When we first started doing business with them , they were absolutely wonderful.. As it was our first car buying experience as a young family that is expanding and needing to upgrade . We had a few minor hiccups which we got fixed and our finance all set to be called and told they sold the car which we were guaranteed that the car would still be there when we arrived that evening to sign papers . When we called to ask what had happened we were hung up on not just once but twice !! Very unprofessional and extremely rude service as if we were not to their standards of customers the normally deal with ... very disappointed

I have been by this place a few times, for whatever reason they never take me seriously. The most recent experience I had was contacting them 2 weeks ago and letting them know I wanted to speak to a sales person, I was put on a long hold and told nobody was available but I'd get a call shortly. its been two weeks I have now bought a porsche from another dealership and still no call. I also requested to be contacted via chat with their sales staff on the website. Horrible service or complete lack of service. I won't ever be taking my business here nor recommend them to a friend.

Greetings - I had service done on my Porsche Boxster (i.e., a new gateway system installed) by Stevinson (a service only a dealer may perform). The bill was approximately $3.8k (market value). Upon car retrieval - there were additional issues - car part missing and one non-functional (non-issues prior to submission). While Stevinson ultimately handled both issues - I received no apology for service deficiencies nor apology/acknowledgement for my time/effort in having to then take the car back to the dealership to handle. Accordingly, I recommend the competition Prestige on a go forward basis. Service department needs to work on its customer service and service needs to be more mindful of missing/failed parts related to their work.

Best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Fast & Easy. Straight forward & honest. They gave me a good price on my trade in and on the vehicle purchased. I couldn't believe the deal. I was shocked and said, "just tell me where to sign" They made me feel very special. Ezzy is always so kind and available to take my text messages which is really helpful for a busy girl. Seriously there was zero stress in the vehicle purchase and hardly any paperwork to sign. Todd made the financial part about 10 minutes. Got a beautiful Boxster S. It had been traded in and they hadn't had time to detail it, so it was quite dirty. The car was otherwise what I wanted, so I bought it. Another buyer had test drove it earlier that day, and left the dealership so they gave me first offer to buy since I was still there and had not left the dealership. I appreciate that they didn't have us competitively bid on it. Paid asking price, but it was a great purchase. Priced fairly, and they are going to professional detail it when I can bring it back as I live out of the Denver area. I would buy from them again. Only hassle is having to drive back to Denver, but their showroom is fun to hang around with all the vintage and new Porsches.

RESPONSE to DEALERSHIP: Shawn- I recognize this is more of a PR move than a genuine effort to make things right (Stevinson has my contact info) but it’s frustrating that no one from Stevinson seems to grasp accountability. You had a car I knew would sell quickly and I did everything right on my end- I got there first, proactively tried to ask all the right questions and take the right steps to ensure I got the car, got reassurances I was first in line for it, and it was still sold to someone else and I’m back to square one. If anyone from Stevinson had said “Sorry, we messed up- this shouldn’t have happened” I would have never written the initial review. Instead, salesman 1 says sorry, salesman 2 did the wrong thing selling it when it was being held and salesman 2 says sorry, salesman 1 told you the wrong thing since cars can’t be held and now the GM says sorry, “it can happen”. I’m looking for something very specific and tough to come by. You had one, it’s unlikely you will have one again in the near future and if you do it sounds like there’s a decent chance the situation would repeat itself since “it can happen”. Why bother? ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a very frustrating experience here- and as a non-haggling, cash buyer, my experience is particularly baffling. They listed a used car that was exactly what I’d been keeping an eye out for and knew would sell quickly. I got down there as quick as I could and to my knowledge, was the first to see it. I expressed my interest in buying it (was ready to pay cash) but was told it needed to go through inspection before it could be sold and was led to believe I was first in line for it. I contacted them again first thing the next morning to see if there was anything else I needed to do to hold it and in the midst of the back and forth to get that done, it was sold to someone else. I got different stories and finger-pointing between the salesperson I was dealing with and the one who sold it, and got the feeling from the one who sold it that he wasn’t taking me seriously and was kind of brushing me off- perhaps because I was trying to buy one of the cheaper cars on their lot. Right now I’m just looking for an SUV I don’t feel bad about beating up a bit while weekend-warrior-ing, but when we’re looking to upgrade my wife’s daily driver later this year, I don’t imagine that search will include Stevinson dealerships.

After finding a car in Houston that seem to meet our needs the car was delivered to Denver so that we could see it before making a final decision. I was on the Tesla Model 3 wait list for over two years. After a hands-on Model 3 demo and seeing a video of the new I-Pace, I decided to cancel the Model 3 and aim for an I-Pace. Was able to get an early allocation and took delivery of my new I-Pace in January. Yesterday I had a two hour customer care session with John...he was magnificent! The car is wonderful but also a bundle of 'new'. John was extremely knowledgeable and careful to take the time to explain each of the new features. Great example of attention to detail and continued support after the sale! Kudos for John's great job and the dealership for making it possible...

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Craig Muthard at Stevenson Imports. My wife and I were treated very professionally and with respect. When we arrived Craig had placed our vehicle in one of their beautiful showrooms with a big red bow on the hood. This increased our excitement about the purchase and made us feel special. We were immediately offered snacks and drinks then proceeded to look over the vehicle and discuss some of the features. We took the vehicle for a test drive and everything checked out to our standards - the techs had done a great job getting the vehicle prepped for us. Then came time to sit down and sign the paperwork. Craig already had all of the documents ready to go for us (we had discussed the vehicle in detail before we arrived). The entire process was quick and painless and we were on the road before we knew it. I wouldn't hesitate to call up Craig for any future purchases my family may need.

I normally research and deliberate for long periods of time before making any big purchases. A couple of weeks ago though, when we just happened to stop in at Stevinson Porsche, we met Ezzy Fitouri. He was so honest and helpful that we felt extremely comfortable. After getting to know us understand out budget and needs he described a Porsche that sounded very interesting but was being stored offsite. Ezzy jumped through some hoops and arranged to get the car to the dealership and within an hour of that we owned thing! The dealership overall was accommodating and had outstanding customer service. Ezzy in particular was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and just fun to hang out with! I can't think of a reason we would ever go anywhere else in the future. Outstanding experience!

In 2007 I purchased a car from Stevinson Porsche. The purchase experience was just ok. Their service department is excellent. In June of 2013 I almost ordered a 2014 car from them but found that they were not flexible for my needs so I ordered a 2014 from Prestige Imports. They seemed a bit more friendly and flexible for my needs. Stevinson is a good dealership but I decided to take my business to Prestige Imports.

Bottom Line - This dealer is a class act and deserves the praise reported by other reviewers. I brought my Cayenne into their service department to diagnose a unique issue. Even though I had bought the car at another dealership, they treated me like I had had been a customer with them since the beginning. They were "on my side" through the warrantied repair process and the car is now driving better than ever. Kudos to Elspeth from the service department as she kept me informed throughout. We worked with Craig Muthard on the purchase of a perfectly maintained, low mileage Porsche. After seeing and driving the car, we returned home to Cheyenne over the remainder of the weekend to consider the purchase. From that point on, all our conversations were email or telephone. We found Craig to be extremely responsive--answering emails quickly and completely. We made the decision to install a Bluetooth device before picking up the car. Craig handled all the details with the aftermarket accessory technician. The device had to be ordered and the process took several days, but the car remained inside and perfectly detailed during this process. They are very highly professional, nice and patient! They might be busy but they will try their best to reach out to you! Both of them were very wonderful. I live in a rural area, an hour from the dealership, so it was important to me to be able to easily communicate with someone about the vehicle before heading out to see it. Craig Muthard was very helpful and responsive to my text messages. He also accommodated my request to have my personal mechanic review the vehicle. My wife and I drove to Stevinson Imports with the intention of purchasing a 2014 Cayenne Diesel. We had shopped the Cayenne at Porsche of Colorado Spring but they didn't have the inventory that Stevinson clearly had so we decided to pay Stevinsons a visit with the intention of driving home a new vehicle. When we arrived we were pleased to be given some time to walk the lot without being immediately approached by a salesman. However, after about 30 minutes of reviewing every car on the front lot without being approached, we started feeling neglected. We then went inside to the south building assuming we would be greeted by a sales man. Instead the room appeared to be empty of people, after a few minutes in the room we realized a lone salesman (Paul) was watching television on a couch. He asked, without getting up, if we had been helped. After a brief exchange he was off to help us find our car which wasn't there (despite being advertised online) he neglected to hold the door for my wife, twice. Then offered to check their system for the car and marched off through a series of doors at which point I told him I wanted to wait for my wife who was gathering to our child in the showroom. He left pointing the direction to his office when I was ready to come. Really?! I mean I'm making an 80K purchase and this is how I'm going to be treated! I told my wife lets leave this jerk in his office and buy our car from Porsche of Colorado Springs. Its been a long time since I've been treated that way.

Doesn't matter who you are or whether you're driving an entry level Porsche or the top-of-the-line. These guys honestly care about you and your vehicle. They're not pretentious like other import dealerships and are friendly and knowledgeable. Even if this place is out of the way, their service is worth driving the extra mile.

When something goes wrong with a newly leased vehicle the sales team rushes to bring in the specific service team for the brand to solve the problem. My Porsche's check engine light was on, and even though my husband had scanned it, got the error code and fixed the problem (I had neglected to tighten the fuel filler cap sufficiently) the check engine light refused to go off. It should have done so, since the engine had gone through enough cycles for it to reset. I showed up at Stevinson Porsche with no appointment to see if they could take care of it. Everybody was so nice and helpful; they took their time to understand what I was whining about, plugged in their (much better) scanner and reset the system. I am very impressed and highly recommend the service department.

Loved my sales guy, Myles. Really tried to help me. I found the buying experience to be confusing. I wasn't happy with the trade-in value, it was 30% lower than KBB. Ok, I get it. I tried negotiate a price, low, hoping the sales team would meet me in a place we could begin talking. Instead, they increased the price for my trade-in by $500, and without explanation, didn't come one dollar off of the list price (of a used car). I was confused, and didn't know how to go forward, certainly outside of what I was hoping for. I felt like they showed their character, so I left. Still don't know what happened, except I felt perplexed and unheard. Looks like Colorado Springs Porsche has great inventory, that was my next stop, until I stopped at the Lexus dealer and was treated like a retired military service member, really appreciated! I don't feel Stevinson negotiated like they wanted my business.

This was my first visit to Stevinson Porsche. I only needed an oil service (Macan S). The entire process was wonderful. I was greeted promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Everything was explained in detail and I was told the service would take 90 minutes. While I waited, I treated my self to a coffee and a granola bar, passing on the (free?) sandwiches and salads and sat in the comfortable and spacious Jaguar showroom. The receptionist checked in with me every so often to make sure I had everything I needed. I went over to the Porsche showroom and was greeted by Joe Jett. I had a great conversation with him that was informative and enjoyable. He was very honest (even advising me against buying a certain used car) and he really knows his cars. I will definitely be buying a car from him in the next year or so. My car was ready when promised, clean, and slightly below the estimate. All in all, it was one of the best service appointments I can ever remember. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ghastly experience in service department with new car: I purchased a new Boxster at the Colorado Springs dealership because they had a color not available in the Stevinson lot. I was told that any Porsche dealership can activate the Porsche Connect Plus feature, so I brought the car to Stevinson. After two separate visits, each of which took approximately two hours out of my day, they told me they could not solve the problem because a Sim card chip had not been installed at the time of delivery and they would not install a spare for me. The Colorado Springs dealership from whom I purchased the car said that every dealership has plenty of spares, and offered to drive one to my home in south Denver – a far more satisfying customer service experience (for which I will provide a much more glowing review in connection with that dealership). That said, I was surprised at how discourteous and inefficient the service personnel were — especially Joe Jett, the “Porsche Brand Ambassador,” who was stern, abrupt and unfriendly. Is that the image Porsche wants its “Ambassadors” to portray to the public? Porsches are great cars, but this particular service facility appears to have a strong dislike of customers who have purchased their cars at other dealers. It would be pure speculation to assume that, if I had purchased my car from them, I would receive better treatment – so it may be that they simply just don’t like customers in the first place. If service quality is part of your buying decision, look elsewhere!

I had been reading about the Jaguar F-Pace for some time and as it was about time to replace my wife's SUV , I wanted to check it out. Joe spent a great deal of time telling us about the vehicle. For comparison we also drove a Macan. Both cars were great performers and although Porsche is Joe's "1st love," he gave us an in depth and unbiased evaluations. The F-Pace better suited our needs (and we have been very pleased with it and the treatment we have received from Joe and Stevinson. I had read about the new Porsche Cayman and wanted to test drive it. As with the F-Pace,he handed me the keys and told me to take for a drive. (It is also a fantastic car.) I had actually not planned on buying another car quite so soon, but after again spending a great deal of time with Joe and his getting me a very good deal on the car, I bought it. However, at no time was there any pressure to purchase either vehicle. The cars sold themselves, and Joe provided in depth information about both vehicles. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car (or in this case 2 vehicles.)

After buying 3 cars over $100,000 each from this dealer in the last two years my third experience has been horrifying to say the least. I guess that's how they treat their loyal customers. After having the Porsche Cayenne for only two months with only 2000 miles on it my check engine light came on. So I took it to the dealer... who then kept it for a week and told me that they would have to order a part from Germany to fix the problem. A couple of days later they called and said that something had chewed the wiring in my car and that it was not covered under warranty and I would have to pay for it. I got pretty upset so....they send me over a picture that look absolutely nothing like a wire being chewed more like someone broke it. Also I have had many vehicles, ATVs, tractors and other things on my property that have never been chewed by any animal. Could this have happened before the car was sold to me? And if it was chewed could it have been chewed on a boat on the way here when they were importing the car? They told me it happen that same day which would be impossible since the car was sitting in the garage in the city at my friends house that whole day. Yes, my insurance will cover it but this is a strictly out of principle. How do I know that the car was not sold to me that way.?!? They also told me that I had to return the loaner car immediately I told them I would not until they fix my car they refused and said they would just come onto my property and get it. Is that how you treat your loyal customers???? You should ask yourself is this the kind of experience you want to have when you buy your next car?

I visited the Denver Auto show and was taken with the Jaguar F-Pace and wanted to arrange for a test drive. Tuesday afternoon, following the show I stopped in at Stevinson Imports on S Broadway. For 15 - 20 minutes I walked around the lot, peering into cars and visiting the showroom. At no point, did anyone even approach me and walked away from me when I approached them. The receptionist was on the phone or busy talking to others. Needless to say, I left without my test drive. I'm a little confused about the free 5 year car service that came with the purchase of the car. It was recommended every 12 months but with the oil change at 20,000mls. while nobody said that this was a rather long interval, reading between the lines, I decided to have one done at 10,000mls, which I paid for at the first service in March. This means that your free service only includes 2 oil changes in 5 years if you only drive the car for 10,000mls a year. Pretty cheep way to maintain the car. In contrast, AUDI furnishes free oil changes and service every 10,000 mls for 3 years regardless of how many mls. This would make more sense.

We traded for a used vehicle here and was not informed of a water leak in the vehicle we purchased. We didn’t notice it until we washed the vehicle and the water just poured in. Soaked the headliner! Once we started looking we noticed old water stains that we didn’t notice to start with and weren’t informed of. When we called the next morning (less than 24 hours after the trade) we were told the deal was done and it was ours. Nothing they could do. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle through them. Once the deal is done they do not care about you as a customer!

Craig Muthard with Internet Sales was on the ball throughout the entire process: Immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and so great to work with. The amazing thing is that I spent a ton of money with Stevinson, and never even talked to Craig. He was so quick on the email and texts, that it wasn't even necessary to actually talk (And I just checked - we had about 200+ email exchanges). I had a trade (2015 911 C4S), and Stevinson's first offer was as competitive - if not more - than all the other dealerships I had to struggle with to get the value where it should be. When I received the vehicle I purchased from Stevinson (2017 911.2 Turbo S), it was amazing. Couldn't ask for more. Actually better than represented. I will vouch for Stevinson. And as a Texan I don't take that lightly.

Terrible customer service. My husband has a Porsche Cayenne Turbo that we have had to have fixed twice this last month (right under $2000 both times) and the second time his car died on the interstate. He was assured they would cover all costs including the towing fee, but of course that didn't happen. Let alone he spent several hours dealing with a dead vehicle in Colorado Springs that needed to be towed to Denver. His mileage is getting high and we have been talking about getting a new vehicle, but it won't be from Stevinson. Looks like we will head to Range Rover or Mercedes where I got my vehicle. Too bad because I really liked the new Jaguar SUV in the showroom.

I traveled from out of town to the Denver area on two separate trips looking to buy a Porsche 911T. I called to make an appointment and Sean Colony was assigned as my sales rep. Sean spent a lot of time with me and gave me more than adequate time to test drive a few different 911s. Being from out of town, we were conveniently able to do most of the negotiating over the phone and through text. My impression was that he advocated to get the best deal for me. In the end I did get a good price and placed an order for a 911T with Stevinson's. Having worked with other Porsche dealerships, I know that some, unfortunately, do not always live up to the high quality you expect from Porsche. Overall my experience at Stevinson's was a very positive experience and they have earned my future business. Ask for Sean if you want the service that you expect from the Porsche brand.

VERY disappointed with Stevinson Porsche service department. I brought my car in for check engine light service. They kept the car in for almost a week, charged me $2600 for service. 5 minutes after leaving the dealership check engine light came back on. Took the car back. Apparently they had misdiagnosed the problem or according to them "something else" came up... Another repair, another $1000. That did not solve the problem. Had to bring the car in total of 5 times, spent over $3000, wasted a lot of time and after over 2 weeks of waiting the car is same condition as before the service. Incompetent Porsche service. Service advisor seemed to be clueless. Same with apologetic service manager. Rude shop foreman with condescending attitude. Bad brand ambassadors. I will stay away from this dealership and will advise everyone I know to do the same. P.S. the problem was a tear in the hose that was causing fuel pumps to show faults. Another Porsche service center found it right away, fixed it for $200 and check engine light never came back on.

Check your tires!!! I recently within the past two weeks purchased a certified used Cayenne S from Stevinson. Fast forward to last night one of the sidewalls of a tire blew out randomly on the highway. The spare they provided was off the bead and useless so I ended up towing the vehicle to Stevinson at Mark’s request (sales manager) who assured me he’d call me the next day. Never heard from him. Instead I heard from a snarky service advisor named Burke who insisted I hit something and that’s what caused the tire to blow. Not the case. I was then told by Kip (snarky Burke’s boss) that the tires were fine even though they only put one new tire on originally (cheap Goodyears you could literally buy at Walmart) to go with the 3 other old worn ones. Rather than take any kind of ownership for this situation they proceeded to say out of good faith they’d do me the favor of replacing the tire that blew out. I wasn’t ever trying to get some kind of charity handout rather looking for the dealership to own up and do the right thing. I declined the cheap Walmart Goodyear they offered not only because with an AWD you should never have tires that are different sizes but out of principle that I won’t ever do business here again. Had they done the right thing I would have gladly purchased 4 new Pirellis like I did from another dealership right after I left. I’ve owned BMWs, a Mercedes, and we currently have a Lexus from Kuni as well. You should send your people over to Kuni or any of these dealerships in town to learn how a high end dealership should treat their customers! Shame on you for the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. We were set on purchasing a new Macan in January as well for my wife due to the great treatment we received when buying the Cayenne. We will be heading across town to prestige to make that purchase.
