Brought 02 ElDorado in for repair estimate last Tuesday. Instrument panel wouldn't light up, tach, speedometer, eng temp etc.worked intermittently. Probably bad ground. Never received a call-back. Finally called them the following Monday at 9"05 AM and they couldn't find a record of having my car. Said they would call back ASAP. 4:45 PM, almost 8 hours later I called back and was advised they took it for a test drive that morning but, hadn't found the problem yet. I told them they'd had it a week, no calls nothing. I picked up the car the next morning unfixed and problem never found. All I got was a shoulder shrug. Big comedown from when Payton owned it.

If you ever wants to buy car, please contact the real cowboy "Mr.Colten Bishop". I filled a pre gualified credit application and got response within a short time. He patiently handled me and all my special request, prioritized me and very professional. Most of all, he did not treat me like customer but like a family. Great purchasing experience! Chad Tapley our Salesperson was easy to work with and did not try to drag the deal out. He answered all my questions with experience, work to get me the best deal for my trade and to get the vehicle the way I wanted to ensure that I would be pleased with my purchase for a long time. Plz people go somewhere else these ppl at Landers cowboy Chevy in Heber spring are a joke they lie and sell a car out from under u and then tell u it's urs to come up but then get there and another person is driving away in the one they said for us to come up for. Everyone would be better off to go to a different car lot.

Bought a 2012 Kia Optima back in April, they failed to tell me the car has been wrecked. I had a few issues at first with the alarm going off and the fog lights not working, which now I’ve learned it’s from it being in an accident. Now my car is overheating and the the ac isn’t working. I have some sort of warranty with the car, but twice now the service department has been no help. They want to charge me $100 just to look at my car. The radiator isn’t even attached to the vehicle and when I tried to trade it in at Nissan yesterday they said the car has basically no value. Very poor customer service.

I made an appointment on Friday to look at a vehicle. Drove to the dealership to be told it had been taken to their dealership in Bryant and they were very sorry but would get it back first thing Monday morning. I waited until 11:30 to call and was told by the sales person that the sales manager had actually let one of their employees take it for family vacation but they would be glad to call when when they got back with it??? WHAT???? Not good business at all. Very disappointed after hearing how great their service and sales are. Will not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!
