Great service up until we purchased the vehicle. Brought our new XC90 back a few weeks later to add an accessory and the service was subpar. The loaner vehicle we were given was covered in mud and had 1/8 tank of gas. The coupon we received in the mail for 10% off was not honored. Both my husband and I have called with a question regarding the accessory and have not received a call back. Yesterday was two weeks since the appointment. The discount is negligible and the question trivial, but it is common courtesy to respond back to customers in a timely fashion.

This is our second Volvo purchase from Pedersen. We came back for the second purchase mostly because our previous service experience was so wonderful. We really didn’t care what car we would purchase again, as long as we could keep the same level of service. But when we learned about the new XC60 Volvo, we so admired the new safety features present in today’s newest Volvo’s and all of the other features in the car, we decided to purchase again. We got 180,000 miles from our first S60, and it was still going strong until the car was T-boned. Hopefully we will have many more good miles with the XC60.

I'm from Salt Lake and I was dealing with a novice sales guy and a very unpleasant sales manager. I was ready to head 16 hours to Colorado for a better deal with these guys and to work with more pleasant people. The guys in Salt Lake ended up getting the deal from a $2,600 dollar difference to a $1,300 dollar difference (Pederson still being cheaper) so it ended up being more convenient to pay more and stay local. I would highly recommend working with these guys, especially Wayne Roys if your considering a Volvo anywhere between Salt Lake and all over Colorado.

We recently bought a pre-owned vehicle at Pedersen on the Volvo side and were treated very well. We worked with the Internet Sales Manager and got what we feel was a good deal, including the value of our trade in. In fact in the end we figure they came more our way than the other way around. Most importantly we felt it was fair. What matters most to us is what transpired after the sale. The car set a Check Engine light along with several other warning lights that evening on the way home so we went back the next morning to ask if they would be willing to look into the issue. (Understanding that they are under no obligation) The Sales Manager we worked with went straight to the Service Dpt Manager who actually went right out to the parking lot with the scan tool to look into it. It turned out that there was a failure in an emissions related sensor. The Service manager ordered the parts and scheduled an appointment right away without question. The car was repaired at no cost to us the next day. We were very pleased with how the staff responded. We were treated well and fairly which is more than we can say for many dealerships. We will certainly continue to have the car serviced at Pedersen Volvo in future and will recommend them to others.

I have never driven a Tundra, let alone owned one. I stopped into Pederson with no real intention on buying a truck that day. I wanted to look at what $40,000 used Toyota Tundra looked like. I had a trade in that I already knew was worth less than half of what I paid for it 2 years ago and it was only 4 years old. Part of my motivation to look at a Toyota. My truck is my lively hood and is my office, so it’s imperative I know what I am getting into and I knew nothing about these trucks. Mike Ford spent 4 hours with me, answering every question I had. The minute I saw the truck, it had my attention! For the last 20 years I have officed out of anything from a single cab GMC to a fully loaded Ford F 250 with a 6.7 liter diesel. So I challenged Mike on suspension and skid plates. I did not buy the truck that day and there was zero pressure to do so. I did however ask them to hold the truck while I mowed over my decesion and continued to research. After I made my decision Mike involved all off his resources at Pederson to make sure that this truck left the lot the way I wanted it! That Tuesday I purchased my first of many Toyota’s. I am in love with my new office and am so grateful that Mikes team stayed late into the night, on my schedule, to see that I had what I wanted. Customer service is definitely #1 for Mike and Pederson Toyota. I will return for future business with them and recommend everyone else do the same.

I'll start by saying that, historically, I usually buy private because I have absolutely hated every Dealership and Car Salesman interaction that I have had. Ryan and Devin at Pedersen changed that. They were both fantastic to work with, and although I live in Boulder, they were definitely worth the trip. I am a heavy researcher and had very strict expectations on what the vehicle I was looking at should cost. They were very upfront with me without any games or sales "tricks", giving me a very reasonable offer quickly, that was right in line with the pricing research I had done. Their install rates on upgraded equipment is also cheaper than the other Boulder Dealerships I had been to. Usually, it's a painful and slow process to reach an agreement, and this was neither. My experience with Ryan and Devin at Pedersen was by far the easiest and least stressful one that I have had buying a car. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who has had terrible dealership experiences in the past.

Someone stole my side mirror on my car! It is an electric mirror with a turn signal lamp... in a painted housing. I took my car to the Toyota dealership for service and they called the bodyshop to place the mirror order. I didn't get a phone call when the part came in however I was proactively calling. I tried to schedule the appointment and I was told I had to do the car of for a few days to have the housing painted to match. This had not been discussed and I am thankful I had an alternative toi get to work the following day. Pick up and paying ther bill was quick. The job was well done.

This is the second Volvo I have purchased from Pedersen Volvo and I have been pleased with both experiences. They have honored pricing from Costco/True Car/etc without any deception. They have followed up with any questions and needs we had. They actually had to bring both vehicles we purchased up from other dealers, which was a seamless process. I have had no problems and would recommend Pedersen Volvo to anyone. My wife was recently involved in a T-bone type crash where a mustang hit our S60 at speeds of at least 45-50mph. All airbags deployed. I was actually talking to them on the phone when this occurred and all I heard was loud noises and then screaming. Then I heard Volvo's On Call state that they detected the accident and were sending EMS immediately. My wife and two children walked away from the crash with minor bruises while the driver of the mustang left on a stretcher. It made me a true believer in the safety value of a Volvo.
