Peak Kia really did end up being a great idea. We were so upside down on our old Chevy and don’t have the best of credit so I really did not have very high hopes when I walked into Peak Kia and met up with John. Him and Nick both worked very hard to get us approved with Kia on a lease and we’re able to get us into a brand new Sorento that is absolutely perfect. I just drove it for the first time in the snow and now have complete peace of mind when my wife has to drive our kids around.

I was able to negotiate a great deal (via internet) that had me trading in my owned 2011 Kia Soul for a leased 2019 Kia Sorrento. Best part? I did not have to put any money down the day of purchase, aside from the trade-in $from my Soul. The Sorrento I had picked out was ready and waiting for me when I arrived for the test drive. The team took very little time in drafting up my paperwork and appraising my old car. I had never leased a vehicle before and the team at Peak Kia answered all of my amateur questions and even helped me with transferring my belongings and plates from my old vehicle to the new one. Marc M assisted me with setting up Apple CarPlay; programming settings in the car and demonstrated how to access features such as AWD and seat positioning. This dealer sucks. I bought a used car a few months ago and at the end of the purchase my car had not been cleaned and was low on fuel and the salesman was trying to make an excuse on why it was not cleaned or not topped off with gas. The sales manager got on to my salesman and made him top it off and also gave me a complimentary detail for next visit So today I bring my car in for a service with an appointment and come to find out they didn't have a loaner care for me or they couldn't give me a shuttle ride to my work. This dealer does not care about its customers. I am absolutely furious with their customer service and how they have treated me from the day I got bought my car from this dealer. Would not recommend Peak Kia what so ever.

Huge kudos for being friendly but awful pricing for diagnostics and labor!!! I cannot believe how much this dealership charges in comparison to others. I was quoted $330 for replacement brake pads and rotors. I can get better quality ceramic pads from brakes plus for $150. This also includes machining the rotors (which actually were NOT bad despite what Kia told me).

I bought my Kia from Peak Kia in 2015. Recently I scheduled an appointment to have a recall on my Kia looked at, brought it in this morning and left the dealership in tears because of the way I was treated. I have an open recall on the car and found out about another recall prior to me buying the car after researching more about the car. First I spoke to the service guy and explained that I was there for the airbag system recall I went on to tell him that there was another recall on the car which had to do with the breaking system and I have been dealing with it not knowing it had to do with a recall. Rather than letting me ask for all the issues to be looked at and taken care of the man began arguing with me that I bought a used car and they already fixed the issue. The service manager then comes out to “resolve” the dispute and proceeds to argue that the recall was already fixed. I told him I understood what he was saying but the issue has been ongoing since I purchased the car and I wanted it to be fixed. The manager first tells me he did not sell me the car, I told him I knew that. He then continues to tell me that the issue was fixed. I told him the issue was happening and I have video of my car going in and out of gear without the break being engaged. He then told me I could take my car to another dealership to have it fixed. I had to ask them to please look at the recall and forget about the other issues the car is having, despite it being unsafe to drive. They ended up fixing the airbag recall. I picked up my car and called another dealership to diagnose and repair my car. Peak Kia has now lost out on money they would have made had they simply diagnosed and fixed my car! They’ve also lost my business, I was planning on purchasing a new car within the next couple of months!

I was interested in purchasing a Niro EV from Peak Kia. That were INCREDIBLY helpful even thought they didn't have one in inventory. They let me test drive the Niro PHEV and even take it home so my wife could test drive it without having to bring our little kids out of the house. Lalo, Nick, and Mike were all great to work with . They weren't able to get the car in inventory, but offered to do a courtesy delivery, but I would have bought it from them if I could have. Would recommend them for sure.

My car is FINALLY *mostly* back to normal after almost a year and no help from Peak Kia, Littleton. Apologies for a very long story, but I will NEVER, EVER go back to Peak and I suggest you don’t go there either. It all started early last May when my engine failed due to no fault of my own, my husband is an ASE Master Certified Mechanic and has always taken perfect care of my 2015 Kia Sportage. My engine was covered under warranty since I only had approximately 34,000 miles. When we sent the tow truck off with our car, we called Peak to inform them that it was on its way. We informed them that we had records of maintenance completed on the vehicle and could get it to them if needed, but they said at that time it wasn’t necessary. After two weeks, we needed to beg for a rental car. Peak immediately denied our request stating that we needed to call Kia Corporate. Corporate informed us that we needed to speak to the dealership. Once we informed them that the dealership told us we needed to call them, Corporate granted us a rental car. It boiled down to the dealership not wanting to give us a rental car. We were never called by Peak for an update on our vehicle. Anytime we were curious on the status of things, we needed to call. On one such occasion, we were informed that the warranty claim had been denied due to no records of maintenance, but they had submitted it a second time and it was approved for an engine. We informed them, yet again, that we had records that were available to them if they would have asked for them. After several weeks passing, we received a call from Corporate informing us that the engine was on backorder. They stated that the dealership would give us a call as soon as they received the engine. After another several weeks, we called Corporate for an update and were given a shipping date. A week past the shipping date, since we had not heard a peep from Peak, we called them to see if the engine had been received. Peak informed us that it had been received and that they would be installing it. Another week passes with no communication from Peak. We call and are informed that the Head is in the machine shop, but that the machine shop they’re using is new and is taking longer than anticipated. In late September (nearly 5 months after going in to the dealership) that we called for another update, yet again, but this time we were informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup! All warranty work was completed, as well as the additional work we tacked on and were paying for in order to maintain the car. Upon arriving and after we paid for the additional work, we walked to the car. I noticed extreme hail damage that had occurred to the car that Peak had not informed us of, as well as several new door dings. They casually said they had a major hail storm in July and that everyone who had their car in for service was given a phone call. I have call records that indicate that we were never called, nor were we ever informed that if damage occurred to my car while in their possession, they were not liable. They refused any sort of assistance. Once we got the car home, we noticed several additional things wrong with the car. The alarm continuously triggered due to the hood sensor not being secured after the work was completed. The alternator had damage from the engine replacement. And the worst mistake of them all, it was leaking oil because the drain plug had not been properly tightened which could have caused another engine failure had it fallen out. We worked for months between the Service Manager at Peak, the General Manager at Peak, and through Kia Corporate, trying to sort this debacle out. Peak refused to assist in any way, shape, or form. Corporate assisted us as much as they could and we ended up having to have most of the damages fixed through our own personal insurance. Moral of the story, we will never go back to Peak and advise the same for anyone else.

Arrived at the dealership with agreed upon price, checked the price on the day of arrival before coming to confirm whether or not the price was still valid, but when I arrived the price of the van changed significantly from 18400 to 21999. Matthew the sales manager was dishonest, sadly disrespectful by wasting my afternoon, and was insulting in front of my son who was excited to go car shopping. I even showed the email with the numbers, but was rebuffed with excuses. This dealership seems to prey on people. Vicki the sales agent was excellent. Matthew the sales manager needs some more training in customer service.. Hope this establishment can upgrade its integrity soon. Until then—BEWARE.

Horrible, lying used car staff. They claimed to have replaced the 5-year-old battery of one of my customers, but they lied. When called on it, they said "I'm not paying for it", after claiming they would put a new battery in the vehicle. I find this mode of business reprehensible, and does nothing to remove the dishonest reputation used car dealers have had for decades. It reinforces it!! Avoid this dealer like the plague, unless you want to be ripped off!!!

I really wish I could give 0 stars. When I went in to "buy" my car I chose a 2018 kia optima and things seemed a little off when I was trying to make a bigger down payment, they kept saying I couldn't I've been saving since I was 15 for a new car anyway the salesman noah kept saying the word "buy" so why would i question it. He kept referring to this new app fair which cuts out all the paper work for "buying a car", after i signed simple online paperwork I left, when leaving he said " congrats on buying a new car" couple months go by and i get a notification from the fair app (where you make your payments) and it said " Make sure you don't go over your yearly miles of 10,000) after doing some digging through the app, I stumbled upon something interesting in very fine print it stated "after 7 years of payments this vehicle does not belong to you and must be returned or it will be considered stolen" so it hit me this is a 7 year LEASE not once did anyone say lease so when I called fair to double check that I was correct they said that the dealership (peak kia) should've asked if I wanted to purchase more miles upfront which they did not, that would've made me question everything. Overall what they did at peak kia was EXTREMELY shady and I will never be back my family has been going to peak kia for years for service and purchasing and the lost all our business. I would also read their reviews on the BBB which they have a 1 star and you can read REAL reviews.

Bought a car from Peak in 2017. Traded that car in in June, went to cancel my extended warranty contract, as outlined and allowed in contract and Peak is refusing to refund my money. They need employees who know how to read contract not the idiots they have now. Have contacted my lawyer, who will file a case against them. May even contact the news channels. Don’t be fooled and fast talked into extended warranties, they are the biggest scam EVER, even with a cancellation clause. Oh and Mike Byerly don’t bother with your generic reply of “ if you’d like to discuss this further, please email me” you don’t reply to any emails. Go figure, your the owners brother.

So your price will go from like $100 to $514. Then when you tell them you dont have the money for those service other then what they originally told you over the phone. I recently purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride and had the best experience I’ve ever had at that particular dealership. Our previous Kia we purchased at a Kia dealership closer to our house and the experience didn’t even come close. I will now purchase all of my vehicles from Peak Kia even though it is almost an hour from my home. Shannon is the gentlemen that I worked with when I purchased my new vehicle and he is the main reason I will come back to this dealership. His professionalism carries him in a no pressure kind of way and he is very knowledgeable throughout the process. I am still getting follow ups from Shannon just to see how my new car is doing. I never once felt any pressure or that feeling you get when you think you’re about to get taken advantage of. If you stop by Peak Kia and Shannon isn’t around, ask for Jimmy. He’s of the same caliber and will treat you with the same professionalism and also give you the best deal possible.

As a person that averages 40k miles a year and doesn't usually keep business vehicles more than a couple years I've shopped nearly every brand. I've never driven a Kia but they make the kind of large sedans I use so I visited peak when I had some time one day and was looking at replacing my current car. I made it clear I was just looking at the brand for a possible purchase and they lost interest immediately and rudely. After 15+ dealerships and 8 sales in a decade this is the least professional sales staff I've encountered. This is the only manufactuer flag dealership I've ever left without even warranty information. I'm going to go ahead and guess that KIA are still absolute garbage automobiles, but I don't know because it's only full sized Sedan from the last decade I've not been given any information on or allowed a drive in. (Except the RR Phantom, I do fully know what I am and am not entitled to play with for a few minutes) Never go to peak. If you're a regular Joe go to a Mercedes dealership. Their staff is competent and very polite and a CPO E-class is more affordable than you think, with an amazing warranty. (Kia might be a better warranty but i wouldn't know) If you need a cheap car there's better pot lots in the city than Peak. Literally most of the ones you've ever seen on the side of the road probably are.

Great salesman. 5 stars for him. 2 stars for the dealership for buffing out my scratches....its common knowledge that used car dealers make the car look as amazing as possible to sell. My SUV looked great when I bought it; however after a few months a TON of scratches began to reveal themselves. It's still common practice for this to happen and is not remotely ethical for stealerships to do this. Project management needs to recognize and properly fix problems, not just buff them out to look presentable enough to sell.

I just picked up my second car from Peak Kia. Both times I have worked with Marc Messier and if he is still there when I need to purchase a third I will go back to him. Marc always goes out of his way to make sure that I get exactly what I am looking for in terms of price and vehicle specs. Marc is never pushy and regardless of how long it takes. He will let you look at every car the dealership has in stock to make sure you get everything you want in a vehicle. The first time I went in we looked at a dozen cars to make sure the one I took home was the best fit. It took up his whole day, but I never felt forced to make a decision. My second experience was the opposite. I didn't want to spend all day at the dealership. I was getting out of a lease and my biggest concern was lowering my payments. I had been in communication with him in the weeks leading up to my lease term. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he had the perfect car waiting when I got to the dealership. I ended up financing and he did everything he could to make sure I didn't have to worry about extra fees, and that the payments and the vehicle were exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out quickly and I love my new car. If your looking to buy or lease at Peak Kia I highly recommend you ask for Marc.
