Approximately July 2016 I discovered that this dealership doesn't fully check your car during the multi-point inspection. I got a routine oil change and they recommended that I should get an engine filter and a cabin air filter. I was perplexed because I changed both items less than a month prior to this diagnosis. The only reason I changed those specific items myself is because Acura wrote it on the previous routine oil change. I wrote, called, and emailed Acura about this issue and the general manager never called. I contacted Acura corporate client relations and even they had trouble getting in contact with this brand. After a month of all this mess the dealer finally got back to me and apologized and offered me a free oil change. Be aware this is the specific quote from this place in the email ACURA MANGER: "I do stand by my technicians and although no one is perfect and mistakes do happen I do feel that this situation could have been avoided. Our MPI process isn't written anywhere for me to send you. What we do is every time we write a customer up is we ask " would you like to do a multi-point inspection" and then when the car goes into the shop at that point the car is evaluated and history on the vehicle should be checked. The recommendations derive from what the technician finds and see's in the history as well. In your case I feel the filter was over looked and never pulled for inspection which at that point I have to say they went merely on what the history report stated. " Yeah so pretty much they take the easy way and don't perform a real inspection. Its all based on what the history states. In other words, lets pretend, the customer will never know. They got caught by someone that's been going there for around 7 years. Way to kill customer loyalty Acura!

I am the current owner of an 07 acura TL. After getting prices on the internet from 4 dealerships. I approached John Torre, salesman. He quoted me prices that were 2-3000 above the competition. He went on to say that i was getting bait and swtich to which i told him i had written quotes. I then contacted another dealership Acura of Berlin and was on my way to purchase a TL awd with an agreed upon price. John Torre called that dealership( they are sister dealerships ) and kaboshed that deal saying that i was his existing customer !!!! . Needless to say there was no sale at Acura of Berlin and I will not be buying from Executive Acura.

Honestly dont understand how this place can get anything below a 5 star rating. I recently went in to trade in my car. I was a nervous nelly going in but man was this trip easy and stress free. I am beyond happy and excited about my experience. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and accommodating. Horrible service with the salesman John Torre. Went there with my wife (pregnant). No complimentary water. Went for test drove MDX and RDX didn't explain a thing about the car. Asked him questions, about the torque of the car and trim differences, he answer idk and no different. This isn't our first time buying a car we know how this works. All he does was sit in the rear seat and said "turn right, turn left." this isn't a driving test. You need to show the value of the car if you want to sell it. Even though we still looking into other cars doesn't mean we should be treated as a low-end customer. You need to be patient! instead of try to kick us out. Worst dealerships or maybe just the Senior salesman overall. Don't go there! or maybe just not John Torre.

Horrible customer service. When we arrived there were 3 customers in the dealership total (Saturday at 4:30pm) and they were "short handed". we already knew specific vehicles we were there to look at and the best the receptionist could tell us to do was to "go out and look at the cars" while we waited over 30 minutes for salesperson. No manager came to help us or check in on us. Finally a salesperson came to help us and it took us over an hour and a half after that to go on two test drives and get our car appraised. Then by the time we had all the information we needed to try to make a decision, the sales manager and sales person were in such a rush to go home for the night because it was 6, that they were not interested in even remotely discussing any type of negotiation or opportunity, gave us a price and said "that's what it is and that's all it is". I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I will certainly never return.

My service rep. was super courteous, friendly and informative. Stopped by for an oil&filter change, which includes a multi-point inspection and free car wash all without an appointment. He also listed what items should taken care of at the next service. For me it was new tires, an engine and cabin filter, and wiper inserts.

I purchased a 2017 (pre-owned) Acura TLX on May 8, 2017 and was given dealer plates because they did not have the title to the car. I was not informed this would be the case until AFTER the papers were signed. They should not have sold a car without being in possession of the title. After giving me several excuses as to why this was happening (since I had to call on a daily basis for answers), I was told the title was lost and I would have to wait for a replacement. I drove with dealer plates for almost exactly one month after purchase. This dealership REPEATEDLY put down Acura of Milford where I had the most pleasant luxury experience approximately 8 years ago and where I will return for any and all car needs.

I have purchased 5 cars in my life by far this was the worst EXP I picked up a 2007 TL Typed S the pressure gauge computer and the gas cap warning comes on randomly when i drive it and now the truck button does not work .....I have had the car for a year and change I call and they say its not covered anymore ......when i have complained since feb 2010 ....Mohommed .....and the rest of his sales team are the typical sales men ....disrespected my wife and it took over a month to get a registration.....done on the car ....do your self a favor and go somewhere else ....its your money ....if you believe these five star reviews then your the person there looking for

I recently leased a new 2013 Acura ILX and it was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience thanks to a great team, including the representative I dealt with, John Torre. From start to finish, John treated me with the utmost respect and got me what I believe, is a great deal on a great new car. John has leased numerous Acura's to both my mother and father, and came highly recommended by them. As a woman, car shopping is not the easiest thing to do on your own, and with John and Executive, i felt in no way intimidated or cheated. John also turned in my previously leased vehicle, no problem, and gave me a full tutorial on my car upon arriving to pick it up. He even setup my bluetooth which was great. He also followed up in teh following days to check in if I had any questions. Great experience. Great car. I highly recommend you pay them a visit if you're looking to buy or lease. When taking delivery of my vehicle, I immediately noticed the dealership scratched the front of the steering wheel and rear steering column. The sales manager assured me that he would order replacement parts so these will be replaced and the vehicle would be back to brand new condition, since this was a brand new car purchase. Unfortunately, service only repaired these items and only replaced the steering column cover. The scratches are still present on the front and the dealership's General Manager told me that I am stuck with the vehicle the way it is because he finds it acceptable and that there is nothing further that they can do about it. I've also had electrical problems with the vehicle and the dealership and Acura have not been able to fix the problem because Acura does not have a fix yet for when safety system warning lights come on either after electrical components are replaced or when there is cold weather. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone because of how they have treated me. They do not know the meaning of good customer service and how to hold themselves accountable for false promises made when selling a brand new vehicle. I wound up taking my MDX to another dealership. They were excellent and fixed the problems that Acura by Executive refused to address.

I always take my 2013 Acura TL to get serviced here and I won’t take it anywhere else. They take good care of your vehicle and the service department treats customers with respect and they actually listen to your issues with your car. We bought a 2005 MDX from out of state...it was a great deal, but we couldnt pair our phone..Jo Ann G, although in sales & not the dealer qe bought our car from,was able to do what no one else either by phone, google, You Tube or @a other dealer was able to do....show us how to it should work to pair our phone..., but our Bluetooth module was NG (no good) she was able to show us how she knew that it wasn't good and what to do once the dealer we got the car from replaced the bluetooth...as an added bonus she was very Nice & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!

Acura by Executive is my go to place for car maintenance and just recently became the dealership where I purchased a used 2011 Acura TL. The service was top notch, smooth and painless. My original intention was to go in for an oil change on my 05 Acura TL. When I realized that the service center was closed for the day I decided to peruse the used car lot and I was greeted by William Carmon who told me about a used TL that had recently came in. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle, but the deal that they gave me was too good to pass up. Four days later, I drove off the lot in my "new" car. I will definitely be going back for maintenance and when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle Acura by Executive will be my first stop!

The dealership gets two stars on the bases that I got my car from here and Mohamed while he was there was great. However the only person I service I prefer to deal with is Kim. Working with anyone else is horrible to say the least. I worked today with a service rep by the last name of Heath and felt like from the start he was very awkward. I felt racially profiled as well as his tone being condecinding. Now I have serviced my MDX with this acura for years do to Kim and the staff I have had a great relationship with. When ever I called ahead I got great service in and out. However today even though an appointment was set there was no car and he acted as if he didn’t know whom I was or that I had ever called. I was there for a quick drop off and had to be in my grad class for 8am. However I didn’t leave there until 752am due to unnecessary hold ups when all was explained when making the appointment. And then he kept talking to me about prices as if I can’t afford it. I must say I may never use acura of north haven again while he is still there. Now this is my opinion and maybe not others but being a minority in these times people truly show their true colors towards you.

I have purchased vehicle(s) from the Executive group in the past and had good experiences so when I saw a 2009 TSX listed on the website I immediately contacted them to make an appointment to see the vehicle. Unfortunately the day of my appointment the vehicle was not available to drive but I had the pleasure of working with Greg Anastasio and he showed me a 2010 model and had me test drive that so I could get a feel for it. I came back a few days later when the 2009 was available and ultimately decided on that one. The whole process was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had, completely pressure free. Gary in the finance department was great to work with as well, explaining things in detail and offering me many options. Just got my second car from executive. This time it was from Acura in north haven. Was helped and greeted by Joanne. Very meticulous with the way the process worked. I already knew what I wanted so that made things easier. Had my choice between a steal on a 2017 (because of the huge factory rebates) or the 2018. I was given numbers to compare. After looking up comparable cars and what they sold for, I knew there was no need or room to negotiate the deal I was given. I waited 2 days for the car as they wanted to locate the color of our choice. Because I have 2 small kids and I work it would have been impossible for my wife to pick up car with kids. Joanne delivered the car to guilford for us and spent an hour of time going over every detail of the car to ensure we enjoy every benefit of the car (to be honest it was like she was dropping off her first born). The service staff at Acura by executive is always very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. It's a pleasure dealing with them. It's a half hour drive for me to just get an oil change but I feel the experience is worth the time. I have an expensive vehicle and I want it serviced properly. Thank you ACURA!

The salesman Manny and the manager Paul scammed my father and I. They offered us $230/mo for a 2017 ILX and we accepted their offer. Only, later to find out, that they had all these hidden taxes/fees that apparantly 'weren't calculated in the offer.' They swore it was a mistake. To add insult to injury, their manager, Paul refused to back his initial offer and created a new offer that was higher than MSRP and tried to deceive us into signing it. We were fortunate we didn't sign anything that day. Just a bad experience with sleazy car salesmen. Buyer beware.

My first time car shopping was a bit overwhelming. I went to a few places before i came to Acura by executive. Jo Ann Gradzik was so friendly and personable she mad my day so much better. Unlike all the other dealerships i been to, she made sure my wants and needs were well taken care of. When test driving my car she took me around different places to get a handle for the car. There wasnt that awkward silence while i was test driving either. She listened to me and gave me great feedback. When we went back to the dealership she asked for my price range and did tried her best to give me what i wanted and needed. It was a sunday so the bank was closed and we had to wait till tomorrow to find out numbers. Jo ann asked when i would like to pick up my car. I was so exhausted from car shopping in my mind i felt like it was too easy. The next day i was waiting for the bad news but it never came. Jo ann took pride in putting the smile on my face. I picked up my car and only had to pay about $20 more monthly. I was ecstatic. Jo ann came through on everything. She also showed me how to work the features on my 2010 tsx. I read the reviews for almost everything so i was glad that Acura by executive lived up to everything i read. The finance department is awesome too. Im a 21 college student. :) so they worked their magic. my next car will be purchased here also. I brought my car about 2 months ago and i still love it. Thank you soo much.
