I was a little worried about things were going to go when I had to call three more times after being put on hold for 10 minutes to schedule a service appointment, but overall I had a great experience. I had the best experience here because of Quilla and his co worker Alex. They got me approved for the car I was looking at and treated me and my husband like people instead of just sales numbers. Everyone we came into contact with were super helpful and nice and not a since person passed us without at least saying hello. And the car is a dream!
My salesman was was very friendly. He made sure that he put me in what I wanted and not something they were just trying to get rid of. I purchased a kia Sorento and the salesman made sure that I knew how to work every function in the car before I pulled off the lot. The managers were determined to get me in the Kia and did just that. I ended up staying way past closing time, but never once did they try to rush the process to get out of there.

Avoid the bait and switch program.. They are advertising one price, however when it comes down to the the deal, its not actually the price.. They will NOT honor online prices, claiming that these are only for people who qualify for the 3 criteria for rebates.. I am calling them out.. you cannot bait and switch people, very wrong and I will not do business with a company that does not have moral's or ethics. Avoid and go elsewhere....

Went in to see if i can get approved for a car new or used. Salesman was very cool and seemed very professional but waited there for 3 hours and was told that the Gm was going over everything and then was told the last hour that they was waiting on the bank. Well i think after waiting there 3 hours the Gm and salesman was just tolding out and didn't want to say nothing if was denied. Got brushed off pretty much i felt like and was told by salesman he'll call me the next day and he didn't so i called him and he once again said that he was waiting on his Gm to go over everything and he'll call me back within the hour for sure. While that hour went by and it turned into hours and here it is the next day after that and still no call. Very unprofessional.

I purchased a used Honda CR-V (first time buying a car) from them and had a good time doing it, but after that things went downhill. After purchase it took me eight phone calls and over a month to get the title which cost me late fees on my tag (which I got to take care of). I also learned that they lied to me about a spare key and then said they'd check into it and call me back; which they never did. So after several weeks of waiting I finally called them back for them to say that they couldn't do anything else for me. Service could not have been any worse if they'd tried. There are no excuses for bad service, just people that don't do their jobs. Short version: Buy a car from somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

My kids and I had just left the R'back bball game and on a whim stopped in to check out what the KIA dealership had as we were already discussing it was time to trade in our beloved Sorento and I wanted to stay in the KIA family. We were greeted by Theron Sunderland. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me a car that fit the bill. He didn't try to "sell" me on something more expensive. As a single woman walking into a dealership with 2 kids in tow I felt comfortable that I wasn't going to get ripped off. I left in a great KIA Optima that I know I got a great deal on!

I went in with two other women for work. One of the staff members singled me out and ran me over trying to sell me a cat. When I finally conceded and said I'd return on my next day off, he was done with me. I did go back on my first day off after that but, even though he said he'd be there, he wasn't available. I spoke instead with a young woman who was very kind and listened to what I had to say about getting a "new" car. Overall, not a bad experience but one I doubt I'll attempt to repeat.

As a first time car buyer the experience I had with superior kia was truly better than I thought was possible. Unlike many other car dealerships the salesmen weren't pushy or anything of the sort. After having done my research and deciding on which vehicle I was interested in, I had made the trip to the dealership with my wife and the whole time we spent there was great. Not only did the staff do a spectacular job of explaining what everything was and the options available to us, but they did it in such a way that I didn't feel pressured into anything. After making our decision on which vehicle we wanted, the steps after were very straight forward and very well explained, And I can safely say I walked out with all of my questions and concerns addressed. My fiancè has had continued issues and every time they tell us they fix it, we find ourselves back there getting more work done. The last time we took it in they quoted us $1300 to fix her passenger seat. We took her car to Total Automotive in Lowell and they had her seat fixed in 2 hours and it cost $168. Hope this review saves some folks some money.
Before going in, I called the dealership a few days ahead of time. I spoke with Quilla Calvert one of the sales consultants, and on the phone he made sure everything would be ready for my husband's and I's arrival. We researched which car we would want before going in and just looking around for hours. We were happily greeted as soon as we pulled up, and as promised everything was ready to go as soon as we arrived. The staff was very helpful, friendly, definitely not pushy in selling, and answered our questions thoroughly and with confidence. Quilla went above and beyond when helping us purchase our new car. I found the car I wanted online. Called first thing on a Satuday morning to make sure it would still be there as I live over an hour away. My salesman, Joe, was great! I came to the showroom with my financing in hand and was set on using what I had. Raul, the finance guy, insisted he could get me a better rate. I was not easy to convince. I told him he had 15 minutes to do better or we would go with what I had in place. He was true to his word! I walked out with gap, extended warranty, no down and 2.5% lower interest rate and my payment was still $5 less a month than my goal. THEY ROCKED IT! I love my car and I would recommend these guys to everyone!

So far I am very disappointed with my experience. I bought a used car from them and we were assured that it was a very good car, that it was checked out and had been through a mechanical inspection, and that it was very safe. LESS than a week after we bought it, it started to have issues starting up. We took it to get checked out and were told it might just be a battery. We replaced the battery and are still having the exact same problems. It hasn't even been 30 days yet and now we are being told that the issue wasn't the battery, but most likely a bad starter or alternator. Sometimes it'll start and sometimes it won't, it's definitely not reliable. I am highly disappointed that they acted like this was a really good car, and less than a week after purchase something this big has gone out. Obviously it wasn't inspected very well as they made us think it was. I have emailed the sales manager and we'll see what he says. It will be up to him if this stays a 1 star rating or if it becomes a 5 star rating. Here's hoping he'll do the right thing and fix the car that we JUST bought. We have a 3 year old and another baby due in just a couple months and we spent our last dime on this car. Now we have a non-working car and no way to get our car fixed. Also no reliable transportation for when baby gets here. I feel like we got completely screwed over.

Best price of three dealers who bid on my Stinger. Service department allowed me to witness the PDI of my car and the car has been flawless. No pressure to buy. Dealership is old and out of date but they have plans to rebuild the entire dealership. Highly recommended.

Parts department was more than fair & honest. A+. I bought a used Optima and had a part that was not working properly. They worked on it for a little bit, but were unable to get it to work (not their fault) and offered a standard replacemtn. Instead of charging me for labor, they were very kind and said "don't worry about it, just consider us next time you need an oil change". Dealerships have a bad reputation, but I can honestly say that I am pleasantly surprised that I had a great experience. I will come back soon for the oil change.

We drove from Kansas City to Arkansas, a four hour drive, because of the price of the vehicle. The experience of the Kia purchase was the best that we have ever had. We still have two other Kias that were purchased from other Kia dealers in 2007 and 2012. We did not feel the sales pressure from Superior Kia. We did not have to spend as much time completing the purchase as with other dealers. I highly recommend Superior Kia for a pleasant car buying experience.

Horrible Customer Service!!! My lancer is less than 2 months old, <800 miles, and the reverse is going out. Superior says I didn't buy the extended warranty so they can't give me a loaner car. I NEED EXTENDED WARRANTY TO GET A LOANER WHEN IT HAS A PROBLEM THAT CAME FROM THE FACTORY. It doesn't help that the sales manager insulted me with "well if you paid more for your insurance they would pay for a rental". I will never go back to this dealership.

Does not disclose full info on your credit. I went there to look for a Kia 2014 Rio and fortunately I didn't get that pre-owned car. It was not worth the payment plan, and when I asked the sales rep, when he was going to run my credit, "is it going to be a soft or hard hit?" He said " i don't know, but I will check with my boss", and instead of getting that information from his employer, he ran behind my backs and put a hard hit on my credit. Even though they knocked my credit down hard, and lied to my face. I did get a car that day. Toyota Corolla brand new off the lot, from Steve Landers Toyota. They saw the hard hit left by the idiots at Kia, and worked with me to make my payments lower than the PRE-OWNED 2014 Kia Rio. So at least I know who I will be going to again and recommending to friends, family, and neighbors. Steve Landers Toyota!!!

Theron Sunderland has truly gone above and beyond at Superior Kia. When I say that I mean I showed up late one night just having the intention of looking at vehicles. As I am driving through the parking lot browsing, a man on a bike rides up behind me and asked if I needed help. Theron was the guy on two wheels striving to help me look for four wheels. Long story short, we sealed truly a great deal on a 2016 Hyundai Elentra. Phenomenal customer support. Very knowledgeable and straight forward. He also respected and assisted with my exact needs. Absolutely amazing buying experience. We drove 200 miles from our home to this dealership because the pricing was so amazing. There were no gimmicks! The price posted online was the price with no haggling, no hidden fees. The staff was great and our salesperson Luis was truly amazing to work with. We have two small children and asked to do most of our paperwork by phone and email and when we arrived everything was ready for us and all we had to do was sign! I would definitely recommend Superior Kia even if its a far drive.

I called and made an appointment at the Service Dept. on August 4, 2014 for a recall on my 2014 KIA Soul. My appointment was scheduled for August 6, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Clint Combs, the service manager said the part for the recall was there at Superior. When I arrived for my appointment at 1:00 p.m., Clint said I don't think we have the part here. He said I will have to look to see. He came back out and said they didn't have the part. He said other people had appointments for the recall too and they took two people that didn't have an appointment. He said UPS was supposed to have been there at 6 a.m. to deliver the parts but didn't show up. The service dept. isn't even open at 6:00 a.m. Why didn't the service dept. call me if they were out of the parts? I drove 65 miles for my appointment. He called me back at 2:10 p.m. and said the part had came in. I went back at 3:00 p.m. for the part to be put on my car. The letter says it will take an hour for the recall part to be completed. My car was only on the rack for 25 minutes. I have doubts about this being completed. I talked to another lady that had a recall on her 2014 KIA Soul and her car was on top of the rack for an hour. They wrote on the receipt that they test drove my car to make sure the wheel was straight. The car was some out of line a week later. They took my car into the garage and the service advisor, Mike asked me if I had an hour or 1 1/2 hours to take the car across the street for an alignment. It was already 11:45 a.m. I thought they might close for lunch like Superior KIA. I had to ask him where they took the car. He said they took the car to Superior Buick GMC which isn't across the street. Superior Buick GMC is across from Northwest Arkansas Mall. At 1:10 p.m., I had to ask him when they would bring the car back. He said they should be bringing the car back pretty soon. I got up and asked him again at 1:40 p.m. He said they just called and said the car was ready. They brought the car back about 2:00 p.m. Why don't they have an alignment machine at Superior KIA. I am very dissatisfied with Superior KIA service dept. I don't think they tell the truth. You need to have your car serviced at another KIA dealership. I e-mailed the General Manager Derrick Calhoun about the situation last week and he hasn't e-mailed me back. I have even called Superior KIA and asked to talk to him and they always say he isn't there. He is also a manager at Superior Buick GMC in Fayetteville and I went there last week and asked to talk to him. I was told that he isn't there. It looks like he just doesn't want to talk to customers.

We bought a Kia Soul on June 20, 2014. On July 23, 2014, after we had put 800 miles on the car, the dealership called us and told us that we had been given the wrong car. The sales person/people wrote up a similar, but lower trim level car instead of the one that we THOUGHT we were buying. They now want us to give back the car we THOUGHT we had bought and take a lesser valued model. We are currently exploring all of our legal remedies.
My old car broke down recently and I was unable to afford repairs. Superior Kia towed it for free and gave me generous trade in value for it. Very friendly and honest staff, especially Mr. Sunderland, who was very helpful through the entire process and made sure to get me the best deal possible while I was in a bad financial situation. I felt very valued as a customer here. I would recommend and will continue to do business with this dealership.

I called ahead and spoke to Michael Martinez. We covered my questions and concerns before I even arrived for our appointment. That made everything go a lot smoother once I was there in person. He wasn't pushy in any way which I really appreciated. We talked about what I could afford and he wanted to know what the key features I really wanted to have in my new car. He was able to work out everything I asked for and for the price I needed. Having the warranties gives me peace of mind as well! Each person I spoke to, the other sales representatives, and the financial staff I signed everything with, were very helpful and polite. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs and got along well with each other and that made me more comfortable to be purchasing a vehicle with them. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Our experience with Superior Kia Mitsubishi in Fayetteville was the best. They paid top dollar for our trade-in. To be precise, they paid 4,500 more than the first dealer we went to.The monthly payment was as expected with no unpleasant surprises at the end. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and knew how to explain about the car we were interested in. Today, we have 3 year newer car with a payment that is about 50 dollars cheaper. UNEBELIEVABLE!
