I recently purchased a Discovery for my husband, however I drive it more then he does. I love the drive and feel of the vehicle. The amenities this vehicle offers, exceeds my expectations. The comfort the Sales Department provided when purchasing the vehicle was excellent. Haron Jaguar Land Rover delivered the vehicle around my schedule, I did not feel rushed and they explained everything about the vehicle to us. We recently went to the dealership to purchase accessories and I was informed of a nail in my tire. The position of the nail was dangerous for me to drive. I had plans to go on a trip out of town the next following day. The tire was replaced and my plans for my trip was not interrupted. This dealership is fantastic in taking care of their customers.

Just purchased a 2013 Range Rover from Haron Jaguar Land Rover in Fresno. My salesperson was Gordon Isaelsky who certainly didn’t disappoint. Besides being extremely informative not once did I feel the typical sales pressure experience at many dealerships. I am a fairly picky consumer and the car was in like new conditions as described actually better than expected after driving from Monterey to Fresno to actually see the car in person. The car was a surprise for my wife replacing her 2003 Range Rover which we purchased new. I decided to make it a special day for my wife and all was going well until the transport scheduled to deliver the car broke down. Gordon not wanting to disappoint drove the car to Monterey and surprised my wife having to take a rental back to Fresno. I have owned probably 15 BMW's and this is the first time that I've leased a Jaguar. I am very surprised and unhappy at the difference in the service department. I brought my vehicle in to Haron when a warning light appeared on the dashboard. I had to leave my car and RENT a car from Enterprise rental and pay the tax on the rental which is a very minimal amount. But to even charge the minimal amount is really cheap.At BMW they loan me a BMW at no charge. I brought the loaner back when I was called and told my car was finished. Well, it really wasn't finished because a part wasn't available. That was on October 28th. On December 8th I called Haron to inquire the status of the part as I did not receive any notification as to where the part was. I talked to the Service Manager who was very nice and did follow up. Just very disappointed that I had to initiate the conversation.

We had the car in for an oil change and an alarm problem. they had the car of over a week!! We got it back and they didn't put enough oil in car! the car was driven over 500 miles before we knew it. It had to be towed in and delivered back to us. sloppy work. Myk was great as usual.

Do not do an out of state purchase regardless of what you're advised of. It took 45 days to get my registration - so now I can finally drive the car after 1-1/2 months of waiting. Not to mention the high fees that were paid for this "service". Poor communication - and even misdirecting you because of their failures.

This was such an amazing first time buyer experience! I would highly recommend anyone to go see Gabriel if they’re seeking a new or pre-owned car. This company refused my trust payment because I am a black female. Saying they can refuse service to anyone and they don't approve people remotely! Yet holding all my personal info. The sales manager with the last name matching the company name haron. What a mean racist man. He told me he will refuse my family business. Why? Race, my money was not the color they wanted...oh and most reviews are fake! The manager refused to answer any questions telling me to come in after the staff told me to send all of my very personal trust private documents and proof of funds by email and to call the police in regards to my reaction to his treatment. I am starting with small claims court and going to civil court for racial mistreatment.

The dealer in San Jose was so bad that I called Haron in Fresno. Couldn't have been treated better, Richard and Andy were very helpful with a difficult lease process (Corporate) and it all went quite smoothly. Our windshield was severely damaged traveling through Texas. We called Haron on the road and everything was ready to replace the windshield and service the car (2008 SC Range Rover) when we got to Fresno. A great car deserves great service. Haron fills the bill. The price was right and the service was impeccable.

I toke my 2010 range rover for a service after i had the low coolant light on , i had to pay for the rental .that's the second time i take it for the same light , last time they told me it was low and no problem found ( the vehicle was under warranty ) this time the extended warranty expired so they told me the water pump need to be replaced , i don't understand why last time when the coolant was low nothing was wrong but this time it's the water pump. Another think they replaced my break and rotors and at 12000 milesand now my rotors need to be replaced , back and front . I refused to repair it at the dealer and toke it somewhere else we found that the front break doesn't need to be replaced. Last time i take my rover there, the service department is really bad and when you ask the advisor for answers his answer all the LR are like that. A friend of mine told me to be careful when ibtake my vehicle for service because they're bad i didn't believe her till i found out my way. Bad service, i will never go back.

Had a terrible experience with Lesley, the service manager & his group. "Certified Technicians" supposedly fixed my Rover, which they did NOT, because it was literally falling apart after driving it out of the shop. They refused to step up to the plate & take responsibility for their major error. No sense of professionalism, integrity or responsibility! I will NEVER consider them for any future purchase, parts or service (nor will family & friends). I received far superior service at Pep Boys...unbelievable!!! Rating service a single star only because I have to check one!!!

I recently took my car in at first of month for check engine light and I already had checked codes but when I picked up my car that's not what got fixed under warranty. . .so after I left less than 100 miles later on way to Pismo the light came on again. .so when I got back I took it in again. .which i paid because it was just under my deductible..then when I picked it up again less than 2 miles it came on again on way home. .had to take back next day..now almost 3 weeks later it still isn't ready and the whole time I didn't take a loaner car what a nice person ..I wander how much that would've cost!

SALES AND FINANCE DEPT: My salesman Derrick Masih was friendly and courteous. He did his best to make me feel comfortable and was very honest and never pushy. Financing my new XE was fast and painless as well. Overall the Sales and Finance people were professional and courteous. Definitely a positive experience for me (5 STAR). SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I had issues concerning the XE and after the Service Manager found out that I was not completely satisfied the first time I dropped off my XE for service. I was contacted by the Service Manager who asked me to bring back my XE and they would address any and all my concerns that I had with my vehicle. The service advisor that handled my case was Myk Chay. This service advisor was one of the most friendliest and easiest to deal with that I have had the privilege to meet. To my surprise they did address all my concerns and not only did they take care of me and my XE but gave me a brand new Range Rover as a loaner as well to my surprise. By the way the Range Rover was a great SUV. The ride was so comfortable, very roomy inside and fun to drive as well. Every single time they've touched our vehicle for a factory recall or service they've managed to ruin something else in the vehicle. We just did an $800 repair on our gas tank 3 days later there is a massive leak of gas and the vehicle is broken. Please do not use this dealership go somewhere else like the Newport Jag who actually bothered to take care of their customers I cannot in good conscience recommend this this company. This dealership does not care about the craftsmanship of their vehicles or the service in which they provide the repairs.

I took my car in to fix the key cylinder. It took them almost a month to fix it instead of having it expedited. Then they broke.my door latch and tried to get me to pay an extra 500 on top a 500 dollar bill....all for a key cylinder problem. They took advantage of the sintuition and basically told me there was nothing I could do about it because there was no where else I could go take my car fix. John Raymond the shop foreman is a liar and a crook. No customer satisfaction from him. He basically taunted me and asked me what am I gonna do about it. I don't recommend this place as they are crooks and I will let everybody know.

There have been a few times I have taken my Rover in for minor issues and I can report that this dealer does promptly resolve the issues and it rolls out for another year of enjoyable road trips. It's nice to have the rental car opportunity there in shop. Makes drop off and get back to your duties fast and easy. Have not, thank goodness, and any major repairs needed for the four years I have owned this full size Rover. It has been reliable.

Haron alway's goes above and beyond. My wife love's her Range Rover Sport! Every time she brings it in, if something is found it is fixed. Rental is always provided and never an issue to pick up or drop off. Recent work was done that included warranty as well as emblems that were peeling/tarnished in look. Parts only were charged for new emblems (not under warranty currently), no labor. Very good customer service!!!

Everyone is so nice at the Huron Jaguar Land/ Rover dealership! The manager is very nice and helps out as much as he can. There is also a drink bar that serves coffee, soda, water, and more. Worst place to take your car for repair.

My experience with this dealer is horrible. I just bought a range rover 2014 from them last than a month while I type this review. The sale man is Chris Plunkett. The saleman doesn't know what he is doing in, and keep lie to me. First lie: when I do the credit check he gurrantee that the finance team in only check internal which is Chase finance land rover only but then they send to multiple banks. I know because I have flag my credit and send notice to me once the bank wants to check credit. He then claim that he doesn't know anything that finance team response.But Why he guarantee and promise in the first place? Second lie: About the warranty ,service paper work, and key fobs. Since the car by the time I bought still didn't go through the service yet for safety inspection require by law. So they need to do that before give the car to customer( why do they inspect first before send to customer?) Chris told me that the car should be ready about Tue or Wed next week( note I bought the car on Sat)and told me no worry about the car since we offer 1k miles or a month whichever come first and also I will have 2 key fobs and service paperwork for me to review. The funny thing is start here, Monday I started calling him to check for the status the of the car to make sure everything is on track.He told me that the car still in service and not ready should be ok on Friday.I asked him why now change to Friday instead of Wed like promise. He told me that he said a few day not Tue or Wed. Big lier here. I can't stand then I tell him why you change the words you said. Then he keep silent. At that time, I know I have deal with lier. But at least I know the car is in service and someone is working on this.I called him back on Fri and then he said the car still not ready!!!!! I was pissed off at this time and asked him to find out what is the rootcause, he plays game then said he check the status everymorning but don't know what is the delay. Why he doesn't know the status if he checks every morning? Such a lier. Finally the car is ready pick up, I noticed there is no front lisence plate which was promised put it in on paperwork( illigal in california if no front license plate).He is trying to claim again to the service , no one is actually working by the time I come pick up the car around 4:30pm( I live 2hrs away from the dealer) Why they don't put before I come? Even though it's very small stuff but how's horrible service is. Once they sale you a car, they don't care anymore. Continue I ask him about extra key fob and service paper work( I want to see what the car has been done) he told me that he wil send to my house. Honestly, I was very disappointed and not trust him anymore but I feel tired and have to go home. I don't want to deal with him anymore.A week later still nothing come, I called him and he said he still try to find it???? how hard is pull the service paper work and key fob? I guess he is trying to delay for somethig I really do not understand. Unfortunately the car has some noice from the rear when I relases the gas pendal. Please note I only drive 300 miles including 130 miles from dealer to my house. I called him to ask for bringing the car. He said ok, so today I brought the car in from my house( 2hrs away) he told me I have to pay for them to inspect the car $140 and also pay for parts if the car has issue since the warranty only cover powertrain? What is that???? No paper indicate that only for powertrain? Why don't tell me upfront so I don't need to take off work and go there for 2hrs. I can pay for $140 but I rather spent that amount with different dealer than with them. I regret to buy the car from Haron dealer and will never come back. Please stay away from saleman name Chris Plunkett and Haron dealer.

Always friendly and professional at Haron Jaguar Land Rover. Took my car in for a service and they were nice enough to let me know my water pump would be going out soon and explain to be I only have a few thousand miles before it would be out of warranty. I made an appointment to get it back before warranty is up. I've never had anything but pleasant friendly service here. I would and do highly recommend Haron Motors.

I contacted Haron specifically for a used Range Rover found on car gurus. I offered a purchase price based on Actual fair Market values and included the adjustment for low miles. Chris at Haron countered with a price way above fair market value but due to low miles I accepted the offer. and the sales person called me back the next day and increased the price by thousands!!!! Haron is a scam. I’ve never seen a dealer propose a price, the customer agrees to the price, and the next day the dealer raises the price. BEWARE the worst part is Chris at Haron shared the calculations that shows their price is not even close to the market value. And his excuse was “DO NOT BUY FROM HARON. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
