Very unprofessional and said they did a safety check on car before we took it home and all shocks are bad so i dont know how thats safe to drive with my kids. Ive only had mu car for 30 days. They were supposed to replace windshield and still have Not heard from them to fix that either. I will never buy another car from them.

We didn't buy a car here but we wish we could have. I can't review the paperwork process or anything else but I can review the sales lady. We worked with Lynzy and she was wonderful. She was able to get her manager to offer us top dollar for our trade. She was a delight and very professional. The only reason we didn't buy from her was because there just wasn't one we liked that we could afford (completely on us no reflection of Lynzy or the dealer). Lynzy did everything in her power to find something that would have worked for our family our budget was just too tight, she really worked for us. The next time we need a car this will be our first stop!

I recently flew out from California to purchase a used vehicle from Spradley Kia. I had an outstanding experience. Not only was the vehicle in the exact (excellent) condition described in the ad, if its possible to be it was even better than advertised. Everyone was extremely accommodating to my particular situation and with their outstanding customer service put to shame every single other auto dealer I've ever dealt with. If I didn't live so far they'd have a lifelong customer. Special mention goes to Elisha who answered every question quickly and honestly and who went out of her way to ensure that my experience was as good as it was.

Service Department is a joke. My 2018 Kia Stinger GT that I bought from them blew its engine at under 4000 miles. They have had the car for close to 2 months leaving me with lease payments on a broken car. To top it off they never call to give any kind of update, and when you call they never seem to have any idea of what’s going on. I barely got a rental 6 weeks into the repair, and guess what, still no update on the car. Avoid for service

I had to take my 2013 Kia Optima in for Service here at Spradley Kia, It took them 2 weeks to diagnose this vehicle. In this period I had to rent a car so my Wife could get to work at a cost of $405.00 out of pocket. It seems that Spradley and Kia have a policy of only Reimbursing or Renting a car for 3 day, When they told me that my car needed a new engine and would order me one I asked about a Rental or Reimbursement of the one I had already rented I was told that it would be taken care of. I called the GM and he sent the call over to Mr Irons at Kia, Well it's over a month and still Resolution. I had a Wonderful Experience with Nicki in Service, She was wonderful in trying to help me out. So if you ever have to get your car serviced at Kia please arrange a car to borrow or be prepared to pay out of pocket.

I bought a vehicle today from spradley Kia on hwy 50, the purchase went relatively well, pretty much a good experience and most of the staff is very friendly. Aside from that I did have to call after my purchase to discuss an unrelated concern and was treated horribly by a female sales rep named tanika or something like that. All she did was talk over me, became argumentative, and ending up just flat out hanging up on me. She was very disrespectful and highly lacked any customer service skills. If you want to buy a vehicle I would recommend Kia spradley but would not recommend you have her as a sales rep, very rude young lady. Aside from that, the finance manager John is an absolutely amazing person to work with, very personable and friendly, he makes you feel like family. Also Kirk the salesman I worked with is awesome, very personable as well and has kept in contact with me following my purchase to make sure there is no issues and I'm enjoying my new vehicle. John and Kirk are great guys to work with, I suggest you go see them.

On January 27, 2016 I located a new 2016 Mazda MX-5 Club online at Spradley Mazda dealership in Pueblo, CO. Since I live in Littleton, CO, I asked the salesperson, Jay Cortez, to text me some pictures along with an out the door price which he quoted me $31,444 before tax. I still have this text on my phone. I told Jay I needed to get financing and would get get back to him in a couple days. On Monday, February 1, 2016 I received approved financing. When I called Jay back he informed me that the price was now $31,744, $300 higher due to a dealer handling fee. I asked him to honor the original price and to speak with a manager. The manager Mat Gomez called me and said that the original price was only good for that day and it was now $300 higher and there was nothing he could do. I then called the dealership back and asked to speak with Troy Miller, the head general sales manager for the dealership. Once I explained to him the events, he agreed he would call the owner Carol Spradley and see what he could do. He called back a little later that afternoon stating that the owner agreed to the original price of $31,444 if I would put a deposit down on it that day. I agreed and he transferred me to the finance person, John Secora, who then charged a $1000 deposit on my credit card. I informed him I would drive down on Saturday, 2/6 to take delivery of the vehicle On Friday, February 5, 2016 at 2:38pm Carol Spradley called me to inform me that she was going to refund my $1000 and if I was still interested in the car it would be at MSRP which was $2000 higher, or $33,500 plus dealer handling fees. I asked her how she could do that after we already had an agreement and had taken a deposit and she told me that she didn't agree with what Troy Miller had done, that he had overstepped his boundaries and she wasn't "going to loose $2000 on a car that is in such great demand". I feel this is fraud and this dealership should be reprimanded for these actions.

Spradley Kia has been amazing to our family. We have bought I think 4 cars over like 10 years there and just got our daughter one as well. We refer all of our friends and family there. Larry Mondragon, the manager, has always been amazing to work with. The finance gentleman, John Secura has a fun personality and is knowledgeable and works hard to find the best deals for you. Our most recent sales guy, Vince for both my husband’s car as well as a new car for our daughter was kind, patient, and helpful. (There was also a lady who assisted in our last vehicle that we bought our daughter at the state fair sale but I am drawing a blank to her name. Regardless....give Spradley your business because I have been going to them 25 years. I have never felt pressured. I am always treated with kindness and respect. The service department (sorry can’t remeber guys name right now) recently went above and beyond when I was out of town for a family emergency. I had my daughter take my car in for a tire repair. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My family and I have dealt with most of the other major dealers in the pueblo area and did not have positive experiences. From the time my son,wife,and I walked through the door we were all treated in a very positive and friendly manner. We were never rushed or pressured and the entire process from test drive to signing papers for our vehicle was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Jay Cortez was very accommodating to any needs or questions we had, and John secora was excellent in helping with financing (term,apr,warranty purchase,etc) and both were very attentive to my wife and son which is huge to me. I had one of the most memorable experiences at spradley Kia. I went not knowing what I was looking for and right away Steve Salazar found anything and everything within reach and tasteful to me. Once we found “the one” his whole team got to work on getting us a great price and payment! They proceeded to accommodate me and my large family and made us feel comfortable while signing everything. John was a great advisor on what we were signing and how it would go. When it came to getting to know the car jay really got to work and made sure we drove away happy and comfortable. I brought my KIA Optima over here to be serviced after having engine trouble. After finding out that my engine would need to be replaced, I was really nervous about filing a claim and having to have work done on my car. Nicki and Jeremy did a great job of making me feel comfortable in the face of a very scary situation. I will be sure to come back here for future work because of the excellent customer service.

Purchased a 2015 KIA Sorento here back in 2015. Went to purchase a 2017 and discovered how very unwilling to compete with other Colorado KIA dealers on price they are. I ended up buying a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe (since they are the same vehicle) and Arapahoe Hyundai was $3500 lower than Spradley Hyundai would go. I just wish I would've known this for my original purchase back in 2015. Their service department is 5-STAR all the way, however. Jeremy & Nikki are the best and treat their customers just as well as the premium dealerships (Mercedes, BMW, etc...).

Lynzy was my salesman, she was very kind and helpful. I had gotten into an accident on this day and needed a car as soon as possible. That being said, I was completely unprepared for this and my thoughts were all over the place which has caused some regrets in the aftermath, but those regrets are of my own doing and no fault to the dealership at all. While I was there, my experience was low pressure and fast., which was very much appreciated. I must note though, the sales manager made the same sarcastic statement several times throughout the paper signing and that was, "Oh, see how I high pressure I am?" Like, yeah the guy was trying to make light hearted jokes at the well deserved stereotypes of car dealerships, but the multiplicity and the fact that he offered me the same "extra protection" 3 different times after having made it clear that I wasn't in the slightest interested every single time he asked. So, that was the low part of my visit, however the overall experience was very pleasant, stress relieving in a way, and I love my car! Oh, one last thing.....I don't like being told that you only want customers leaving 5 star reviews. I leave honest reviews, based on my personal experience. I get the whole, "we want to make it a 5 star review, so if there is something we can fix, we'll fix it, so that we can get that 5 star review." thought process, I do. However, the problem with that thought process, in my opinion, is that the best kind of review is one that provides all parts of the experience. Whether it is all good, all bad, or a mixed bag (most common), reviews should be has raw and honest as they can be to help better the business. Don't take "non-5 star reviews" as an insult, but rather be thankful for people shedding light on areas of weakness, such as this review. Thank you again for a quick, kind, seamless service. I am very happy with my vehicle!

This is a PSA and also a quick rant. I bought a car from Spradley KIA in January of this year with the guarantee that everything had been fixed on the car, in paperwork no less. A month after I bought it, it seized up on the highway because of an engine malfunction. Turns out, the vehicle is due for an ENGINE RECALL. After I take it in, they tell me my battery is also bad. So they take care of that, Thanks Kia. Fast forward to a month ago, my brakes are making an ungodly grinding noise. We call Kia, wondering why this car I've driven for 6 months would sound like this. They're extremely difficult to get ahold of, and when we finally do get ahold of the financial director, he's giving us tire measurements, calling it brake measurements, which really doesn't reassure me. He says he'll see what he can do. Never hears back from Kia. Sweet. So yesterday, I had to take my car in to replace the brake pads, rotor and calipers because I didn't really have another choice. The back brakes are brand new. My left front brake pad isn't awful, however, my front right brake pad has worn down to the point of metal grinding on metal, damaging my piston so much that it wouldn't go back in properly. My friends and I have spent so much time and money and worry trying to figure out what's wrong with the car, and why it's this bad. I have looked into lemon law claims because this is wrong. I pay a good amount of money for this car, and the "warranty's" that I should be covered under, however none of that seems to matter. They got their sale, no longer their problem apparently. I'm really just trying to say be careful when you buy a car. Take it in to a shop immediately after and have them do a full inspection and make sure you're not being lied to. Because I'm furious, and broke, and worried constantly about a car that I was guaranteed to be safe.

Actually , my whole experience was devastating, I WOULD NOT recommend KIA for a new or used car! To the sales lady, to the paperwork , was such a hassle, even the policy that I was forced to get was a JOKE! It literally took more then 5 hours to purchase my jeep from them , and I had cash on hand for a reason! The dude from Hyundai who did the paperwork, shook my hand with great disrespect to a point I was ready to walk out on him, and he didn't even do his job right, which was paperwork! Like smh! So my credit score went completely down because of this company, 1) they didn't even mention how many loans that they were applying under my name. 2) the paperwork was incorrectly done to take an autopayment out . Like should I go on?.. It was extremely sad that the took me for granted and "baited" a person into buying an overpriced vehicle with a policy that's more expensive then actually doing the work on the vehicle at a shop. I've tried contacting them a few times about my car falling apart after buying it, now that was also a joke. Unless you have days that your free, during the week, not weekend, good luck getting your car even checked on. Like the very next day, my sales lady contacted me, saying she really didn't met quota for the month, and that if i knew anyone In the market..

Spradley Mazda Kia imports really came through for our family. We had a really bad experience with Spradley three years ago. However this time Elisha went above and beyond and making our experience better and getting us a better deal for money. Even though we still had to deal with the messy financial situation from three years ago they were able to help us with that. She was able to find rebates and take care of small fees that really added up. Would highly recommend going to her over at Spradley Kia Mazda.

I went in to test drive the new Kia Telluride and let me tell you. It was worth it! I didn't expect to much after but Tanika, the sales rep, sold me and my lady. She was straight forward and very knowledgeable. Within a few hours we leased the Telluride. She walked us through the process and what was good and bad. More good than bad. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was calm, cool, and collective. If you are looking for a new Kia, in the Pueblo, CO area I would definitely recommend Spradley Kia!!

I had pretty good experiences with these guys the first year i took my car in as the service department was great. When I started looking for a new car, they were on my list for sure. That's when issues began. When I didn't end up buying the car I thought for sure wouldn't work, the finance/sales manager got incredibly heated, insulting me, and calling me names. All this while I was sitting there calmly, attempting to explain why it wasn't going to work and I'd need to keep looking. He apologized via phone later for his behavior, which I thought was big of him so I went back for further service later. I'm finding out now, some of the repairs they did on my car were done incorrectly and now I have to pay for someone else to fix it correctly and fix the damage they did.
