Tried to cosign on a vehicle with my daughter. Gave them a small deposit for good faith. Understandably we were told we needed to wait to hear from the banks. Days went by and no word. My daughter called and was told they were too busy and would call back. My husband called, multiple times a few days in a row and told the same thing. Couldn't get an answer from anyone. Honestly, even if the answer had been that they couldn't help us, it would have been better than nothing. We gave up and asked for our money back which took another week to get. They have terrible communication skills and when we went to them to get an update they either put us off or gave us excuses. Never again!

My son just bought his vehicle from this suppose it awesome salesman that sounded great. My seventeen year old drove it off the lot 10 minuets ago and it start smoking now will not drive I called the dealership and they advised me that we purchased it as is and will not assist. Thank you for stealing my son’s hard earned $4000 he now has zero money in the bank account and zero vehicles for shame what an awful dealership you are how dare you a. Don't like how I told Willie I was on my way to speak with him and he never showed up. So I got Estabon who was useful, problem with that is had it not been for Willie's terrible lack of communication Estabon's follow-up letter in the mail wouldn't seem so unwelcoming. Prices are outrage, moral of story do as you say you gone do Willie. You ask for a service or a good and expect for your hard earn dollars to be done right. So my car broke down and i was out of luck and decided,"eh why not let's see if I can get a car" so I went I'm to springs automotive and was greeted by Adam , he's a blessing I'll tell you. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was (which was super low!)he was able to work his magic and got me a lovely Chevy trailblazer at amazingly affordable price. He took his time to talk me through the process being this was my first experience buying a car from a dealer. He made sure I got what I wanted and to mention he was so kind! Not even with 1 star, not worth your time. Sold me a lemon, I've put at least 8000 into the car just fixing the problems. I made them aware and they told me to come down and they will make it right. Wasted my whole day to be told there is nothing they can do. Not only that but they knowingly sold me a vehicle with an open recall without saying one word to me. I hate this place so much.

Estevan has been my main salesman the past week where I walked away with a 2012 Corvette and a 2005 Audi at amazing prices. Justin is their finance guy and works magic in the back room with the numbers and is an all around awesome guy to work with. Carlos and Mike are the guys in the back who piece everything together to help make the sales happen and it just works, both are awesome guys to do business with and helped me get into 2 beautiful cars this past week. All around amazing experience with this group of people and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out before you go to a big dealership.. this dealership easily prides itself on helping their customers even after purchasing their vehicles 10/10 recommend.

Went and put a deposit on a car, come back 2 days later to sign paperwork, and they "lost" the car. They call me a year and a half later and said they found another key, asked them to mail it to me, because I have since moved out of state. That was 3 months ago, still no key. Called several times about this and was promised a call back, never returned my calls. Now they are saying they sent it, but will not follow-up with the post office to see where my key is. So now Someone Somewhere has the other key to my car..... After posting this review I was contacted by someone from Springs Auto Group, they did send me a check for key replacement. So I did get the second key for my car, however I stand behind my one star review, for lack of communication.

They have my business for life. Not only was the buying experience professional, fair, and satisfactory, but there was a little hick up later on that the employees of Springs Automotive Hroup handled so well that they will have my business for as long as I can give it. About 3 months after the car buying experience, there was a small fault with the vehicle that caused it to break down. These guys coordinated my pick up and made sure I was taken care of. At the time came to determine what it would cost to repair Vehicle, I was told by their employee "no, that is not how we do business". They covered all the costs for the repair. A special shout out to Avery went above and beyond and took me back to get my vehicle once it was ready. Machines can fail all the time but the employees at the Springs automotive group gave it a human touch and even when a machine failed they made it right immediately. Like I said in the beginning, they have my business for life.

Where to start. We purchased a vehicle in January. We began the transaction with Tim. We were clear with him that we didn't want any games. They kept us there that day for many hours, kept our keys from our vehicle to trade, seemingly as hostage so that we couldn't leave. Finally when I decided to leave they decided that they could make us an offer (game). We were told two different stories from two different people in the store. At one point we were told that we could choose any vehicle we wanted because our credit was so good. We were then told we couldn't have the truck we originally came to buy. We were driven to their other lot and told to pick a truck there. Needless to say, I was furious and unhappy. We then magically get a call from the manager indicating we could have the truck we originally wanted (game). Only, they had to increase the price significantly. This decision was hours later by the way. We signed some paperwork, we were highly encouraged to keep the after market warranty even after we asked not to. This topic was pushed and they even found a way that we could keep the warranty for a lower price. Eventually, we were allowed to take the vehicle home and were asked to return in the following few days to complete the paperwork. On our way back to the office the vehicle shut off, literally. Eventually, we made it back to the office to complete the transaction against my better judgement. They shared that they would fix the truck. We signed paperwork to purchase a vehicle they promised to fix, but left in a loner truck. They had our truck for one week. We had to call and inquire about the truck. Eventually we were told that there was too much water vapor build up so the mechanic's solution was to drill a hole in a closed system... This was something he found on a forum. When questioned about this, he originally stated that Ford had this as a fix on their website, when questioned further he admitted that it was found on a forum (game). They swore that they had fixed the problem. We picked up the truck and the dang thing shut off again driving down the highway (liability). We had them come and get us and again were given a loner truck. Eventually, they found that it was the spark plugs. Hmmm.. A few days after our purchase we received a phone call that they found our debit card in our trade in and they stated that they were going to send it in the mail. Do you think we ever received it in the mail? Nope. Never. When calling and inquiring about this, everyone acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. Thank goodness we cancelled it. Here we are in the summer time just a few months later and the whole front end needed replaced. Luckily we had the warranty that was recommended (game). Is this a coincidence? Over the summer we received a call from someone at the dealership reporting that he had some extra keys for our new vehicle. We called the dealership back and again everyone acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. We drove to the dealership and were given the run around, sent to the other dealership, waited for over a half hour to talk to someone to even speak to us. They reported there was a box of keys that they would look through. We never heard anything about this again. We never asked about it again. Here we are in September. We receive a notice from the post office indicating we had mail that we had to pay for. We pay the 2.50, open the package and its keys! Not our keys. Someone else's keys. We just paid 2.50 for keys that are not ours. We now have in our possession someone else's keys. Isn't this a liability issue? Needless to say. This business has many issues seemingly to be with communication between employees in two different offices and a mechanic shop. The vehicle we purchased is beautiful but wasn't worth the agony we have gone through with replacing the front end which still cost us 500.00 with warranty. Communication with this company has been a strain and the mechanic was unprofessional. All in all a SCARY experience, causing feelings of distrust

Worst dealership I've ever experienced. I found a car I really wanted so I put a 400$ hold on it. I wasnt informed the check engine light was on and the engine sputters so I backed out of the deal because why would i pay $18,000 for a car with problems?Now they have been very hesitant to refund me my 400$ for about 2 weeks now. They say they would get back to me but I seem to be the only one calling !

We bought a 2017 Tesla from them. They didn’t make our trades payoff within the allotted time frame that they should have, not did they contact us that they had forgot, our bank called looking for the payment thankfully or else it would have dinged our credit. So we made the payment and then it took 3 months of arguing to get them to reimburse the payment we made and even harder to get them to admit they owed us the interest we paid on the note. Very sad situation. We kept pictures of the mail and texts in case anyone tries to deny their terrible service. Buyers beware, you have to watch these guys....

I have been waiting for my refund for almost 2 weeks. Everytine i go there they claim the owner is not there. Do not leave money because u will not get it back. I’m writing this because my son was treated so amazingly well when other places did not. Also, I want to thank Andres and Lucas for getting my son, James, into an incredible car! My son had no credit, and hadn’t been able to work due to his car kicking up it’s wooden leg for nearly a month, so he really had a hard time finding a dealer who would work with him. He has been with the same company for nearly 8-9 yrs, but no one seemed to care. These awesome people worked on this with my son all day, and got him back on the road and back to work! Your experiences may vary, but I just had an absolutely awful experience with springs automotive group. I inquired about a vehicle, negotiated a fair price based on kbb, and that price was accepted by a salesman, Estevan. I made all of my arrangements to drive over 5 hours away and stay the night in Colorado Springs only to be told that a manager - Frank - that they believed the truck should have been a higher price than what two grown men agreed on and reneged on our handshake. Absolutely terrible. The world of used car dealers is often shady, but for a man to go back on his word is disrespectful and disgraceful. Even as they were trying to explain themselves, they finger pointed, lied to each other and to me, and tried to make a potential customer shoulder their blame. I wish these men the best of luck as they will need it with the lack of morals they just displayed. I'm now forced to eat my cost of travel and I'm not getting a new truck. If you're buying a car here, make sure you have the car before you leave. Their word is worthless.

Didn't get the vehicle I was originally looking at but ultimately got exactly the car I wanted. It wasn't exactly quick and painless but it was well worth it. The only reason for a 4 star is because the salesman didn't bother to ask me what I was actually looking for and ended up causing me to be there for 5 hours before finally getting the vehicle I got. He assumed i needed a bigger car just because the first vehicle I looked at was a truck. The salesman was nice enough but he didn't do much of anything outside of the two test drives we went on. I worked more with the financing guy than the salesman.

Since it was a Saturday, we left it at she would CALL me Monday when their finance department was open and we would go from there. Unfortunately, have to update my previous 5 star review. 2 days after purchasing 2013 subaru, battery died. No big deal, bought a new one. Had to return to the dealership because the finance guy had put someone else's bank info on my paperwork (which i still have a copy of; good thing im an honest guy). So, i mentioned the battery issue, was told there will be a check cut in 2 days. Hasnt happened. Went by there today, 4 days after, and dropped off the bad battery, let them see that im not making this up. Well, on my way out of the lot, another driver let me know both my brake lights are out. Went back, and half hour later Chuck from their repair shop let me know they didn't have time to replace my brake lights. I drove around the corner, glad the unaffiliated auto shop was open! Point is, had a great time giving them $$ for this car but TERRIBLE follow through! A coworker is looking to buy a car; i'm taking back the referral business card i gave him! This place is NOT recommended! Worst part, they're run by retired military and blow me off while I'm standing in their shop wearing my uniform. Very unfortunate.

We had a difficult experience with this place. I am surprised based on the amount of good reviews. November of 2018 my in-laws car had finally died. We went to Springs Automotive group to purchase a car for them. It was listed a good condition with minor cosmetic issues. The experience in the dealership was typical. Not a lot of wiggle room for negotiation but since it was a previously used car we got the extended warranty. Since then we have been extremely disappointed with our purchase. The car has since been brought in 3x for mechanical issues. We have paid the $100 deductible each time for work I'm not entirely sure actually happened. The car has died 3x. My mother-in-law has exhausted her AAA services on this car in the last 10 months. Others who have looked at the car stated the following : wrong battery in car, electric seat faulty, leaking fuel hose, ABS light on (which has still not been fixed), loose spark plugs, and bad breaks. None of this information was disclosed to us and I do not believe this is considered good condition. We do not trust their repair shop and will not be bringing it in anymore. We understand that used cars have typical wear and tear BUT the amount of issues is ridiculous for owning the car for less than a year and why does the repair shop continue to overlook these issues each time we bring it in? Our salesman did call to check on the car which was nice. When we told him we were extremely dissatisfied he apologized and offer ed to have us TRADE IT IN. Which makes no sense. Why would we trade in vehicle and owe them more money? We were in desperate need of a car our in-laws could afford and now we are stuck with a very unreliable car. We wished we would have never purchased a car from this place. I would also caution others to have the car checked out by a different mechanic. We have purchased 2 other used cars in the past from other dealers and have never had problems like these. We are extremely disappointed and feel very stuck.

Took forever to turn in my title paperwork (2 months) after my temp tag expired then went to the dmv to get my plates for them to tell me that springs auto group didn't turn in the diesel emissions paperwork so I wasted 2 hours of my time. I give them a F rating on my experience.

I'm not really even wanting to give this place a star one reason being that during the 3 visits 2 of which I got a sales person making sexual harassment advantages to me in front of my husband and continued throughout the whole process. Along with this they said one thing and lied making use and a friend of ours wait while they where in the other officer smiling and joking around. Than around 8 a little bit before they closed they came and said it feel through but if you do this and this we have an approval( approval with a stipulation).we did that and went back then They said we can't get it. They have so far lost any business with me my family and 90 percent of my friends. But hey those who want to get sexually harassed and lied to and also sit around for hours this is things place to go. But honestly I wouldn't even take my nieces to this place.

BE WARY OF THIS BUSINESS! My family and drove into the springs to look at 2014 3500 LTZ priced to sell at 28999 - amazing price! We test drove it, got the Carfax and then crawled under the truck. That's when we discovered the major oil leak, we told the sales guy Roy who then told the GM Andrea who said they would fix it for us. Awesome! Before they made the repair I wanted my mechanic to check out the truck, so... Few days later we drove back into town to take the truck to our mechanic to see if there might be anything else and there was - basically the truck need the major fluid changes too keep a diesel running great. Not a problem we asked if they would do that they said no ... Understandable they we're still going to fix the rear engine main seal that was causing the leak. Great we are moving along with the deal, I have too keep calling to find out what's going on with the truck. We noticed a day later the price of the truck changed by 1500 increase. We asked if our walk in price we was still going to be valid. Here is where the company gets down right shady. They said because I hadn't put an offer on the truck before the repair that I would have to pay the new price? How does test driving it twice taking it to my mechanic to show an interest? What company does that, I find a major repair, even when your site states : Most Vehicles go through a rigorous VEHICLE INSPECTION from our ASE CERTIFIED Mechanics. Maybe they should pay me for finding the problem?

Told Jesse I wasn't play games on watch want. He tried to push me into a vehicle I did not want and did not even see it. When I said no I was asked why it had to be the vehicle I want. Then I worked with two other guys they got me approved for the truck I wanted only to be told later that deal was out and I had a better one with a stipulation of catching up on a bill. Did that went to sign papers and waited around for half the day as a third guy was to finish up only to be told I wasn't approved anymore. Will not go back ever and will not recommend any one go their.

They did not look this car over at all before putting it on the lot despite saying they did. Was in the shop the first week, for a week, with broken front drive shaft, broken diff mount, cracked sept belt, water pump leaking, and a bad battery two weeks later. They did repair these issues since they were within 30 days but this vehicle I paid 10,000 for is continuing to have issues a few days past the 30 day warranty. It leaks inside and the brakes are now needing work. I am about to drive 1600 miles with young kids and I cannot trust this vehicle. They were originally asking 11,900 for this 2011 Jeep without their shop techs ever looking it over. Don’t ever buy from a used car dealer that does not offer longer warranty than 30 days. If you are looking for used cars, go to the larger dealerships that offer real warranties and their techs truly look the cars over before putting them on the lot. There has been so many issues with this Jeep that I cannot feel safe driving with my kids as we move out of state. After the first few days of seeing all the issues, I took it to a four wheel drive place I’ve had work done before, and told them to look it over but I was having the dealership do the work since I had 30 days. So, they had nothing to gain or lose by telling me I needed something fixed that was not really broke. They diagnosed everything above but also the ball joints being really worn. Springs Automotive said they were fine and would not replace them. Since they missed all the issues the first time, this has left me not trusting them at all. This is a safety issue and therefore I have to pay someone else 900 or more to replace them. I rarely ever leave reviews but there is little protection for people when buying used cars except to read reviews and buy from the dealerships who will give longer warranties.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish Springs Automotive Group at the Platter location was amazing. Our Sale Rep, Keith, was knowledgeable, friendly and ready to work with us to find exactly what we needed. We ended up with a beautiful Chevy Tahoe that checked every box on our list and was absolutely perfect for our needs. Once we selected the perfect car the finance team took over from there and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Justin and the finance team put far more hours than we ever expected to find us the best deal possible. And at the end not only did they find us a great deal for our financial situation but they knocked off additional money from the sales price we had already agreed upon to make sure the deal with the bank would go through and remain in budget.You just don't see this kind of dedication and customer service often any more. It was such a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

Recently purchased a 2015 Scion xB, this was the second dealership experience for myself and my girlfriend. She originally went in to look at a Jeep Commander we saw online. She showed up at 0900 to get the process going. I was at work so the salesman actually let her test drive it to me so I could step out and look it over which was very impressive. We both saw a few minor issues with the vehicle, yes it's used so that is to be expected. The issues came with the finance. They wanted $4000 down on a $6400 vehicle. So they showed her the Scion. Low miles, great condition, and again let her show me. At about 1600 hrs we agreed and soon after she was approved. She came back to get me around 1630 to sign papers and drive the vehicle to see how it was going mechanically. Unfortunately it wasn't until 2000 hrs we we're able to even go see the finance guys to get paperwork done. They neglected to inform us of the interest rate and payment info prior to waiting several hours. I found out there were some issues with a previous group and that was the delay. We finally left at 2035 and I immediately heard a grinding noise when I made a right turn. The left front fender well was broken loose and scrubbing, which I later diagnosed myself. We took it back to have it detailed and checked on but they gave us a number to another shop to have it looked at rather than having their own service department check it out. Some things could use a bit more of a personal touch for sure. All in all they found us a good family vehicle which was the goal. Chris definitely has a ton of stories to keep you occupied, being from the southeast we can relate on many things. He helped from start to finish and I applaud him for that.

They have no problems selling lemons. Spent more money on this car than it was even worth. It's left me stranded many times. They also lost an extra key they forgot to give me 6 months after I got the car. Wolf's in sheep's clothing. Save yourself some money and keep looking for another place to find a car. Attn: Guy At this point I would like the extra key you guys found because getting an extra key made for this car is super expensive. Someone called me in November saying after Ryan left he found a key for my vehicle. I've called many times I even asked to talk to the manager only to be brushed off and never contacted again. Just because the car says as-is shouldn't mean I should have to check it piece by piece to make sure it will last a year without major problems. Things that HAD to be done... Spark plugs ( Worst Audi of Cos had ever seen) Coilpack wires ( They were so rotted that it was misfiring due to exposed wires) Tires ( The front tires had exposed steel) Windshield ( Cracked from side to side) Crank sensor ( This being the worst problem due the car not starting or randomly shutting off)

Abbie was great to work with sales managers and finance were typical of big dealers they get their money off your down payment and interest on your payments so they will let you know those are two numbers they need. As expected be prepared when you don't jump in to have at least one sales manager come be super aggressive, Oscar especially, to not break one of the biggest rules to NOT let you walk out the first time because that's dollars leaving. Be patient it's expected they will come with super high numbers first and push them. Stay firm if they want the sale they will meet somewhere. Overall it was the long two day process i expected buying a car to be with many tactics I have seen and a few new ones to look for but they were friendly and a little frustrated at times which I anticipated. Overall a good experience buying a car. If you understand that if you get told your approved for 18 percent interest you actually more likely got like 14 and the rest goes to the seller you can have more perspective. Watch for being brought back or yo yo. UPDATE. I would knock the rating TO 2 STARS after being told they ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT CALL US BACK TO CHANGE ANYTHING IT HAPPENED. BE CAUTIOUS THIS STUFF IS LEGAL AND THEY WILL TELL YOU ESSENTIALKY TO YOUR FACE TOUGH LUCK. YES SIR THEY "HELPED US" BY LOWERING THE PAYMENT BUT EXTENDING IT LINGER AND MYSTERIOUSLY 3 MORE PERCENT INTEREST FROM THE SAME FINANCE COMPANY THAT APPROVED THE LOWER RATE. GO FIGURE. Also keep in mind there is no penalty in colorado for paying off your car early

I purchased my sons vehicle in May as is and low and behold the very next day the sensors did not work. Took it to the Colorado Springs Auto shop, 3 visits and$350 later and the problem is not fixed even with a new sensor. The only solution was for me to take the vehicle to a certified Toyota dealership. Then today I get 3 notices in the mail indicating that the dealership never notified DMV of the vehicle ownership and that I’m being fined for never registering the vehicle. In my life this has been by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership! Never again!
