Their service department for oil changes has always been kind and courteous. There are snacks in the waiting lounge. $35 (with coupon) for an oil change and multi point inspection throughout the vehicle. I would give them 5 stars, but the only downfall is that they take an hour to an hour and 10 minutes for your oil change. I know my Automotive stuff, and they are always very honest and don't lie to me about needing fluids, and filters.......just like the lies they feed me at a place that rhymes with Liffy Jube.

If I could give zeros stars I would. I went in for an oil change and was told it would take an hour. Two hours later and I'm finally getting my car back, only to find a big oil hand print on my steering wheel, oil all over my steering wheel and engine compartment, as well as oily foot prints on my light tan floor boards. Seeing as I was already late to prior obligations I cleaned it myself and left. When I called 30 minutes later to speak to a manager about it I got nothing but a rude unhelpful attitude (which I had witnessed being given to another customer waiting at the same time as I complaining about the wait). Highly unsatisfied and will not be returning.

Christopher McCoy misled me saying that he was willing to match a price found at another dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership I was informed that the price I was given over the phone was for a base model as opposed to the model I was led to believe I was coming into see. I was lied to about my qualifications for financing. When I confronted him on these issues, he chalked it up to a misunderstanding on my part. All of the sales tactics used were straight out of the salesman handbook. Beware

I stopped in without an appointment to ask about a recall letter. Nick, the service mgr, took my information, and saw I drove over an hour to get there, got my car in directly. I got 2 recalls done with a free car wash! Friendly with a great attitude. I couldn't be more pleased with the way I was treated.

RUUUUUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had the option to give this place 0 stars!!! I just made the worst purchase of my life! From the sales, to the finance, to the service technicians - this place is a JOKE!!! I am a single mom barely making it and needed a RELIABLE car. ALL three cars that I drove from their lot made very strange noises and ALL of the brakes seemed BAD. The day that I was there I was on my way to Fresno, I completely felt that my time was wasted on PURPOSE because they knew I did not want to be stranded with two small children in the piece of junk that I drove in with. I was re-assured numerous times by both the sales and finance reps that the vehicle I finally chose had been THOROUGHLY INSPECTED. I was the last person leaving the lot at 8pm and immediately heard CLUNKING as I turned onto Theater Dr. on my way to Hwy 46. Although the sales rep convinced me that the brakes only felt strange because I wasn't used to driving a van, I began to realize that the BRAKES WERE NOT FINE at all. The next day I spoke with the dealership and let them know what was going on and they said they would look at it but could ASSURE me that nothing was wrong. I am feeling totally screwed at this point. I bought the van on Friday, Returned from Fresno on Sunday, they picked up the van on Monday to have their service department inspect. The service manager called on Tuesday advising they would not charge me for the diagnosis (OH GEE THANK YOU) and they found that the struts were bad, the brake pads needed to be replaced, and the rotors were warped. He told me that this was not the case when they sold the car to me!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! SO in that two days I caused the rotors to warp!!! They claimed that this was not a safety issue when they sold the car to me so they were not obligated to fix it. The Sales Manager stated he would split the bill with me (WHAT A GUY, They seriously wanted me to pay for this B.S.) because the Car was sold "AS IS" so that means I'm SCREWED!! When I called they told me the total was $186.00 plus tax but when I picked it up the total was $240. with no detailing being done or the Rust Spot being repaired. For those extras to now be done I would need to bring it back yet again. According to the notes on the receipt stating every little thing wrong with the van and they are implying that they were all created (including the RUST SPOT) during the three days that I had the vehicle. I gave them a mouthful when I went to pick up the P.O.S. they sold me. Then as I am driving away THERE IS NOW A BRAND NEW SOUND!!! SERIOUSLY!!! There was no way I was going to have them work on it any further, they already tapped out all of my funds. I can't even look at this stupid van anymore. I had a mechanic look at it and he told me it was the shocks. WOW, the gift that just keeps taking!!! I thought that if I bought a used vehicle at a dealership I would be better off because they wouldn't sell a lemon. Unfortunately I was wrong. DON’T BUY HERE!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!! I hope they get inspected for selling cars like this, it needs to end! No one should have to dump money into a vehicle they just bought from a dealership for $10,000 out the door!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Highly recommend staying away from this poorly ran business. We went in for auto start issues and left with tire/airbag issues. Employees were laughing in the background about us asking them to fix the issues they've caused. We spoke with the manager, Tina. I'm shocked she is the one in charge. Poor service skills along with horrible attitude to resolve any issues(especially caused by her employees). This is the third visit due to their negligence. I will NEVER come here again.

Fantastic service, the entire staff is great and E.B. is exceptional. I usually dread going to service centers and having to wait around, etc. I was offered a shuttle to go shopping, the repairs were finished on time, my car was washed and vacuumed. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

Okay so I have a 2016 Kio Rio I had a crack in my air condenser according to my mechanic, he suggested to take it to the Dealer and see if it would under warranty. So I did,I brought it in and the guy at the counter( his name was Nick, I think) helped me he was pleasant, nice, cordial etc. Had me sign for $75 charge if it was not found to be under warranty, it only took about 45 min. and he asked me to come out the garage area to actually see the problem and guess what??? Since it was deemed to be an outside influence( in this case a rock) possibly coming in and hitting the condenser and cracking it, it was NOT under warranty, of course, right? Just my luck

I received a call about an ad on Craigslist. The person said he could offer to buy the car close to my asking price. I came down as instructed with my car and waited while they inspected and drove the car. Now comes the bull ****. They don't use blue book. Instead the average auction prices. Wasted my time low balling with bull story of value. Went to Mccarthy wholesale and they wrote me a check on the spot for $ 2100.00 more. Blue book showed 2-3 thousand dollars more then Kia offered. Do yourself a favor. Go to Mccarthy's first. No bull there. Don't trust these people.The service department is dishonest also. My parents did an oil change on there VW. The picked up the car and driving home the lower engine shield fell down on the freeway. Loud scary noise. The service manager said my parents ripped it off hitting something. She lied because all the plastic tabs were there and non factory hardware was installed. Sheet metal screws threaded into metric threaded brackets. Total hack job!!!! She is a stupid liar. Run far away from these people.

Car buying is not my favourite thing by any stretch of anyone's imagination however if you have to do it this is the place to go. Having been told by Paso Ford that they were offering me the best possible price on a Ford Explorer and then finding the same vehicle on the internet for $2,000 less and having failed to get any reply from their sales manager we moved on and found a great deal at Paso Robles Kia, goodbye Paso Ford, 3 purchased and getting all our vehicles serviced there for 5 years you are now dead to us. Suggest you change your slogan you are Not The Peoples Choice.

This place is ridiculous! They blow rainbows up your ass, have you sign the paperwork just to call you in a couple days to have you return to fill out new paperwork because you never got the warranty that they had promised, they will charge you $1100 for a warranty that was promised from day one free of charge. I just got a call 2 months later saying they need the car back to get it smogged due to complications with the title, this outfit should be shut down!

Tina in the parts division misled me regarding a roof rack. I ordered the rack online however she did not tell me there was a restocking fee if the rack did not fit our needs. When I return the rack I was charged a substantial restocking fee. I love my Kia however would never recommend San Luis Bay Kia parts to anybody

went in for service several times and they did not look at the issues i told them about except one . they didnt tell me that the person who owned the car before me wore down the tires all the way to the wire or cord that was in the tire , my car didnt come with a manual, they didnt explain to me how to use the car, long story short , i believe they're just after my money. i am not satisfied at all and i will jot be returning at all

Not sure what happened 2 years ago, but I had the best buying experience in my 61 years just recently. Salesman Kevin R., the sales manager and finance manager were A+ No pressure at all, told them what I wanted and they met my needs. Friendly atmosphere and saw no issues. I'd go back in a heartbeat. In my opinion it's experiences like mine that usually reflect why a dealership has been in business as long as they have been. Kudos for a stress free and great experience!
