While the service seems to be performed properly and completely, there seems to be a lack of customer service overall. Don't get me wrong, the service adviser was very friendly and helpful. Just slow to respond and when it was his day off it was like pulling teeth to get someone else to return a call. Phone system seems to be a mess as well. Calls to the local store wouldn't reach service department and then would transfer up to a statewide location. A second trip to the dealership for to have a service preformed didn't work out any better. I doubt I will go back at this point, unless warranty work is required. And even then I might take it to a Denver area dealership.

Bad reviews are more common to leave than good ones, but this place did great. I was able to get an appointment with the service area quickly and they were able to accommodate a last minute loaner need. I was in and out at my appointment time and had the loaner for only a few hours when Sean called to let me know our car was ready. Sean also made the effort to remember my name and made the experience personable. They were in the middle of a big renovation and the place looked rough, but I will definately be back for other needs and will reccomend this dealership for my customers.

Phil Long Audi is very customer oriented. They have a contract with Uber to drive the client home and pick the client up when the work on the Audi is completed. My service advisor, Brian, kept me informed on the progress of my car. They also send you a video of the work done on the car with an audio from the technician (Alex) who did the work. I recommend Phil Long Audi without hesitation!

It took almost 2 weeks before I finally spoke with someone...I left a couple of messages for a gentleman, can't recall name, and I never received a call back. I finally called the direct line and explained my situation and the gentleman who took my call immediately scheduled me for the service needed and was very friendly. The second thing, the service guy forgot to put back my all weather mats. I live out of town and now have to make a trip to get them(an inconvenience). On a positive note, service dept guys I met were very friendly and I was given a nice loaner for the day.

I was in Colorado Springs visiting my sister for a little bit...one of our "to do's" was to do a very spirited run up Pikes Peak, so on Friday, we were heading to the Peak. Just as we got onto Pikes Peak Highway the 2007 RS4 (224000 miles) blew a heater hose dumping the entire contents of the coolant system in seconds. Immediately pulled the car over. While waiting for AAA, called Phil Long Audi to let them know the vehicle was coming in. I was greeted by Advisor, Brian Dorsey, a little after the noon hour. He understood the predicament I was in as I needed to drive back home by Wednesday at the latest. By that evening, I received the video diagnosis of the vehicle and gave the go ahead for the work to be done. Seeing it was late on Friday, parts had to be sent next day delivery. By Tuesday the parts were in and the 9 hour install began. Come Wednesday morning, the car was back together and ready for pickup. I cant express my gratitude for Brian and his team...getting my vehicle on the lift and completing the repair in a matter of days showed me their willingness to go the extra mile in an emergency situation. I have to apologize to those that probably got bumped on the list so they could address my repair. Thank you for the excellent, professional, and timely work that was done on my vehicle. I have absolutely no hesitation giving a great review as the service was spectacular given my situation.

Disappointed with Audi in general. Had work done at Audi Honolulu. They didn’t do the work right. Took my car to Audi Colorado Springs and I was charged again for the work. I understand that they are two different dealerships but Audi certified work is apparently only certified by the dealership that does the work. Good thing the amount wasn’t unaffordable. Also asked for the window washer dispensers to be adjusted. This was overlooked during the work but it was adjusted after I had asked about it before accepting the car. The service tech “hooked me up” and got those adjusted without charging me. Despite the above disappointment Phil Long got me in within a week. The area was clean and the service members were polite. Robert ~ my new service writer, was super helpful and let me know throughout the day how my car was doing and the estimated time for the repairs to be completed and I got to meet the mechanic, that is now my car's mechanic. So the next time I bring my car in he will already be familiar with the car. Almost all the work that was done, Robert found it to be under warrant. I never thought to ask about the warranted on my newly purchased 2015 Audi Q7 ~ I will be back and refer all my Audi friends to Phil Long Audi service department

I never leave reviews, but I needed to for this one. I went in to Phil Long Audi for a diagnostic and possibly fix an issue that I was having with my 2006 Audi A4. The diagnostic was about $150, and the representative concluded that my ECM was out and needed to be replaced. Now, I am not a car guru at all, but I have google and can easily look up the price of an ECM. Tell me how these people tried charging $2,200 for a part that costs about $250? Along with that repair, they wanted to reseal timing covers with new bolts. The total cost would have been $3300. Even with cost of labor this seemed too much, and, being broke, I told them to hold off on the repairs. I looked around for another Audi mechanic and found Mondino Imports. The mechanic there ran another diagnostic and concluded that the original problem was caused by misfiring cylinders, so my plugs and coils needed to be replaced. All of this was done for $1000. So, Phil Long Audi was going to charge me almost triple the price for something that ultimately would have left me at square one. These people are snakes and will bleed you dry. I am never going back, and I am not going to recommend. 0/5

I’m the proud owner of a 2013 S4. Unfortunately the car developed the notorious gearbox issues. Justin in the service department got me scheduled for my appointment swiftly and professionally. Even arranged for a nice Q7 loaner for me and my family. Also received contestant phone updated on the process. New transmission was installed in a week, they also took care of dealing with my extended warranty company. Will definitely be back not only for service, but for future vehicle purchases!!!!

Overall, the experience was pretty decent and the vehicle was well below book value. However, since this was an internet sale and it was a four hour commute for the purchase, I had to rely on the internet sales team's honesty regarding specific questions. While they were polite and courteous, there was some damage I noticed from pictures and was assured that there was no damage in that location. It was significant enough that it isn't something that could've been overlooked, and it very much detracted from what otherwise was a pleasant experience.

Once I spoke with the right person they were very helpful and my car was repaired in a timely manner. Initially I had a very rude mechanic basically tell me he couldn't help me with my car, dead battery under warranty... Not initial response you want to hear.

Poor customer service, under educated sevice techs. Took my car in for a check engine light, the diagnosis was an air leak in the fuel system. After a week of calling to find out the status of my car, I was informed I would have to replace my fuel tank and was quoted ~$5,500 and informed it would take approximately 3-4 weeks to be fixed, I was informed if I provided the parts myself I would only have to pay labour which was quoted at $1900. I found a used fuel tank and dropped it off myself, which was an experience in and of itself, the first employee I encountered I asked where I could drop off the tank, I was met with a look that clearly informed me that was not his job. After dropping the tank off, it was another week before my car was finished. Upon arriving to pick up my car the dollar amount that I was told I owed was grossly higher than what I was originally quoted for labour, although I did save a considerable amount by providing parts myself. When I went to leave my tail lights didn't work, my car had to be taken back in to have that problem fixed. The next day my check engine light came on again for the same problem an air leak in the fuel system. As it turns out there was a bad gasket in my fuel cap, which was an $8 fix that cost me $2,500. I will not be taking my car to phil long audi and would highly recommend others do the same. - Rishar

I give this experience a 5-star rating SOLELY because I work with Brian Dorsey. These are really HIS five stars - not the management's nor the techs (both of which are your standard fare - I know, I've been going here for a decade and have many a long story). Brian is attentive, respectful, and does not push the shop's responsibilities off on the customer. If they make a mistake or mess something up (which has happened before) - Brian handles it personally - the calls - everything. I trust him. He seems to understand who is writing the check versus who has been hired. Brian handles everything actually, all the way through the process. Now that the shop is providing Audi loaner cars again (a major reason I go here to begin with) the amount of time it takes is irrelevant to me. I'm not down a vehicle, and I'm not out of pocket for one. Brian always calls with updates during the process so you have an idea of what's going on and how long they'll have your ride. So many customer service reps seem to be neglecting this these days. You drop your car off on a Wednesday, and you hear literally nothing for over a week, until they suddenly call you to pick it up 30 minutes before they close. It's insane really. Brian does not treat you this way. He is also EXTREMELY professional, very polite, and punctual. If it weren't for Brian Dorsey - I would have left this shop a long time ago. If you go there, ask for Brian. He's on the ball and has consistently earned my business. If you are one of his managers and you are reading this... give Brian a raise. Don't lose him. His efforts and professionalism are procuring you long-term customers. Something you were losing for awhile there. Nobody gets to meet or approve of the people in the back. The right people interfacing with the public makes all the difference.

Phil Long Audi provided me with the best car buying service I have ever experienced. This is coming from a person who just bought their 5th car in 15 years. Every single sales person was eager to help, assist, and answer any and all questions. I have even called and emailed with questions and those were answered accurately and promptly. Not once did I feel over pressured to buy a car or talk to anyone. They do not pester you unless you want to talk to someone. The entire team there has figured out the perfect balance of service and personal time. Usually I would recommend a certain sales person but I worked with about 3 or 4 different sales reps and they were all professional, knowledgeable, and polite. If you are looking to buy a car this is the place to do it.

I have a 2016 Audi A4. On August 21 2017 I purchased 4 Continental tires from the service department. Today I ran over a bolt on the way to Peterson AFB. I contacted the service department to let them know of the issue. The first phone call I placed, I was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes. After an hour and a half I received a call to let me know that the dealership could not service the vehicle. I had to contact 3 different numbers to try and get some type of service. After 40 minutes on the phone (not an overstatement) the only place I could take the car to is Audi. Now I am out of pocket 255 dollars for something that should have been replaced under warranty at the dealership. If you have to purchase anything with a warranty from Audi Phil Long DONT DO IT. You will get the run around all day for them not to replace it.

God awful experience. Apparently if they dont have the exact Audi your looking for they couldn't care less about you. I told our sales women that I didn't like the Audi she showed me. Instead of showing me something else, trying to up sell me (I would have been ok with this) or getting my info so she could tell me when they did have what I wanted, she said, and I quote "ok bye then". Audi's are my favorite cars and I was hoping to make a purchase soon but this has spoiled things for me.

My A4 has gone to this dealer for every service during its 50,000 miles (so far). I've always been very happy with the customer service, loaner car, expertise, and contact. We really liked the service video during the most recent visit. HOWEVER, the service video showed that there were leaves in and around the air filter. The replacement of the air filter was not a part of the 50K mile service, so my husband did the replacement. Much to our surprise and disappointment, the service tech had removed the air filter, taken a video of the leaves in and around the air filter, but had left them all there when he put the air filter back into place. We were very surprised that the leaves had been left. It put a huge cloud over an otherwise stellar relationship with this dealership.

The service tech, Justin, was tremendously helpful, courteous and flexible given that my car broke down as I was in the process of moving from California to Kansas. Rather than paying the outrageous price for a new rear differential from Audi, I opted to supply my own used diff. Justin had it installed, making sure to warn me they couldn’t warranty the work since I was supplying the part. I understood and moved forward. As luck would have it, the used diff had a failed gasket and leaked/shuttered after the test drive. Justin was kind enough to have the shop tech get the car back on a lift so we could assess the damage before I attempted to limp it to Kansas as I was on a short timeline. The mechanic was very defensive and even a bit rude, making it seem like “how dare you ask me questions when you opted to supply you’re own part rather than paying $7800 for a new one...” I’m very mechanically inclined and work on all my own cars, except when I’m in the middle of traveling and don’t have any of my own tools. Anyways, it’s a good thing Justin is the face of customer service as he was exceptional. I’m glad that the majority of customers don’t have to interact with this particular mechanic. Very nice facility with all of the amenities. During and after the sale I met the sales Manager and Finance Manager. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and polite. My salesman was David Perez. He did an excellent job of explaining all of the features of my new Audi Allroad. This was my first German car and I had a lot of questions. During and after the sale he answered my questions promptly and even sent videos on how to adjust settings. I found a few minor discrepancies during the walk through with the car and also after I got the car home. David was very prompt in getting those addressed. This is my Seventh new car buying experience. It was by far the most pleasant and hassle free. I had 4 tires installed and an alignment. The price was pretty much the same as going to a tire place to get it done. The real difference was that a tire place doesn't top off your fluids, inspect your brakes, and wash and vaccuum your car. Great attention to detail and customer service!

Also understood my needs for transportation home, as well as needing the car back as soon as possible for a trip we were taking. Explained repairs needed in depth, Don, (tech) did a great job diagnosing the car quickly and performing repairs right the first time. He also did a thorough check over on the vehicle and noted a couple repairs that are going to need to be done. They did not go crazy on the upsells which is great. I took my 2013 Allroad in for an oil change, only because the dealer has the equipment to reset the service due warning. The service tech showed me a list of repairs adding up to $1389. I only wanted an oil change. Service tech said serpentine belt was cracked. Mechanic showed it to me and it was perfect, no cracks. They wanted me to get new wiper blades. They wanted $75 and another $28 to replace them. 2 different estimates for the same rear blade. I replaced them a month ago. Among a list of several other items in good condition, I only had the battery changed, because of pressure. $400. Mechanic also suggested I replace the tires because one of the tires had a scratch. I guess they are used to the long list of unnecessary repairs to show customers because if you can afford an Audi, some of their estimates will stick to unsuspecting customers. I will be taking my car to other dealers from now on.

So I pull up my contract give it to them and I get sorry that guy no longer works here that sold you that those packages he sold you he stated the wrong things. Brought in a Q5 with a misfire issue, after $320 diagnostic I was told it was a vacuum leak because it had large fuel trims and the tech got the engine to rev by spraying brake cleaner around the manifold. Since then I have replaced the O2 sensor, replaced all of the gaskets in the intake manifold, and taken it to other mechanics. None of whom could get it to rev up by spraying starter fluid or brake cleaner into the same area (after 2 full cans). The issue is exactly how it was before I took it in and I'm out $320, so no upside in my opinion.

Just provided professional and courteous service by getting me checked in and my vehicle services. He said it would take 2 hours, but I was out of the dealership in 1.5 hours!!! Michale had my car in tip top shape. He did a very thorough inspection, and provided a video with a detailed account of the issue that was found. Justin provided an estimate of the work needed, confirmed my vehicle was still under warranty, and confirmed no charge was due for the upcoming work. He ordered the parts, scheduled me for the next appointment, and anticipated the need for a loaner to ensure the work is completed without any inconvenience to me. What an awesome and professional staff. I never thought I would say this, but I enjoy getting my car serviced. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for service even if you do not own an Audi. Annual servicing appt. Scheduled quickly and car was finished on time. answered all questions and were very helpful and comprehensive. Do seem to be a bit understaffed as there was a line to drop off in morning. The two times I've needed service I've requested a courtesy car for the day but neither time was one available and they were scheduling weeks out. Only other minor complaint, which goes back to staffing, is calling for service department and having no one available to take your call (this has happened three times now). But overall 5 star service.

I brought it in for it’s 115K service and I guess while on the test drive after the service was done, one of the coolant lines blew off the bottle and they replaced the hose for me at no cost. Let me start out by saying that I am not a fan of the Phil Long brand. Between shady sales tactics and overall bad experiences in the past we had resorted to just using an Audi dealer in Denver to avoid Phil Long entirely. A tire replacement forced our hand though as Audi Colorado Springs (Phil Long Audi) was the only place that had the tire we needed for our A7 in stock. So, we had the tire replaced there and our car was due for service as well. Brian Dorcey was amazing and got me in same day even though the service department was shorthanded that day by two service people. The tech did a great job and I loved getting a video of my car to show they weren't bulls@#%ting me on what needed to be done and what could wait until the next service. Overall, my service experience was amazing and I would highly recommend going in to see Brian for your Audi service. As far as sales and the rest of the Phil Long brand, I cannot say I would recommend them, but as far as service and Brian Dorcey go 5/5 or 10/10 or 100% positive for him personally and go in and see him if your Audi needs to be serviced.
