Kia Cerritos dealership was where I leased my car but I have not received consistent good service since I leased the car from them in 2015. After having a horrible experience at Covina Kia, I came to Glendale and it was the complete opposite. not only did they have more color and vehicle options but the customer service was way better. They gave me a better deal than the other dealership and me and my family left happy and with a brand new car. All thanks to Karmina.

04.01 they emailed the offers. 04/03/ came to the dealership and I was told that offer is not REAL! But they can find a " good deal" anyway.They showed me Kia niro LX edition ( the same car they had promoted) and promised to pay all my reaming bills and all fees to my current leasing company. I was late for work and they tricked me into buying FE edition. ( I was positive I was buying LX model). More over, I received $600 bill from my leasing company with the termination fees. When I emailed the financial director my concern., first, they ignored,then I emailed him that I am ready to complain to BBB, only after that the financial director called me and promised to fix the issue. They just ignored me again and one week I had to come to the dealership again and finally was told that I have to read the contract and they are not responsible for my fees. So be careful! don't trust their words, they have have only dollar sign instead of brain and they don't know what integrity is . The good things: I've already saved two relatives from that dealership .

If I could put zero stars I would. I bought a 2013 Kia Forte from this location in 2015 and right off the bat they screwed me with the interest rate that I was pre-approved for. They came to me a few days after I had already used the car to have me sign new docs saying that the previous bank had not approved my loan so I ended up getting ripped off. Fast forward a few years and my car gets totaled so I called numerous times to get a copy of my original loan docs to file my GAP claim. I left a bunch of messages, tried calling at all times of the day and NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES!!!! No call back nothing. Their internet sales guy was more responsive to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR YOU'LL REGRET IT. Lost both my business and my parents.

I've read a number of reviews from others on this site, and they seem concerning. Not sure why these experiences vary so much from mine, so I thought I should write mine up because it's very different than the negative ones I saw. My story: I went physically to 2 Kia dealerships (one being Galpin), and emailed 2 additional Kia dealerships. I told them what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay. One of them told me they did not have the vehicle at all in SoCal (which I knew was wrong because I had just test driven it elsewhere). One supplied me pricing on a lower model than what I was looking for, and it was substantially more money than I said I had wanted to pay. Two on the same model...again, much higher pricing. One of them came with a sunroof which I didn't want. One of them never followed up with me after I test drove the car there. Another raised the price after we discussed it. I was getting ready to go back to BMW (my previous leased vehicle) to see if I could get a better deal than what they were offering me, when Chris Z. at this dealership contacted me. I told him I didn't think I could do a deal with Kia based on my previous experiences with the other 4 dealers. He asked me to let him try. He was able to get a car traded from his dealership to another to get the one I wanted... in just 24 hours. The paperwork was completed in less than 45 minutes, and they stayed late to accommodate my late arrival. They did not hard sell me on any package. They did not include more features in the car than I desired. (They did also tell me that the first oil change would be free, even though I didn't buy that service package. I'll let you know when the time comes if I have trouble with that.) Altogether it was one of the best experiences I've had....the kia is my 4th lease, and I had previously owned 5 vehicles over the years. If you're in the market for a car, call Chris. I can't speak for any of the other salespeople, but I do know that he worked very hard to get me the deal--and the car--I was looking for.

Now I know why they call them CAR PROS. Jose Rivera is the real deal Kia Car Pro- he was extremely knowledgeable about a car I had researched for months before purchase. He even knew a few tips and tricks that I wasn't aware of. He was direct with our discussions online, and when I came in to complete the deal, he stuck to what was promised on line. Kia's are great cars and the Niro may be the top winner of them all. In the end, the car plus a good dealer like Jose made it a good car buying experience.

Wow. Word of advice, go ANYWHERE else. Customer service is nonexistent. From purchasing my car here a year ago, to now trying to reach someone to get documents sent over for a gap insurance claim. If you do buy from these guys, do not buy anything from their finance department because you will never get a hold of them. Seriously. I called the finance department numerous times in the last two weeks to no avail, left 2 voicemails in the last week to the finance department and NO ONE ever got back to me. I left a voicemail to Chris who I later found out is in charge of taking care of gap claims, also never bothered returning my call. Finally spoke with a manager Kevin, who didn't seem all to surprised I've been trying to reach them for the last two weeks for some simple documents. He had someone from finance reach out to me finally, no one could offer any explanation or excuse as for why no ones returned my calls. No way to run a business, and no way to treat a customer you sold a car too who just got notified their car is totaled Looks like I'll be purchasing a new car elsewhere. Coming from someone who's worked in customer service for a long time and worked in management for a dealership myself, this place is an absolute joke. UPDATE: My gap insurance claim went through, gap only paid a portion of the claim due to the fact the first payment for gap was not made within 45 days as per the contract. Guess what? The dealership had a deal going on where you don't have to make your first payment for the first 90 days. Guess who not only failed to mention I need to make my gap payment within 45 days in order to abide by the contact, but didn't even give me the full gap contract to review and give me the chance to figure this out for myself? This dealership. Oh and when I finally was able to get a hold of finance and the person who sold me the contract-RASHIM. He said "I had no idea the 45 day clause was even in the contract. I've never heard of this before." Rashim sold me on something he had no idea about? And now I have to come up with the difference to pay my lein holder because of his error? His response was to call my gap insurance and that it shouldn't be an issue. Utter bull. Thanks for giving me the run around. SHADY PEOPLE avoid this place like the PLAGUE!

Luis went above and beyond. I showed up on Saturday during Labor Day weekend - it was incredibly busy but almost immediately Luis was there to talk about what I wanted and showed me my options. He helped me navigate the buying process clearly and easily without any pressure, and after deciding on the model I wanted - he helped me get a good deal within my budget on the car I wanted. To top it all off, I didn’t have my own insurance and Luis went above and beyond to help me personally get coverage (on an incredibly hot and busy day no less). This isn’t the kind of service you would expect at a major dealership, or even at a smaller dealership. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible customer service as a company......I have been to many different dealerships in my years of driving cars. This is the worse by far! Absolutely no customer service in the service department . I stood for almost 10 mins at the desk with 4 people working it before anyone said anything...looked or even thought to see what I wanted. I complained to the salesman that sold me the car and he was unapologetic....infact he didnt even inquire what my issues were. He instead chose to accuse me of being rude to the service department when he wasn't even there...its laughable. Clearly he was protecting his coworkers. I proudly give kia car pros 1 out 5 stars. It's really unfortunate that this particular salesman decided to handle this situation the way he did because I was soo happy with him with my purchase. Soo sad... but not really...I'm paying 23,000 dollars for a car....I deserve more and expect more than what is being given. These guys will say anything to sell you a car. Due to some bureaucratic nonsense, they said the warranty on my brand new car bought on 10/2/18 would only have 11 months warranty because they registered the start date of the warranty as 11/30/17. I accepted that nonsense when I bought it, but now, about 7 months later, I come in for a brake light that went out and they say it's not covered under warranty. The sales guy says bulbs are never covered even if I still had the warranty and the repair tech (who is a nice guy) says that it definitely would be covered but Kia won't pay for it because of the warranty expiration. Avoid these shady people and buy somewhere else. Update: The repair tech was a really nice guy and I appreciated his kindness which contributed to making a really unpleasant situation a lot better.

Before discovering Car Pros KIA, my family and I had already been to three different auto dealers and had been disappointed with what they called "savings". I was on a specific budget and required a certain amount of space in order to accommodate my family and after doing some research found an option at Car Pros. As soon as I arrived I was taken care of by Karen, who was AMAZING. Based on our conversations, she showed us the car we saw online and was very interested in our feedback after we had an opportunity to see it. I bought a used car from this dealership last week. Tom assisted me with sales and Arvin for all the financing and paperwork. Car buying is not generally fun and we did wait several hours to get through the whole process, as expected. The online price was lower than the price listed on the vehicle but they gave me the online price with no problem. Every person I interacted with was friendly and professional. They said they “detailed” my car for me but the inside of the car was dirty and didn’t look like it had been touched. I feel like I was treated fairly and the deal I received was fair. I’m happy with my experience and purchase overall.

They don’t hold their end of the bargain but all they care about is selling you a car. Buyer beware. Leasing a car through these guys is pretty much the stereotypical Kia circus experience. Try asking for a selling price...they hardly discount the MSRP Money factor?...not given RV? not given. The sells persons are what you call rats, money hungry, when they can not sell they bring in the manager to convince you, all they care is about selling you a car and getting commission, DO NOT FALL FOR THIER TRICKS!!! A 10,000 car can end up costing 2x as more, with there financial charges ETC! if they can’t sell a car they either LOWER the monthly payment but with higher interest on purpose.

He is the best sales rep I have ever seen through out my whole life. I found him online through the dealership website. never had a better car buying experience, we received an internet quote from Kevin, made an appointment to go in, went in, met Tony, they showed us the car, the price was exactly what was quoted (best price after shopping around) they didn't try and sell anything else, went to the finance office, the gentleman explained everything, signed the papers and our car was pulled up and Tony showed us a few things and answered any questions. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We would certainly return!

Great service experience. I bought my car at a different car pros and it came with the free life time oil changes. I was worried I was going to have to have my paperwork etc and prove I should get a free oil change but it wasn't like that at all. I pulled up, was greeted, my info taken down and told it would be done in an hour. Went to walk the galleria for a bit, and sure enough an hour later it was done. Signed the paper work, no charge at all, no upsell, just me driving into the night with fresh oil. Props to car pros for the smooth experience.

We went to this location knowing that they had great reviews and also with the intention to buy a new van for our family. No one pressured us or forced us into it , a gentleman approached once we looked at him his name is Hobie and showed incredible customer service by letting us see the cars that we wanted to buy or lease , once we had decided what we wanted , he got it ready so we could drive it and it was a great drive . After all that we told him that we wanted to talk numbers and payment options . It was a good process because at first we didn't qualify alone but he looked for ways to help us , giving us options and making sure that we got the car we Wanted. Also when it came to the down payment he worked with us , we offered a certain amount and when financing came back with offers he insisted on staying on the amount we offered that he would have financing work with us so we didn't have to give more down payment . When you understand that and go in with that mind set, these guys are not the worst... yea.. they will push a car on you.. again that's their job... but you dont have to buy.. you are already accepting that you will be bent over and taken for a ride... thats what happens when we go into a car dealership... but YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY... I bought a new KIA SPORTAGE I went in for a used one.. but the one they had I decided not to buy.. and yes they TALKED me into buying a new one.. but it came owith SOME of my terms.. I didn't get totally taken for... but it was not something I initially went in for... all that aside.. I dealt with Elias.. and he was pretty respectful of my needs and pushy but not obnoxious ... We all know they ended up with the best deal... they sell my used car for more that they gave me and they made a profit on the new car... again something we all know... I have been buying cars for decades.. if you are under pressure walk out... dont stay.. I think out of all the dealerships I have dealt with.. these are on par with the good ones.. again your experience may differ than mine.. they lose a star for the wait time.. I was there for hours.. but they actually went to another dealership to get the car I wanted... all i can hope for now is some good post buying customer service...w e will see . I am giving the stars out of overall experience... not the feeling you get when buying a car.. because those feelings are not good.. they never are.

Worst buying experience. Had agreed on a price by phone with Sale person "Felix" a week prior and confirmed the day I was going to drive the 1.5 hours to get there. ALhambra Kia was offering the same vehicle for $100 less, but I didn't think the extra money was worth the drive. Wanted to show up, sign the papers, and leave. Didn't work out that way.... We arrived and were told Felix was busy, but the sale manager "Tom" would help us. I told him the vehicle was a Optima S (white), which they had 7 or 8 posted on their web with that exact model, color, and pricing. I didn't ask for any additional deals or better pricing. He provided a price $3,000 higher than the agreed price. I explained he forgot the dealer reduction in price of $3,100 and he explained he sells these vehicle for $5,000 over the MSRP. What???!!! are you on drugs? These vehicles are on the way out for the 2020 models and all dealers are selling then about $3000 below MSRP and also Kia was offering $4,000 off this vehicle. I explained to "Tom" that I had an agreed price around $23,000 out the door. He then told me that "Felix" should be fired for offering the vehicle for this price. We walked out at this time, what a scam, but saw Felix standing in the parking lot. Felix was told of what was said and had us return to get the vehicle at the agreed price. We were told the vehicle we were purchasing (last with the sunroof) was not "that" vehicle listed on the web. I showed him the advertised price, and was then told it was not for the "white:" optima. I showed him 6 adds listed that exact vehicle and color and again were in the process of walking out. He then stated if he could get the price advertised would I get the vehicle, which I agreed. Over two hours there and going through the scam process again, we got the vehicle for the advertised price. Felix wasn't fired...go figure. The only positive experience was signing the papers, which was quick, after waiting over an hour. You can decide if you want to buy or not from this dealer, but I will never go back there again.

There literally are not enough “characters “ to give the full rundown of what happened here. In short I was told it was a “ done deal” and the car was mine with secured financing. Several days later I’m told more information is needed for the bank. Interesting because I was told everything was “done” and I had financing the day I took the car, got insurance on it, and signed the contract. Todd, in financing, threatened to “repossess the car AND then you WONT get your down payment back AND I will charge you the lot fees.” Fast fact. After he told me more was needed for the bank, told me “either you provide bank statements or bring it back. It’s that simple “ I wanted nothing to do with them after the multiple lies told so really that’s all he needed to say because it was obvious the type of establishment this is. The night I brought the car back I got home with a letter on my doorstep stating the sale was rescinded due to inability to get financing. Not only that but the letter was dated for TWO DAYS before the conversation. Huh. Odd because according to him I had the car financed and “the car is yours ma’am” was stated by the man who did the contract signing with me. This letter stated my down payment was available at their office for pick up. I asked for it, have been told it would be there the next day despite the letter that stated it was there and now have been told “5 business days.” Absolute liars. Even better is I was told to disregard the letter. Fyi their BBB rating is an F with 17 complaints filed in 3 years many of them left unanswered by the dealership.

I took my car to kia of Alhambra several time for oil change and complain about the humming noise. They told me there us nothing wrong with my car. The cause was my tires. After new set of tires, same excuse. Noise came from my tire. I ask for them to go for an extend test drive with me. They told me they are too busy for that. They will also going to charge me for Diagnostic. After several complain, they told me, for customer satisfaction, they replace the front bearing for me. ( I believed KIA of USA contact them) That still didn't resolved my humming issue. Deal directly with Kis of USA. Finally, took my car to Car pro at Glendal. They replaced the left bearing, still didn't resolve the issue,, second attempt with car pro, they were really busy, but they willing to go for an extend test drive with me, as long as it took, They were able to pin point the problem and my car was fix. Car pro will be my place to go to for all my service from now on. People are friendly, doesn't matter how busy they are, they will put in that extra effort, to make sure you issue is done right. As for KIA of Alhambra, total of 50,000 mile and several complain. They weren't able to fix the issue. Just find excuse not to fix your car. Car Pro Of Glendale (KIA) all the way. Thanks Car pro.. my car was fix by a real certified technician.

This is the most terrible dealer shop I ever had in my life. I have dealt with Honda, Kia, Hyundai, Toyota for my personal car or company use. This place seems kind of nice at the beginning, then once you decide to buy a car, then they treat you like a thing that they want to pass it as soon as possible. They speak way too fast and not kind and not responsible. I changed my car 6 months before my lease ends. Kia was supposed to pay for it and charge me for a new car. They did not charge the right amount. I had to visit again to correct that. They said they will send a check and will receive within 7 days. I waited over 22 days and I got a call there is a late fee for my car payment. There was a no way to get a help from Kia to arrange this correctly. Again when I called to figure this out, there is no kindness and care. I called the bank to talk. No representative can help me. I feel so frustrated about Kia. This company needs huge reflection about customer care and especially their accounting management is one of the worst company I ever experienced.

They've done a great, responsible, quick and fair job each time we've brought it in for oil change or other mechanical issues. Beware of spot loan scam. The way Kia scams customers is you pick out a car you like, you agree on down payment and terms, you drive away and think you just bought a car. A few days go by, you get a call from Kia saying that the loan fell through and they ask you to bring the car back, reselect a different car and pay more. They put you in a bind. The reason they do this is so they can ask for a bigger down payment. So After all this with a huge Cash down payment the second car (truck) they sell me breaks down on the freeway. I'll never again make the mistake of buying a car from a Kia dealership. Kia does not care about the customer, they only want as much of your money as they can squeeze out of you. At the time the car I was replacing got totaled in a wreck after another drive ran a red light so I needed a car. Kia also uses low priced bait cars which oddly enough have a higher down payment than a car more than twice the price. It's all a trick. The best ways to buy a car are 1. Buy from an individual and pay it off all at once. 2. Get preapproved for a car loan from your bank or another lender before you buy. Dealerships, especially Kia are not on your side. I bought my current car from an individual for less than the down payment from Kia.

First: I was assured multiply times that should I lease a car, my car will be dropped of at my house Immediately after-not at the end of the night of at an unknown time! -later on I had to pay for Uber/waste 2 hours of my day and come get my car myself. Second: the sale associate-Mr. A.S- FALSLY and repeatedly told my there are no floor mats in any cars and only the Service has them. Therefore, I have to come back again the day after-durning my work hours-to pick them up. But after I confronted him and brought it to his manager's attention, he told Mr. S to get it from another car. Which I even suggested at first but Mr. S. insisted there are not any. Third: I spent close to an hour and half dealing with a sales associate but right when we were about to reach a deal Mr. S suddenly cut in and started all over again so I had to waste another 2 hours reaching the same deal. My recommendation, go to another dealer if you have a choice. There aren't any Kia dealerships in S.F so I had to go there!

This review is on the service department. I only go to this service department even having one closer to me in Alhambra (don't go there for service btw they're horrible). I have been going to this service center since purchasing my first Kia in 2010. I am now an owner of my third Kia and still taken care of just as great. Adrian is usually who helps me but Alex is great too. They never pressure you to do anything but they give you the facts to maintain your car. Always welcomed and greeted with friendliness and professionalism by those two there's no need to look further if you're looking for a place to take your car. Clean lobby waiting area with free WiFi, TV, and some snacks.

This is the most horrible dealership. I would not recommend doing business with these people. These people have the worst customer service and while I was there I saw a very unhappy customer come in complaining about things that were snuck in on their contract. Another customer approached me outside basically stating the same thing. I don't believe I saw a single happy customer but I did see a frightened customer sitting at a desk doing the Foursquare. I'm pretty sure they left along with myself when just in 10 minutes to very unhappy customers came in complaining of the same situation. I would definitely recommend going to another Kia. The unprofessionalism starts with management and trickles down heal to each of the employees they whisper a lot and all have the same intentions basically to take advantage of every customer and make as much money as possible.

Do NOT buy from them. I went with my wife and child. Took us about 30min to find the car we wanted. Then, it took us about 8 hours to buy it and, THE WORSE WE PART, is that I left without knowing how much the car costed in total, including the loan, they wouldn't tell us!! To explain: When I asked the salesman what the total cost would have been, he told us that the finance person would have given us the full picture. A reasonable answer. When I got to the finance person, not only he kept taking really fast and throwing all sorts of technical words to us about payments, fees, this ad that, but when I asked clearly, "so in total, how much will it cost us?" His answer was (I'm quoting) "the salesman should have told you. If you want you can go back to him and sort it out but you will lose your place in line and will have to restart from scratch." It had been over 7 hours (most of which we spent waiting around for no reason whatsoever..) my wife was exhausted, my 1 and a half year old was going out of his mind, what do you think I said? They are a bunch of crooks trained to take advantage of you however they can. In the "free time" the salesman also spent a good 20 min telling us how perfect his record was, to please give him a good review. It should be called Crooks Pros Kia Glendale.

If you want bad service, go to this dealership because they are the best at providing bad customer service. Today was my first time ever going to this dealership. My intention was to buy a Kia Stinger. Before going, u called and confirmed they had the Stinger available and that I could test drive it. So I drove 42 miles from my home all the way to this dealership only to be told that I cannot test drive the Stinger unless they run a credit application in advance. Really??? You couldn’t tell me this in advance? And worst part was they didn’t care. They are all unprofessional and they don’t care to accommodate. I really had the intent to drive off with the Stinger today, but I walked away because of their unprofessional attitude. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. This bad review is well deserved. Word of advice to management: train your staff to provide better customer service and to be truthful over the phone.

Worst experience!! First time taking my car to get serviced at this location. They all seems to be rushing and they looked at my car for less then 3 minutes and said i needed the gold package which cost $750.00 I was mainly there to start a claim for my radio . Worker said that he didn't have time for that. Because they keep him on hold for 30 minutes. Mind you I had to more my schedule around to take my car. So now i have to return back to have them look at it . They didn't take time to check all inspections even tho they marked that they did. I paid 425 for transmission fluid and cooling system fluid. I expect to get great service for the price I'm paying. When it was done one of the workers left oil on my center console. I was livid at this point. I have no words . Might want to look at another service . Good Luck

I have never been treated more poorly or lied to More by any dealership that I have ever purchased a vehicle from. They pretended to be concerned with my little girls well-being since it was after hours and she was asleep in my arms. They took advantage of me sneaking things in the contract which were not discussed and promising me there was nothing more and nothing less then we agreed upon and told me to just go ahead and sign and get my baby home. Trusting the finance manager since he even went so far as to show me family photos on his cell phone. Since then, I have been in contact with Kia corporate and they are taking care of me giving me three different options to make this situation better. I will never return to this dealership nor what I ever advise anyone else to. If zero stars was an option they would have definitely got a zero!!

Always trying to sell you a service. When we got the van they said free oil changes for the time we own the van. Then they back track. Went here last week for a recall then was told breaks needed to be replaced.... Really on 19k miles on a Sedona? Just to be sure we got it looked at at a 3rd party service center.... Guess what.. Let me start by saying that; by no means is this a representation of the dealership itself...but my experience. We pulled into the dealership on 8/6/2018 at around 3:30. There were a few salespeople under an awning near the front door. As we parked...I saw a sales guy begin to approach...but when I got out of the car to open the door for my fiancee....the guy approaching said, "Negritos". Well....if you don't know that word in English...you can certainly figure it out! At that moment I knew that This dealership would not get my business...PERIOD. To add insult to injury...the sales guy walked over ...and with no bit of engagement or desire to help us fill our need...he went into a very poor "welcome to Kia" speil. It was clear that he was disinterested...and had a preconceived about Negritos being "Time wasters " vs. buyers. I told him I was there to test drive the Stinger. He was hesitant...but a few minutes later ...he had the car ready. I mentioned that we had almost no gas left. He said .."Don't worry ...its a really short drive". Really?? You want me to fall in love with a car...on a "Really short demo drive"??? GTFOH!! When we got back from the really short drive ...he asked what he needed to do to get me to drive the car home? His only hope would have been a time machine .. to go back 17 minutes....and have decency, respect and customer service in mind as we drove up and he approached me. If my fiancee didn't have to use the restroom ....I would have left right then and there...with a polite "thank you for you time"...and no more. It's sad when you meet people like this. It ruins the reputation of what could be a great dealership. I did put in a call to the GM ...and I'm waiting for his call. Glendale is much closer...but Downtown LA will surely get my business.

This is my go to place when my Kia needs any type of repair and service. The BEST dealership for simple or complicated repairs or maintenance. They have the best and knowledgeable staff in parts and service department. They are always nice to me and take their time about explaining what's wrong with my car and all the pricing. I trust them with my car. They are very courteous and polite. Overall great customer service. I am one happy customer every time I go to them.

I had written a good review for this company, but had a bad experience with their warranty that has changed everything. Essentially, part of the car broke within the 30-day warranty they offer (a motor mount bolt snapped, and the mount dislodged from the frame). I towed it in on a Saturday (after have an incredibly difficult time getting a hold of anyone on the phone, even after my car was towed there -- I literally could get NO confirmation it was received). I went in Monday morning, and the first thing I was told was that I hit something, which had dislodged the motor mount. It wasn't true, and I had picture to prove the damage they were citing wasn't there from the day of the incident. They started fishing around the car for more damage to "prove" that I had hit something -- something that would have literally snapped a bolt in the frame (How hard would I have had to hit something for that to happen? And don't you think I would have noticed it?). They cited some scratches and a dent on the muffler, which I believe were there before I bought the car. Actually, I think the problem was that the motor mount, held on by two bolts, was missing a bolt when I bought the car (only one was present after the other had snapped), putting strain on the remaining bolt. I believe this was something that was missed in their inspection of the car when they received it, but they never owned up to it. Of course it's all conjecture, but I still hold that I would have noticed if I had hit something hard enough to snap a bolt in my frame. I said over and over again, "I don't buy from dealers because of things like this, and you guys are just proving my point." Dealers are crooked, and I had been wary from the get-go. They didn't care. Just the fact that the first thing they said to me was that the problem was my fault was troubling, and when I presented evidence to the contrary, they kept looking until they found something to prove me wrong. It was accusatory and totally the opposite of customer service. I got my insurance company involved, and my adjustor told me they were just as rude and defensive to her, as well as extremely difficult to get a hold of over the phone. Ultimately, because there was some damage under the car (the scratched and dented muffler), they couldn't support my case, because any damage voids a warranty. Oh well, I lost this one. However, I had written a couple good reviews before all this happened because my sales guy (Nick S.) was pretty nice. Furthermore, I got an incredible deal on the car, hence my 2 star review instead of 1. While all of this was happening, Nick listened to my case and was sympathetic, though he did not have the power to do anything about it, as departments at dealers seem pretty segregated. While all of this was happening, I wrote an email to Car Pros corporate with a detailed report of my dissatisfaction. It's been a couple months, and all I have received are several attempts to sell me a car, from folks as far up as the Car Pros Kia Glendale GM. It is obvious that no one has read my complain. In the end, I believe the folks I interacted with at Car Pros are mostly good, but are simply following orders from corporate or a shady GM. "Don't pay for anything" seems to be their motto when it involves honoring a warranty; and customer service is totally non-existent.

He was so professional, very helpful, and in general a very good salesman. I wasn't sure I would qualify for a brand new car, but he made it possible. Mr. Cola went the extra mile for me and made me feel at ease through the process. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and will happily refer anyone to Mr.Cola.

We needed a new car because my 2015 Hyundai Sonata limited was bought back by Hyundai motors because they could not correct the engine problem for over two months. I heard good things about KIA cars and wvery one is jumping onto SUV’s, I decided to try out the KIA Sportage. I put in the request through True car and I got responses from several KIA dealers from LA and Orange County with detailed quotes. KIA Glendale and Kia irvine had the Sportage the color and the package we wanted. Both sales people were very courteous and gave me competitive bids. I somehow liked Viviana from Glendale and even though irvine is closer to me, we drive to Glendale and talked to VIviana. She had the car in stock, and we decided to lease the car since this is an SUV and 3 years from now, we can’t be sure if we can get into the vehicle and drive (both of us are in our 70’s and getting older by the day). That is where I think we got a little creamed. Actually it is the finance guy who was kind of condescending and pushed some optional package which I later found out that it is not to our advantage. He played with his computer, dragged on with some nonsensical talk and tired us out on a hot day. We just wanted to get out, and said yes and yes and closed out the deal. He printed out long lease agreement, he did not show the hard copy to us, he just stuffed the agreement in an envelope and the sales lady gave it to us with the hand books. Afterwards when I checked the agreement at home I discovered he put in some acquisition fee (even though it is in their stock) and some other charges. I thought it was a bad experience. On top of that, they charged the down payment (2,850) twice on my credit card and i found out about it only after one week. Inspite of my repeated calls, the double charge was not taken care of and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. It is not like they did it on purpose, I am sure it was a honest mistake but what troubled me was they did not address it in time. And took care of it. Another reason I will not buy car from the Glendale KIA has nothing to do with the dealership but with city of Glendale. I belatedly came to know that the sales tax is different in different cities within California. For example, the sales tax is 10.25% in Glendale and 7.75% in Irvine, ca. So, on my lease I would have saved about $350 in taxes over my lease term and this is no fault of the dealership. So the bottom line is, the sales lady VIviana is a very nice and helpful lady and I give her 5 stars. The finance guy gets 1 star and the city of Glendale gets 0 stars. At least one thing I learned is, when I or any of my friends buy a car next time, we will definitely look for one in Orange County. On a $30,000 purchase, you would save around $750 in sales tax alone by doing that. I am surprised that none of the reviewers mentioned it (probably most of those people were not aware that sales tax rate could change by the city). I did not mean to write such a long review but as always I keep on going. Hope this review helps the would be car buyers.

Drove from San Diego with a credit union bank check and was ready to purchase a car. The internet sales guy Chris Zakharyan that I emailed and negotiated a deal with no showed our appointment. Then I was told they needed to run my credit for identity reasons. Even tho I had a fully funded loan check from my bank. Then found out they were not running it for just identity but they were getting me approved for a second loan on top of my loan check as back up in case the bank check didn't work. Shady business practices here! Be aware!!
