They worked with me in getting the financing I wanted and expedited the entire paperwork process in order to accommodate my work schedule. Took my car to Fisher Honda thinking that my new car was going to get fixed by warranty. Although warranty opted out I took my car out of Fisher Honda I later found out that they charged me for a coil. THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! I was not told that I needed a coil in order to look at my cylinder. Its not that hard to take the intake manifold off and look in the cylinder to see if I need a new engine, I contacted mr. Fisher and got the coil taken back. When I went to go pick up my car it felt like a completely different environment everyone looked and treated me like I was stupid when I towed my car in and gave the warranty paperwork everyone said hi how are you? When I picked up my car the 2nd time people didn't even look at me or say hi. When my engine was almost complete, I found out that they but denso spark plugs in when I asked for NGK and charges me 20-26$ per spark plug. I will forever talk bad about Fisher Honda and will never set foot on their property again. So if someone is skeptical about Fisher Honda and something is seriously wrong with your car and it has to be towed in just take it to a different mechanic or Honda dealer because these people will take you for a ride and won't regret it, they think they're the Ferrari company of Colorado when you take your car to a different mechanic or don't go through them for the full issue. Oh and they claim they fix their bad expirence it's BS they're liars end of story.

Took our Odyssey van with 50k miles to Fisher (where we bought it new) explaining we were about to drive to Telluride 7+ hours each way and I had felt a hesitation on the highway. I specifically said I wanted them to hook it up to the diagnostic machine. No mention of the engine concern but they found that our brakes pads were low and charged us $600+ for new pads and rotors. The total with an oil change, alignment and a “trip check” was almost $1000. Four hours in I got a low tire light. When we left days later I filled the tire and the light did not come on until the following day having driven the entire 7 hours and it sat overnight. The tires are less than 1 year old with no problems before the rotation/alignment/brakes so THEY punctured the tire. more importantly halfway home an engine light came on and we white knuckled it home with smells and sounds. My family could easily have been stranded in the middle of nowhere thanks to their “trip check”. Also, when it started to rain we turned on the windshield wipers and they hadn’t change the blades they were almost useless. Wonderful concern for your customers safety Fisher Honda!

I do not usually take my own time to write reviews.... If I pay for a service then I think that is review enough - but....sometimes someone goes above and beyond expectations and I want to acknowledge their service. I hadn't planned on taking the shuttle at Kia today because I thought it would be a hassle. I decided to take the shuttle because the service would take a half day. I was lucky to have Luis as my driver. Luis is genuinely a nice person. He made the ride very enjoyable. You could tell he loved his job. It was a very refreshing experience. Hopefully Fisher takes good care of Luis (actually Luis told me that he loves working for the company so it sounds like they know he is a good guy). Between Luis driving and how great Chad is for the service - it was a very good experience. Thank you!

I came in here looking for a used car, particularly something like a CR-V. They had a pretty good selection of cars and the salesman were friendly. However, their pricing model definitely favors the dealer. They market themselves as a "no-haggle" used car dealer in that the price on the sticker is what you pay, there's no negotiating to be done. At first this sounds pretty good; price negotiation is probably the most irritating part of buying a car. But I became a bit disappointed when I compared their asking prices to the values quoted by sources like Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds. They systematically overvalue their cars by around $1500-$2000. This isn't a huge amount (and its definitely not the worst I've seen) but it is still annoying. It's pretty clear who primarily benefits from the "no haggle" policy. So my recommendation is to only get a used car here if you find one that you really want, and recognize that you'll pay a premium for it. If you're looking for a really good price, I'd consider looking at other dealers.

Before the beginning of summer i would always get replacement parts for my Honda Accord online from different site and vendors. However that summer day something compelled me to walk into Fisher Honda and approach the parts desk. This is the moment where I met Debbie and my life of ordering parts online came to a screeching halt. Debbie is wonderful, from here laugh and smile, to experience and knowledge, she makes going in worth every pennies and more. Her understanding of who here customers are and what there needs are is the reason I go in to order parts!! I STRONGLY recommend walking in and ordering parts, hopefully you have the pleasure of meeting Debbie, and the staff at fishers, they also got a coffee machine right next to the part counter .... its pretty sweet... All in all 5 stars to Debbie and the fisher Honda's staff .

Service Staff is Excellent! Pricing Competitive! Wish I had purchsed my used Honda from Fisher instead of Planet. Terrible purchasing experience- Avoid at all costs. Planet sold me a CPO that had definitely been in an accident as the sub par hood paint job is now peeling. I asked a Fisher service tech why the paint was peeling. He imediately noticed other imperfections with the paint that indicated it wasn't factory paint and then looked under the hood and pointed out it was missing it's VIN Sticker. Smart kid, wish I knew to look for thiings like that when I bought the car.

I saw a used car on the website, but no price. I guess that's a secret, which is not conducive to selling any product or very customer service oriented. I was already at a dealer next door who had sold the car I came to look at, so I decided to go talk to someone at Fisher to learn the price of the car I'd seen and see what else they had available. I had previously purchased a new Chevy Suburban here back when they were a Chevy dealer, and a used car for my son a few years back. Those were both reasonably good experiences. Not today, not in current times. Today I walked in and no one acknowledged my presence for almost 15 mins even as several staff passed me multiple times. I must have been invisible. Finally someone asked if I had been helped. I said no. They introduced me to a guy I expected to be a salesman. I asked simply for the price of the car from the website. He started wandering the lot looking for the car. Never found it. I said I would expect him to know the inventory. He said he was the finance guy. So I just left after wasting 30 mins. I had started a chat off their website while waiting in the lobby. This person asked if I had been helped. I said I just wanted to find the price of the car. They couldn't tell me either. It is a nearly useless off-site service. Asked if I wanted someone to get back to me. I said no. How the hell do these people expect to sell anything when they cannot even tell you the price of the product? I will never return.

Got a great deal on a sedan that was exactly what I was looking for. The Salesman Doc O'Connor was very helpful. Telling me what it sounded like I was looking for after I looked in a few cars that didn't meet my preferences. The agent who was helping me finance it was very helpful. The deal he got when he contacted my credit card company was for 9% interest on the monthly payments, but he knew it was way too high for my auto-credit. So he didn't take the deal and replied to them telling them that they did something wrong, and the new deal I got was barely over 5% interest. Most dealers would have 1. Not done any repairs on the used car I got before putting it up for sale, and 2. sold it for way over $10k despite the mileage already put on the car and 3. sealed the deal with my credit company for 9% interest without asking questions. but not Fisher, I had heard beforehand that they maintain a high reputation in customer satisfaction and I was not disappointed.

Was in for recall work, but service and environment to was great/comfortable. Jason handled my recall, and went over prices for other regular maintenance. I think some prices are a bit much compared to what I was paying at Sears, I.E. 2014 Accord Hybrids oil change I could get for 55$... But still, I am considering switching to Honda for PMs...

The first service I went in for was good and fair. The next time I went for a super common wiper motor problem that I had researched. The problem ended up being a $30 fix. They looked at the car and charged $100 for diagnostic (I already told them the problem) and wanted another $400 for the repair. I'll never go back

Incredibly unsatisfied with this dealerships costumer service. My car has a safety concern that desperately needs to be looked at today, i was originally told that there were MULTIPLE open appointments today and upon calling back they said they weren't able to accommodate an appointment at any point today. They confirmed that i was indeed misinformed about numerous appointments that didn't exist, but yet still failed to offer any sort of rectification for the miscommunication. Eventually the attendant put me on hold without warning and never came back to the phone to discuss the repair. And to top it all off, every Honda dealership i've worked with offers loaner cars for inconvenient situations like this and this dealership fails to accommodate. I'm absolutely furious. This is the only honda in Boulder and i'm forced to bring my business here, and i regret it entirely.

Took the Acura in for routine service. They did a nice job and the price was good. Dropped it off at 11 am, scheduled to be finished by 1 pm and it was finished on time. For the two hour wait, Jeff shuttled us to Pearl Street in Boulder where we had a nice lunch and a walk down Pearl. Jeff offered to pick us up at 12:30 to drive us back to the Acura service center. This was our first purchase of a Honda. It was a pleasure to work with Seth Kennedy, a competent salesperson who demonstrates vitality in his burgeoning career. He is personable and professional. I bought my Honda in 2004 from Fisher Honda and they have always taken care of me and my car since then. The inspections and repairs are quick, and I always get a list of prioritized repair items with both price estimate and urgency. They recently upgraded their facility and the wait room feels nice a bright with dedicated laptop stations to allow you to get some work done while you wait. They also have a quick shuttle to take you home or to work if the job will take too long. Great shop with personal attention.

Great experience today. We have moved back to Colorado recently (well, 2 oil changes ago) and today was a 5 star experience. I had my 3 yr old with me and the play room for the kids was great (small, but the bean bags and the box with the beads and wires were a big hit. Those always are). The service reps even gave my son a Hot Wheels truck! The Express service was fast as advertised. I had to come back after the service to check an engine code, and Derek was wonderful talking me through my options. It was informative but not pushy, as I had been used to with the Acura dealership we had come from. Good work today Derek and Fisher Acura!

I recently purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V. The whole process was frustrating and unpleasant. My salesman, Dennis Olmsted, used sales techniques that left me feeling tricked and disrespected. When I told him I was looking for a used car he told me they had a 1.9% financing for new vehicles. I found out when I returned to purchase that it was 1.9% only if you financed for 36 months. On the day I was considering purchasing the vehicle, I felt like Dennis was distracting/pressuring me by going over information in the manual about the car before I even saw the final numbers and agreed to buy it. Shady pricing tactics - the numbers didn’t match from the previous day. Previously he told me they would honor the lower price I emailed him from another dealership but then he “forgot” until I questioned it for final pricing. Also, I told him I did not want the extended warranty but it was on the final paperwork. When I went to the financing department to review and sign the papers, I felt rushed and the finance manager, Jeff Tomko, seemed perturbed that I was taking time to look over the agreement. This is when I discovered that the numbers didn’t match up--in total over $3000 more that I would have paid had I not checked! Also, an add-on accessory was included in the final price. On the day I came to purchase the vehicle, I was left unattended for long periods of time. Dennis reappeared when I walked outside to warm up. Maybe he thought I was leaving. It took about four hours even though I had been in the day before and received pricing information. Horrible trade-in experience - extremely low first offer and don’t forget anything in your trade-in vehicle! If you had a negative experience, don’t expect to receive a customer satisfaction survey. Dennis showed me a copy of this survey at least four times and asked me to give him all 10s. I took a vehicle for a test drive & was eager to buy but what happened during the test drive, had me left with a bitter taste. The sales representative (Rich E...reading some of the Google reviews seem like he enjoys to get himself into trouble with having female customers) made the entire test drive uncomfortable. Sandy; .... hope you're ok with having a female drive today. Rich; ... since you bring that up. I recall seeing a bummer sticker that said, "caution Asian female driver (chuckles)...." Sandy; ....(crickets).... Not only am I an Asian female, I believe he was insinuating that all female drivers are horrible! To add Insult to injury, he should have been respectful & sensitive to the topic of gender rolls & then to stereotype a paticular race is outta-line. Everything about it was digoratory. He needs to go back to Florida or be put in checked.

First time customer here. I recently brought my TLX in for maintenance and my service consultant was Derek. The entire process of dropping off and picking up my car was extremely quick. It took me literally 4 minutes to drop off my car. Upon arriving to pick up my car, the 180-point inspection was summarized to me with clear and concise documentation. There was a minor problem that I pointed out in the survey they sent out after your appointment. Within several minutes of the survey, I immediately got a call from Derek to address the minor problem that I pointed out. I can confirm that this location definitely puts their customers first base on this experience. They paid close attention to details and make it a priority that you get a competitive price for your service. Definitely will be going back in the future.

If you're considering an Acura but aren't sure if you want to drive an hour for service, just do it. While I purchased my Acura from the dealership I work at in Fort Collins, I found it more than worth my while to drive down to Fisher Acura for my maintenance. I was greeted very professionally by their valet who took down my mileage and escorted me to the service advisors. Derek Caldwell assisted me at that point. While I did not ask for a loaner or expect one to be available, Derek courteously provided me with one without question, asking only that I bring it back with fuel in it. Upon one of my recalls taking longer than was anticipated, Derek allowed me to venture out into Boulder, bringing my car to me when the work was completed rather than me having to drive back to the dealership. While I dislike driving to Boulder for any reason, Derek and his team at Fisher Acura make the trip more than worth it.

I bought another Honda Civic from a different dealer in 1998 and I didn’t receive the wonderful customer service or pricing so returned to Fisher. I bought my first Honda CR-V from Fisher in 2010. Love that car!!! We moved to the Boulder Foothills and I thought I’d need more that a 4-cylinder engine car. I was wrong. I bought a Subaru Forester and I was not impressed at all. The Forester started having problems after the first year and I was not confident with their service department at all. I wanted to feel safe in my car and Honda has proven to me over the years to be dependable so I just bought another Honda CR-V last week. Honda refuses to change a non retracting seatbelt in the passenger seat, which is where my 7-yrs daughter sits. Seatbelts are covered by warranty for 10 yrs, and yet after two trips here the Seatbelts still do not work properly. Do not come here if you are not willing to pay, even for under warranty parts. [UPDATE]: As I told Bob, the problem does not manifest 100% of the time, but often enough to endanger the safety of my daughter. I took pictures on May the 2nd and May the 4th, and they are attached. I also have a video showing the issue. Again, I am extremely disappointed that: 1 - You did not believe a long time customer about this issue 2 - Are willing to put a kid at risk, when the seatbelt are covered for 10+ years 3 - Force me to come several times at the Dealer, imply that I am lying and resolve nothing. Let me know when you have the necessary part available at the dealer and I can come to have it replaced. [UPDATE May 14th 2019] Harry, I have provided pictures and videos of the malfunctioning seatbelt. These should be proof enough that there is something wrong with the seatbelt and therefore the safety of the passenger cannot be guaranteed by Honda. As I have told you many times, the issue does not manifest consistently, and therefore you were not able to reproduce it in the time you checked the car. It manifest often enough that I am not confident in the safety of my daughter when using that seatbelt. You have my contact info, and if you think you could help, please contact me.

Addressing someone by their first name solicits familiarity. Using such an address without meeting the person is rude, and is a sign of underhandedness. Last month I was looking to buy a new Acura and visited several dealerships. Upon talking to Rich, I test drove a few vehicles and liked the mdx, so we went to his desk and I asked about ricing information. When I said I was ready to buy in the next week or so, but not that day because I wanted to consult with my boyfriend to make sure we were on the same page before making such a large purchase, Rich told me he would not take me seriously until my boyfriend "the ultimate decision-maker" came in with me. As a young female with a Master's degree in engineering, I made it very clear to him that I did not need a man to come in and help me understand numbers but am extremely insulted at his assumption that I did not know what I was talking about and that I was not capable of choosing the car I wanted to drive on my own. Don't go here if you are a female expecting to be treated with respect!

After driving the vehicle and Michael spending considerable time explaning the features and options available, we were unable to get to a price that was within our budget. Michael, seeing our disappointment, quickly offered a sensible alternative and we repeated the whole process with another vehicle. I recently traded in my 2015 Tacoma for a 2018 CR-V EX Fisher Honda had advertised. The salesman Dennis O'Connor(DOC), was very helpful and took as much time as needed to explain & demonstrate all the various safety features the car has AND he let me drive it for as long as needed! As a woman buyer he also talked to me with respect. None of this condescending garbage. I usually cringe at the idea of buying from a dealer, but not here. I've been a Toyota fan most of my life, but they don't currently have what I wanted (they chgd their models too much). Honda has it & has an equal reputation for reliability. Only disappointment is that it doesn't have a CD player. We're not all millennial's. Let me know when they get smart enough to get a CD kit that can be added. ;)

For example, I came in this morning without an appointment after a emissions service light came on last night. Fortunately, Jason, who I always ask for, was there and took my vehicle in right away and even asked what time I needed to leave to be at work on time. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told by Emily, the receptionist, that it would be ready either Friday or Monday, THEY WOULD CALL ME. Having not heard from them by Tuesday, I called and was informed that the car was ready since Friday and that they had called me. I had no message on my machine and there was no record of a call from them on my caller ID. I spoke with Nick, who allegedly called me, and asked why he didn't call Saturday, or Monday, or Tuesday. His response was, "Well, I called once". My theory is that some stranger had a message from him telling them that my car was ready. Jeff, the manager, was also very unhelpful. He was argumentative and implied I should have called them. "If my car was in the shop, I would definitely call them if I hadn't heard". Well, if I had a shop, I would definitely call a customer if I had promised. As a result of this extra three days, I had to pay quite a bit extra for a rental car unnecessarily. Jeff would not fully compensate me for this needless expense because, "We did call you". If I may offer a word of advice - if you ever have a choice between Fisher Auto Body and someone else (and you do), choose someone else. Apparently there is no way to leave a response to the response I received from Tyler DeFalco, so I will have to do it this way. I am fully aware of the dates of the incident. I am not sure of the relevance of your pointing this out? Does the fact that the person with whom I had the encounter no longer works there relieve your company from any responsibility? I do not consider you being sure that, if I give you another try, I will find your team awesome to work with an adequate resolution to the complaint that, as a result of your company's actions, I incurred unnecessary expense. I hope people reading this review see yet another example of how customers are treated by your company.

My wife and I recently decided it was time to replace our 2010 Honda Crosstour. On Saturday March 16th we visited our local Acura dealer and had a very poor experience based on sales presentation, asking tacky personal questions and pressure. I will not go into all the details, but I have been in sales 24 years and you do not have to use high pressure to be successful! We left our local dealer and started doing some online car shopping and found some Acura MDXs that we were interested in at Fisher Acura in Boulder, CO. I stopped in on the following Tuesday and had the great pleasure of meeting Michael Burris as I walked in the door. I told him what we were interested in and a great experience started to unfold. We went on a test drive in the Acura MDX Hybrid, Michael was very well versed in explaining all the technology in the Advanced Package and the unique features of the Hybrid. He was sure to ask if I felt I got what I needed from the test drive, I took that as if we needed to drive beyond a predetermined loop that he was willing to extend the test drive until I was satisfied. I explained to Michael I really liked the Hybrid and my wife may decide on the MDX Tech Package and this purchase was for her, so it would be her decision. He ran the numbers on both vehicle with different length terms so I could take them to discuss with my wife. I left feeling ZERO pressure from Michael. I did receive a nice email from Courtney - Customer Experience Assistant thanking me for my visit and asking if they could gather any more information for us. I replied that I had a great experience and at that time I did not need any further information. We decided on the MDX with Technology Package due to seating and color / interior options. Thursday we drove up to Fisher Acura took one more test drive to confirm our decision and finished the deal. Michael had another customer he was working a deal with when we were finished up, but he was sure to come to say goodbye and walk us to our new car and let us know he is always available if we have technology questions, etc.This was definitely a 5 STAR car purchase experience, from the entire process with Michael through Shawn the Finance Manager to receiving an email Saturday morning from Craig Fisher to a follow up call from Michael on Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles and will refer our friends to Michael and Fisher Acura. Michael would be a great mentor for new car sales professionals! Our experience was the best we have had!

Went to the dealership and met a sales person by the name of Caleb. Caleb promised to send us options via email and be in contact with us about a Honda CRV. After three days of hearing nothing we went back to the dealership and he did not want to come with us on a test drive, just threw the keys at us and told us that he was busy. When we came back from the test drive we told him that would like to buy the car and asked him to email us pricing options. Needless to say we are still waiting for a call and a price quote. I left a message for the sales manager to give us a call and low and behold it’s rotten at the top and that’s why it’s a rotten at the bottom. The sales manager did not call us back either. Extraordinary customer service in the Honda service department from Harry, Bob, and Joyce! They make it their mission to make sure the customer is completely satisfied without a doubt. Most companies today do not put the customer first, and have a take it or leave it mentality.
