Salesman Randy and Sales Manager Dan are the only guys that made the whole experience of buying here better. I almost returned my car because I didnt want to deal with the girl in Finance anymore. STAY AWAY from her, she made the experience a lasting one. I changed my review from a 1 to a 3 only because Dan made things right. Randy is not your typical salesman, he's very sweet and treats you like a human being. He'll stay with you until everything is done and if he can't he will check in to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Dan was very pleasant and never threw attitude because I changed my mind on buying their protection & service plans. My only advice is don't buy a service plan from her and make sure you take your time to read through everything. Lesson learned the hard way!!

A 3.6 rating? You get a 5 from me! Where to begin? I’ve been the proud owner of a 2015 SXL (turbo) Kia for a year now and was reluctant to buy it. I purchased it originally from a small side of the road dealership and the first week of having it it was leaking oil! Took it to Kia and they fixed me up no charge. First time ever stepping foot in this place and I felt like I’d been there many time before. This wasn’t the case but they treated me with urgency. since that mishap it’s been the most reliable. Smooth running, fast and fun beast I’ve ever owned. You don’t need to drive a Lexus or a fancy Mercedes to feel cared for. Just go to Grand Kia!:) Now the dealership? Reading through the reviews i see Grant mentioned many times and I’ll be another to mention GRANT. <~~I think he deserves a raise! Hehe. I have been 110% committed to the care of my Kia. services and oil changes, etc.. Just had my 30k mile servicing done where they did it all. Oil change, transmission flush, filters changed, tire rotation, etc.. the price was very reasonable and I have the luxury of knowing it’s all being tracked and maintained in the event I ever need to pull the car fax when selling the car (which i doubt I’ll do because she’s amazing!) That being said, Grant in servicing is amazing and I typically deal with him when I take my car in. (You don’t cross many people like this. Most people are grumpy and hate their jobs when you walk into other places.) Grant will get you taken care of (he didn’t pay me to say this. I promise!) and any questions you have answered. Ken, who is the manager (which I saw him last year) was also amazing and took care of me. If you want a partnership with a dealership- Kia is the place to go. They get the job done right the first time and assure your car stays on the road safely. TEAM Grand KIA! Ive never had an unpleasant experience and won’t trust my baby in the hands of anyone else. I love being a proud owner of KIA but also rest assured knowing the dealership who cares for my car, does it correctly. You wouldn’t drop your baby off with a stranger, why take it anywhere else? They are the worst place to purchase or lease a car. The first run we leased cause we were told we couldn't afford a new vehicle. When the lease was ending we started receiving emails and phone calls about their great end of lease specials. Those great specials were not so great. They put us in a new 2017 for 11 days just to take it back. After checking our credit to see what the banks issue was we found they only tried one bank. Which we have not had a good experience in the past with (GM Financial) when we told them that from the beginning. They didn't even attempt to get us financed with another bank. If I could continue with 0 stars I would!

We have a transportation business with 7 vehicles in our fleet. For a "better" service I took one of my vehicles to this dealer. I dropped off my car very early morning to replace all the fluids of my SUV. I was told it's going to take a few hours which is a great time for a dealer that take about 2 hours just to replace engine oil. So It took them 11 and a half hours to finish the job. I lost some of my own business. What would you do if they wasted your time like that?

Bought a used vehicle from this place the customer service and staff are the best people I have dealt with. I've bought a lot of cars from multiple dealers and this dealer by far is the best. The GM Tim is one cool dude straight forward just the kind of people I like. He went above and beyond on my deal!! He gave me a great deal on my car. Fixed some small issues it had, that I spotted out. I bought the car literally right after someone traded it in. The next day it was in there shop getting what I wanted fixed, the day after I got a call to pick up my new/used car and it's like new. I had it inspeacted by my good friend who is a master tech I trust him more than any mechanic out there and he was pleased with there work! Made me feel even better! I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a new or used car. Salesman Alex&Doug are awesome!! they gave me a top notch deal you can't get anywhere else other dealers would have told me to kick rocks. Everything went smooth from walking in to leaving the dealer, everyone here is nice&friendly. I think I got offered water,soda,coffee,snacks by everyone who works there several times. Little stuff like that goes long ways in my book. Great place great people, thanks!!!!!

Wonderful place! Had my car stolen, then found and towed to Grand Kia, never been there before. Grant was my contact and he was spectacular. Kept us informed throughout entire process and never made us feel anything but comfort and that everything was going to be fine. I was extremely nervous having a car stolen and wanted them to really take the time to fine comb it and find everything that could have been wrong. There was no need to be nervous, Grant made sure the team went above and beyond and figured out how to get us the car we were expecting back even when insurance was refusing to pay for some of it. I would recommend Grand Kia to anyone and hope your lucky enough to come across Grant while you are there!

I drove to the dealership to see and test drive a new car and when asked I told them a family member was going to buy it for me in another state the sales man quickly turned and said sorry it's not here we must of sold our last one this morning and to try another dealership then he walked away I drove off and decided to check they're online inventory they had 4 on the lot I called didn't bring up the incident and the other sales man confirmed they have 4 so I told him what happened and he defended his coworker say he did that because I wasn't purchasing the vehicle from then so why should they waste they're time hands down the worst experience I've ever had !!

Tim Bottoms, the GM is a fantastic guy. Go directly to him for any issues you have and he will do what he can to fix the problem. I like KIA vehicles anyway so that basically speaks for itself. The service department is pretty good about working on just about anything. They have helped me with my GMC where GM couldn't care less......

Amazong experience today. My lease was up and I wanted to get a new car and lower my payments. I knew exactly what I wanted and GMA Buick delivered. Martin was an excellent sales person. Amazing front desk reception by Tree and awesome financing from Robert. Amazing service and they explained everything thoroughly and really made me feel like they were to help me and not just sell cars!! Highly recommended.

There is a culture of deceit at this dealership. Avoid at all costs. They are horribly managed and the customer relationship will end the second you hand them your money and take the keys. About 48 hrs after leaving the lot, my check engine light came on. Car only had 30K miles. A week later, the slave cyclinder went out. $300 repair, had to get towed. 5 months later, aeration in the oil, quoted $2K to repair. Went back to the dealer to see if they could help me in any way and with a cigarette burning in hand, their general manager (his name escapes me) offered me $15K to buy my car back from me after selling it for $23K 6 months prior. Car buying is already a stressful experience...do your shopping here and that stress will surely continue after the sale. Don't trust this dealership or the manager here for a second. These guys have a 1.7 star rating on car gurus and even worse on dealer rater.

I went into this dealership for a simple oil change. Everything was great (they were friendly and efficient) until I went to get in my car and noticed a new scratch and subsequent dent in my hood. I park in the garage and walk within 1 ft of the hood of my car to get into it. I am constantly watching for damage since it's the first nice thing I have ever owned. When I asked the service rep he said, "hmm... well there is nothing overhead in our shop that could have caused that." I got the same answer from his manager who added, "looks like rock damage." So.. nothing in your shop could cause this I missed a MASSIVE rock hitting my car on the 5 mile drive over. Doesnt look like any rock chips I've seen anyway. My dash cam was unplugged for the duration of my car getting serviced so this is all I can do.

The sales guy was very nice, helpful and I genuinely believe he means well. However, this place is an insane joke. 1.) Listen to the GM/owner/boss literally scream and swear out an employee (we were sitting at the table right next to his door). Not just yell but I've never hear a human talk to another person like this. Just awful 2.) They make the process take so long you basically want to give them whatever they want so you can move on with your day. Around 4 hours of BS. 3.) They didn't follow though with their handwritten "deal" we agreed on. We bought in cash and all we wanted was a diagnostic report run so we could see what is going on with the truck. They said they couldn't do it because the check engine light wasn't on... After another 2 hours and paperwork signed. 4.) Have had the truck for almost 2 months and have already put $1,000 into it about ready to put another $1,500 into it next week. I see now why they "couldn't" run the diagnostics. In a world of car dealers changing their ways, looking for the long term, repeat customer and recommendations.... This place is behind the times and only wants the quick buck. Please save yourself the day and give your money to any of the other dealerships on the strip.

Not happy about the experience and they were so rude and not friendly. Well they were friendly at first but later it got bad to the point I would refuse to buy a car from them. I was straight up honest with them what I can afford, what my budget and what I needed my payments to be. I was am not sure if it's possible to make a deal or not but I understand if it can't work out. I test drove a Kia Soul and knew I wanted one. They told me they could keep me at $220 budget and that was not a problem. I called them multiple times to keep them updated when I was going to buy due to I was waiting on the insurance. Each time they made me confident that we were still on for the car and payments at $220. I showed up ready to buy the car and all things changed. The offer was $310 a month and the lowest they could offer me was $275. I was shocked when the $220 was no longer there and it went up to $310. I left completely devastated planning on getting the car I wanted when they told me stright up that my budge was not a problem and they could definitely work with that. They waste my time, gave me hope when they should of been honest with me. I tired again to make a deal with them upping my budget and still problems, I had another Kia dealership willing to work with me and they would not match the deal they were going to give me. They told me they did not believe me that they would make a deal like that they then told me your going to get screw over by them and they are lying to you to get you in there. I told them to call them and talk to them and they would not call them. Kia Arapahoe NEVER lied to me they in fact gave me an AMAZING DEAl and the deal they said they would offer me stayed and was a deal. Kia Arapahoe they were amazing people the sales team Michael at that dealership was A+++. Best experience ever with Kia Arapahoe never had a better car buying experience. Worth the drive down there.

I bought my most recent car here and loving the car aside I was impressed with how easy it was to make my purchase as well as how committed the sales team was to get me into one of their cars. I went in with the intention of buying a used car but when the payments were too high due to my credit score at the time, they found a way to get me into a lease to own on a brand new car for nearly 150 less per month than the used car. Service dept is also fantastic. My gas door broke off 2 weeks into owning the car and they advised the door is not covered under their warranty so they paid out right to fix it themselves. Cost me nothing. They clearly care about their customers.

My car was stolen and when I finally received it out of impound a week after it was found and after an investigation, the interior was an utter disaster. I am talking about, it should have been a bio-waste hazard (homeless people living in it disaster). I was very upset and clearly shaken by the state of my Kia Soul. Grant was professional and reassuring. I got my car back in two days (considering what I dropped off I was expecting a 3-5 days) and it was basically new. I can’t say enough or more great things about the service I received. As miserable as this whole ordeal was, at least Kia made the finished product easy on me. Thanks!!

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this place and never had an issue with any of them until I bought my 2018 Optima and I took it in for a rattling noise coming from the dash and of course it has to be on a weekday and they do not provide a loaner vehicle of any type so I had to miss work in order to take it in and pick it up and come to find out nothing was done to it but it still makes the noise. what is the point of a warranty if you take it in for an issue and you pick it up with the same issue??? Very disappointed and will probably not purchase my next pickup there.

The service department is the only good thing about this place. The sales team is vulgar and pushy. While waiting in an office to buy my car I heard 3 men talking in the open area about sex in many different contexts. I thought maybe they thought no one was around so I stood up so they could see me and they continued without a blink. So uncomfortable, unprofessional and disgusting. I have never felt so unwelcome to purchase a car in my life! I drove up to the dealership to 5 gentlemen smoking outside the front door, no one greeted me so I said hello and told them what I wanted to look at. They all looked at each other not very enthusiastically giving me the impression no one wanted to help me. So I asked the closest gentleman to me to show me my options. I extended my hand to shake it which he did limply reaking of cigarettes. He flat out told me I couldn't afford the v6 or turbo and told me the base model options... I never told him what my budget was, little did he know I had cash in hand for a down payment. Asked if I wanted to drive it, I said let me take a look inside first, he then told me it needed gas so we couldn't drive it anyways. I was pretty much talked out of everything I was excited about because of his negative assumptions. I've enjoyed being a kia customer for the last several years and was looking forward to remaining a customer but not if my experience is going to be like that.

While the sales manager was looking at the trade in and pointing out damage, I told him that most of the damage he was pointing out was sold in that condition from their car lot. The manager then walked over to me, got in my face like he was going to hit or push me, raised his voice and said I called him crooked, when none of those words came out of my mouth. I felt threatened and attacked and told him to get his finger out of my face, because he was waiving his finger about an inch from my face and I feel like that manager probably takes advantage and probably bullies a lot of customers. I would avoid him and that dealership at all cost, the same car can be bought down the street at a better price In better condition.

While I haven't experiences the sales side of Grand Kia, I've been taking my Stinger GT2 here for the last few times for service. Although it's a smaller dealership, their service guys are top notch. Shane Harper and Grant Margheim both go out of their way to make sure that my car is well taken care of when I drop it off for service / maintenance or any issues. For the service side, I would highly recommend them.

I was having problems with my 2012 Kia Optima. Black smoke through my exhaust, losing power. Went to the dealership I purchased it from ( not a Kia dealership) they tried to put me in a older car with more miles. Went to Grand Kia to check on my warranty, unfortunately it was expired at 60 thousand miles and my car had 61 thousand miles. they referred me to the Service Dept. I spoke to Grant. He was very helpful. He had my car tested and fixed within a week. I cant say enough about Grant, he is very professional and courteous . Grant is AWESOME!

I bought a Ford Escape late May from Grand Kia. They did not advise me of the recalls on the vehicle some of which were safety issues. The recalls were not taken care of. The general manager argued with me, but ran my car without my knowledge over to Ford when he realized that he did sell a car with 7 recalls that were not done. They put it out for sale without really checking it out. I should have realized this when the air conditioner did not work and they needed to fix it. They did not make sure the fluids were full and the brakes needed to be adjusted as the dust covers were touching the rotors. The car still stalls and was brought into the service department three times. They came up with silly reasons and now it is at the Ford dealership so it can be fixed correctly. The general manager is defensive and unhelpful. I will leave karma to deal with him. Please do not buy a car from Grand Kia. There are so many more genuine dealerships..

I called on Friday to see about getting my car's headlights fixed (electrical issue - not bulbs). They told me to drop it off on Sunday night or Monday morning so they could look at it. By noon on Monday, they called and knew what was wrong, how much and how long it was going to take to fix. My car was finished by noon on Tuesday. I do not feel over charged or taken advantage of in the slightest - which seems to happen far too often with mechanics. Everyone I talked to was helpful and super nice. I will absolutely be returning here for all my Kia needs!

My experience was not good there. They changed the contract on me after I had the car for almost a week. So, don't trust the finance department. The manager said he would help me on the loan and to give him a couple of days and he would call me. Did not happen. So you cant trust the manager. The salesman told me he would get a spare tire kit for me and to give him a couple of weeks and then turned around and said he did not say he would, said he would try. After, several phone calls I got the spare tire kit. Dont trust the salesmen. My front bumper on my new car had scratches on it done by an employee. Hmmmm........ That took another week to get them to fix it , another week to get my safe light installed for the back.. so I honestly don't know why anyone would give them 5 stars when one is too many. I love my car but very disappointed in the way way things were handled or should I say not handled.

My engine failed on me in the middle of an intersection from a total engine fail recall. Took the car to Kia in Northglenn Colorado to get it fixed. They estimated the repairs would Take around 8 months. I had a rental that I was paying taxes for the Kia had promised to take care of all costs to begin with. I hassled on my own time during work hours spoke to enterprise to stop charging me because I was getting late fees in my bank account. Finally after the run around Kia finally spoke to enterprise and settled the matter and I got my money back. I was trying to sell or trade my car in only to find out after being promised they would take care of financing I would have my dream car and drove it for 3 days only to find out I wasn’t approved for my loan so I had to bring the car back to get my old car that was fixed so I thought!!! When I got into my 2013 Kia Sorento the engine light was on for a 02 sensor repair and to top it off my car radio no longer works!!! My car was dirty they couldn’t even wash us as it had been with them for almost 4 months!! The radio was working fine before my car stalled and I told the Kia manager Tim that and he said he couldn’t do anything because for all he knows he couldn’t have been working!!! I will never purchase a Kia again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to purchase from Kia for having unreliable unsafe cars and horrible customer care service.

The other thing that bothered us was that they charge $500 as a delivery charge. What BS. I was in the automotive business for 27 years. I have never seen this practice other than in the Denver area. It may be a Colorado thing , not sure. I would not buy a car "anywhere" that charges a delivery charge.

Never ever take your KIA to the service department. Had work done at Firestone and they had to take my SUV over there for a reset. 24 hours later when Firestone called there were told by the person who answered the phone, they did not work yesterday and had no info and did not have the time now. The firestone person asked if he could be talked to as a customer. Needless to say went and took my SUV out of there and now looking to find someone to have it fixed. Good luck there

As a one who finds value in the people experience, I look for a business to build lasting relationships with. Based on the way your company allowed a potential customer to feel, speaks volumes. I see 2 customers in the scenario that could have been inconvenienced. 1 is the customer who ordered the car, 2nd is the customer that made exchange to get the car. It would be wise to bring resolve to all parties harmed by the mistake your company made. Integrity equals longevity. What value does your company bring to our community if you would allow this matter to go unresolved? I don't think I'll be doing business with your company. I hope you all bring resolve. I'm only rating one star because it wont let me proceed without! I will honestly never buy another vehicle from Grand Kia again. They made me wait 3 years get get my lights fixed inside my vehicle, never received any communication that they received them. It finally took me to go in after 3 years to get it fixed and their response was "oh yeah we see the note in the system, I'm not sure why nobody called you back." I scheduled it to be fixed the following week because they had to order the parts again. They actually called me back and I took it in. Once I took my car they waited 3 hours to call me back just to tell me they order the wrong light for the wrong door! I was livid! I pick my car up right before the 4th of July. They advised me they would call my phone when they received the part. Chris at the service desk asked for my number so I gave it to him. Fast forward to August, I received no phone call again!! I took it upon myself to go in and complain. Chris immediately remembers me and tells me oh I have been calling you, I said no you haven't. He said yes is your number so and so? I said no how did you call the wrong number when you wrote it down right in front of me! Long story short they fixed my light finally but now they fixed it incorrectly again!!!!! they won't shut off!!! very disappointed in Grand Kia in Thornton! Way to upset a customer!!!!!!!!

Was in to get my car fixed service department told me i needed a new battery and battery cable for $560 i decided to take my car somewhere else where it was much cheaper and it ended up being the alternator so i ended paying this place $75 for a wrong diagnostic and it seems that my battery is in great shape. Absolutely will never take my car back to this place which is unfortunate as I bought my car here in 2011 and have taken it to them for every oil change and repair since purchasing. The issue now is this is the second time I have taken my car here to have them fix (and charge me) for something that was not the problem and when I return my car to be fixed they refuse to give me a refund for the work that was done incorrectly. They simply do not care about their customers and only care about their profits as this is evident that they are willing to lose a customer of over 7 years so easily.

Nice guy, wasn't pushy, got me hooked up in a sweet (Gently used) ride and we enjoyed some laughs along the way. The financing department was also very helpful, letting me take the car off the lot and shop for a better financing deal elsewhere. And if you haven't driven a KIA... Test drive one... I started out searching the internet. That's how I found Grand. No matter what the other dealers were telling me, Artur kept it honest and made the best deal possible. I was hearing all kinds of reasons why I needed to pay an extra couple of thousand dollars from the other dealers, but not with Grand. Artur took time to explain every aspect of the deal and he made sure I knew everything about my new truck. Nate is the first Finance Manager I've dealt with that I liked and felt comfortable with. Most Finance Managers are like going to see the dentist. Not Nate. He explained that I had many options, but he let me decide. Thanks to him we saved an additional .6% on our financing. This was a fun experience. Isn't that what it should be? Why should we dread buying a car? It shouldn't be like a trip to the dentist. The seller is supposed to make the customer feel good.

Almost purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I spoke with Esteban, who was very helpful and found a car "at a sister lot" that matched almost all of the things I wanted in a car. I was ecstatic. I drove over to the dealership to check out the car and talk numbers, only to be told that the car wasn't there--it was in Canon City! I was made to sign all the paperwork, as the idea was that once the car got here, I would take it for the night to make sure I loved it; if I didn't, I could bring it back the next day, and if I did, I'd confirm purchase. Well, unfortunately, the car didn't work out. It smelled HORRIBLY of cigarette smoke (so much that it gave me a migraine), the brake pedal was in a very uncomfortable position, and my daughter's car seat didn't fit in the back seat (not enough space). Okay, no worries--we had talked about this. Right? Wrong. I show up and some guy I had never met tries taking the keys to my personal car (I had left it at the lot because I can't drive two cars, but I didn't trade in my original car). He then told me I had to do paperwork on it in order to get it back, and insisted for several minutes despite my telling him it was my car and not theirs; I did not trade in my vehicle. Then, another guy I had never met was telling me that I couldn't bring back the car I was thinking about purchasing, as the issues I was having weren't mechanical. Huh? Finally, I had them involve Tim Bottoms, who confirmed that I was checking it out and could get my deposit back if I didn't like it and that I wasn't obligated to purchase it. It made me angry to be treated in such a way, but what was worse was the salesman (John) who had been so helpful the night before was now acting resentful and bitter. The type of pettiness that I experienced after bringing back the car left me no longer wanting to do business with them, despite the fact that the only issue I had was with that particular car. Until this point, I had planned to still do business with them. Not anymore.

We were on a cross country road trip when we started having car trouble right outside of Denver. We made it to a hotel in Denver and started calling GMC dealers. After explaining our situation and being told by a few other dealers that they couldn't fit us in for a few days (it was the day before a holiday weekend), we were relieved when Grand Buick said they could take a look at it immediately. We had it towed there, and they promptly diagnosed the problem as a dead alternator. Our conversion van needed a specialty part, so they ordered it and had it overnight shipped. They also provided us a free rental car to use until the next day. They did the work first thing the next morning and the van was ready to go by 10:30. Our car works great again and we are back on the road. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we appreciated that they went out of their way to help us. What could have been a disaster in the midst of our trip was taken care of quickly! Special thanks to Scott Suitor and the mechanic Chris - they really went the extra mile!!

Absolutely awful experience. Brought my car by for a new headlamp and oil change, and walked out with a $500 bill and no explanation of why. I called asking for clarification and never received a call back from anyone in the service department. After waiting over 48 hours, I get an automated survey call asking me to review and "reach out directly if I have any questions." Worst experience at a dealership ever. I will not be returning to this dealership nor will I be purchasing another Kia if this is the service I can expect. Edit for response: The only portion of that statement that is accurate is the free loaner car which was not requested, we merely requested help with the shuttle as offered on your online scheduling assistant. The discount was given because we brought in a mailer with a coupon. The only information given prior was a 30,000 mile tuneup and a headlamp with no explanation of what that entailed or the cost. I also called and left a message for the service rep THE DAY OF and was never "taken care of" until I posted a public review days later. We are now over a week after service. I look forward to the call because frankly I do not appreciate this attempt at redirection.

Horrible service when I took my truck in. First I had scheduled an appointment with them and when I showed up to my appointment they informed me they couldn’t service my truck because they were in the process of changing from “grand” to “omeara.” A phone call or email would have been nice since I asked to leave early that day from work. Then they reschedule me for a different day, and took my truck in. When my wife went to go pick up the truck they handed her the keys but didn’t tell her where the truck was at and when she ask for help they were very rude. Rick Purdy and his staff were horrible. Disappointed by the lack of knowledge and service. Shuffled between three different people, all of which were unaware of a sales price on a car. One quoted higher, the other lower. They needed to look up the information on their phone to find the actual sales price. Even worse, they strung us along with praises for our trade-in and reasonable offers that we could give that management would consider. Spent hours waiting, then stopped by to offer the price the salesperson said would be considered only to be lectured by the main manager on how our trade-in was worth pennies and we were way off from making a deal. Classic bait and switch. What a waste of time. Not recommended!

Overall, I would recommend going to another dealer. Our purchase process was not a simple one, nor do the employees working seem to have a full grasp on anything. Responses from the Finance department are very bare minimum and lack clarity and basic email etiquette. They even emailed us someone else's contract which contained their personal information. Makes us feel quite a bit uneasy about our personal information being trusted with them. Title information was not sent to our county for over a month, resulting in a wasted afternoon appointment at the DMV. When purchasing the vehicle, everyone seemed clueless as to all the promotions and rebates clearly stated on Kia's website. They kept claiming the website was wrong and the deal is no longer in effect (it had just started a couple days prior and was very much so still in effect). After being adamant to receive these promotions and rebates, they gave them to be by using multiple "coupons meant for other customers." Which basically just meant they are finally agreeing to give me the incentives they are more than able to give and should be promoting. In the end, was able to get the car I wanted for the monthly price I desired (although probably would have been lower at a different dealer), but the overall process and customer service from Grand Kia has cemented my mind to go through a different dealer when it is time for another vehicle.

I brought my 2016 Optima in for a oil leak as I had just bought it a few weeks ago and they checked out my car and what the issues were within 15 minutes. Then they are also fixing 2 recalls that are due before I even received anything in the mail. They were very specific with what was wrong with my car and how much it was going to take to fix it. Wow! I'm glad everyone else loves this place but I'm more than disappointed. Took my car in for a recall and wanted to have a squeal taken care of. $3,500 later the squeal was still there. Took it back again 3 weeks later and $1,138 later still have the squeal. Called the same day I took it home. That was Friday, here it is a week later and still no call back. Won't be taking it back there anyway, they got all the money I'm going to give them. My friends call me a sucker for not pitching a fit, but what's the point? Lesson learned.

Tim, Charlie, & Tree "stepped-up" and made #7 another good thing. Today, with just over 1,000 on my Acadia I had a flat tire. Thinking I was needing to spend hundreds on a new tire I stopped into Service. They sent me into the lounge for coffee and in 45 minutes I was on my way to work with the tire fixed. Every person I've worked with there is helpful & great to work with.

This review is specifically for Grant and Shane in the service department. My 2018 Optima started making an awful rattling noise coming from the dash. The first two times I took it in, the noise continued and they were unable to fix it. It continued to annoy me so I rented another car to take it back, and they were finally able to pinpoint the problem and fixed it. Intermittent problems are the worse, because they are so hard to diagnose, and I understand that. Grant and Shane were always courteous to me, even though I was probably really annoying with my frequent phone calls. I knew they wanted to help, it was just difficult because they couldn't find the issue. They did spend some extra time with my car the third time. Whatever they did fixed the noise completely and my sanity has been restored. My husband will retract his previous 1 star review. This was a really frustrating experience (not your guys' fault) and he had to listen to me complain for months about the noise. We have purchased 4 new cars from Randy (who no longer works here) at this dealership, and haven't had any other issues.

I took my ford diesel to get it fix there. I so surprise with there customer service. Even though I didn't buy my truck there they treated me like I was the most important person there. Not only that, they care about you. They wanted to make sure that I was happy. I was so impress with there service, I came back to trade my truck in for a Dodge. Avoid this dealership at all costs. When you have a customer who comes in to buy a $55,000 Kia Stinger GT2, you would think they would let you test drive the car. Not here. I brought a buddy in who is interested in a Kia Stinger GT2 and they told us the keys were locked up and they “don’t just let anyone test drive cars”. That’s too bad considering our next stop was Audi where we were treated like they cared about us and allowed us to test drive an S4. I’ve done a lot of research on this car and felt as though I was selling the car to my friend better than the actual sales rep. He was giving us a lot of false info regarding the performance and features of the car. When I told them about the deal we would be able to get at a Fort Collins dealership, they told us “they are lying to you and would probably give you a lower model car for that price”. I find that hard to believe considering we went up there and drove off the lot with the deal Grand Kia told us was “fake”. These people don’t appreciate their customers and I’m shocked they are able to sell any cars.

My 2001 3500 GMC needed a new transmission. They quoted me really high at around 5.2k for just a transmission replacement. Later I found out that for a 2001 3500 transmission replacement cost only about 2.5k I didn't do much research so my fault. While working on my transmission they broke my exhaust, my starter, and damaged other parts. Of course they could replace them for more $$$. After they " fixed " everything my truck was doing the same thing. Took them another try to finally get it right. 1 year later the housing for the transmission cracked, they will not help me with the transmission even if it has a 100k mile / 3 year warante. In all, they over charged me, damaged parts and forced me to pay them to fix their mistakes, and won't even fix a faulty transmission that they replaced. DO NOT do business with these people. They will do whatever they can to take your money. If you go to get a tire replaced, they'll tell you your brakes are worn out. These people are nothing but shady scammers. DO NOT come to this place, its amazing how people are so interested in money that they don't care who they screw over. You guys should be ashamed of your business ways. Update : Truck needs the entire transmission replaced because these people didn't do a very good job. If anyone has any issues with any Diesel trucks I can recommend a real certified mechanic that actually values his word on his Warranty. Thanks GMC KIA, you guys are really terrible people.
