MAN!!!! let me tell you, talking to my family after leaving Merced Kia, Hyundai, and Volkswagen...i think , we all think it was a great idea. but maybe we could have done it a little better......Even though we thought we were prepared , it was apparent right from the get go that we had no idea about how much cars have changed in technology over the past few years. between rich, rob, Fabian, and Colombo, these guys really knew their stuff... then i was talking to a guy Cesar..i think that guy had been there as long as the buildings them self's...i knew i was in a professional place and i was being taken care of. one of the guys even shared his lunch with me.... thanks guys.... you were great.

Hey C Slayter...hope your daughter doesn't get stranded after her car getting detailed and then rudely approached by both Kia and Hyundai, and was told so many lies wasn't funny. Detailing is a joke! Save the $268 and go to Primeshine. They get 2 stars because the only good thing is the car, and refund..that's about it. They don't like being called on the carpet about their unprofessionalism and will threaten to call the police when you do speak your mind about their lack of service. OH and they did refund us our money because we have paid it by VISA and are protected against breach of contracts and shady offers. Arlette maybe nice and personally this is not against her as a person but it all went to downhill after we had signed. Go to Kia of Stockton or Fresno.

Very shady sales tactics. Don't trust these guys. They quoted me one price then everything changes when you get there. I drove 60 miles to deal with a bunch of amateurs. Now I know why there was nobody else on the lot. Some muscle head named Fernando followed me and my girlfriend out the door cussing at us. Very unprofessional.

I spoke to rep by the name of Dominic he was extremely helpful and patient. I didn't purchase my car from them I purchased from another dealership and have been encountering problems I called to ask about the manufacturer warranty and he was able to assist me and answering all my questions and provided me with further information.

I can't say enough about the people at Merced Kia. They were the nicest people ever. Arlette and Fernando made sure we got a great deal on my daughters car, answered all of our questions and stayed late to make sure she could take her car home that night. Arlette has so much knowledge about the in/outs of their cars and she hasn't even been there that long and she even got her into a brand new car instead of a used one for not much of a difference. I have to say that was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Thank you Fernando and Arlette. I really appreciate everything you did for us!!

He was informative, and very helpful when it came to sealing the deal that brought a smile to my face and the joy to my wife. I bought a 2016 Honda Civic, and bought the package to get it "detailed." My wife made an appointment to have it done 26th of Feb, at 3:30pm was told it would take 2 hours to have it done by the saleswoman. Okay, that was fine she was transported to Merced Mall and said to the driver and to the service people were I was going and if I would get a call when it was done. She was told yes and not to worry....2 1/2 hours later while sitting at the Mall she finally called and got the guy from Hyundai (salesperson) he went on to say how he had to stay later blah blah blah..do I care? NO I AM STUCK AT THE MALL!!! He goes well I don't know what to tell you...I said are you telling me I need to walk from the Mall in the dark by myself to Kia to get my car when I was told I would be picked up when it was done? You can take that somewhere!!! He got the detailer and said well we have to pick you up in your vehicle and I asked about the drivers/courtesy vans...he said they left at 5, it's now 5:30 and the vans are locked up. So what am I to say, so I said yes because I want to get home!!! Detailer was a nice guy but hell I could have done the same job at home, for $300 not worth it!!! I am a previous owner of a Kia that was totaled and thought I would buy local...well guess I won't be doing that again! We were told that we would be refunded the money so we better see that coming since it was on our VISA. My husband will be making a visit and I am considering making a report on the BBB. I gave 3 stars only cause I like the car other than that...forget it, go elsewhere. BTW: the red paint that was on the back window of the car was still on the car when we finally inspected it in the garage since it was dark outside, came to find out from the owner all they do is run it through some carwash, wipe and vacuum and put Scotch guard. I can do that personally...so if you do buy from Kia of Merced DO NOT BUY THE DETAIL PACKAGE go somewhere else and have it done right!

Worst customer service. The lady is rude and annoyed every call you make. They have messed up on my car badly before and did a piss poor job fixing it.

I have taken my Kia here for a recall before. The service department was full of friendly people. The waiting area had A TV and some light snacks. There was also a driver to take you home in case the wait time was too long. They took care of my car and I was happy with the service provided to me.

These guys were fantastic! I've been to many repair shops and this one by far is the best. I'm mechanically inclined and most places try to run you through the mud tacking on things that you don't need. However these guys give it to you straight, are very friendly, and performed the work in a very timely manner. I would definitely take my car in again if I needed to.

Given quote after parts were ordered and after going in and getting it fix once the parts were in they claimed to have grossly underestimated the quote. They honored the original quote after I had pointed out the error, but not without arguement or justification for overcharging for services and parts

BETTER HAVE A VIDEO CAMERA AND TAPE RECORDER they service the cars BASED UPON THER CURRENT MOOD..took my car for oil forgot to do it then sold me a BRAND NEW CAR (kia sorento ) with a broken steering rod , take it to get fixed 8am to 330 pm might I add and it's STILL PULLING TO THE RIGHT NOW I GOTTA DEAL WITH IT STILL.... HEADS UP MIGHT BE NICE PEOPLE BUT THERE WORK IS WORTHLESS

I received an amazing price on my vehicle and went home with 1 of the 2 cars I wanted to look at. The only issue I had was with the financing of the car. I was promised a rate and terms the day before and then I got there and it changed. I informed them that I would go with a different bank if they would not honor the terms and they were fine with that. I went in to sign sale contracts and then I notice that on their finance work the rate and terms I originally wanted were on there? I let them know this and all of a sudden I was approved?? I took that deal but felt that was quite odd and questionable. I left with the price and financing I wanted from the beginning but what should have taken maybe 90 mins took 2.5 hours due to the financing mishap and questionable scenario in my opinion. It felt like they were just trying to get me to agree to their higher rate. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable but I really did not like that financing scenario.
