Got my granddaughter a 2018 CR-V and first service was very good Fast and everyone was very helpful. They are remodeling the dealership now. I liked the feel of the old style dealership. Everything seems to change anymore, even when you have something good going for you. KUNI is close to home and that makes it easier for me.

Kuni Honda has given me exceptional service every time I go there. I am very appreciative of the service they give me each time. The last time I was there the man who helped me was David. He was extremely sweet and friendly and had a smile on the whole time he helped me. There is nobody as friendly as him there, it makes me want to make sure I ask for David each time, the thing I love most too is that David makes sure to put my car through the wash so it comes out nice and shiny after my oil change. Getting an oil change is always a breeze I'm usually in and out when I get there and they are kind enough to shuttle me over to work as well AND pick me back up... free of charge to get my vehicle when it's ready. :) It's really been great dealing with Kuni Honda, I also bought my Honda Civic from here as well. Recently I was in a car accident and my car is currently in the body shop of Kuni Honda. Nina and Jared have been helping me with this and they both have been a tremendous help to me. Both of them have continued to give me frequent updates on the vehicle. Everyone here has shown exceptional service and I'll be sure to come to this Honda for all my needs. Horrible customer service by the man behind the glass that interacts with the salesman when I bought my CPO Accord as well as after I had purchased it! I would never go back to this dealership! They were not only rude but insulting as well! Asked if I knew how to start a car! After they had me drive the car back to the dealership when it wouldn’t start when I had just bought 2 days prior and only driven home and parked and never drove it after I parked in garage! Once I got there I was told nothing we can do! Why would my salesman say bring it back leave it here we will get you a car and figure out what’s going on with your car? And then on top of that be insulting when speaking to me and my 17 year old daughter!! I will never return to kuni Honda! I will be going to Mile High Honda, they have much much better customer service! And I was gonna buy a truck there but now I am buying a Dodge Ram tomorrow!

Sold us a 2016 Honda's with a CPO warranty. After a month the car went completely dead on the highway. We had it towed to another Honda dealer who told us the car had been in a front end collission. We took it back to Kuni who denied there had been damage, and they refused to work with us at all. Chased us out of the dealership threatening to call the police and yelling in our faces. Beware Kuni Honda. Dishonest dealer. An independent garage confirmed the front end crash.

I popped in to Kuni Honda just to get an idea of what used hybrid cars were available. I had NO intention of buying a car for a few weeks. Ron quickly approached me and told me about the 3 cars that fit what I was looking for. He was honest about the value of the cars and seemed excited about 2 of my options. We drove them and I fell in love with one of them. He did NOT pressure me in any way (he might have been as surprised as I was that I was going to purchase it), and made me feel comfortable when this was clearly not the way I shop. My experience buying a car here was fine enough. However, when I was with the sales manager finalizing the sale, I noticed a couple of the documents had my incorrect name on it. I made it very clear that they needed to fix this and that my name needed to be correct on the title when I got it. He 100% assured me that it would be. I get my title. It is wrong, in the same way it was wrong when I was there. I call Kuni. They pass the blame to the county. No apology. Nothing. Now I have to deal with the DMV trying to sort this out. Thanks.

We bought a new car from Kuni Honda today. It was actually a prior trade in Subaru that we bought. The entire team was great, specifically Madison who helped us from the start to end and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This was the first car I've ever been involved in buying so I was extremely nervous going in with all of the horror stories I've heard, but Madison really helped calm my nerves down. She was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the biggest purchase I've ever made in my entire life and I definitely recommend Kuni Honda.

I would not recommend the collision center at all. It took forever to fix my car after it had been stolen, I was not satisfied with the repairs and had to bring it back in several times to fix things they had replaced. At first customer service was great but then they failed to call me to let me know that the parts were in for two weeks to fix something they had broken. I would not come back again. Very disappointed

Really wish I could give them a 5, but they didn't complete the whole job, and made sure I left with an estimated repairs in the thousands. While the repairs may be needed, I question the effort made that day. Was it trying to find everything that could be wrong, or completing the work requested that day? I had my tires rotated, and on the drive home my tire pressure light came on. 300 miles after getting my oil changed the oil life of 15% came on.

I was in communication with Chris Ortiz the internet sales manager for several hours on Tuesday regarding a used car I was interested in. We arranged for a test drive at 645 in the evening. Chris informed me someone else would be taking over the sale when I arrived. After bringing my wife and kids from 45 minutes up north, I was told that the car I had come to drive was being "safety checked" and was unavailable to drive. I was offered to test drive another used car (that I had given no indication I was interested in), when I said "no" all of a sudden Scott started looking for the keys to the original car (magically available all of a sudden?) and then was told a tech had locked the apparent only set of keys in his tool box and we could only look at the outside of the car. I sent an email to Chris, politely voicing my displeasure with the situation, and asking him if he had any interest in making the situation right, I did not hear a word from him. Maybe if you're willing to spend big money on a new car you'll be worth their time, but the overall lack of professionalism and class shown by the staff at Kuni Honda is reason enough to spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Mikel is a good salesman and went above and beyond to go over the features of the Civic I bought. He has a lot of patience and was calm all along the process. First time buying a foreign car and it's all thanks to Mikel. Din't think I was going to purchase a car but he convinced me to do so.

The process was not smooth at all. I purchased my 2013 Subaru Imprezza in January 2019 with lots of assurance from the dealer that the car is in excellent condition. However, in less than 3 months I had to visit the dealer twice - one for an issue in my spark plug which caused engine maintenance light to turn on and then second time in April, when I found my air condition is not working at all as soon as I attempted using my car AC this summer. This clearly shows that the car was sold without even checking if the AC works at all. And to my utter surprise, in both the instances the dealer refused to take any responsibility of these malfunctions. This is not a good customer experience at all. There is no assurance of compensating this from delaer's side.

Scott and Kenneth did a great job getting me out the door as soon as possible when I bought my car, so they were fantastic! I did, however have an issue with my car. It was a certified car so they did a well over 100 point inspection on it and most things are still great, but after 1500 miles the right rear tire went flat. I took it to another place (as I left the Denver area) and they said that the tires were weather worn and that they couldn't repair the flat and that my other tires would probably be the same, so I bought 4 new tires. I called Kuni management and talked to a manager who told me to send him photos of the tire. Since then, I emailed Kuni 3 times and called once to follow up, but have not gotten a reply to get it resolved.

Just called them, that was hilariously bad. I've had worse calls, but the person who I talked with did not seem to understand how to perform in that situation. I asked a basic question "does my vehicle have one catalytic converter or two". He basically responded "if it has one it has one, and if it has two it has two." He refused to ask anybody else. I figured he could look up the info, being that is his job, but he couldn't figure that out. Then I asked about pricing. "Oh it says there's only one on that car".... Wow. Not competent, nor motivated. Either one would have made the situation better. Price was something like $1,8xx.xx to replace converter, part was around 1600... I'll take the aftermarket 120$ part I think. Mostly I called out of curiosity, and just to verify 100% that it's only one converter. I knew price would be higher. I'm staggered how much higher. Already called local exhaust shop. If I can't get it done myself relatively easily I'll just get it done there, with parts I bring in. I didn't actually receive any service at this dealer other than the call, just to be clear again on that. But a call is service, and that was bad service. I think this is an important thing that the U.S. needs to start turning around. That's why I'm writing review. And once more it could have been worse. He was never rude, and seemed nice enough, but wow, either know your job or get help and learn it.

Bought a car yesterday from Kuni Honda and was pleased from start to finish. Dan Kaufman was our salesman. He was super chill, knowledgeable, kind and a no pressure guy. We were looking at 2 vehicles, one had an interior I didn't care for, it happened to be the more expensive of the two, Dan didn't try to talk me around what I didnt like. I appreciated that. Kenny in finance was great as well, he was very clear and thorough through the entire process. Again, not pressuring us into extras. Thanks for a great experience guys!

I have always said, "I would rather have my teeth pulled w/o novocain than purchase a new car. Deidre made it all so easy. Dealership was pleasing...no high pressure. The Worst service we have ever come across. They replaced a tire that was bent on our car that was less then a year old. Never refunded our money from the tire we patched and had to bring back in 3 times. Gave us the complete Run around and lied to us. On My SUV they claimed we need all new fuel injector on a 3 year old SUV. When we took it to another mechanic, there was nothing wrong with the fuel injector. Honda was going to charge us 1300 for the repair. One day later. the tire on the SUV was flat with a nail sized hole, just like may husbands car that we brought in 4 times before. Never been treated so poorly will never buy Honda again.

Thank-you so much Michael Weber! Purchased a Pilot from Michael a few months ago and came back when our twins were needing used vehicles. He had respectfully followed up after we bought our first Pilot with email information and pertinent Honda links as well as a phone call, so I felt he would be a good starting point for the car shopping we needed to do. It is hard enough to buy one car; but two? I was preparing for a long, hard slog. Mike not only LISTENED to me when I outlined what we wanted; he asked all the right follow-up questions to narrow down choices and keep us from looking at things we didn't need or want. He took me seriously as a female buyer instead of 'deferring' everything to my husband. Quite a difference from several other car places I had tried who preferred to make appointments when my husband could be there, assuming 'he' made all the decisions. By taking me seriously, Mike got our business. I fully anticipated spending weeks, possibly months, trying to guide my husband and kids through car purchases; but, we were able to find perfect fits at very reasonable market prices the same day (NO pressure!) Mike even mentioned that if he wasn't able to find me what we needed that day, that they were constantly getting in new inventory and updating their website and he'd be happy to keep searching for me and call me. That alone, gave me options and made me feel I wasn't under pressure. My husband, who is often too busy with work, loves his Pilot and was very happy with the Accord and Civic the kids selected. The remodel job going on at the dealership didn't impact the customer service we got from Mike, Ralph Benfante (finance) and the management. There was a bit of a wait for signing paperwork, as we came on a holiday when there were lots of other buyers ahead of us; but, we never felt ignored or abandoned and had time to let our choices settle and feel confident. The signing went so smoothly and the whole staff treated us like neighbors. Our old Odyssey has been a regular visitor to their shop over the years, so we were somewhat familiar with their inventory. Still, we didn't discount other cars in our search. It just so happened, Kuni Honda did the best at listening and matching. Can easily recommend this dealership to friends and neighbors.

I had a tremendously positive experience taking my Nissan to Kuni Honda to service a 'check engine' light that was on. I bought the car in 2018 and when the light came on, I took it to another source to diagnose the issue and they sent me back to the dealer since they thought it was under warranty. I made an appointment, took my car back to Kuni and they sent it over to Nissan where they repaired the issue that was causing the light to go on and it was done with NO CHARGE. This is the 2nd car I purchased with Kuni Honda and would absolutely plan on purchasing my next car with them as well. I received a safety recall on my Honda Accord so I scheduled an appointment at Kuni Honda to have a part in the driver side airbag replaced. Given that this is the third recall on my vehicle I knew I should call ahead to make sure the part was in stock. For a prior recall on my passenger side airbag, I showed up for my appointment (at a different Honda dealership) and they didn't have the part in stock to fix my car. Having learned from that negative experience I called Kuni to confirm the part was in stock, which is probably something they should do on their end. The lady I spoke with said they had 2 parts left and that she told the parts department to reserve one for me. I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have the part. The service adviser called the parts department twice to double check because the part was supposedly reserved, but it wasn't. I called back to speak to the woman who told me the part was reserved and she said it wasn't available anymore and that they tried to call me to let me know. Except they didn't call me and I went out of my way to go to the service department just to have them tell me I wasted my time. I understand that the airbag recalls have impacted a significant number of vehicles, but given it's a safety concern I hoped they would handle the situation better and not make a bad circumstance worse. I was not impressed with the service or lack of service I received at Kuni Honda and other Honda dealerships for that matter. The fact that I have had more negative experiences than positive will make me rethink my next car purchase.

We bought our SUV through Mikel this week and couldn't have been more happier with the buying experience. We had narrowed down our choice between a Toyota and the Honda and Mikel took the time during the test drive and demo to explain the differences between the two. Once we were ready to buy, Mikel had the paper work ready and the process was smooth and a lot quicker than previous buying experience (which was important as we had young kids in tow). KUNI honda posts used cars as new cars to attract customers and to call them to physically see the vehicle and once customer is at dealership, they do not honor the price and start selling vehicles on higher prices. NICE TRICK KUNI HONDA I have never had such bad experience from any of the dealers as I had from KUNI HONDA (WORST CUSTOMER HANDLING, SALES GUYS do not know their own stock) , and my experience at KUNI Honda was such that I feel compelled to warn future customers. We selected a car with a price quotation that was showing up their website, In addition to that we were mailed about the same price and car (with stock number). They set up an appointment and called us. I went their with my family and after that what happened was worse thing. They declined to that stock number and said its a service car and we cannot sell this. It was just a trick to call in customers and later offer the cars at higher prices. Their customer service is worse than I’ve seen anywhere else, the person who confirmed all the details on call and set an appointment was not even available at time of appointment and did not even had the courtesy to call back and apologize. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and I hope this post saves somebody else from being ripped off and save from lot of frustration and false commitments. I wish there was an option of ZERO STARS.

I had an appointment to test drive a Pilot today morning 3/30. This was something I setup more than 10days ago and I also received confirmation from Kuni last evening regarding the test drive, so everything was going well until i got there. The person with whom I setup the appointment wasn't there (Amy), and that is okay because that's why there are other people working, but what happened to me I am hoping doesn't happen to someone else. To the owner of Kuni: 1)I understand it is month end and you guys are busy, but keep in mind your customers are busy too.I did not just show up today morning wanting to test drive the vehicle. 2)respect their time. If you are unable to honor the test drive because you are busy, let us know before, so may be we could have rescheduled the appointment. 3). I didn't just want to peak into a parked Honda Pilot. I can get all of the cars interiors on youtube. When i made the appointment I specifically said I wanted to test drive. 4)People always don't come to kuni to only buy. My current vehicle lease expires later this year so I wasn't sure why the agent had that 'I am crazy' look when i said i wasn't going to buy and only wanted to test drive. 5)I honestly don't care if you had 30-40 other appointments that morning. why did you slot me for this time then? 6)Remember, you are not the only Honda dealer in town and as customers we have options. I know you are probably not going to lose out if i don't buy a car from Kuni, but I want my experience to be read by as many people as possible so they know what kind of customer experience they actually can get here. I say this because I know this isn't going to happen to everyone. I personally have friends who bought cars from Kuni and had a good experience, so i always thought this was going to be a great experience for me too, may be i shouldn't have had high hopes. 7)What I got today wasn't a VIP demonstration of the car by any means because that's what the confirmation email had said. I have bought a few cars and this is easily the worst car buying experience I have had. Thank you for wasting my time.

We purchased our car in 2015 and they made promises that they discontinued at the end of 2015 and don't care to continue what they sold us on. They have supposedly turned over a lot of people within the past few years and have no care to make things right and honor what they told people when they bought the car.

We had unpleasant experience at other Honda Dealer. Costco Auto program told us to go to Kuni and it was amazing. Ron Samoray helped us understand every detail about Honda Pilot 2019 that helped us to make the right decision for our car. We bought the car with him right away after talking to him less than 2 hours. The only time that took us the whole evening was the financial process. I hope Honda can re-organize this process to help expedite the process. We paid the car in full in cash, but it still took us more than 4-5 hours. But besides that, everyone at Kuni was very friendly and helpful.

Kuni Honda on Arapahoe sold my 70 year old father a Certified Pre-owned Honda that broke down within weeks of purchase. Upon having it inspected by a different Honda mechanic, he was told the electrical failure happened because the vehicle had clearly been in a front end collision. Looking under the hood anyone could tell parts had been poorly welded after a collision repair. When he took the car back to Kuni looking for answers, the sales manager, Brent, responded, "You signed the paperwork, now get out or we're calling the police." Kuni Honda on Arapahoe, inquiring minds want to know: Do your employees make a habit of selling unsafe CPO vehicles to senior citizens and then threatening them when they confront you about it?

Be Warned. Unlike any service shop I've ever worked with, these guys will charge you a diagnostic free and then WILL NOT apply that free to your repair. Also, get a quote in writing. In my case, they quoted me over the phone and didn't include the $95 "diagnostic fee" in the total cost of my repair. So, when I got there, I owed almost $100 more. From now on, I'll be driving all the way across town to use a more reputable dealer.

Very very disappointed in this location. I have never felt like less of a valued customer. Not only did I feel ignored, I was told by my salesman I needed to lie on my credit check about my job. After more than an hour in the show room and a test drive we came to an agreement on numbers, then he came back insisting that In order to buy the car I needed to buy service contracts and gap. Save yourself time don’t not negotiate here with jerry Johnson, very disappointed. Clean show room, great cars, service is lacking can’t speak for the other salesman.

I had a really great experience at Kuni Honda. First off, I love Honda. I have owned two Honda Civics over the course of 8 years at different times in my life and neither one ever had a single issue. The only reason I was trading in my Civic, was because I wanted an SUV for more room and better in the mountains, otherwise I would have driven it for another 100,000 miles. I met Michel at Kuni Honda who was over the top friendly, helpful, and honest. He never tried to con me into doing anything I didn't want to do. Ultimately I ended up getting an SUV from a different dealership, just because I wanted something a little newer (looking for a Mazda CX-5). I genuinely felt terrible for not being able to give them my business because of how well they treated me and they were equally as friendly when I let them know I went with another vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car and if you're interested in a Honda, you cannot go wrong with one. They are incredibly reliable and great to own.

Updated, since today was my first opportunity to experience the great service department getting some options installed. Quick, courteous, hot coffee, shuttle service. We bought the car just last week. Dan our sales guy, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what my wife wanted at a great price. Unfortunately, the finance guy nearly ruined the deal. I get that his job is to sell warrantees and maintenance packages, but he spent way way too much time trying to scare us about the enormous costs of repairs. When I asked for the short version and the price, he said 'I'll get to that, hold on'. He also tried to get me to sign a contract with incorrect information. He insisted everything was ok, just sign it. I refused to sign, he kept pressing (seriously about to walk out here). He finally agreed to get the manager, who simply adds the missing information and we sign. Such a great sales experience, ruined by a pushy finance guy that was more interested in telling us about his experience than understanding our needs. 5 star sales, 5 stars service, 0 stars finance.
